Isagi Yoichi is unlovable and he's hundred percent known that.
First, its starts with Bachira Meguru, his first crush slash partner. The one who believes in him, his partner during the first selection. Bachira was there with him, trust him with every of his fibre, and gave him every pass of his goal.
Isagi believes because of him, they managed to pass the first selection.
Without Bachira Meguru, Isagi Yoichi is nothing.
And then, the second selection begins. Bachira decided to team up with him along with Nagi Seishirou. They lost to Itoshi Rin team, and then, Bachira got stole.
"Isagi... I won’t be waiting. If you want me, come and steal me. I’ll follow the will of my inner monster." That’s the last words he said before he leave.
Isagi fights to get to him, he’s fought hard against Rin team, but during the last minute of the game, Bachira started to get serious as if he doesn’t want to lose, as if he doesn’t want to get stolen back to Isagi as he wanted.
"I’d guess he find a new monster in Rin, that’s why he’s don’t want to be in my team anymore" That’s what Isagi initiated thought when he block that shoot, and then he’s lost and got stole instead.
Rin chooses him, but then, it’s just got different with Bachira. He’s seemed more mature; he’s probably chosen him out of kindness. Bachira doesn’t seem to need him anymore. He can play alone now; he’s barely given him a pass during World Five.
Isagi decided to swallow his feeling, forget about Bachira and focus on devouring Itoshi Rin. Thus, Bachira Meguru was not his only crush in team Z.
Isagi thought of his second crush, a temporary crush towards Kunigami Rensuke.
The guy was a real gentleman. He’s shared a steak during his first goal against Team X. He's handsome, his body hot and he’s kind. Kunigami was a real-life superhero.
And then the second selection starts. When did all these things go wrong? Isn’t it because he’s chosen Chigiri instead of Reo or Kunigami? Isagi team advance but Kunigami and Reo fall back and then Kunigami is eliminated by that pink-blonde hair guy.
They always kill the good ones; no good man can survive in Bluelock. With exception of Nanase Nijirou, that’s guy is an endangered species. Other than that, Kunigami is a piece of hard evidence. Now, everyone here threatens to kill him every time he attempts to steal a goal... or block their shoot.
Isagi is ready to forget about him, and then Kunigami Rensuke apparently still alive. He's survived from the wild card. But he doesn’t seem like Team Z's hero anymore. Kunigami seems tired and aloof. He doesn’t seem selfless and gentle like he did in the first selection. He hardly talks with anyone during Neo Egoist League.
"That was a nice pass, Isagi. That bad shot of yours was scrumptious. It was a feast." At that moment, he forgets all his stupid crush on Kunigami. He wanted to kill Kaiser instead. But then, it’s probably because of that second selection all of this happened.
But then, there, Nagi Seishirou, the third guy he has a crush on.
When did it begin? Oh, yes, the second selection, the same selection that got Kunigami eliminated.
When Nagi decided to team up with him instead of Reo. Isagi always thought that Reo and Nagi were a thing. 'Is he really dumped his boyfriend for me?'
Isagi feels something in his heart. Of course, at first, they want Isagi to join their team but he wants to team up with Bachira. And Nagi leaves Reo for Isagi team. Isagi was glad that maybe someone can appreciate his talent. With Bachira and Nagi at his side, their team are undefeatable, or so he thought.
"Work harder, Reo wouldn’t be moping like that.” When Bachira got stole, Nagi started to compare Isagi with Reo. Maybe Isagi was wrong. Nagi stayed with him for his own benefit, not because he thought Isagi was special or something but because Isagi can’t help it, each day, each play, each round, he found himself deeply captivated by Nagi's play.
Nagi Seishirou is a genius but Isagi Yoichi is just a weak guy that fights to survive. Isagi doesn’t deserve him. He believes that the all-rounded Mikage Reo is the perfect match for a perfect guy like Nagi. Everyone knew that.
They work together to defeat him with the Five Shot Revolver Fake Volley. They work so well; it’s got him frustrated. Really, he needs to forget about Nagi and focus on devouring Kaiser, that dumb fuck.
Isagi really hates those loud blonde hair guy. Wait actually, he thought Shidou Ryusei was charming.
"I think I'm quite like it when you explode." Isagi thought he would hate an arrogant guy like Shidou but this guy really could acknowledge other people’s talent. Can’t say that Isagi's heart doesn’t skip a beat.
Shidou is a player that can fight on his own but Isagi secretly hope he could sync with him, handle him, a great guy like that.
And then, Shidou doesn’t get chosen as regular for Bluelock eleven. He’s got handpicked by Itoshi Sae instead for the U-20 team.
Bluelock eleven played so well during the first half, but then Shidou subbed in, it became crucial. Shidou's performance was a spectacular. Someone there brings Shidou his full potential. Shidou was no longer playing solo, someone passed the ball and sync to him. That someone was Itoshi Sae.
"I did it, Itoshi Sae! I wanna play football with you forever! With you, I feel a sensation I've never felt before!”
Isagi thought that he was a fool to think he could play with Shidou. Itoshi Sae was the older brother to Itoshi Rin, Bluelock’s number one. Of course, he's will play with someone on his own level.
"So, you were the heart of Bluelock, number eleven" And then Sae tackled him, and forced Isagi to make a pass.
Isagi only knew Sae for less than 90 minutes but he dared to say that Sae was probably a bitch like his younger brother.
He's decided to stay away from both Itoshi brother and Shidou Ryusei. And then he scored a winning goal for Bluelock.
As Tada Chan said, the goal is just luck. It's all luck that Bluelock manage to survive. The winning goal brings them Neo Egoist League where they can play with foreign players from international teams. Like Noel Noa and… Noel Noa sama.
"I came here to meet you… Blue Lock’s ace striker Isagi Yoichi " Michael Kaiser, the guy with a blue rose tattoo whispered to him while touching his chin. Isagi terrified and yet, amused. “As you wish… I’m going to destroy your life”
Germans sure flirt differently. But then, that blue hair dye, cocky yet playful smiles, Kaiser Impact, Michael Kaiser is a genius that Isagi want to fuck.
But the flirting seems too much, it doesn’t seem like flirting anymore. It's become annoying. Kaiser really trying to destroy his soccer career for real and Isagi can’t stand that.
“I’ll fucking kill you even if it’s the last thing I do”, That block was the last straw. He doesn’t feel wanting to fuck Kaiser anymore. He will destroy Kaiser so hard; Kaiser will be a clown.
That’s why he decided to pass to Yukimiya.
“How does it feel, to be the clown of my story?”
"You are a nut" He’s done it. "We are both strikers, let’s see who scores the most goals, Yoichi."
Kaiser no longer smiles. Isagi passed out before he could reply. Since that moment, Kaiser doesn’t smile and tease him anymore. Thus, Kaiser started to ignore him. Isagi can’t deny that he’s missed Kaiser stupid tease and his cocky smiles but Kaiser really getting his nerves.
Maybe Isagi doesn’t interest him anymore. It feels like he stands up to his bully, and then the bully leaves him alone. All the funny feeling of waiting to kiss and fuck Kaiser is probably just lusted. Instead of missing it, he should use it as motivation to destroy and bring Kaiser to depression for the next match.
Isagi is totally over it. He doesn’t want to involve himself with that German guy, not to mention, Ness always seems to wait to murder him.
"You're great, Isagi."
Isagi was chosen as the man of the match for Bastard München vs Manshine City. He has one person to thank for, other than Noa. "I only have you, Kurona."
The bright pink hair with a single braid guy nodded.
"I always wanted someone to trust and support me unconditionally but everyone I encounter just used me for their own benefit." Isagi thought of Bachira, Kunigami, Nagi, Shidou and Kaiser. "I am always misunderstood; I like people more than they like me. It feels like I am just a stepping stone for them until they find a better person. But you was there, Kurona. You didn’t try to sabotage me or left me behind for other people. So, thank you, I can’t go this far without you." Isagi gives a small smile.
"Isagi..." Kurona looks at him. "No offence but I think you are a bit oblivious."
"What does that mean?"
"I could say that I choose to play by your side so I can be chosen as a regular you know" That’s what Kurona Ranze said but that’s just a half-truth. Kurona Ranze always thought Isagi Yoichi was something.
Even during the first selection. No, it was even before that.
Kurona played against Ichinan high school before getting to Bluelock. He’s noticed how well forward number eleven played. That guy always chanting 'nationals nationals nationals'. He got past five defenders and then, when it’s between 1vs1 with the goalkeeper, he passed the ball to his teammates and it’s missed. 'He's just trusted the wrong person. I would never do that to a teammate'
The guy doesn’t even cry when his team lost. 'How egoistic, he only thought of nationals'
Then Kurona met him again. Isagi is the first guy who runs to the door. And Kurona just follows the rhythm. Kurona was a bit disappointed when he was not in the same stratum as that dark blue-haired guy. Maybe they are not on the same level.
Kurona met him again during the second selection but he’s don’t have the courage to talk to him. That guy talks with the yellow-haired and white-haired guy and then leaves for the next stages. 'Of course, everyone wants him on their team'
Kurona watched all of Isagi's play during the third selection. How Isagi lead his team during the second selection, how Isagi scored a goal during the third selection. He’s even chosen the same team A in the hope he could play in the same round with that guy. 'This guy is a genius.’
He only wishes he could play with him. But then he doesn’t get picked for Bluelock eleven. He’s only could cheer from the sidelines, watching the celebration. 'This is the guy I want to give my heart to'
And then, he and Isagi choose Germany.
"Really?" Isagi raised his eyebrow. Of course, Isagi doesn’t need to know all of that.
"Yes, I just want to play as regular. That’s why I choose you."
"Man, maybe I am really hard to love. It’s a fool to think someone could support me unconditionally"
'I am here, you know. You just need to open your eyes.' That’s what Kurona wanted to say but he’s replied, "Yeay, bet"
