If you’re looking for a sign to keep living, this is it.
Don’t leave yet, you’ve not even gotten to the best part. There is so much more to life than this, don’t leave before you even get a taste of it. Reach out, ask for help, and then let yourself be helped. But if no one helps you, then help yourself. Quit your job, change your name, get in your car or on a train, and go start a new life somewhere no one knows you. Or just start small. Plant some flowers, climb a tree, go outside and just lay down in the grass, or scream into an empty field. Do whatever it takes to find your peace. And when you find it, prioritise it, protect it, nurture it, and most importantly, enjoy it. Your life has meaning beyond this moment, please don’t leave.
