Special Containment procedures: SCP-28-787 is to be contained in a 15 square meter cell that is to be cleaned monthly. During this time, SCP-28-787 is to either be sedated or be allowed to visit SCP-28-459 under close supervision depending on how cooperative it was during the month. The SCP is to be provided materials to build a “nest” with and said materials are to be rotated every two months.
SCP-28-787 does not require food or water but enjoys them upon request.
Given if SCP-28-787 follows cooperative behavior, it may be gifted items or an allotted time with an SCP-28-XXX of its choice as long as it's within reason. All requests must first reach the approval of a senior staff member before being granted. Of note, the entity has requested to date:
- Nesting materials (Granted)
- Various books (Pending)
- Shared containment with SCP-28-459, 338, or 516 (Denied multiple times)
- Free-roaming around the facility (Denied)

Description: SCP-28-787 is a male humanoid who looks to be in his 30’s. It is 5 feet and 8 inches tall in height with blond hair that reaches its shoulders and blue eyes. It has two wings growing from his shoulder blades with a wingspan of 20 feet wide. It is unknown if these wings are capable of flight. SCP-28-787 has a British accent but it is unknown if that is where the SCP was originally from.
SCP-28-787 wears standard issues clothing provided by the foundation as it was not deemed safe for it to wear what it had been wearing originally as it would be too easy to hide a weapon. SCP-28-787 wears the following:
- A white shirt with the foundation logo
- Black pants
- Black undergarments
- White socks
- Grey tennis shoes
