Katsuki and Izuku accidentally mated during their first phased into an alpha and omega in middle school. In the haze of the moment, driven by lust, pheromones, and instincts to claim... Katsuki bit Izuku over his mating gland. Ensuring the bond between them to be permanent between alpha-omega pair. A teacher found them knot-tied together and passed out on the floor of their classroom. They quickly reported the events as an accidental mating and brought the pair to the nearest hospital.
Both parents of the students were called and they quickly responded. They arrived at the hospital where their kids were brought to, Aldera Junior High’s principal and the teacher who found them were eagerly waiting for the parents to fully explain the situation together with the doctor.
“Good day Mr. and Mrs. Bakugou and Mrs. Midoriya, I’m glad you’ve quickly responded to our call. As you have been informed, your kids have phased into their respective subgenders. An alpha and an omega” said the doctor, handing out Katsuki and Izuku’s lab results towards their respective parents.
The parents took and read the results, Katsuki being the alpha and Izuku being the omega. Inko already had tears forming in her eyes as the other couple had a slight relief painted on their faces. But the doctor wasn’t done explaining and took their attention once more.
“There are two other thing I’d like to inform you, first they were regretfully found knot-tied and passed out together. We have injected contraceptives for the young omega to prevent unwanted pregnancy to occur and they are both resting in the ward.”
Inko’s legs gave out and she wobbled to seat down on the nearest bench. Mitsuki caught her and sat beside the other mother. Tears were now falling from her eyes.
“and the other thing?” Inko asked looking at the doctor worriedly “is.. is my baby.. bitten?” she added, grasping over Mitsuki’s hand tightly. The other dam also looked at the doctor with a worried yet stern look. The doctor sighed in sadness and with a tight lipped he answers their inquiry.
“unfortunately, the wound was deep enough to complete a permanent mating mark. Your kids are full mated and bonded alpha-omega pair.” said the doctor. “with that said, since it happened during their first phase their dynamics would be haywire. As much as they want to be independent individuals, their subgenders would always pull each other closer against their wills. Specially for the young omega, he would always seek after his alpha.”
Inko sobbed, her distress was evident through her scent. Mitsuki was a much stronger omega, her control with her emotions and pheromones was much better than Inko’s. But the information was too heavy even for Mitsuki that her scent turned sour and acidic.
After a while, both dams were able to collect themselves and were able to talk about their children’s future as an alpha-omega pair. They were given scent patches before entering their kid’s ward.
Both katsuki and izuku were sound asleep in two separate beds. Both had an IV connected on their arm. Izuku had bandages over his mating gland on his neck as well as other parts of his body that had bruised during the whole ordeal. While katsuki wore a mouth guard to prevent his alpha fangs from biting his lips and he was also sporting a few bandages over his arms.
Once the boys woke up, they were confronted by their parents about the events. Katsuki was not pleased, his hands tightly grip over his bedsheets as he looks over at izuku with discontent and anger was all he could feel. Izuku on the other hand had his head bowed, lower lip wobbling, with his shoulders trembling in anxiousness.
Since the bond was formed during their first phase, both their parents settled in an agreement to build a pack for their kids to be within a safe and caring environment. Since the bakugou’s have a bigger living space, Mitsuki and Masaru arranged their house and built a controlled room for katsuki and izuku to spend their heat/rut cycles together. They even scheduled a weekly family dinner to strengthen their pack bond.
Izuku has admired katsuki since they were in toddlers and he tried his best to be part of the blond’s pack or at least be his friend since then. Sadly it never worked out because izuku never manifested any quirk and was deemed useless by the blond himself. While katsuki valued his quirk as the best among the best and his ego just grew as the years went by. Katsuki became izuku’s childhood bully and they both just drifted apart. Yet as if destiny was mocking them, they became a bonded pair.
As their bond pulls izuku’s omega to be close to his alpha, he tried to rekindle whatever friendship he could muster between the two of them. He followed katsuki diligently, he praises the alpha with any quirk progress he had (as he always have), he takes notes on the things that the alpha needs to work on and his strengths, and he even created a regime for the both of them to buff up. Since izuku knew katsuki would be training to be a hero, would be training to get into UA, as he dreamed the same goals as the blond wishes to reach.
But every time izuku tries to get close or closer than the useless deku and an eyesore, katsuki would retaliate. He would act pissed off with the greenette. Push him, mock him, and be as mean as a bully he could be towards the greenette. Yet izuku was steadfast to make it work between them and his omega encourages him to do so.
No matter how annoyed katsuki would be with izuku, his alpha would contradict him and katsuki would be in a continuous turmoil against his alpha. The bond between the alpha-omega pair would tell him otherwise, whenever izuku feels distress katsuki would unintentionally let out a calming scent only his omega would recognize. Whenever izuku would try to take a hold of him, he would linger into the touch before he’d snap at the omega.
Every mumble or gibberish speech izuku utters, katsuki would be irritated but his alpha calmly appreciates his omega’s antics. Katsuki hated the bond, he hated his alpha, but sometimes he could tolerate the greenette specially with the regime izuku offered. It was a good plan and he knew izuku was good at making strategies by observing his surroundings.
He’s not so useless after all, katsuki thought.
Days turned into weeks, both boys trained separately for UA High School’s entrance exam. Katsuki took Izuku’s notes about him and integrated it into his own regime. He didn’t know that Izuku was also training to get into the same school. They never really sat down and talked about it. They haven’t really or properly talked.
So when their homeroom teacher announced the class’ future plans and that Katsuki Bakugou, star student, was applying for UA everyone was ecstatic but the moment was abruptly turned into a laughing fit when the teacher seconded that Izuku Midoriya, a quirkless omega, was also eyeing to get into UA High School.
Izuku hid his face behind his arms in shame he also felt his alpha’s rage and betrayal through the bond. After class the alpha cornered the greenette together with his lackey extras.
“Oy deku, who the fuck told you, you could apply for UA?” Katsuki scolds, using a hit of his alpha command tone.
“b-but kacchan.. a-anyone wh-who wants to-o... c-could try for it” answered Izuku, his omega was turning on their heels to flee.
//alpha is mad at us, we must run! must hide! Say sorry if you have too!// screams his omega
“HAHA! He said anyone could try” mocks extra 1
“YEA ANYONE BUT YOU!” laughs extra 2
“you’re a quirkless nobody, you wouldn’t stand a chance” said extra 3
“no even worse, you’re a weak omega!!” motioned extra 1
Izuki’s scent was turning sour as his emotions of shame and panic was becoming evident. The omega whimpers and one of the lackeys stepped forward and pushed him against the wall. Izuku shed a bit of a tear that katsuki quickly noticed before the omega stood up once more. He brought himself into a fighting stance which annoyed another lackey. The extra was about t use his quirk on Izuku but Katsuki growls as a warning, sparks popped on his palms, and the others backed away.
“Don’t touch him” katsuki warns
//they hurt omega! you made omega cry! comfort omega, now!// demanded his alpha
Katsuki gritted his teeth he reached out towards the omega. which the omega went for a cowering defensive pose, covering his face with his arms and a notebook in his hand. Katsuki took one of Izuku’s arm and slightly rubbed both their scent glands together. It wasn’t noticeable because the alpha quickly took the omega’s hero notes, Izuku’s personal training regime, off his hands and used his explosive quirk to burn the notebook. He slams it over Izuku’s desk which surprises the omega and the others.
“Stay. Out. Of. My. Way. Deku” growled katsuki without a bite, then he turns to leave together with his lackey in tow.
Izuku froze in place as the group of bullies left the room. He slumps down, tries to even his breathing, as he wipes down stray tears off his face. That’s when he noticed his alpha’s scent over his wrist. Izuku smiled to himself and hope was bubbling within is bond.
It was two weeks before the entrance exam when Izuku felt like he was overheating. At first, he thought he was just overworked with the amount of physical training he was pushing his body. But after cooling off under the shower, it didn’t sate the heat brewing within him.
“mom.. I don’t feel so-o good.. everythings j-just too hot.. do you think I got a fever?” asked Izuku, as he got out of the bath.
Inko told Izuku to lie on his bed as she took his temperature. It was unusually high and so she thought Izuku was coming down with an awful flu. she took some medicine from the kitchen cabinet and went back to Izuku’s room. As she opened the door that’s when it hit her, Izuku’s poignant scent. Izuku was in heat.
“M’suki-chan! Iz-izuku is in heat right now, what do I do? He needs katsuki-kun” said Inko as she dialed Mitsuki, who picked up her phone right away.
“koko-chan, calm down. Calm down. Its gonna be okay, I’m on my way to pick the two of you. I’ll let the brat know that Izuku is in heat” said Mitsuki
“Masaru! Prep the bunker! Add some food supplies, new towels, and the brats laundry! zuku-chan goin’ into heat” she yelled as she was getting ready to pick up the Midoriyas.
She drove fast towards the Midoriya’s apartment complex and parked at the entrance. Inko was already waiting with Izuku in a haze sitting down on a bench fully covered to hopefully prevent his pheromones to leak out.
“mo-m take it off.. please its too hot” whined Izuku as he tried to remove his heavy coat. But inko was quick to stop her baby from doing so.
“s-sorry baby, but you’re in heat and your pheromones are ju-just too strong by now.. wear it until we get to your alpha, okay?” said Inko worriedly
//alpha// repeated Izuku’s omega, delighted at the thought that they were going to his alpha.
When Inko saw Mitsuki, she was also quick to her feet holding her baby by the arms, trying to help him walk. Mitsuki came running to help them and brought them in the car. She took a tshirt out from a bag beside her and handed it to Izuku.

Mitsuki smiled and Inko relaxed, they drove in silence as Izuku calmed down with the scent of his alpha. When they reached the Bakugou’s residence, Masaru helped and picked izuku up and brought him to the basement. Where they’ve built the young alpha-omega pair a heat/rut room.
Inko brought their bags to the guest room while Mitsuki strut straight towards her son’s room. Katsuki was doing his workout routine when his mom slammed open the door. Katsuki was already on edge anticipating the day of the entrance exam. He didn’t want anything disturbing his progress.
“Oy brat, your mate is in heat go help him out. Your dad already brought him down to the room. You got food supplies and clean towels, so make sure you take care of him” said Mitsuki firmly.
“and what if I don’t? High school entrance exams are around the corner and you want me to skip training to play house with deku? Fuck no.” said Katsuki letting out a low growl as he fisted his hands.
Mitsuki wasn’t even a bit threatened and she let out her intimidating omegan pheromones to put her son in place. it was a battle of scents, dominance, and control.
Katsuki gritted his teeth he was almost wavering. No pup can overthrow their dam no matter how old and strong they might think they are.
"damn hag! why can’t he just drink suppressants!? We got omega classmates that took those shit to repress their cycles!" yelled Katsuki
"he can’t because you both are too young to take it! And what’d you mean by classmates taking surppressants, lies! Brat! Go spend the next seven days with zuku-chan, you’ve train enough and a few days would be fine!!" Mitsuki yelled back
Katsuki scoffed and he tried to run away. But he was cornered by his alpha and he was dragged and locked in the room with Izuku. He could hear the omega already mewling in his presence. Katsuki could smell izuku’s slick mixing with his scent over his laundry. The heat triggered lust that was clouding both their minds was already invading his and his alpha roared to take his mate and knot him full.
But Katsuki was different, he had a huge amount of anger and rage weighed over his shoulders. He hated losing his freedom of choice. He hated the situation he was stuck in, specially with a useless, quirkless, omega in heat.

Katsuki tuned out his alpha, walked closer and saw how dazed in heat deku was, and as he approached the omega. He was completely welcomed with open arms to the nest. Katsuki smirks with an awful intent in mind and grabs the omega by his tshirt.

But katsuki was cruel. He tore izuku’s clothes off and heated up the palm of his hands with his quirk to inflict pain to his partner. He was harsh on deku until the omega was burned and bruised. He could excuse himself, right?, he could use the omega’s heat,izuku’s pheromones, as a reason to his actions. He could tell that it triggered his irrational rut as an alpha. He is a newly phased alpha after all, he couldn’t control a rough rut cycle.

Izuku’s inner omega retreated deep, it wasn’t a drop but an escape. Since they tried calling for katsuki’s inner alpha yet he wasn’t responding. Izuku was left upfront with a feral katsuki without an alpha and him without an omega.

But it continued on, izuku cried for three days until there wasn’t any tears left to shed. He had enough but how would he escape? He felt sore, weak, and hungry. Somehow on the third night he heard a whisper.

Izuku tries to stand up without disturbing katsuki, he carefully moves away pushing his aching body to action. Katsuki’s cock was still in him and he had to slowly pull the soft shaft off him. There was a small glass case beside the door with a written note “for emergencies”, a phone and a key were inside. A phone was there if something were to happen that they needed to call their parents. A key of the door was therefor when they’re done, they could unlock the door and get out themselves.
Izuku used the key and opened the door slowly and carefully. He got out of the room, locked it from the outside, and climb up the stairs with wobbly feet. Masaru was the one who saw izuku out. He was shook at how awful the omega looked, his inner alpha-sire was disappointed.

Masaru growls intimidatingly, he carefully shoved izuku aside, and went down the stairs. Izuku whimpered wanting to stop his uncle because he didn’t want to face his alpha just yet. Fortunately for izuku, Mitsuki and Inko was nearby and got a whiff of his distress scent. Inko gasp at the sight and rush towards her baby. While mitsuki also felt the disappointment brew within her. She’d have a long scolding to do with her stupid alpha son. But first they had to comfort and address izuku’s wounds, bruises, and burns.
The two dams sat izuku in the middle of the long couch at the living room. Inko stayed with her son spreading comforting pheromones as mitsuki went to get their first aid kit and a soft towel dipped in cold water. Izuku cried, hiccupping, and was trying to reason not to scold katsuki. But mitsuki, as katsuki’s dam, she knew better.
She knows her son would deny his bond, would hurt the omega, and be irrational. After all she and inko started getting along and that inko has opened up about izuku’s struggles as a quirkless pup. Inko didn’t know but most of her stories of izuku’s childhood clicked to most of katsuki’s rants about the kid he kept an eye on.

Mitsuki laugh at it, thought that it was child’s play of showing dominance and only scolded him to keep his explosions at a level that wouldn’t hurt anyone. She specifically told katsuki not to use his quirk to hurt nor harm another person.
It saddens her at the irony of their current situation. The bully and the victim as bonded mates.
Subgender evolved first before quirks and alpha-omega pairs are soul bonded once their inner beast chooses a mate to bite or be claimed. The only way to break a bonded pair is to overwrite it by another alpha’s claiming venom. Omegas always get the shorter end of the stick in terms of mating claims.
There was a huge bang heard from the hallway as masaru manhandled his son, carrying him toward’s the young alpha’s room. But as katsuki saw izuku by the living room together with the two mothers, he growls so low that it sent shivers down izuku’s spine.
"I hate you, this is all your fault, deku! You fuckin’ useless! Quirkless! Weak little shitty omega!, why don’t you take a swan dive instead" yelled Katsuki from the hallway as his alpha-sire smacks him on the head and drags him away.
Both omega-dams gasp from the offending remark. Inko hugged her son once more and told him not to listen to a word katsuki has said. To not let his own omega take it to heart.
Inko can’t have her son, who is currently in his second heat cycle, go into an omega drop. It was crucial that the young omega learns how to control his pheromones together with his emotions.
“Inko you must leave. Take Izuku-chan with you to your nest. It’ll help sate him in the remaining days of his heat. I’ll take care of my insolent brat and I’m sorry.. for everything he’s done to hurt your sweet pup” said mitsuki
“I hope this.. this doesn’t uhm please as kind as you are.. inko, give my alpha son a second chance with your pup.. please” added mitsuki. Inko together with Izuku left the Bakugou residences after all the events that had happen.
Inko was slow but the events that just happened made her click things together. She realized that katsuki was the one hurting her son at school since they were young. Izuku tried to deny it, another excuse, but inko forced answers from izuku. The young omega then confessed mostly what katsuki did in the past. The bullying he experience from the blond throughout the years.
Inko was upset, mad, and disappointed at the turn of events. She regretted agreeing with the bakugous’ plan to bond and build a pack. She blamed herself for being slow and the worse dam.
She wanted to break the bond between the two and cut off from their newly formed family pack with the bakugous. She was at the point of looking for a willing young alpha to take her omega son, izuku, as their mate. But mitsuki continuously tries to convince her otherwise.
Izuku’s heat took another three to four days, he was constantly in pain since he couldn’t spend it with his alpha. Though he did receive daily scented materials of katsuki’s scent from mitsuki to help him though it wasn’t enough. Izuku needed katsuki. but slowly and finally izuku’s heat fades and his wounds were healing. Izuku took two weeks of absence away from school and when he returned, he was still sporting a few bandages.
Katsuki didn’t talk to him nor look his way. The alpha simply ignored his mate. Izuku’s omega was disheartened. How could his alpha ignore them again.
As weeks progress, their family pack dynamics became much better. Mitsuki worked hard to gain inko’s trust and favor once more, much like a courting ritual. She was consistent with her gifts and brought the omega-dam to spas, salons, shops, etc. Both Masaru and Mitsuki adored the Midoriyas and they wanted their sweet demeanor to rub on their rough rowdy son. Inko sighs, as she gains the bakugou couple’s affection she craved so much since her husband left her. But she wouldn’t trade her son’s safety and happiness over hers.
Though her self-sacrificing tendencies also rubbed on izuku and the young omega knew how much his mom changed after the bakugous welcomed them into the family pack. His mom was much livelier and happier around her new family bonds and he didn’t want to lose that. He couldn’t lose his alpha either.
“hey mom, I.. I actually like to stay family bonded with aunty mitsuki and uncle masaru” smiled izuku
“…oh baby.. thank you but-” inko understood what her son was trying to do and she tried to counter his reasoning.
“..no.. listen uhm I’m not making it up. I really do like them.. an-and kacchan.. I actually liked him for a long time, we j-just don’t seem to see eye to eye but I could feel it. My omega just wants his alpha an-and no one else.” Confessed izuku blushing as he told his mom
“d-don’t worry about us mom, you’re happy being around aunty and uncle. I don’t want to take that away from you. I’ll just have to try harder to gain my alpha’s affection too! That’s all” smiled izuku determinedly
“aww baby, whatever do you see in katsuki? He’s a bully, he hurted you! A-and I don’t like seeing you hurt like this, please choose someone else” plead inko
“..he is a bully.. but he is also everything that I’m not, mom. He’s confident, cool, strong, smart, and he is very determined to be a hero! he got an amazing quirk too!” exclaimed izuku
“I, I admire him so much that.. I can’t, I can’t be without him.. mom, it is true that it is my fault w-we’re bonded. My heat came.. both my omega and I choose him as our mate.. I remember it clearly, we heard his alpha call on us and forced him to bite” izuku sadly confessed.
He looked down on his hands preventing his tears from falling and too ashamed to look towards his mom. Inko sighs and sat in front of izuku. She held his hands tightly then tilt his head to look at her.
“let me speak to your omega. let them out, I want to confirm it from them” said inko
Izuku nodded his head, took a deep breath, and closed his eyes. After a few minutes he exhaled and slowly opened his eyes. Inko felt her son was gone and she was face to face with his inner omega. they had golden rings around his own emerald pupils.
//..he-hello..// shyly greeted izuku’s omega
“hello, its good to see you well. As you’ve heard our conversation, I’d like to hear answers.. please” asked inko
//yes, it is true we forced katsuki’s alpha to claim us. He was in the middle of an awakening phase when izuku and I were also in the middle of phasing. I heard my alpha and felt him near me. He is mine as izuku wanted his person too but Kat-katsuki, he was adamant in claiming us. Inko gasp and covered her mouth with a hand as she listens to izuku’s omega’s full explanation.
//we took his choice, his freedom, his free will from all this. Selfish, yes. But all three of us, izuku.. Alpha.. And I.. agreed and wanted it. Only katsuki, only him, who is not happy// said the omega and left to retreat within izuku. The greenette was crying as he returned to face his mom
“..mom.. I, I took h-his choice from him.. a-and if kacchan wishes to hurt me as revenge. I don’t know, I think I can take it.. its just, as long as he doesn’t reject us.. please help me” cried izuku
Inko was also crying as she hugged her baby. It was unusual for an alpha to go completely against their person to claim a bonded mate. It wasn’t this intense or she hasn’t heard of it before. Three against one is indeed too much for young and newly phased alpha/omega.
Inko quickly told mitsuki and also apologizes since now she knew why the young alpha was so against the bond. Mitsuki welcomed the apology and also thought it wasn’t that bad since she did want izuku for her son. Its only a matter of acceptance of the bond between the alpha-omega to complete the whole ordeal.
after some time passed, izuku and katsuki’s relationship didn’t progress. They were the same bully and victim at school but at home they were pretending to be civil with each other. Since mitsuki was strict at reprimanding her alpha son to take care of izuku.
At some point katsuki told izuku to take a swan dive once more. Izuku’s inner omega cried and they almost followed katsuki’s command. He didn’t want to be a snitch between him and katsuki but it just slips and he told his mom. And his mom told katsuki’s mom.
There was a series of screams, yells, and a bit of katsuki sparking up some explosions. But thankfully the house calmed down and the Bakugous all bowed at the Midoriyas for forgiveness.
