Summary
An interpretation of Jaime and Brienne’s relationship, as portrayed in the TV series Game of Thrones. This covers their story throughout Season 8, interspersed with missing moments and flashbacks of their time together from Seasons 2-7. Although I wasn’t exactly a fan of the way the writers chose to end their story (let’s be honest, who was??), I’ve stuck to canon and have added a few scenes that I'd like to imagine happened off-screen and put a positive/bittersweet spin on it so fans can look back on show-Braime without much bitterness or anger (that’s the aim, anyway). Hope you enjoy! Any feedback is very much appreciated 😊

(Jaime rings the bells, and from there, the future unfolds differently. A story about two tired knights on a slow boat to Tarth, working things out.)

Summary
I headcanon that Jaime and Brienne's first kiss was not the one we saw in "Last of the Starks" - this series explores that concept with some (mostly) unconnected one-shots.
Somewhere around the third story this series became about kissing in general - I make no apologies.
The series title is taken from a song from "Rent" and I absolutely do not anticipate that there will be a thousand stories here - just to avoid disappointing anyone. :P
