Name's Scrawny, and I'm your local bog-monster.
I'm an author-artist, though I also do crochet :) Managed to finally get back into writing during April 2020, after a year-long dry spell. So glad I did.
My main interests are Soulsborne, FFVII-XV, Zelda, and Hollow Knight. My work tends to be very character-heavy and introspective, with a whimsical air. I have a weakness for unorthodox pairings or situations, as I think they're wonderful motivation to push yourself into making something work; to explore parts that would have gone underutilised, otherwise? After all, circumstance is what makes us: what happens if we chance that?
Motivation is a fickle mistress, unfortunately; if anything goes untended, that's why. I haven't forgotten, I assure you! It plagues my every waking moment. Sometimes it's just a matter of time before I feel right jumping back into a project. Especially if it's been so long and I feel I would have done it differently. But! such is life.
I have a Dreamwidth and Tumblr under the same username; I used to be more active on the latter, posting my art and musings, I've made a decision to minimise my time there. I will respond to DMs I get, though. I'm making more of an effort to be on Dreamwidth; I like the site and I think it has real potential to be a key place for fan communities.
