Quirks are the reason we exist...everybody knows that it’s a fact (kiss kiss)

The Third and Fourth Pro-heroes, loved by the Hero Commission and Society alike.
The two are always seen at the top of popularity polls and contests, they’re smart and analytical. As well as wealthy in terms of money and kindness but best of all they have powerful quirks—Telekinesis and Fire breathing—amazing right!
Their names are Levitate and Hellstorm.
Some say they’re one of the best Hero couples, good looking and always seen in designer brands. With both of them being kindhearted and sweet, they got a good fan base pretty quick. Anyone who’s met them while they were fighting off villains and protecting citizens, could have sworn they were earth-walking angels. The two are said to have the most brightest and beaming smiles, some of the most fun heroes to be around, playful with children and very loving.
Their headlines in newspapers are always sweet and make many smile, truly blessings to the hero world.
And individually? They’re both amazing!
The Number Fourth Hero, Hellstorm. Well he’s never seen far from Pro hero Endeavor, In terms of age they’re one year apart, but their history is close.
The two are “playful” rivals or best friends even.
They grew up in the same neighborhood, went to the same schools even made it in advanced classes together. Attended UA together—despite Hisashis age—and were in the same class as each other.
The media often questions how someone as nice and optimistic as Midoriya Hisashi, could ever be around and get along with the Resident Pessimistic Flaming Asshole known as Endeavor for years on end. Although the situation was never heavily pressed on, because as the saying goes “opposites attract” seems to never stray far from its telling, it’s mainly never brought up at the most.
Then you have Levitate, The Number Three Hero. Daughter of the late hero Justice (Civilian name Shimura Nana).
This women has—unsurprisingly—gained the title as one of the kindest heroes society could ever have. Constantly donating to charity and the poor, fundraising like there’s no tomorrow, and helping out local communities.
This had her fanbase numbers off the charts, even with avoiding most media! She sometimes still ends up getting caught, but in the best ways no how.
Often seen patrolling in crime heavy areas and neighborhoods, down to being wary of her quirk damaging things or putting others in potential harm's way, and switching to fighting quirkless when her quirk makes things high risk. She’s helped solve many abuse, neglect, and even child abandonment cases! In her eyes everyone can be a hero with a little training, and coming from a not so perfect background she can sympathize with some victims.
Most of all Levitate is an amazing feminine role model, I mean she’s the only woman in the Top Five being the third nun the less.
In a short time after her debut, she adopted a cat from a local animal shelter, which showed many she was a kind soul since the beginning.
She’s helped rebuild and even fund the rebuilds of buildings destroyed due to hero work, always checking on victims at crime scenes no matter what and guiding them to calm down.
The Third and Fourth are very pure-hearted and practically Perfect in all means, aren’t they?
Well at times their seen to have a slight tempers—like when they would beat a villain to hard or said some…unkind…things—but it’s just some hero work stress. It’s not that bad, right?
