Hello there! I'm Haovic. If you're reading this, I'm assuming you have a mild interest in my work and, by extension, me.
So, short version: I used to write a lot when I was younger but took a... very long hiatus. I'm back with a different name and hopefully a better sense of what I'm doing.
Long version: Between 2007-2012 I used to have an active FF.net account under a much different username. I posted a few one-shot fanfics that were mildly popular in their niche fandoms, but real life got in the way and I slowly lost interest in writing. Early on in 2016 I returned to my account, but with age comes experience and I was embarrassed by the poor quality of my work. At first I thought I could rewrite them, but many were for fandoms I had left years before and it was hard to find inspiration for them again. I've since deleted the account and the works it had and decided to start over here.
I have not written much publicly, but I enjoy the process and someday I intend to share again. In the meantime, I have some planned podfics for specific fandoms and fics that I would like to produce.
Either way, thank you for taking the time to look at what I do. There are many, many fantastic artists here on AO3 and I appreciate you picking me even briefly.
