If it's a remix or a cowritten work, please get in touch with me first so I can get the permission of the other writer involved. Making minor changes to make the podfic/translation/binding work is fine; you don't need to ask for permission, just note it somewhere when you post your work.
If the original work is locked, please do me a favor and lock the transformative work. Please don't put my work onto another platform or put my work into an AI/LLM input for any reason (including personal use), and don't create anything based on my work that you'll use for Patreon/commission/other non-charity money-earning purposes.
