Chapter Text
"Your curfew will be at 6 pm, starting today"
After hearing those words Jimin glances up from his plate, looking at his father in disbelief.
"You can’t do that!", he says brows furrowed together as he puts down the fork he had been holding.
But his father doesn’t even spare him a glance as he continues to calmly eat his dinner "I can, it’s for your own safety" There are seated at the long dining table, made from a top quality wood, that’s far too big for just the two of them. And color way to dark for Jimins liking.
"But I am safe! Nothing ever happened to me, because of all your stupid restrictions I barely even see my friends anymore! " His half eaten dinner sits abandoned in front of him as Jimin gets more agitated by every second.
"Don’t you raise your voice at me Jimin" his father finally lifts his gaze, face emotionless and tired as if Jimin is the last inconvenience he has to deal with "it’s for your own good".
"But I am an adult, completely capable of taking care of myself" he answers, refusing to back up as he stares at his father even though he knows that once the old alpha says something it's set in stone.
The old man sighs deeply, like he is dealing with a spoiled toddler, his voice hardening “That doesn’t mean anything, you are an omega and you will listen and do as I say. I am done discussing this matter with you".
Jimin can feel the way his throat tightens uncomfortably, he wants to argue back and stand his ground but is unable to do so as he can feel tears pricking his eyes. He was ridiculed once again by his father, he never takes him seriously, he never saw anything in Jimin past his omega status.
The chair screeches against the floor as Jimin abruptly stands up, not bothering to finish his dinner in his father presence. He quickly bows his head and turns around, passing by the big windows that line up the whole side of the wall. But the scenery is what’s truly depressing, there is a view of the large garden, but no flowers just a clean cut grass and a few small trees that look drier each passing year.
It’s feels like a prison since Jimin presented. He knew that his father was greatly disappointed that his only son presented as an omega and added even more burden onto his shoulders as he now has to protect him. He sometimes curses at the whole world for his subgender, if he was an alpha he could make his father proud and at least be an independent human being.
He still remembers the look that crossed his father’s face that time, how he tried so hard to conceal Jimins identity even in front of his own men. Hiding the information from spreading around, the more people knew, the more vulnerable his position became. If anyone was to target his father and his business, it would be through Jimin.
But of course, the truth always comes out eventually. Jimin’s scent sweetened and his body started changing.
As the news about his true identity spread around, he could never escape his father’s watchful eyes. He was put under a lock, always having two of his father’s men by his side when going outside. One right beside him, acting as his companion as they walked side by side, and the other one trailing a few meters behind them.
After leaving the stuffy dining room he finally felt like he could breathe again, turning the corridor and running up the flight of stairs. Down the hallway, almost completely at the end was his room. Paintings caged by a heavy golden frames hanged along the walls, each one of them capturing a beautiful scenery but even that didn’t make this place any more lively.
It was fully furnished, modern house, with cold colors and too much empty space. His room felt colder than usual as he closed the heavy door behind him.
The room was painted baby blue, giving Jimin the sense of comfort most days but now the color made him feel even more miserable.
His bed was big, with a beautiful yellow canopy and unnecessary amount of pillows in the eyes of others, but it’s exactly what his omega nature craved.
But the room still felt empty, like he could put another five pieces of different kind of furniture it still wouldn’t cover up the empty space.
He blinked his tears away, refusing to cry as he picked up his phone and texted Tae to cancel their plans for the weekend. It made his heart heavy. Jimin heads to the bathroom, the hot shower always made him feel better. Especially the hot baths with his favorite lavender scented bath bomb that felt like a long warm hug that he so desperately craved.
He had no way of searching for a partner with his father looming over him like a shadow, monitoring his every step. If he found out that Jimin was seeing someone and hiding it for him he would freak out, and probably lock Jimin up in this secluded place forever. This was his father’s second house, it was built not far away from one of the rural areas in the middle of nowhere, the main one was in the prestigious part of the city. Jimin spent most of his days here.
The thing he feared the most was that his father is going to arrange him a mating with some alpha that he finds suitable. No, he doesn’t even want to think about it.
He took a warm shower, too tired to take a bath and he didn’t feel like falling asleep and drowning himself, or did he?
He quickly put on his pajamas, burring himself into the fluffy pillows as he slowly fell asleep in a comfort of his warm nest.
----------------------
Jeongguk was clenching his jaw tightly, trying his best not to leash out on a man that was just reporting the current situation to him. He took a deep breath, pinching the bridge of his nose between his index finger and thumb in frustration. Jeongguk dismissed him with a wave of his hand. He expected for this to happen, in other words he was impatiently waiting for Park to do something reckless as this.
Jeongguk will let the old man have his moment, he will act oblivious and let the old alpha think that he outsmarted him.
The thing is, Park was trying to cut off one of his best suppliers, persuading them to work for him instead. Jeongguk still didn’t figure out what the Park infatuated them with, what he offered them to betray Jeongguk like that. It couldn’t be the money, he always paid required amount to his best ones, without any bargain.
One of his suppliers betrayed him in the most inadequate way. Just when the ship docked at the port and Jeongguks men were ready to pick up his stuff, same time and place as always, they waited for hours but there was no sight of their container. Their goods weren't there, Dong-soo, the guy in charge of his delivery didn’t bring the intermodal containers into the said port as was agreed.
What could possibly make him give Jeongguks usual order to the Parks, it made him look like an incompetent leader. He knew that the Park was doing this just to ridicule him, trying to get his people on his side. When the people that Jeongguk relies on the most change sides, some others will undoubtedly follow. The fights between them were going on forever and he was ready to put an end to it. The Park knew that they were equals when it comes to physical fights, so that's why he chose a different way to harm him.
His business won’t crumble on this, it’s just an inconvenience that doesn’t move his budged. But being disrespected like this, making Park think that he can walk all over his chessboard and start making his own rules without any consequences makes him blind with rage.
Most of the Dong-soo's subordinates were still loyal to Jeongguk and one of them informed him about the coming up meeting between him and Mr. Park, it made his blood boil, did Dong-soo really think that he can do business with Jeongguks property just like that and get away with it. Big part of the Dong-soo's men worked for Jeongguk even before Dong-soo became the person in charge of the material delivery, and they held great amount of respect for him. His goods were being transferred to the South Busan port and he planned to hand them over to the Parks. But Jeongguk is not going to let that happen.
He took Hoseok out of his usual duties and entrusted him with the task of finding out about the whereabouts of the Parks son months ago, Jeongguk still remembers the slight surprised that overtook the betas face but he agreed instantly. He was just waiting for the right moment to strike. Jimins spends most of his time at the university campus. He wants the kidnaping to go as unnoticed as possible. Hoseok, being a few years younger then Jeongguk enrolls in the same university as Jimin, befriending him.
He walks over to his polished desk, fine carved wood, that he paid not a small amount for, taking a small key from the front pocket of his pants. He crunches down as he opens the bottom drawer it was empty except for a few white envelops.
Jeongguk takes out the one that was a recent addition to the collection, he didn’t have enough time to look through it when it was handed to him so he just shoved it inside the drawer. He tears the envelop taking out a handful of pictures.
Pushing himself into the chair behind him, sitting comfortably. Jeongguk starts reviewing the pictures one by one as his smirk grows bigger. All of them capturing one and the same person, that was completely oblivious to the fact that he was being followed.
Jeongguk lets his fingertips brush over one particular picture that captured a small blonde omega sitting in his garden with a book in his lap and the cutest pout on his lips. He could feel the desire curling deep in his gut as his eye darkened.
It looks like Park didn’t hide his treasure well enough.
----------------------------------
It was dead quiet, the sun already sank beneath the horizon of ocean waves. The salty breeze mixes together with the smell of exhaust gas from the ships, and some distant smell of metal. Jeongguk was standing at the edge of a port, most of the port was packed with huge intermodal containers. He was here to pick up his regular order. His men where here to load the stuff from the containers to their trucks. Jeongguk wasn’t usually present for this, there was no need for him to be here.
Today he was here too meet with Ji-hoon, he was one of his most treasured traffickers and business partners, he was the one who told him about the offer from the Park. The man was in his early fifties, in the later days, he was working for Jeongguks father and now, for Jeongguk. It would be stupid of him to break the deal with Jeongguk, but one of his other suppliers did and Jeongguk is intrigued to know what did the Park offer them. Ji-hoon imported all their gun parts, they manufactured them here and sold them to the big, influential customers. His father build his name up from nothing, it was well known that the Jeons guns were the best ones out there. Ji-hoon new Mr. Park personally, but they weren’t on friendly terms, so why did the old man think that he can persuade him to change his mind.
So reasonably, it pissed him off when some outsider tries to force himself inside his business. Beside the loud sound of the guys loading the truck he could hear the sound of footsteps getting closer.
Ji-hoon stops right beside him, there is some shuffling, then a silent click of a lighter can be heard before a burning cigarette smell penetrates the air.
“It didn’t even once cross my mind to betray you”
“You don’t need to explain yourself to me, I trust you” Jeongguk replies still looking ahead, not sparing him a glance. “But Dong-soo, that fucker really went behind my back like that” Jeongguk chuckles in disbelief and shakes his head.
“I am aware that it hurt your ego, but you don’t need him anyway, he made a mistake, fuck him, who cares” he took another long drag from his cigarette “He was always weak willed I did-“
“What was it, what did the Park offer him” Jeongguk turned to face him and interrupted him before he could finishes his sentence. The man let out a short laugh like he was about to tell him some good joke.
After a while he spoke “An omega” Jeongguks brows furrowed in confusion, why would h- oh-Oh. No fucking way. Jeongguk laughs like he couldn’t believe it.
“You mean, his own son?” the man nodded. Wow so much for a parental love. Did Jimin know about this? That his beloved father was bribing others with him, basically selling him away.
“He broke off a long lasting deal with you for some omega whore, I told you that you should have gotten rid of him long ago”
---------------------------------
Jimin was sulking in his room like a child after another lost argument with his father. The only thing he wished for was a tiny bit of freedom, nothing was ever really in his control. He is grateful for everything he has and for the protection his father provides him with but he can't live like this for the rest of his life.
There are moments when he feels truly like himself and can behave like any other 20-something year old, and that’s at university, with his close group of friend, recently a new student started attending Jimin's classes. He changed universities, but stayed the same major so he didn’t need to start from the first year. After he introduced himself for the first time, Jimin knew that him and Hoseok are going to be great friends.
Even thought it was a day like any other, Jimin dressed up prettily as always. Tae used to make fun of him, saying that he is overdressed, and that this is not a fashion runway but an university campus. But it made Jimin happy nevertheless, wearing pretty clothes and feeling comfortable is what made his days better.
He hugs Tae before he leaves, both omegas always hugged and scented each other, he was also the only person that scented Jimin, and he craved affection badly.
“Can you send me your notes from the last class, she was going over it so fast I think I missed like a half of it” Jimin complained as they let go of each other.
“Yeah sure, but I doubt my notes will be any help, and don’t forget about tomorrows exam”.
Jimin leaned his neck backwards and sighed deeply “I should just drop out”
“Nonsense, your grades are perfect you have no right to complain, besides you can’t leave me here on my own” Tae checked the time on his phone “I better get going, my glass is about to start soon”
They said their goodbyes and “see you tomorow”s. Jimin headed towards the black van that was parked at the other side of the road opposite of the university building. He could feel his mood dampening already. He got in, the body guards greeted him as usual and he did the same, in the beginning he really tried to chat them up, maybe become friends so his everyday life wouldn’t be so fucking boring but they didn’t budge. Always keeping a straight face and replying out of formality and after a while Jimin gave up on trying. The car rides where quite, it felt really awkward at first but he got used to it by now. These were the people that he basically spends every day with but they were like strangers.
---------------
It was one of those beautifully sunny days, even though the wind was quite chilly, Jimin just wanted to lay down on the grass and ditch the rest of his classes. He was currently eating lunch with Hoseok on their usual place as they talked. The beta was waiting for a right time to start the conversation.
“Wanna hang out this Friday?” he asked casually as he waited for the omega to respond, they got close this couple of weeks, and the beta knew that Jimin trusted him and disclosed some personal information about his home life.
“You know I cant…” he puts the sandwich down, staring at the ground.
“Just because of you father? I can’t imagine, you know, you are an adult, you are old enough to be able to make you own decision, did you ever had an opportunity to go out and have fun? Hoseok asked even though he already knew the answer.
“No… but Tae goes clubbing often and always talks about how much fun it is” Jimin mumbles, kicking a small stone that was lying at his feet.
“Why don’t you come with me then, there is one omega-beta club only, I visit often and it’s the safest place for your first time” he says, trying to sound as convincing as possible.
“I don’t know” Jimin sighs “I would love to go but my father-“ before he can finish his sentence, Hoseok interrupts him.
“Are you really going to let him control you for the rest of your life? We will be back before the sun even rises, he won’t notice, what’s wrong with having fun once in a while”
Jimin thinks about the words carefully, weighting out the pros and cons, coming to the conclusion that the beta is indeed right, he needs to stop living in a cage that his overprotective father build for him. He needs to show him that he was capable enough to take care of himself as an omega.
“Okay, I will go “ Jimin says, with determination in his voice.
“That amazing !” Hoseok shouts throwing an arm around the omegas shoulders as they laugh together.
-------------
When Friday comes Jimin has problem controlling his nerves the whole day, he is brimming with excitement, he tries his best to hide it and keep his scent neutral so his guards don’t get suspicious. The beta advised that it would be the best idea to skip the last class, as it would give them more time, when in fact Hoseok needs more time as he has to drive Jimin from Seoul to Busan and that alone is going to take him almost 5 hours. Lot of things can go wrong at the port, but when they bring Jimin into the picture, they will stack the cards in their favor.
Jimin class ends and he hurriedly throws all his stuff into a backpack and runs to meet Hoseok in the hallway. He took time to dress up today more than usual, wearing black ripped skinny jeans with his favorite oversized white chanel sweater.
“It feels like I am committing a crime”, the beta admits as they exit the school building and head to the parking lot where his car is parked.
“It may feel like it but you are actually doing me a favor” Jimin giggles cutely, completely unaware of the syringe hidden inside of Hoseoks pocket, and the beta almost feels bad for what he is about to do. Almost. He unlocks the car and tells Jimin to throw his backpack into the back seat of the black range rover. The omega never understood why Hoseok owned a car this big, when he just rides it to school and back home, and he never talked about his family either. That’s when Jimin realize that he basically doesn’t have any information about the betas background. He gets into the passenger seat, and puts his seatbelt on, Hoseoks gets in a second later.
He looks at Jimin and takes a hold of his sweater, eyes widening in surprise. “Is this chanel?” he says, doing his best to fake the excitement in his voice.
“I thought you noticed” he laughs innocently, Hoseok feels like a devil's worker that’s delivering a sweetest angel to the Satan himself. He hopes Jeongguk won’t break the omega too much. There was a bright light inside of Jimins eyes, a pure soul.
Jimin doesn’t register the clicking sound that resonates around the car, indicating that all the doors are locked. Hoseok pulls his sweater down, revealing his shoulder, everything happens in a flesh as he reaches into his pocket and takes the syringe out and plunges it into the omegas shoulder.
“What are you doing?!" The smaller one flinches backwards against the seat as he tries to push the betas arm away but he won't budge. Jimin is scared and confused, as he is pressed against the seat of the car. He doesn't recognize the dark expression on Hoseoks face, the beta was always smiling brightly, was it all an act?
“Don’t move or it's going to hurt even more” he says as he empties the content of the syringe inside of Jimin's arm, pulling it out, he throws it into the backseats. Jimin sobs as he holds his shoulder, the sharp pain in his muscle becoming more prominent every second. He tries to open the door but it's to no use, Hoseok doesn’t pay him any mind as he starts the engine, reversing the car out of the parking lot. When the omega kicks the door of the car he loses his cool.
“I don’t want to hurt you so I advise you to stop right now” he says, not sparing the crying omega a glance, all his attention is on the road. The strong dose of anesthesia should start to take effect in a few minutes.
“I trusted you…” Jimin says as he sobs, slowly losing his battle as his consciousness slowly slips away, his eyelids getting heavy. All the car windows are tinted so no one will be able to see him from the outside. It should keep him asleep for the whole ride, hopefully.
When Jimin passes out, Hoseok reaches out into the omegas pocket, taking out his phone, he smashes it against the car door, before he slides down the window and throws the phone out into the middle of the busy road.
------------------
Three cars are parked in an alleyway between the two old buildings, approximately twenty minutes away from the Busan south port. Jeongguk is leaning against his car, the sky is completely dark as the night falls. According to the latest report that they received Dong-soo should meet Mr. Park around midnight, so currently they are just passing time as they wait. He took twelve men with him for precaution if something goes wrong. He was expecting Hoseok to show up any second. And he was right, after a few long minutes a black range rover rounds the corner as it heads toward them, parking right besides Jeongguks car.
The alpha is thrilled, after so long, the omega is finally his, but the feeling of superiority exceeds the feeling of excitement, he is going to bring the Park to his knees. Midnight was near and there is a possibility that the news that his son is missing already got to him. But he also doubts it as the guards are probably trying to look for him on their own to avoid getting punished. Hoseok gets out of the car and they greet each other, there is a smirk on the betas face as he motions for Jeongguk to come to the other side of the car and he opens the passenger door, revealing a drowsy omega, his eyes are half open as he stares at them, unable to focus, all he was seeing were too blurry figures in front of him. One he was able to recognize as Hoseok, the other was an alpha, dressed all in black. As the cold air form the outside got into the car, he shivered, it also brought in more scents, the faint smell of cigarettes mixed with salty breeze, indicating that they were somewhere near the sea, and the scents of different alphas.
Jimin was sure he was going to die, his limbs felt heavy, even lighting his arm would take him five minutes, there is no way that he can defend himself in any way. And even if he wasn’t under the influence of the drug, it wouldn’t really change anything as he doesn’t stand a chance against an alpha. Someone got a grudge against his father and he is the one that’s going to suffer because of it.
The omega was even prettier up close, blonde hair falling over his eyes as he laid there, unmoving. His scent was sweet just like Jeongguk imagined, Jimin smelled like cinnamon sugar, with a light undertone of vanilla. He couldn’t wait to have him all to himself.
His men were standing around in a circle as they talked, some of them holding a burning cigarette between their fingers as they threw curious stares their way, trying to get a good look at the omega.
“I knew I could count on you, did you ran into his bodyguards on the way here?”
“No, I made him skip his last class, that bought us lot of time, they are probably searching for him around Seoul”
Jimin was able to pick up on their conversation, it was all planed and he fell for it. He was so stupid, he should have listened to his father. He has no idea how long is it going to take for the effects of the drug to wear off.
“Good”
“It’s almost midnight” Hoseok comments as he shut the passenger door, leaving Jimin inside, checking the time on his phone.
“We should get going” Jeongguk adds, motioning for others to get ready.
---------------
This part of the town was dead at night, filled with industrial buildings. They were divided into two mini vans, with Hoseoks car trailing behind them. Jeongguk checked his gun, tucking it behind his belt at the back.
“None of you shoot until I tell you to, hopefully it won't come to that” he says, running a hand through his hair to push it back.
“What about Dong-soo?” one of the men points out, at the sound of his name, distasteful scoffs could be heard around the van.
“I will take care of him myself”
The port was loaded with huge intermodal containers, the lamps far away were providing them with minimal amount of light. According to the directions that they got, his container should be located in the east corner of the port. He was still burning with anger, revenge the only thing on his mind.
Soon enough, he could see a faint outlines of other cars, and a group of people standing not too far away. They parked their cars opposite of them, two vans parked one behind another, and Hoseok car parked besides Jeongguks van, so it was partly hidden from the sight of the other group.
The others were on a high alert when they noticed the approaching vehicles, they didn’t expect any visitors. Jeongguk and his group didn’t even exit the cars and guns where already pointed their way, all the previous chatter dying out. As the others waited in dead silence.
Jeongguk got out first, his men following right behind, Hoseok wasn’t an exception. As he expected Mr. Park was there, hands folded behind his back, dressed formally in a suit, even in the dark, he was able to notice the additional white hairs on his head as he stared at Jeongguk with a hard look. There was a dumbfounded look on Dong-soos face, his eyes wide in surprise, not expecting his boss to appear here all of sudden. The younger heads towards them, his men stand behind him, forming a half moon formation. Mr. Park lifts his hand up and motions to his subordinates to put their guns down.
“Having a meeting without me?” he ask as he heads their way, looking behind them towards the transportation ship loaded with intermodal containers, recognizing it immediately by the identification number printed in huge white letters at the side of the container.
“…about a stuff that belongs to me?” he stops, standing two meters away, putting a safe distance between them.
“Not anymore, the deal had been signed over” the old man says as he chuckles. “That’s what business is about, today you own something, and tomorrow it already belongs to someone else”
“Signed over ? Don’t bullshit me with that legal stuff, like you care about some fucking contract” as Jeongguk starts to raise his voice the air around them gets dense with tension. He glares at Dong-soo's direction and the man stares back at him, feeling untouchable just because he thinks that he scored a new deal.
“I have no real use for your stuff, but it would be unusable if it sinks to the bottom of the ocean, wouldn’t it?"
Jeongguk laughs at that shaking his head in disbelief, if that happened he would have to wait months for the new parts to be manufactured and even longer for them to arrive. But he remains stoic, deciding that its the best time to bring out his secret weapon. “Actually, I bought something very special with me here today, I believe it will change your mind”
He sees the old man smirk, thinking that he got Jeongguk were he wanted. The younger turns around and starts to walk back, he goes behind his car, were the betas range rover is parked. He opens the passenger door, coming face to face with a pair of frightened eyes, Jimin has his seatbelt off and the car floor is a mess of stuff that Hoseok stored in the glove box under the dashboard. He probably tried to find something to help him get out but come out empty handed.
He reaches out for him but Jimin shrinks back, as he tries to move away. Jeongguk forcefully grabs the omegas upper arm and drags him out of the vehicle. He shuts the door close, his own car shielding them from the others sight.
“No-“ the omega is prepared to scream for help, but it gets stuck in his throat when he sees the gun in the alphas hand. He freezes in fear as Jeongguk turns him around, pressing his front against the omegas back, wrapping an arm around his shoulders, holding him almost in a chokehold, as he presses a gun to his temple. Jimin is trembling in his hold, and its getting harder for him to breathe, feeling like he is going to choke as he takes a shaky intakes of air.
The alphas close proximity and the hot breath against the back of his neck makes him panic. Its dark and he is unable to identify the place they are at. He is terribly aware of the gun that's pressed against the side of his temple and he tries his best to control his tears.
“Behave, or you are going to regret it” that’s all Jeongguk says before he leads Jimin forward, the omega smells absolutely delicious, the fear doesn't spoil his scent, on the contrary, it enhances it.
When he leads Jimin out in the open, the change of the atmosphere is evident. When Mr. Park lays eyes on them, an expression of pure terror overtakes his face. His eyes are wide as he is frozen in place, Jeongguk walks closer, passing by his men as he comes to a stop. The old mans mind is working hundred miles per second as he tries to figure out what to do next. Dong-soo is staring at Jimin like he can't believe that the boy is real. Jimin can't help it put lets out a cry when he sees his father, he wants to apologize for not listening to him, for putting himself in this mess.
“Let go of him, and I believe that we can make a deal” Park says, putting a hand on his belt, fingers twitching to take out his own gun. Jimin makes an eye contact with the beta that's standing to their left, but Hoseok quickly averts his gaze.
“I think that you are in no position to make propositions” Jeongguk says, voice unbelievably calm now that he has everyone under his control.
“Kick your gun towards me, and all your men, tell them to put their guns in a pile” no one moves as Park looks at him with dark eyes, not giving his men a signal to do so.
A soft click resonates around the open place as Jeongguk takes the safety off, and presses the tip of the gun harder against Jimins temple, making the omega whimper.
“Safety is off, do it or I am gonna blow his pretty brain out” He spits out, patience running out.
The old man looks at Jimin and takes his own gun out and kicks it towards Jeongguk, motioning for his men to do the same thing as they one by one put their guns in a pile where Jeongguks men take them for themselves. He can feel something wet landing on the back of his hand and shortly after he hears a soft sniffle. Mr. Park doesn’t take his eyes of Jimin.
“I did what you asked, now-“ before he can finish his sentence, the younger interrupts him.
“Do you see this guy right here” he starts, but he is not talking to Mr. Park, he angles Jimin's body toward Dong-soo “answer me”
“y-yes” Jimin stutters, his tongue feeling heavy. “Do you know what he was offered if he betrays me?” Jimin shakes his head, his heart pounding loud in his ears as he stares at his father with pleading eyes, begging him to save him.
“You” Jeongguk says as he chuckles “fatherly love, right? Selling you around like a piece of furniture” Jimins takes a long moment to process his words, and his world shatters. No. His father would never do that, he glances his way, not expecting for his father to confirm the alphas claim.
“My sons arranged mating its none of your business” he says through gritted teeth.
“You made it my business, I want the ship to depart to Seoul, where it was supposed to, right now” Dong-soo nods his head and the two guys that were waiting behind him, one of them Jeongguk recognized as his dispatcher, went back to the ship to inform the others to move.
“Maybe there is a way we could settle this matter?” Dong-soo laughs nervously as he looks into Jeongguks unforgiving eyes.
“There is just one way to settle this” it happens in seconds, the younger pulls the gun away from Jimins head and aims it at Dong-soo, shooting him two times in the chest before the guy even has a chance to say anything else.
Jimin screeches in fear as the loud sound of the gun goes off right beside his sensitive ear. He is completely shaken up as he watches as the guy falls to his knees with a loud thud before he starts coughing up blood. Seconds later he falls to the side, with his eyes still open, unmoving. Jimin cries as he tries to move back but he has nowhere to go, he shuts his eyes tightly as he sobs, the gun is once more brought to his temple, his hands go up to hold the alphas strong arm that’s secured around his shoulders.
“You got what you wanted" the old man breaths out, getting nervous by every passing second that his son spends in Jeongguks arms "now give me back my son” he says, completely unfazed by Dong-soo's death.
“Why should I? You said it yourself, today you own something and tomorrow it already belongs to someone else" he laughs, entertained by the fast change of the Park's behavior.
He start to walk backward “if I see any of your cars following me, I am going to kill him and throw his body out in the middle of the road”. Jimin starts crying harder at the words as he stares back at his father. Jeogguk starts shushing him as if he is taking to a child.
“Shh, no, don’t cry, nothing will happen to you if your father listens to me” he smirks at the old's man direction before the door of the van are opened for him and he gets in, his men take the Parks gun with them, as they load them into the van. He pulls Jimin inside but the omega visibly struggles as he kicks his legs, chanting a small ‘no’s as he is forcefully dragged inside. He hears a string of curses behind him as the old man seems to lose his mind. There are two rows of seats facing each other, Jeongguk sits down and makes Jimin kneel at his feet, facing to the front as others take their seats. The omegas shoulders starts to tremble as he cries. The van finally gets moving leaving the port. He sits on his knees, staring at the ground, suddenly there is a hand in his hair jerking his neck backwards.
He hisses in pain as he locks eyes with the dark-haired alpha “Try something funny” he says pressing the tip of the gun against his jaw “and I will blow your brains out, understand?”
“Y-yes”
“Yes what?” he can feel everyone eyes on him.
“Yes, alpha” he whispers, ears burning in shame as he hears the men around him chuckle. Jeongguk lets go of his hair. Jimin stays with his head bowed down for the whole ride, pulling the collar of his sweater higher to cover himself up. The ride feels like forever and his eyelids starts to get heavy. He sits on his knees, his head lolls to the side falling against the alphas thigh as he falls asleep.
