Summary
Things are getting sour around the world, save for a select few areas. SpongeBob decides to bring his friends out on a tour around the world to "wipe the sourness away". Along the way, he befriends two other groups, one led by a fun-loving girl named Melody Kelly-Wellington (who develops a crush on him due to breaking up with one of her group members), another led by an autistic boy named Jake Sterling (who becomes instantly curious about the other two groups), and both looking to do the same thing as SpongeBob's group. The three groups ultimately decided to use music to spread positivity around the world. However, their mission becomes difficult upon discovering a group of devious people, led by a mysterious man, out on the hunt for Melody and her companion, Starbow, prompting them to fight back.
