I am nequittezpaswrites on Tumblr, and I occasionally post updates on new fics and chapters there, including the playlists I use when writing my longer fics, in addition to general SPN fandom stuff and writing resources. I'm happy to chat there about fandom/writing/whatever, but be patient with me because I'm not very good at social media in general and Tumblr in particular.
I also have older work on FFnet; I will likely never migrate those stories to AO3, but if you like my stories and want to read other things I've written, only with less skill and about Death Note, I'm called NeQuittezPas over there as well.
