Keigo entered the commission president's office slowly as he tried to figure out why he was summoned this time. He ran every possible reason. He tried to remember if he did anything in public that they would find unacceptable and he would be receiving punishment for it.
Keigo tried to look relaxed and confident as he approached the president's desk, stopping right in front of it as the president just observed him.
"You wanted to see me?" He asked, trying to sound as positive as he could.
"UA has reached out to the top ten heroes to come in and be guest speakers," the president informed him, looking directly at Keigo.
"I thought you wanted me to stay away from UA," Keigo said, confused, knowing how the commission felt about Nezu and UA.
"Be quiet you fool! This is our chance to find out what that rat is planning!" The president barked out.
"I understand," Keigosaid, trying to appease the president.
"Good now, get out of my sight!" The president ordered pointing at the door.
Keigo quickly made his way out of the office making sure not to annoy the president. Once he closed the door to the office he walked down the corridor as quickly as he could. After getting a safe distance away Keigo leaned on the wall and slid down it.
Keigo sighed realizing the implications of him going to UA and hoping that he can have enough information to satisfy the president without upsetting Nezu too much.
Keigo took a couple of minutes to gather himself up from the floor before exiting the Commission Headquarters. As he was walking out he called his hero agency to respond to Nezu's request of coming in as a guest speaker. Once he was done with the call he took off into the sky heading to his penthouse.
A couple of days later Keigo made his way to UA. He wasn't sure what to expect when he landed right outside of the UA gate. Walking up to the gate he was greeted by Eraserhead.
"Hawks," Eraserhead said as a form of greeting.
"Hey Eraser," Keigo responded confidently.
Eraser nodded, handing him a visitor pass, and allowing him to pass through the gate. Once inside Eraserhead motioned for Keigoto to follow him.
"First will be heading to Nezu's office, he said there were a few things he wished to discuss with you," Eraserhead explained as they entered the school.
Keigo nodded his response to Eraserhead. As they silently walked through the hallway toward the principal's office, Keigo looked around the school out of curiosity. As they got closer to the office, Keigo felt the same dread as if he was being summoned to the president's office.
The two approached the large door with the plaque Principal's office. When they were in knocking distance, the door swung open revealing the intimidating Principle, sitting at his desk with one hand on top of the other and a cup of tea near him. With a deep breath Keigowalked into the office.
"Hawks, we are so glad you accepted our offer to speak to our hero students," Nezu said with a smile as Keigo approached the desk.
"The pleasure is all mine," Keigo responded as he tried to suppress the flinch of the door closing as he was left alone with the principal.
"Now Hawks," Nezu stated, looking directly at him with a small glint in his eye. "Or would you like for me to call you Takami?" Nezu said, making Keigo freeze.
"How?" Keigo asked nervously, too stunned to say anything else.
"I have many ways of knowing," Nezu stated simply. "I'm also aware that the only reason why the commission let you come here was that they want information about UA," Nezu revealed.
Keigo looks at Nezu, with a shock that quickly morphed into fear as he realized the implications of the statement. Keigo's mind raced as he thought about running or apologizing, even though he knew both options won't accomplish anything.
"Kei?" Asked a familiar voice drawing him out of his panic enough to look in the direction of the voice.
In the door to the office, which he didn't even hear open stood no other than his younger brother. Behind him stood both Eraserhead and Present Mic and his younger brother was grinning before tackling him. Instinctively Keigo wrapped his wings around him in a protective manner.
"Where are his wings?" Keigo asked dangerously as he looked at Nezu with a glare.
"Kei, they didn't do this," Izuku said softly, trying to calm his brother.
"You needn't worry. No one here would ever harm or use Izuku as a bargaining chip," Nezu said gently as Keigo gave him a suspicious look.
"You can trust them Kei," Izuku said softly. Looking at Keigo with bright eyes.
"I don't understand," Keigo admitted.
"After the commission started their experiments on Izuku. They pretty much left him quirkless. Before they could do anything else Izuku managed to escape," Nezu started to explain.
"The first time I met him, he was so terrified of me. It took two months and a very dangerous situation with a villain for him to trust me. The first thing he asked me was about the commission," Aizawa continued the explanation. "To which I voiced my strong opinions about them. After some time Hizashi and I adopted Izuku. It still took a few months for him to open up to us. Of course, Izu and Nezu bonded right away," Aizawa continued, sounding exhausted at the last part.
"So Izuku and I formulated a plan to get you to see him and maybe more," Nezu finished.
"I…" Keigo started to say but stopped, not knowing what to say.
"I'm glad to be able to see you again, Kei," Izuku said, tightening his hug.
"I'm glad to see you too fledgling," Keigo responded, ruffling Izuku's hair gently as Izuku chirped happily. "So what now?" Keigo asked, eyeing Nezu suspiciously.
"That depends on you," Nezu responded.
"What's that supposed to mean?" Keigo asked, going into a more protective stance.
"I understand your skepticism but I didn't mean it negatively. I simply meant that some things might require more drastic means to free you," Nezu explained.
"Free? From the commission?" Keigo asked, stunned and in disbelief.
"Of course, you deserve it," Nezu said simply.
"There's always a catch," Keigo started in defeat.
"I promise you there is no catch," Eraserhead said, speaking as he finally walked closer to them.
"Yeah, I don't believe that," Keigo responded, regretting it immediately.
"I understand your hesitancy. Trusting people is hard when the only thing you know is pain," Nezu said, sounding like he is talking from experience.
"Tell me would Izuku trust us so much if it wasn't genuine?" Eraserhead asked making Keigo think.
Keigo looked from his brother and then to Nezu and the other two heroes. Taking in everything they were saying. Keigo looked back at his brother, he looked happier and healthier than the last time he saw him, and he has the two pro-heroes to thank for that.
Keigo realized that this three did more for his brother than he could ever do. He also realized that the commission lied to him about Izuku and that made his blood boil. Especially since they were responsible for Izuku losing his wings.
"Promise me that you will burn the bastards too, the ground and you have my full cooperation," Keigo said with a new determination.
"How fast do you want to set the fire?" Nezu asked with a mischievous glint in his eyes.
"The sooner the better," Keigo responded.
"Perfect. Izuku looks like we're going with your favorite plan." Nezu said with a smirk.
"I hoped we would," Izuku said with a grin as he slightly pulled away from Keigo.
