Bio

If you read my Once Upon a Time series, I had been planning on wrapping it up, but real life, writer’s block, the muse, and even my personal feelings with the show got in the way. It has been 8 years, and when I look at this series I see it as a chore that I keep putting off. Sadly, I have lost interest in pursuing it. I love the characters, don’t mistake that, but I no longer feel I can carry on the series with the same level of storytelling that I began doing. It pains me to say but it was time I accept it. Below is my original vision on how it would have ended. Blue was going to be the Big Bad. She sees the Dark One and Lily-Rose as a threat and in her mind she believes she is saving everyone with their deaths. She and Regina were going to work together. Neal and Emma were going to fall back in love with each other. Henry gets to have his father and Rumple accepts his son as Neal, not Bae. Despite getting married, Rumple still feels that Belle could have done better. New allies would appear. I brought in Dawn and Griselda from Strange Magic. Bog King and Marianne would show up + other parallel couples too. I was going to have Erik and Christine from Phantom of the Opera there. Anyways, there was going to be an epic showdown with Blue and Regina (maybe Cora too). Rumple was going to fight to protect his family and prove to everyone that because he was the Dark One that he can control his destiny for good. Lily-Rose, Emma, and Henry being products of True Love were going to use the magic within themselves to aid in this fight that would stop Blue. It was going to be that moment where Regina switched sides when Henry becomes hurt. In the end, Blue is stopped, and she is stripped of her status as a fairy. Nova will become in charge of the fairies and she and Grumpy get their happily ever after (they are so cute!). Rumple becomes accepted by everyone in Storybrooke and everyone lives happily ever after.

I hope that brings closure to the series.
