The stars are shining in hopes that someone will discover them. There are countless stars in the K-pop universe. They are waiting to be discovered and called by someone. Then what does the K-pop universe look like?
A man appeared on the screen; he was known as Star Master although he’s name was Ong SeongWu.
The age when K-pop was deemed Korea’s exclusive property is now over. K-pop has become a genre of its own. It’s expanding nonstop, thanks to the love of global fans.
The man was shown to hit a button start; balls that were in two different tubes to showcase their different colours started to fall into an enormous globe.
There are countless foreign idol members who are currently a part of active K-pop groups. There are even K-pop groups comprised of only foreign members.
The K-pop universe is continuously expanding and changing. What kind of K-pop group does the world want from the next generation?
You have the answer to this question. Our K-pop fans. From now on, you and I are Star Creators.
Starting now, we’ll make the next K-pop boy group and the next K-pop girl group the world wants. We’ll be creating the next global star with these shining boys and girls.
We have twenty-five boys from South Korea, the proud country where K-pop originates from. This is Group K.
Then we have twenty-five foreign boys. They are the new force of K-pop. This is Group G.
We also have twenty-five girls from South Korea, which are part of the Group K, and twenty-five foreign girls who represent the Group G.
Fifty boys and fifty girls confidently joined this challenge to accomplish their dream.
Who will realize their dream and debut as the next K-pop idol?
The stars will be decided solely based on the Star Creators’ votes.
Now it’s time to start this journey with B&G Planet season two that will decide the boys’ and the girls’ fates!

I shut down my television. Although I wanted to watch the new season of the show, I couldn't continue to do so as my schedule required me to go.
I joined my friends in the car and left for work.
Even though I only watched the first three minutes of the show, it already bring back memories.
My beloved, yet bittersweet, memories of my time on the first season of this version of the show.
