Loki is a Jackalope Now...
Bio
I got into reading/writing fan fics in high school, but I only ever published one short fan fic. I also had a very small amount of success winning contests/getting published back then, which made me think I knew what I was doing, and after which I spent too many years trying to be a "serious" writer (off and on) but not writing that much.
I rediscovered fanfiction when Kibblesmith's _Loki_ got canceled and I started writing my own Loki stories to get my Loki fix. I wrote for about a year without publishing anything, then decided I needed to publish something! So I took a scene I'd thrown out of the "masterpiece" I'd been writing, and with the thought "screw perfectionism," and started turning it into something I could publish. Now I consider myself a "serious" writer again, but only because I'm actually writing every day. (If you've read my work, you know it doesn't take itself too serously.)
