Currently in a long distance relationship with Jim Kirk and Leonard "Bones" McCoy from Star Trek.
I blame the gifted mind of Fireinmywoods for getting me into shipping McKirk as lovers and now there's no turning back. I need to be loved the way these guys love each other.I try to keep my writing open so you can read it as Kirk/McCoy in an established couple, or Kirk & McCoy as a strong friendship, so hopefully everyone can enjoy their character interactions. To me they are 'McKirk' in a sense that they are more than best friends, but not lovers in a sexual relationship. I have read some fantastic stories where they are together sexually but that isn't my writing style - although I am tempted to give it a go to be honest.
Currently I am working on a series of Star Trek (TOS/AOS) fics I'm calling my 'Shinedown Series' that are stories about McKirk based on songs by the band Shinedown. I have nearly a dozen drafts on the go but I'm only posting one or two at a time.
