I'm a big fan of bookmarking fics I like and organising them with tags! Here are the meanings (mostly for myself to remember them):
Outsider POVS! - Self explanatory. POV of an outsider of the main cast.
long fics - generic tag for any fic I deem 'long', usually over ~40k based on vibes and how complete the story felt
within this tag there are other tags used to specify: Over 40k, Over 50k, Over 100k, and Longest Fics (anything super long)Crossovers - self explanatory.
Reread - fics I have reread over and over and over again. Unique tropes, great writing, or specific feels that make me come back.
2AM Hysteria - crack fics or just really funny fics.
Fanart - fics with art in them, fics that are entirely fanart, or fics that have fanart linked in author notes.
made me sob - a very overdramatic tag. for fics which made me sad.
sound of the falling tree - the cream of the crop. fics that are written like Dickens' ghost is on a possession spree.
canons fired - fics with really cool headcanons, ideas, worldbuilding, or exceptionally well done AUs.
The Graveyard - unfinished/abandoned fics.
grendel? - internet AUs. It's a reference. don't ask.
tea kettle noises - things that made me scream aloud. usually with joy.
French - fics in french.
