Things that might be worth knowing about me:
- Currently I have no beta.
- I'm a persnickety pedant, especially regarding spelling and grammar. If I get something wrong, please tell me so I can fix it.
- That said, I'm a Kiwi, so my natural style is mostly British with a scattering of Americanisms.
- I'm a slow writer, with very fast plot bunnies that breed like... rabbits, and I prefer not to start posting before a fic is complete. I'll try to post at least once a year, but no promises.
- I generally don't bother logging in to read, and I’m twitchy about having my name out there. Named kudos means I really like something, bookmarks mean I want to hug it and squeeze it and call it George and... *cough* anyway.
- I also avoid reading in a fandom that I’m currently writing in, because good fics are distracting and bad ones do my head in.
- The aforementioned pedantry plus ‘if you can’t say anything nice, don’t say anything at all’ means I seldom comment on other people's work. My own are fair game.- Comments and constructive criticism are very welcome. Questions feed the plot bunnies (and might even slow the little blighters down).
