can you believe that i started reading fanfiction as a way of escapism and coping with my trauma, but now i have spent hundreds upon hundreds of hours reading everything i could get my greedy little hands on?
anyhow, this is a list of those fics i hyperfixated on for months and years at the time—which is to say that they eventually managed to change my brain chemistry and become an intrinsic part of my personality.
