I'm Arcene, and I'm...mostly here to post stuff about my OCs. Mainly my girlie Ophelia, her friend/brother figure Morwyn, Lavinia (all 3 of them are Doctor Who OCs) and Callie! (My singular TTOI OC...I need to create another one at some point) Also mainly stuff I've written about Doctor Who!
