For personal use or gifting is fine, but it is illegal to profit off of selling fanfiction. And please remember, fanfiction writers hold rights to their own work. It should go without saying that plagiarism of fanfiction is wrong.
My Transformative works policy is different! If anyone should wish to make fanart, podfic, remix, or translation of any of my Glee fanfiction, that's awesome! My only caveats are that you (1) please link back to my work, and that you (2) please treat my work with kindness and respect, and (3) I'd love it if you let me know (Send an Ask on tumblr or leave a comment on the fic) because it would give me major warm fuzzies to have inspired you. <3
