Dino yawned and stretched as the smell of fresh brewed coffee made it into the bedroom to tickle his nose. He threw back the sheet that barely kept him decent and sat up with a soft groan.

Last night was a blur, but he could tell from his various aches and pains that he and Terry had reconnected on a very primitive level.

This thought pulled a chuckle from the redhead as he got out of bed and pulled on the pair of sweat pants Terry had left out for him.

The Aussie was usually the more organized of the two of them, but this fact rarely bothered Dino. In his mind, there were more important things to worry about.

He wandered into the bathroom running his hands through his already messed up hair noting that he was overdue for a trim. He hated when it got too long, because it could get unmanageable.

Looking at his reflection, he muttered, "Fuck it," and wandered out to the kitchen for a strong cup of coffee. It was Sunday and he had nowhere to be.

"Jesus, mate," Terry softly exclaimed when he saw him. "You look like you went three rounds with a bloody roo."

"No shit, asshole," Dino tossed back with a tired grin. Not surprised to see his lover dressed and ready for the day. "Since you are the bloody roo in question."

"Yeah, about that," Terry mumbled with a sheepish grin. He might have gotten little carried away the night before, but then he hadn't seen his lover in several months.

Dino chuckled. He loved Terry's enthusiasm in the bedroom. He had a few bite marks and bruises in obvious places, but he gave as good as he got noticing the hickey on Terry's neck.. "No worries, right, pal?"

"No worries, mate," Terry replied before taking a sip from the cup he had been cradling against his chest.

Dino saw the mug and made a gimme gesture with his hands. He was in dire need of caffeine.

"Fix your own, you lazy git," Terry told him as he stepped away from the coffee maker.

"I will," Dino grumbled as he grabbed a mug from the coffee cup tree. "Now that you've quit guarding the coffee pot like it was Fort Knox."

Terry snickered.

"Fuck off," Dino muttered before he filled his cup with the black elixir and took a sip.

"Love you too," Terry said before brushing a reddish lock off Dino's forehead and placing a kiss there.

"Humph," was Dino's reply.

Terry pushed him toward the open door that led out onto the back deck earning a one finger salute in the process.

Dino cradled his cup against his bare chest and settled on the porch swing to enjoy watching the ocean waves wash against their personal beach.

Terry shook his head. He had really missed the annoying bastard, but he would let his lover have his quiet time while he went about fixing them breakfast.
