Katsuki Bakugou is gay.
Katsuki Bakugou is very gay, and is very pissed off.
And why you might ask? Well Katsuki is currently on his way to Taiwan from Japan to go to a wedding. A wedding he unfortunately can't miss since it's his own. His parent's are world famous fashion designers and because of this their appearance as a family is extremely important to them. Reasoning in his shitty arranged marriage. And Katsuki is god damn fucking pissed to say the least.
Like why did he have to be the one who is in a god forsaken arranged marriage-especially with a fuckin' women? No offence to women or people who identify as females but their just aren't his type. He's gay as shit.
And it's not like they didn't even know he was gay either. He'd come out on his fourteenth birthday, he was now seventeen-eighteen the day before his wedding. He wouldn't have even minded if it was a guy he was arranged to marry, but no, it's a female. His parent accepted him when he came out and had accepted all the boyfriends he'd ever brought home so he didn't know why he was here on this boat to marry a women. Yet here he was. On a boat to where his wedding is held, but...he couldn't help but think about what would happen if he just jumped off the boat.
He had come out with a few alternate ideas for how jumping could turn out.
1. He dies on impact
2. He survives but breaks a few bones
3. He survives with no injuries' and dies from hypothermia
4. He survives and somehow manages to swim and back to Japan
Actually cross of that last one. He doesn't think he could actually swim back to Japan. He may be semi-decent at swimming but not enough to swim multiple miles in one go, through water with currents at a freezing cold temperature.
But who knows? Even so it's still very tempting-don't get it wrong he doesn't want to die-definitely not die. It's not that bad, he just...want to feel free.
He didn't even realize he was moving until he was outside on the third floor, the wind hurling his hair vigorously from it's place on his head, making it even more of a mess than normal. But that didn't overly matter at this point in time. The question more prominent to him as of this moment was weather he risked the jump into the water down below or not.
Katsuki's hands grip the hand rail tightly and he could physically see his tanned skin turn pale in the cold night air as his grip only got tighter with the wind getting stronger to the point it nearly brushed him of the deck like he weighed nothing.
"Please come back from the edge, sir!" A voice cried from behind as he slowly look over his shoulder to see him. He had a tall and slender figure, freckle-clustered skin and beautiful emerald green eyes with a slightly unsettled look hidden within them. "Sir? Are you okay?" he question slowly coming closer to me.
"Yes I'm fine-I'm just thinking is all," Katsuki muster out sounding much more shy then he initially intended.
"Why are you out here then? Of all places I mean it's cold, dangerous and-you don't even have a jacket on!" He exclaims, practically ripping his jacket off to carefully lay it over Katsuki's shoulders, bringing Katsuki's face into his chest as he does so. "You absolute dumbass! You shouldn't even be out here at this time of night..." His voice trails off as he moves his hand to rests on Katsuki's forehead temporarily. "Gah, your freezing!" He holds the back of Katsuki's neck to keep him close.
"Ah, I'm sorry! I probably should have introduce myself before I forced my jacket onto you and hugged you without asking! I'm Izuku Midoriya and I'm twenty-three years old, nice to meet you...?"
"Katsuki Bakugou...seventeen, eight-eighteen in two days," he stutters, now realizing how cold it really was in the wind.
"Well Katsuki, um if you don't mind me asking, you weren't considering jumping, were you?" He asks skeptically, as if worried he'd offend Katsuki in any way.
Katsuki just nods into Izuku's chest, trying to get closer to Izuku to keep himself warm. Izuku gently kisses his forehead with warm lips, "Please don't jump...you'll probably die on impact due to the height we are from the sea, or at least catch hypothermia and die slowly because of it." He mumbles against Katsuki's head.
"Mmh, I don't want to get married though..." Katsuki grunts tiredly, slowly falling asleep on Izuku's chest, Izuku's jacket and lanky body protecting him from the wind.
"I know, darling. I know, I'll try to get you out of it if I can," he promises as he walks them both towards the door leading inside.
"It's useless, I've tried, thank you for the offer but this would probably be easier."
He shifts his hold so he's holding Katsuki's shoulders, forcing his head away from Izuku's chest making Katsuki whine slightly. "Hey Katsuki," he only nodded. "Hey Katsuki, darling, can you talk to me?"
"Mmh, what's up?"
"I'm gonna ask you something and I want your honest answer, okay?"
"Yeah? What is it?" Katsuki looks into Izuku's eyes full of worry and concern yet his face keeps a serious expression, holding my left hand as he goes to speak.
"Would you seriously consider suicide because of a forced arranged marriage?"
"I-" Katsuki looks at Izuku, tears welling in his eyes. "I-I don't know?"
"Okay, hey shhh, shhh it's okay darling. Your okay, we'll work something out okay. It doesn't need to go like this. However...Okay, now I'm only going to say this once so listen carefully," he pauses, kissing the back of Katsuki's hand. "I'm not letting you die on my watch, okay? So...if you intend to jump then, well, let's just say: If you jump, I jump. It's your choice, choose wisely Katsuki..."
Katsuki looks at Izuku with tears falling down his face, shock evident in his expression. "I-"
