Starting information for this story that will be different from the cannon of the MHA.
Story Divergences:
- Izuku leaves UA after the Stain Arc. (This is another reason he gets pissed and leaves UA since he saved Tenya from the Hero Killer and he doesn't support Izuku.)
- All Might will still have some OFA left after the Kamino Incident and his real form will not be revealed during this time (It will later as part of the story.) However, this means Izuku watches the battle on TV in America and doesn't help save Katsuki from LOV.
- The other students will still save Katsuki and escape like normal, just remove Izuku from it.
- The staff of UA, Gran Torino, and Detective Tsukauchi believe in Izuku due to the detective's quirk and several of the staff already know of Izuku's past of being 'quirkless' before he received OFA.
- Izuku finishes cleaning the beach 2 months before the entrance exam which allows him to meet Gran Tornio and learn to control the quirk faster. Starting out before the exam, he will control only 10% of OFA, and leaving UA to America, he will have control of 25% of OFA due to having more time to learn control under Gran Tornio and is able to put more muscle mass on.
- Izuku and Inko do talk to Hisashi Midoriya (NOT AFO) on a regular basis and have a stable family relationship. Hisashi works in America as a Pro Hero and is the owner of the world's wealthiest company called Spitfire.
- All Might takes a second father figure role in Izuku's life with the approval of Inko and Hisashi who have been told about OFA.
- Bakugo does not know about OFA since Izuku didn't slip up about it at the start of the school year. (I've never liked the fact that he found out.)

Description: This quirk grants the user the ability to transform the user's body to have dragon features and abilities or transform into a full dragon. The quirk overall enhances the user's speed, power, agility, healing abilities. User can also transform into a large dragon and is able to fly in both human and dragon form. This quirk also makes the user closer to an immortal due to the long life span and hyper healing abilities. Users will also have soulmates who can be granted the same life span and healing abilities.
Drawback(s): Long life span will not start until the user finds their soul mate(s), and will only be able to impregnate their soul mate due to the dragon influence.

Description: This quirk grants the user the ability to control all forms of fire and can make the fire burn at will. The quirk enhances the user's speed, power, agility, and healing abilities. The user can transform into a fire phoenix and is capable of flying while in both human and phoenix form. This quirk makes the user close to an immortal due to the long life span and hyper healing abilities that are granted. Users will also have soulmates who can be granted the same life span and healing abilities.
Drawback(s): Long life span will not start until the user finds their soul mate(s), and will only be able to impregnate their soul mate due to the fire phoenix influence on the user.

Description: This grants the user white wings and a Halo when active. Wings can appear and disappear at will. Grants the user ability to control light and create weapons/items out of the light that will stay unless the user removes them. Granted ability to heal others and the user as well (Passive healing on user).
Drawback(s): Abilities are weaker during the night due to decrease light from the sun. Though can still create due to light from other sources.

Quirk: Elemental
Description: This grants the user control over the elements: Air, Water, Fire, Earth, and Lighting. Many different types of moves can be created and elements can be merged to create subsets depending on training. The user is able to create the elements without a natural source nearby but will consume the user's energy as a result.
Drawback(s): Abilities are weaker if there isn't a natural source present, but this can be overcome via training.

Description: This grants the user black wings and 2 horns when active. Wings can appear and disappear at will. Grants the user ability to control darkness and create weapons/items out of the darkness that will stay unless the user removes them. Granted ability to create illusions as well as a passive healing ability.
Drawback(s): Abilities are weaker during the day due to an increase in light from the sun. Though the user can get around this by going to areas of great shadows.

Quirk: One For All & Immortality
Description: One For All is a transferable Quirk that can be passed on from one user to the next. One For All also allows the user to stockpile an enormous amount of raw power, allowing them to significantly enhance all of their physical abilities to a superhuman level. This results in unbelievable levels of strength, speed, agility, and durability. One For All also grants the user the ability to access the previous user's quirks. Starting out before the exam, Izuku will control only 10% of OFA, and leaving UA to America, he will have control of 25% of OFA due to having more time to learn control under Gran Tornio and is able to put more muscle mass on. This percentage will increase in the story as he trains with the Vanguard group.
Quirks Unlocked in OFA (After some time in America)
- Float the Quirk wielded by the seventh user, Nana Shimura. This Quirk allows the user to levitate.
- Black whip: The Quirk wielded by the fifth user, Daigoro Banjo. This Quirk allows the user to create tendrils of dark energy from their arms. These tendrils are good for grappling and increasing the user's mobility.
- Gravity Manipulation: Offensive uses of this power include repulsing people or objects with such force as to shatter practically anything, increasing gravity to crush or immobilize opponents, decreasing it to render them defenseless, or surrounding one's body in a gravitational field to amplify physical strength. Defensive uses include creating a gravitational force-field to repel all manner of attacks or anchoring oneself to the ground.
Quirk: Immortality:
Description: Due to being soul mates with Lucas Smith & Alex White, he will gain near-immortal powers the soul mate marks appear once they meet. This will grant the same life span and healing abilities as his soul mates have. He will also be able to get pregnant by either soul mate due to their quirks.
Drawback(s):
- OFA: Breaks bones and/or shatters them if uses more than the body can handle.
- Float: Energy is consumed with a lack of experience. With training, minimum energy would be used.
- Black Whip: If the user is not careful, they can crush whatever is in the whips and the whips will go out of control.
- Gravity Manipulation: Energy is consumed and lack of experience and training can lead to users being harmed due to changes in gravity that their body is not prepared for. Energy consumption will decrease with training to minimum levels.
- Immortality: Long life span will not start until the user finds their soul mate(s) nor will healing abilities start.
