Summary:

Stephanie and Lula want to get serious about bounty hunting.
They want to go after the big paydays but they need extra help.
Enter Emmerys....

Draco Malfoy was at loose ends due to the Ministry so now he's going to work for Ranger.

Stephanie Plum was having a good day..not a great day but a good one.
And that was fantastic for a change.
She and Lula had gotten their FTA's picked up with no issues.
And now they were eating pizza at Pinos.
Yeah sure she was still stuck between two hot guys and she had a reputation as a disaster.
But she wasn't going to dwell on the negative.
She looked up when Lula started talking.
"Ya know I'm thinking if we had one more person we could go after the ones worth more money. Cause I got expenses...looking this good don't come cheap." She said
Stephanie thought and said " Yeah that would be good but who? And how would having someone else who's just learning all this help. What we need is someone with a bit of expertise in the area "
Lula made her thinking face
"Now see I like that idea...that means easier work and more money. And I like more money. " Lula replied
"Me to...but still who?" Stephanie asked
"Who what?" Sally Sweet asked walking up
Sally Sweet did not look like his name he was a tall , hairy man.
But he was a friend and he was cool.
And he could pull off pearls like no one else.
He was currently wearing cut offs , a sequin tube top , high tops and a pearl necklace.
The look was interesting....
"We need a third partner so we can go after scum bags worth more money but we need someone with more experience. Know anyone?" Lula responded while chewing a piece of pizza.
"Well I might...I met this woman she just moved here from the south. Ya know like Texas. And she's looking for something. She use to do security though not bounty hunting. " Sally said leaning his hip on the booth
"I mean maybe that's more experience than we had starting out." Stephanie said
"Yeah I agree we could give it a try and see" Lula said
"OK I'll let her know and give her your number....later girls." Sally said then turned waved and strutted out in all his sparkly grandure.
"Now that man can pull off any look....damn " Lula replied
"Yeah he can...so we'll see if this woman calls and maybe we can start getting real serious. " Stephanie said
"Hell to the Yeah girl...that's what I'm talking about... serious money." Lula replied grabbing another slice of pizza 🍕.

 

Across the pond
Wizengomit Chambers

"Auror Malfoy we have found that you have committed no illicit behavior as reported. However due to the blight this has left upon the Ministry we are hereby relieving you of your position as an auror. Do you understand the ruling?"

Draco Malfoy was many things hot , rich, an asshole at times but stupid was not one of them.
He understood completely what the ruling was about they finally found a way to get rid of him.

"Yes I understand completely....you've found I've committed no wrong doings which is the opposite of what you had hoped. But now you're going to claim embarrassment as a reason to get rid of me. Cause you can't say I haven't done my job that would be a lie and you can't say I'm bad at my job cause Head Auror Robards will inform you that I am excellent at my job. So you are obviously grasping at the only thing you can find to boot me out." Malfoy replied
Malfoy turned to Harry who was sitting in the area behind him and said
"You were right this was always going to end this way. "
Harry smiled sadly and said "Yeah but I hate that I was right."
Head Auror Robards stode up and addressed the members and said
"Today you have not helped the Ministry you have hindered it. We are short as it is on aurors and today you've sacked one of my best people. This won't help our people this will hurt them by leaving us less people to protect them. You've shown that good men and women can and will be fired for nothing except your own whims. Which will mean we'll have a harder time getting people to do this job. You've officially crippled the DMLE. "
He strode over shook Malfoys hand saying
" I didn't think you'd do well when you started but I was wrong . You've become an excellent auror and you will be missed."
"Thank you Sir." Malfoy replied
Head Auror Robards turned and walked out of the Chambers.
Malfoy took his cell phone out of his pocket. Yes pureblood Malfoy has a cell phone.
Harry looked at him and asked " Are they still in town? Could you still swing it?"
"Maybe...let's find out." Draco said
The Wizengomit members watched in confusion whispering amongst themselves.
The phone rang several times as Draco held it up to his ear.
Then a deep voice answered "Yo"
"Ranger is that offer still on the table?" Draco asked
"Hell yeah....you want it?" Ranger asked
"Yeah I do...I'm in." Draco replied smirking
Ranger chuckled and said "They fucked up ...their loss my gain. Welcome to the team Dragon. Meet me later at the hotel we'll work out all the travel details."
"Sounds good see you later " Draco said as he glanced at Harry
"Later" Ranger replied hanging up
"All done" Draco said
"Maybe this is for the best..." Harry replied
"Maybe " Draco said sounding unsure
" Mr Malfoy what is the meaning of all of this." The head Wizengomit member asked
Draco turned to face them saying
"That was me accepting the job offer that I turned down to continue being an auror. You see it pays triple but I don't care about that I wanted to be an auror. Now though I'm taking it and I'll be out from under your thumbs and out of your watchful eyesight. Oh and my money will be spent somewhere else as well. " Draco said smirking
"But hey atleast I won't be here to embarrass you anymore. " Draco said shrugging
Draco motioned to Harry and they walked out of the Chambers chuckling to themselves.
The Wizengomit members watched in shock realizing to late that they had messed up badly.

 

Back in Trenton

Ringing phone 📱
Stephanie checked and it showed unknown caller
"Hello" she said
"HI I'm calling for Stephanie Plum?" The woman said
"That's me...what can i help you with?" Stephanie asked
"HI Sally Sweet gave me your number about the bounty hunting....I've never actually done any of it. But I'm good with guns , tasers and general self defense. " the caller said
"So nice to hear from you ...Sally said something about security work?" She asked
"I did work security...non-commissioned which means no gun and honestly it was basically admin work. Oh and my name is Emi sorry I forgot that ." Emi said chuckling
"HI Emi well what we need Lula and I that is....is another person so we can start going after FTA'S that are worth more money. " Stephanie said
"Well how about this...why don't the three of us meet up and maybe go try one together and see if we can even work together. Sound good?" Emi asked
Stephanie thought for a minute and said
"Sounds good....how about we meet at the Tasty Pastry tomorrow say 10am? And we'll go from there." Stephanie replied
"Sounds good see you then....Bye." Emi said before hanging up
Stephanie quickly dialed Lula
"What's up girl?" Lula asked sounding like she was chewing...which she probably was
"Hey we got a call back...the woman Sally told us about. We're going to meet up tomorrow at 10am at the Tasty Pastry. Going to do a pick up or atleast try and pick up an FTA. " Stephanie said
"Girl yasss...now see I like that she called and straight went to let's make money. I got a good feeling about this. What's her name?" Lula responded
"Yeah I have a good feeling about it to...and her names Emi. So I'll pick you up tomorrow morning. " Stephanie said
"Hell yeah girl...I'm ready for some pastries and money. See you then " Lula replied then hung up.
Stephanie just laughed ...yeah she was ready for pastries and money to.

 

Emi Riley moved to Trenton on a whim...basically it was to piss her father off.
It was a huge change for South Texas.
Nothing like Houston so it's a bit of a culture shock.
But upside her Bio-Dad hated it..
He had been absent her entire life then boom showed up one day thinking he was father of the year.
Not!!!
He sent money that she never saw a cent of but that was it. Hell she didn't even know he existed till he showed up.
He was some big business man up in Fort Worth ,big company and lots of money.
Married with four sons...Emi was the product of an affair.
But from what her step mother said affairs weren't a shock for him.
Her step mother was nice , very nice so why she wanted to stay with him was beyond Emi.
Her half brother's were all nice guys.
Two married ,one dating and then there was the youngest of the four.
Preston just screamed 'Yasss Queen' it was like having a really butch sister...in other words AWESOME.
And their dad was firmly working the denial he told everyone that Preston was dating models and living the life.
Yeah the last model Preston dated was named Franklin but required everyone to call him Frankie.
He dressed in sparkles and Gucci.
Honestly he was better a girly things then she'd ever be his make up was always flawless.
He had a tattoo on his pec that said 'queer and fabulous ' nuff said.
Then there was Emi single and happy.
With zero interest in dating anyone...it never ended well.
Instead she got cats three servals named Barnabas , Bernard and Beauregard.
They were huge and pissy as hell but she adored them.
Her bio dad as she referred to him ( much to his displeasure) pushed her to date the son of his best friend.
Which resulted in a long term hospital stay for Emi after the guy beat the hell out of her for not doing what he said.
Then he tried to kill a cop....oh yeah great guy.
She put his mug shot on her fridge door to remind her never to do that again.
So she and her dad had been fighting constantly over her refusing to do it again.
It was Preston that said hey why don't you move to Trenton New Jersey.
Dad hates that place refuses to step foot in New Jersey period.
So here she was....happily moved to Trenton.
Her step mother even forced her father to buy Emi a place to live and re-do it completely.
Her step mom was a beast and beyond awesome.
The place is an apartment building...cute little brick thing.
With 6 oversize units all with balconies then hers which takes up the entire top of the building.
The very first floor is a mix of laundry facilities and storage for the renters.
It even has private secure parking in the lot right next to the building all nice with a big security fence.
So not only does she have a place to live she has a business.
But she's a bit bored...and was looking for something to do.
Enter Sally Sweet he seemed like a nice guy very eclectic.
He would have looked right at home in the Montrose area of Houston.
He told her these two women he knew needed a third for their bounty hunting team.
Now she knows nothing about bounty hunting but she's excellent at bullshitting.
So here she was 10am at Tasty Pastry waiting for Stephanie and Lula.
"Hey are you Emi?" A brunette asked
"Yes that's me....Stephanie right?" Emi replied
"Yeah that's me and this is Lula. " she said pointing to the curvy woman next to her.
Now Emi wasn't tiny exactly she had some meat to her bones as they say in the south.
She was 5'5 ,blond , hazel eyes , she had a good size chest not great but ok and a chunky butt.
But she was pretty sure Lula could take her out just with her boobs.
Impressive!!
"Hey girl...you packin?" Lula asked
"You mean a gun? I've got a taser and pepper spray but I didn't bring a gun. I wasn't sure about the legality of it." Emi said
"That's ok if this works out we'll get you a permit for here then you can start bringing a gun. " Stephanie replied
"OK sounds good." Emi nodded
"Cool let's eat..." Lula responded booking into the shop.
"Let's eat I guess ." Stephanie said
We both headed into the shop to see Lula perusing the display cabinets.
Emi had never been in the Tasty Pastry but once she saw the mocha coffee flavored canolli she was sure this was going to be a favorite stop from now on.
Emi has a tiny bit (re huge) coffee addiction.
After they got their food they headed outside to where Stephanie was parked.
The car was a huge old model Buick.
It was a classic thing of beauty Emi loved old cars.
This was a fucking tank...it was awesome.
"OK here's the next FTA we have his names Leroy Wheeler he's one of the bigger money guys he's worth $10,000. Unfortunately Leroy has a bit of a temper and is known knocking people around." Stephanie said showing the other two the file which she had layed out on the hood.
"Huh sounds like an asshole....he looks like one to." Lula replied leaning over to look at his picture
"So we need to take him by surprise...get him close enough to tase without getting our asses kicked. Am I close?" Emi asked Stephanie
"Yeah basically. Any ideas?" Stephanie asked
"Let's shoot him , that would surprise him." Lula replied shoving the rest of her donut into her mouth.
"Or just a suggestion we con him." Emi said
Stephanie and Lula looked at Emi with surprise.
"Continue..." Lula replied looking intrigued
Stephanie nodded
"OK so hear me out...he's a good size guy and even with three of us if we go in with the whole 'hey we're bounty hunters and you missed your court date' we're going to get our asses handed to us. BUT if we go in a completely different way that gets us close enough to tase him without him knowing what's up...then we've got a $10,000 payday." Emi said happily
"You got a plan?" Lula asked
"Yeah but I need a housedress and sensible shoes to make it work. Oh and a rolling pin. Maybe a scarf to....yeah definitely a scarf." Emi said
"OK there's a resale one block over we should be able to get all of that there. " Stephanie said
"Yess let's shop!" Lula responded excitedly
"OK cool let's go." Emi said
Once they got all the stuff and got Emi dressed up the change was startling she looked like a berg housewife.
They headed over to Leroys apartment it was a blocky building with a narrow staircase and a scary looking elevator.
"I've seen elevators like that in horror movies it never ends well....what floor is he on again?" Emi asked starring at the elevator of death in horror.
"Second" Stephanie replied
"Oh hell I'll walk....uh uh no way am I risking it." Lula said heading to the stairs.
"Yeah same..." Emi said quickly following her
Stephanie slowly backed away from the elevator then turned and ran to catch up.
"OK so here's the deal I've got my taser in my pocket. You two stay here at the corner you're close but can still hide out of site. So just wait here follow my lead and if it all goes bad please come rescue me. Ok?" Emi said sounding chipper
They both just nodded Looking a bit unsure about what exactly she was going to do.
Emi turned and walked up to the door rolling pin in hand then began to beat on the door with the rolling pin while she yelled.
The other two watched in shocked awe as Emi was suddenly a pissed off berg housewife she even had a bit of a Jersey accent going.
"Earl you bastard I know you're in there with Verna. BITCH! I don't care what our mother says about sharing . You open this fucking door you cheating bastard. I'll rip your balls off . EARL OPEN THIS DOOR!" Emi screamed while beating on the door
Suddenly the door opened and there stood Leroy Wheeler in all his sweat stained glory.
"There's no Earl here go the fuck away lady" Leroy said
"You're a liar where is he I know he's here with that bitch sister of mine. He's been putting it to her for months. And me stuck at home taking care of the kids. Where are you hiding them?" Emi continued shaking the rolling pin at his face.
She was acting like she was trying to see behind him.
The she moved forward like she was trying to get inside the apartment.
When she did this Leroy stepped in close to grap her arm that held the rolling pin.
Leaving him open to the taser on the other side.
Emi quickly pressed the button and held it to his stomach as he twitched.
Leroy eyes rolled back in his head and he fell to the floor unconscious.
"Woooo girl you fucking rock" Lula screamed running up and smacking Emi on the back.
"Omg that was great Emi" Stephanie said
Looking shocked but impressed
"Thanks...I'm actually surprised it worked out so well." Emi feeling extremely surprised.
The other two looked at her in shock.
"You mean you didn't think it would work?" Lula asked
"I mean not really..." Emi said
Lula looked at Emi then turned to Stephanie and said..." She's crazy like us...can we keep her?"
"Yeah you're in if you want to be Emi." Stephanie said quickly
"Yay I'm a bounty hunter...should we cuff him now?" Emi replied
"Oh hell yeah I forgot I got the cuffs." Lula replied pulling the hand cuffs out of her cleavage.
They rolled Leroy over ,cuffed him the proceeded to slide him down the stairs cause they were all still to scared of the elevator.
Getting him in the car was a task.
Lula suggested popping him into the trunk but they vetoed that idea.
The cops might not like it...
Once they got him to the in take at the police station the desk Sargent looked at them and Leroy in shock.
"You three got him here....and you're all ok? " he asked
"Yeah we're fine." Stephanie replied
"We're trying a different tactic these days..."Lula responded
"Different tactic?" He asked
"Yup ....illusion. " Emi said
The cop looked shocked but called for help to bring Leroy in as he was still unconscious.
But he was still breathing so no issue there.
Finally they had the body receipt now time to go get paid.
Connie looked at the body receipt in shock
"And you're all ok...no injuries at all?" She asked
"No we're fine. It went really smooth." Stephanie replied
"How?" Vinnie asked poking his head out of his office
"We're working a different tactic. " Lula replied
"Work smarter , not harder." Emi said chuckling
"HELL TO THE YEAH GIRLFRIEND!"Lula replied
Vinnie looked Emi up and down then asked "Who are you?"
"That's Emi she works with us now." Stephanie replied as she handed the other two their checks.
Vinnie looked at the three then shrugged and went back inside his office.
Emi leaned in and whispered "Is what I heard about him , some chick named Joyce and Doberman true?"
The other three got disturbed looks on their faces and just nodded.
"Ewwww" Emi said

Right then Ranger and his crew walked in.
Stephanie always drools a bit when he's close by she thinks it's what they call a pavlovian response .
Behind Ranger and Tank was a new guy.
And wow!
6'4ish , muscular build ,wide shoulders , thick thighs ,white blond hair styled to perfection and stormy blue/gray eyes.
This man was sex walking!
Ranger spoke up and said
"This is Dragon he's new thought it would be good to introduce him around."
"How do you do ladies." Draco said
And then he spoke in a refined British accent and he went from sex walking to fuck me daddy now status.
The four women just stared at him in shock.
Lula was the first to recover
"Damn you a fine ass white boy....back in my ho'ing days I'd have rode you till you dropped." She said causing everyone to turn and look at her.
Tank and Ranger started to laugh .
Draco just smirked and said chuckling " So sad I missed those days then."
"You damn right you are ...." Lula replied nodding
"Babe?" Ranger asked nodding to Emi
"Oh this is Emi she's new the team. Emi this is Ranger , Tank and apparently Dragon. " Stephanie said pointing to the men
Emi waved "HI nice to meet you." She said
She was really happy she took off the berg housewife disguise in the car.
Dragon was hot as hell she didn't date but the desire to climb him like a tree was very strong.
Oh lord was it strong....
"Yeah and we just made $10,000 on our first FTA together all thanks to Emi." Lula said doing a happy jiggle holding her check up.
Emi smiled and did a little curtsy.
"Everyone ok?" Tank asked
"Hell yeah baby...it went smooth!" Lula responded laughing.
Tank looked at Ranger in shock.
"Who was it?" Ranger asked
"Oh some guy named Leroy Wheeler " Stephanie said
"You three picked up Wheeler and you're all ok?" Tank asked
"Yeah we're using illusion now to get it done..." Lula replied
Stephanie nodded and said "Yeah and it worked great."
"How exactly?" Tank asked
"Oh i dressed up like a berg housewife started beating on his door with a rolling pin pretending I was looking for my cheating husband and scummy sister. Then when he got in close I tased him." Emi said quickly while smiling
The other two women nodded happily.
The three men looked at them in shock.
Tank was pretty sure Ranger was thinking the same thing he was.
Oh lord now there's three of them...we're all screwed.
Draco was torn that was the most insane way to pick up an FTA that he'd ever heard.
But at the same time the one named Emi was absolutely adorable as well as sexy.
He just wanted to hug her then fuck her hard until she came screaming his name so loud the windows rattled .
He had the ominous feeling this pretty little blond with the southern twang was going to be his downfall.
"Who's hungry?" Lula asked
"I could eat.." Emi said
"Pinos?" Stephanie asked
"Hell to the Yeah Pinos....let's go " Lula said heading out the other two followed close behind.
After the girls had left Tank turned to Ranger and said " We are fucked...there's three of them now...you know that right?"
"Yup" was all Ranger said
"You've led me to my doom....that pretty little blond is going to be my doom I can just feel it." Draco said rubbing his hand down his face
Ranger just laughed and Tank said "Those three together are going to be all our doom." Shaking his head

 

Meanwhile at Pinos

Stephanie pulled out the next FTA folder.
"OK here's our next guy his name is Cleetus Binder. " she said
Lula got a strange look on her face and said
"Wtf kind of name is that?"
"Sounds southern to me." Emi said
"Yup Georgia..." Stephanie replied
"So I'm guessing drunken brawling....drugs...maybe car theft?" Emi replied
"Actually yeah close he got arrested....well arrested this time....for drunken brawling with an alligator at an alligator farm." Stephanie said Looking shocked
"Huh" Lula responded
"Now see that surprises me I'd expect him to be from Florida if he's fighting alligators. " Emi said
"Why aren't you shocked by this? It's an alligator " Lula replied
"I'm from south Texas gators are everywhere...it's totally normal for traffic to get stopped because a gator wants to cross the road. And everyone knows don't hit them they'll fuck your car up as bad if not worse then a hog." Emi said
"I am never going that far south if alligators are normal." Lula replied
"Well Cleetus is a repeat offender....he's a runner and oh great he's known for exposing himself in public...and he's usually armed." Stephanie said sounding more annoyed as she went on.
"OK any ideas?" Lula asked looking at Emi
"I'm not sure yet...can I see the folder?" Emi asked making grabby hands.
Stephanie handed her the folder and ate her pizza while she and Lula watched Emi.
Emi puzzled over the folder for the next 15 minutes.
Before saying "Eureka!"
"Bless you!?"Lula responded
Stephanie and Emi both looked at her confused.
"What do you got?" Stephanie asked Emi
"Hey Lula do you know anyone at the kitty cat strip club and bar?" Emi asked
"Hell yeah I do....I know the bouncer there he use to be a client back in my ho'ing days...why?" Lula responded
"You ever do any stripping?" Emi asked
"No most those men want skinny ass bitches." Lula responded
"Why?" Stephanie asked
"Apparently he likes 'em big , black and chunky. And he goes there for lap dances." Emi said
"Where did you see that?" Stephanie asked
"Oh Connie made a note in the very back...apparently that's where he met Vinnie. And Vinnie mentioned his preferences. " Emi said
"Damn I didn't look back there?" Stephanie said pouting
"So what's the plan.?" Lula asked
"Well if the club will let us....I'll dress as a server and you'll be a stripper. Stephanie can be a bartender you may need a wig. And when he asks you for a lap dance in a private room I'll bring the drinks in . No one pays attention to the wait staff. You're like invisible. Think about it last time you went to a restaurant what did your waiter look like?" Emi asked
"I don't remember...well damn I don't remember. " Stephanie replied
"Exactly no one pays attention to the waitstaff . So I'll take in the drinks Lula you shove his face as far into your boobs as possible and I'll tase him. Then you come in from outside the door where you'll be waiting just in case it goes bad.. You'll need a serving tray...if he runs I'll yell and you smack him in the face with the tray ...hard!" Emi said
"Damn you're like an evil genius " Lula replied looking impressed
"Maybe" Emi said chuckling
"OK let's do it....how soon do you think you can arrange it Lula? " Stephanie asked
"Tomorrow night maybe?" Lula responded
"That'll work that's Thursday....Connie wrote that he likes the middle of the week . Said that Vinnie said it was because there were less people. " Emi said shrugging
"We got us a damn plan" Lula replied laughing.

 

Meanwhile across town at The Shire
(AKA Emi's apartment building yes she's a a Tolkien fan)

There was a black suv with dark tinted windows sitting a ways down the block.
Another man walked to the suv and got in.
"I couldn't get in" The second guy said
"What do you mean...you have keys?" The first guy asked
"Yeah but the new owner changed all the locks and put in some fancy security system. I can't get in." The second guy replied
"FUCK!! The boss is going to be pissed." The first guy said
"What do we do?" The second guy asked
Right after that there was a knock on the window and then a light shined in.
The second guy lowered the window to see a huge guy in a tack vest with a side arm .
The other side of the suv had another man in a tack vest watching with his arms crossed over his chest.
"Can we help you boys?" First tack vest guy asked
"No we're waiting for someone that's all" the second guy replied
"Oh really...who?" Tack vest guy asked
"None of your business. " first guy said
"Now see that's not true...our building is right there and our cameras have shown you boys hovering here for awhile now. Ranger doesn't like it when strangers hover near his business. " tack vest guy replied
First guy squinted his eyes up and said "Ranger Manoso?"
"One in the same." Tack vest guy said
First guy reach over and smacked the second guy on the shoulder before he could say anything.
"No offense intended...our apologies to Mr. Manoso. We're leaving right now." First guy said.
"Good don't come back" Tack vest guy replied
First guy nodded putting the suv into gear and driving off.

A little ways down the road Second guy turns to the first guy.
"What the fuck was that?" He asked
"We don't mess with that guy....ever.
We'll get the stuff out of the building but we'll need to plan a bit better first and it'll need to be late at night. But after we've worked everything out." First guy said
Second guy just nodded he knew better then to argue.
If he says we wait...then we wait.

The next morning
"OK the bouncer at the kitty cat club talked to the manager and they agreed to let us do your plan. They just asked for no shooting. And I told them the plan didn't have shooting in it....just tasing and smacking faces. They're totally fine with that." Lula replied
"Yay! So tonight we kick ass at the strip club." Emi said excitedly grinning
"This sounds like fun. " Stephanie said chuckling
"Babe?" Ranger asked as he , Tank and Draco approached the three women.
"Hey" Stephanie replied smiling up at him
"What are you three up to? What strip club?" Tank asked
"Baby don't harsh our buzz....we got us a plan and we going to get our FTA. " Lula said Stephanie and Emi nodded
"Plan?" Ranger asked
Lula motioned for Emi to tell him.
"OK so Cleetus likes strippers with a particular look and skill set.....so Lula is going in undercover as a stripper and I'll be a server and Stephanie will be a bartender. Then when Lula takes him to a private room for a lap dance I come in behind them and tase him. Ya know while he's occupied " Emi said smiling
"Occupied?" Ranger asked
"Yeah Lulas going to shove his face in her boobs to distract him. But don't worry we have a back up if he runs. Stephanie will be waiting outside the door with a serving tray . The three men stood blinking for a minute all of them thinking about how this could and probably would go badly.
"I'm sorry what club was this?" Draco asked
"Oh the Kitty Cat Club." Stephanie replied
"And who is the FTA?" Tank asked
"Cleetus Binder." Stephanie replied
"Oh hell no...." Tank started before Ranger tapped his tack vest.
"Maybe we should be in the audience just in case something goes wrong." Ranger suggested
Stephanie and Lula looked over at Emi
"I mean I guess that would be ok....but you guys don't exactly blend. You may ruin the plan." Emi said worriedly
"How about if we stay in the very corners where it's dark. Separated and then if you need us we'll run to help but otherwise we'll stay in the corners quietly? " Draco asked
"Well I guess that would be ok....but just stay in the shadows we don't want to spook him." Emi said
The men nodded asked for the time they were going .
Lula informed them that they were going in through the back way and to meet them at 7pm
Everyone nodded and went about their business.
The girls went shopping they needed outfits for the job.

"There's six units....all but one are rented. When I got it my step mother made my father do all sorts of updates for me. Whatever I wanted it was punishment for being an asshole. She does that he acts out she buys one of everything at Gucci for spite. I had them all fill out new paperwork and had background checks run on them. They all came back ok..." she replied
"Why not rent the one?" Draco asked
"Oh it was in bad shape and it's still not done. I wanted a particular tile for the floors and it's backordered so they can't do anything else till it gets put in. It'll be another 2 months I think...then it'll take maybe a month or so to finish up. Most of the serious work is done its just cosmetic now." She replied
The men nodded
"Why all the questions?" Emi asked
"The other day a black suv was seen hanging around close to here...one man stayed in the vehicle and the other went to this building. He looked like he was trying to get in with a key but couldn't. They were warned off...but strange vehicles have been seen driving passed slowly. " Draco said
"Well he wouldn't be able to get in. It's not just a key that's needed you also have to scan your thumb . If you don't do both you won't get in. Obviously the key he had was from the previous owner. None of the locks are the same anymore. " she said
"Why a thumb scanner...that seems a bit much" Ranger asked
"My dad's chief of security is an ok guy he suggested it. Said better to have a back up. If we lose electricity it has a solar powered back up system to run it so people can still get into there homes but it's still secure. " Emi said shrugging
Tank was looking around and saw the double doors off the living room.
"Where do those go?" He asked
"There's an open area I think it was supposed to be an entertainment area or something...then there's three bedrooms on this level then the master is the only thing on the upper level. And there are enclosed porches around the master and outside the Room over there as well as the big one behind me." she replied
"We're they always enclosed?" Draco asked
"No I did that because of the boys....it's heavy duty wire like they use in zoos and safari parks. Servals aren't cheap and they can be a bit bitty. If stressed they can lash out just like any animal but because they are bigger they can do a bit more damage. So I wanted to give them room to roam but make it secure and safe." She replied
"What about the guy that hurt you?" Ranger asked

Emi looked around and saw the dress makers Dummy in the corner with a smoking hole in its chest.
"Hey look at that shot...not bad huh?" Grandma Mazur said
Emi laughed but sounded pained "Yeah its awesome....great job"
She took out her phone and texted Stephanie

Emi- Your grandmother just shot a dressmaker dummy with a .45.....your father fled the house and your mother is quietly praying and asking God what she did to deserve this...and frankly I'm to scared to stand up....is this normal?

Emi had taken the gun away from Grandma Mazur under the pretenses of taking it to be cleaned by Ranger.
Mrs Plum has stopped praying and is now sewing like a woman possessed.
Mr Plum is still MIA somewhere.
And they still haven't found anything remotely basket like.

Her phone rang and it showed Dragon calling.
She walked into the living room
"Hi" she said quietly

"The Plums house....Stephanie's mom is helping me with something. Why?" Emi replied

"A guy named Rob Jarro....repeat offender. " she replied

"Everything OK there?" She asked

The three men just stared at each other.

A few days later...
Emi was modeling her girl scout disguise 🥸

Mrs Plum had done a wonderful job she had used the old uniforms to make a new one that looked almost exactly like the old ones.

Checked to make sure the basket hid the outline of her gun and her taser then she was off.
She saw an older man first and approached him.

He the reached over and patted her on the head.

"Damn girl that took forever how many boxes did you sell ?" Lula asked in a whisper

"So what all does this place have" Lula asked

"OK well in general the 1st floor is laundry , mail and storage. Every unit has a separate and secure storage unit. The laundry is all free for tenants. There's also a room that is for package delivery so they can get in and then the door locks when they leave. I check it at the end of everyday and take the packages up and leave them in front of the unit doors. There's only two units per floor and they're all over size compared to other one or two bedroom apartments in this area. And there's secure parking in the lot right next to the building. There's even a small yard out back that you can access through the 1st floor." Emi replied

"As for my place it's a four bedroom, three bath unit. It's on two floors because the master is on the upper floor all by itself. There are three enclosed covered outdoor decks . "I'm sorry wait up panic room?" Lula responded

Tank and Ranger talked the situation over while Lula and Stephanie listened.
