The reason I took the state alchemist exam at 15. The inspiration I’ve looked up to since the first article detailing his licensure landed on our doorstep. A childhood hero, if you were.
I silently cursed whoever decided to pair us for the assessment fight before rolling my shoulders, charting a plan of how I wanted to attack. He could move fast with his clap alchemy, but my cards should be able to match him in speed.
Hughes all but roared into the mike. “Ready… Start!”

The whole situation is far more shocking to you than it is to him. This is neither the Dark World nor the Light World, but either way, Tenna wants nothing more than to be your TV, and you find it difficult to say no to the humble request.
