Chapter 1: The beginning

Ben Amir is the crown prince of the Nabbu empire, son of Sultana Leia and Sultan Han, after not giving in to a marriage arranged by his parents, he flees his empire and joins the Ren Warriors under the name of Kylo.
He has spent several years wandering the desert under this new identity, learning about the poverty of his people and trying to help from the shadows. He feels the conflict between returning to his parents where he can help his people but under the yoke of the Sultanate's rules or continue with the mercenaries with more freedom but knowing that many of the people of his kingdom suffer, he knows that the leader of the Ren Warriors, Emir Sheev Palpatine is suspicious of his lineage and hopes to use it to his advantage in the future, so he must be very careful with his movements.

Reyna was sold by her parents in the slave market when she was just a child, before she was delivered to a brothel she managed to escape, since then she lives disguised as a boy to avoid the fate of all young women in the desert; with her disguise she has learned the craft of forging weapons and has become quite good at it.
The blacksmith Plutt gives her work in his armory in exchange for hiding her, he knows she has more value working than as a prostitute plus thanks to her work the best assassins and merchants have become great clients. So in exchange for keeping her secret she works day and night to make creations that Plutt passes off as his. Her life is no different from that of any slave, but it has allowed her some freedom until she has the means to get off Jakku without being arrested.
