Welcome to Ficmas in July, a year-long fan based writing contest. Currently there is one cycle of the contest, to begin August 1st. A second cycle is planned, to begin August 1, 2018. Please be sure to check our tumblr for updates! (If you've heard of us before, we did this one time ages ago, and it was semi-successful.)About
Ficmas in July is nothing more than a blatant attempt to get more good fic. It's just as simple as that. In order to generate said well written fic, it was proposed to have a year long writing contest with a tangible prize at the end: a Kindle, or the monetary equivalent on an Amazon gift card.Participation
To enter please e-mail the coordinator directly at [email protected]. The subject line should be 'Ficmas in July' and body should include your pen name, a short 'about you' for the site, and an example of your work attached or linked to. If you were directly invited the above is not necessary.(Closed, Moderated, Unrevealed)
