The day the Sky broke, life changed for every man, woman, and child in Thedas. No more so than a poor Dalish mage. The Herald of Andraste is struggling to survive the destiny of a religion not his own, while all of his newly found friends/family are struggling to find a way to help him.
This is mostly just a character study for someone of Dalish origin that is so very touch starved. And, as the Dragon Age franchise has always seemed to represent to me, the theme of found family. Some basic spoliers for the game, though I assume most reading this have played it. The title is taken from The Dawn Will Come.
