Summary:
The Shattering through the eyes of the accursed empyrean twins who were meant to reign over the conquered lands.
However, one was an idealist who didn't fear the condemnation through refusal of conquest, yet he would raze the Erdtree to the ground for his inverted justice.
The other was an exiled blade, rot-eaten and half-dead, yet human brutality honed her into the Goddess of War.
Witnessing the madness unfolding in reverence was Finlay, an albinauric fisherman’s daughter.
Through time and traumas, human will slowly dissolve with each word we repeat.

Update Sat/Sun until all chapters released.
May or may not be canon divergent. Written in April-June and then edited in October 2022, before any DLC exists.

Info:

• Alcohol and sex happen, but nothing explicit. Please don't expect smut.
• This isn'ta Mohg/Miquella story.
• Both Miquella and Malenia are trans. They're trans in the same way Marika and Radagon can be read as trans, which is vague hand gestures. God is beyond our comprehension and they’re every letter on LGBTQ.
• I’ve committed the cardinal sin of refusing to use old form of English for Elden Ring. No proper Victorian English.

 

Warnings:

• Severe body image issues and lack of ownership of one’s own body
• Explicit descriptions of panic attack
• Mind control, sexual violence, discrimination, children's death.
• Canon-typical violence but very graphic. Most chapters contain it. The first chapter is a good sample of it.

Update: as of Apr 2024, it seems I got it right that Malenia needs Radahn dead for a reason prior to/unrelated to Miquella's abduction huh...... Wild shit.
