There is nothing as exquisitely painful as a Talder fic which starts off with Alder being canonically dead and haunting Tally’s dreams.
There is also nothing more relieving than a “surprise muhfucka” moment in which /everyone/ realizes she is not.
And now, Tally, you lovelorn, traumatized fool, whatcha gonna do about it?
