Summary
When an alien empire came to take over their planet, Prince Taehyung advocated for negotiation while his war-hungry father and older brothers wanted to fight.
After they lose the fight, General Hoseok of the alien empire chooses Taehyung, as the planet's new ruler (and his spouse).
DW: Little bit of fluff here and there, maybe Hoseok kills the former king, sort of forced marriage trope though Taehyung recognizes that his planet has limited options and this is probably the best outcome (at least most of his people are still alive this way?). And he is in charge of his planet now (under the governorship of General Hoseok but still), which is cool.

Summary
A is a priest who has always been in love with B but wouldn't be able to admit it even to themselves (due to internalized homophobia and the fact that being gay would contradict their religious beliefs).
B is also religious but has a bad habit of committing 'sins'; being gay, partying and having lots of casual sex etc.
He always confesses to these things in the confession booth, and as the local priest A is the one who has to listen to all of it and grant him forgiveness.
A has eventually had enough and decides he needs to do something about B's behaviour. He kidnaps B and performs essentially conversion therapy on him, all while taking care of him and living out his secret fantasy of being with B.

Summary
A is famous. B is planning to kidnap him and hold him ransom for a lot of money. However the process ends up taking longer than B anticipated and he wasn’t prepared for how much caretaking kidnapping someone would require…
DW: B ends up experiencing lima syndrome (kidnapper who catches feelings/develops empathy for their hostage). I would prefer it if A isn't too bratty or sassy but quite docile and submissive in nature.

Summary
A has survived a zombie apocalypse (could also be an alien invasion or something similar) all on his own. For months/years he has had to rely on only himself for survival, not even knowing if any other humans are still out there. Until he finds an underground human society, formed by survivors of the apocalypse and they welcome him with open arms. But the people there are strange and the culture they have formed to survive such dire circumstances is strict and hierarchical. A struggles to adapt, but B will not let him go and will make sure he submits to this new way of life and his new role in it...

Summary
A has been in love with his best friend B for years. Out of fear of ruining their friendship he never said anything. Now however, he finally worked up the courage to confess his feelings, only for the worst case scenario to play out; B not only rejects him, but also cuts ties with him entirely. A decides it's time to switch things up- no more mr nice guy trying to win over affection, he will simply go ahead and take what he wants whether B wants to give it or not...

Summary
A is the best in his field. What he doesn’t know is that his former protegee, now the second best in the field, has been plotting his downfall in order to claim the title for himself.
He stages a massive scandal and over night A’s whole life falls apart. No longer having a job or a reputation to uphold he completely let’s himself go; drinking, not eating, not taking care of himself.
B keeps an eye on him, and as it turns out, no longer having the competition is boring, and having been obsessed with A for so long he doesn’t know how to stop thinking about him. Seeing him like that is simply depressing… he decides to intervene and take care of A since he apparently can’t do it himself anymore...

If you have read Anne McCaffrey's Restoree, then the general idea is from that.
Character A is abducted from Earth and comes to in the hold of a ship surrounded by unconscious people. Their next flash of consciousness is of chaos and pain, and they finally wake again to find they were taken by aliens as food, partially skinned, and rescued by those who are against the harvesting of sentient species for meat.
Now, A has been 'restored' to a beauty impossible to achieve without cosmetic surgery and is being forced to live under the care of aliens who are involved in a campaign to stop the harvesting of humans.
Alternatively, go with Character A was never harmed and the ones now caring for him just think he must have been cosmetically restored, due to his natural beauty.
DW: Just have fun, but happy ending is nice. OT7 is great.

Two packs merge together for (whatever reason, maybe resources or a joined enemy or a war). Omega Character A has always been a loner (maybe his family is all dead? Up to you!) and a bit of an outcast since he doesn't enjoy spending time with the others from the pack......Alpha Character B from the other pack is immediately intrigued....and decides to make him his. Cue courting, forced caretaking that is later begrudgingly accepted, discipline (they've been so alone....they don't have something to give them a guiding hand....but it's okay because Character B is here and he'll set him right!)...Character B giving Character A rules....Character A who isn't used to all this attention being unwittingly swept off their feet by feeling so owned
DW: Fluff but with a menacing aura?, discipline (spanking, timeouts for example....nothing suuuper harsh), for them to be endgame, for Character B to NOT be the pack alpha or his son please lol, possessiveness and jealousy, courting, protectiveness, NSFW is fine but not necessary :)

Character A is a victim of a curse. By law, any cursed human is taken in by a special agency run by cursebreakers and assigned to a coven. They have a different set of rights whilst cursed, which only reverts to those wider society has once the curse is broken.

Summary
In a world where vampires are known and were almost hunted to extinction, those remaining have come to be seen as a protected species. There are guidelines for looking after them, and laws about who can be turned. They are essentially seen as an exotic animal in some ways, with debates about how far their intelligence is subjugated by their instincts, and it has become something of a status symbol for the wealthy to have guardianship of one.
The older vampires manage to stay clear of this, but newly turned ones are ripe for being 'rescued' and homed. Some people want this practice ended or more decently regulated, and some older vampires are also on a mission to free their younger brethren.
Into this, Character A is turned.
DW: BTS to be well meaning, whichever role each of them is in, but they can be misinformed/victim of ideology. OT7 endgame would be great.

BTS are isekai'd into an historical fantasy omegaverse setting. 6 of them end up in the bodies of alphas, with at least one having wealth and status (probably NJ, but open choice). The 7th ends up an omega.
The alphas are not all in the same place and have to find each other, working out how to form a pack and only finding the omega (I would prefer Yoongi) once they are already established.
They've grasped by now that these new physical traits come with instincts and societal expectations, and know an omega is vulnerable, so imagine their concern when they do find Yoongi only to learn he's in a bad situation/refusing to be cared for.
DW: Well meaning BTS who are dealing with how intense alpha instincts and traits are and who genuinely want Yoongi safe and well, assuming omega instincts and traits are at least as bad. Happy ending. BTS becoming a well known/powerful pack in some way. Yoongi struggling with this new reality.

Cinderella but make it forced caretaking; A has worked hard his whole life with little rewards. Exhausted, he dreams only of attending the royal ball and having one magical night. After actually attending the ball, disguised as a member of the royal court, he dances with the prince who is immediately infatuated with him. Running away at midnight in order to not be discovered as the peasant he is, the prince launches a country wide search for the man he danced with all night. After finally finding him, he promises A a life of riches and no more work.
DW: A is spoiled and cared for as the prince's love, but he struggles to accept it after a life where nothing was ever free...

Summary
A is a biological little who chose to voluntarily medically suppress his littlespace genes after a negative experience left him feeling unwanted and humiliated. Half a decade later, he’s part of a vigilante group investigating local missing persons cases. The group believes a local ultra-wealthy couple (characters B+C, biological caregivers and regular foster home) could be the key to information about the disappearances.
When they can’t convince A to voluntarily go undercover as a little in foster care due to his bad experiences, one of the group members turns him in to little protective services, then hacks the computer system to get A placed with B+C. Decision made. Left with no other options, A goes undercover to try to uncover as much information as possible, while also trying to keep from giving into the tempting embrace of littlespace.
