Poseidon has, at this point, broken just about every rule in the book. If his younger brother were just a little more observant, he would be in untold amounts of trouble. It's just that if any traits of Poseidon's can be said to be admirable, it's that he is a very devoted father. Yes, he has countless children by countless different women (and men, too). But every single one of those countless children is his, wholly and completely, forever. So when little Percy Jackson is born, Poseidon's first child in decades, the mighty king of the seas finds himself absolutely smitten with this tiny newborn demigod. He knows the rules, knows the risks. He just… he can't bring himself to leave this time.
So, he doesn't. He stays.

Summary
I’ve been having Thoughts and Feelings about Poseidon’s lack of his legendary protectiveness, and Sally Jackson’s so called Good Mum-ness. Especially because, well, yes EPIC: The Musical is to blame. Who knows, maybe that fandom will pop its head in at some point, too...
DISCLAIMER: I don't hate Sally. I love Sally. But I needed to create a space where I get to explore some of what the books denied us in various forms and at various stages. I know the books are written from Percy's perspective so that definitely colours things, but I am hoping to explore things in a more realistic and balanced light.

This story explores darker psychological themes, including trauma, medical experimentation, and morally gray choices.
Izuku is not written as a power fantasy, nor is this a fix-it story.

Summary
Most people say that the dead are the best at keeping secrets.
Izuku knows that's not true, ghosts are actually the most likely to spill your secrets.
He’s been interacting with ghosts for his entire life, and none of them are very friendly.
In fact they all seem to be on some sort of mission for revenge. But one day Izuku meets a ghost who doesn't want to kill anyone, he meets a ghost who wants to help people. So against his better judgment, Izuku helps the ghost achieve his dreams. And along the way, he helps himself.Or
Izuku can see ghosts and Oboro is one of them. The two become an epic crime fighting duo.
(summary is still bad but at least its better.)
