Lately I’ve been encouraged to post on Ao3 because of the ease in searching for tags, and the potential of finding other authors and writers with similar interests. Updates will come in bursts; if there's a particular fic you want to see uploaded here, please comment and let me know.

Harry Potter is the only fandom I write for; I am a stalwart Snape-shipper and Neville-shipper; while I’ll write either of them with just about everyone else, I’ll admit my favorite pairing is Snape/Neville. I am ALWAYS happy to find others who share my ships, or like my writing - if that's you, feel free to drop me a message or strike up a conversation! And of course, comments are *love* :3

If you're here because you've seen my art or read my fic, I'd like to share a few points. People notice I share an unholy glee for darkfic. Part of it is a way to work out some dark times I’ve gone through, part of it is a fascination with the psychology and sheer resilience of the human soul. That’s beautiful to me - so I throw my characters into nightmare after nightmare looking for the beauty in their struggle, the strength that only shows under extreme pressure.

And part of it is because - well - I’m a masochist, and I like writing pain. That said, I *do* have the capability of distinguishing reality from fiction. I'm quite aware that were I to be stuck in one of my written scenarios in real life (most notably noncon), I would hate it. I would feel humiliated, demeaned, betrayed -

But sometimes we fantasize because fiction is a safe, secure way to indulge fantasy without the horror - or hazard - of the real thing. I think we all have a little of the twisted beast inside us - some of us just are closer to it than others :)

I understand many of the things I write can be triggering to others, so I will always do my best to tag my works as completely as I can. Happy (and safe) reading!
