Well since I'm more of a reader and reviewer than writer I'll just list my favorite media in which fanfics are written for which are: Battlestar Galactica(2003), Stargate SG-1/Atlantis, Harry Potter, Warcraft, DC Comics(Mostly Batman or JLA), Community, Marvel Comics(Strictly Ironman), Halo, Mass Effect, and Fallout. (There's probably more but those I read the most)
I'm a shipper and a proud one at that, so let's list my favorite ships/pairings:
Kara(Starbuck)/Lee(Apollo), Sam/Jack, Daniel/Vala, Harry/Ginny or Luna or Fleur or Tonks, Arthas/Jaina, Batman/Catwoman or Wonder Woman, Jeff/Annie, Tony/Pepper, M!Shep/Miranda or Ashley, Scully/Mulder.(Once again there are more but these are my favorite)
