LONG story short, this is my grave! Do you want me to make you one too?

Summary:

Remember when Hunter, during Eclipse Lake offered to make Amity a grave too when he was digging his own? Yeah, you know it sort of looked like Amity was going to take him up on that offer.

Amity slid down the slanted path to where Hunter was.

"Don't worry," Hunter said seemingly calm, "I won't pick a fight there's no titan blood."

"Then why are you digging?" Amity asked confused.

Hunter turned around with a laugh a smile on his lips, then turned around again.
"Oh it's simple really!" Hunter replied back with a hint of desperation at the end.
"Belos needs titan blood to make a new portal key, can't get to the human realm without it!"

"There's blood in the key?" Amity muttered.

"Since I failed my last mission I thought, 'Hey a chance to make up for it!' But I can't go back empty-handed! Not again," Hunter continued, "Long story short this is my grave! Want me to make you one too?" He tilted his head back questionably torwards Amity.

Amity looked considerably torwards Hunter.

"This is really bumming me out," King said flatly.

"That's just life, rat," Hunter countered, he continued on again, "Everyone has a use! And if you don't, bye bye, your friend gets it," he grounded out.

Amity thoughtfully thought it over. She nodded her head at Hunter.
"Why not?" She said.

King looked at Amity strangely, but Amity walked over to Hunter. Hunter seemed to get it as she started to dig a hole next to 'Hunter's Grave'. Hunter seemed to get it as he helped her dig her grave too. They made light conversation with each other while digging the graves, Amity's palisman Ghost, morphed and looked at Amity and Hunter with Flapjack a disaproving look. Amity didn't look up and soon both holes were three feet deep.

King exclaimed out loud, "Weh?! What are you doing, were suppose to get the titan's blood, not dig a your own grave with an Emperor's Coven!"

Hunter starting to appreciate Amity's similarities to him, gave King a deadpan stare, and went to fall into the hole of his 'grave'. Amity copied his actions and sighed depressedly.

Amity grounded out, "Luz has been sending me these strange human codes," she looked empty as she continued on, "I don't understand all of them, but I think this one is pretty clear, 'Come back with results, or we're done," Amity ended with a sigh. King jumped down with Ghost and turned the communicator. Amity read it out and visibly brightened. She climbed out of her grave, and sent a look to King about not telling anybody else. She decided she wanted to help Hunter and reached a hand down the help him up. Then the whole Hunter seeing the key and the fight scene. After that, Hunter said thank you with oceans more of gratitude and felt there was some sort of connection between them, a sort of comrade-ish NOT ROMANTIC. If anyone wants to take the idea, no problemo, just sorta mention me lol.

Notes:

Years later Hunter will go, "Hey remember when we dug our graves together?" and Amity is like "Yeah!" and the rest of the gang are just confused and concerned. Amity told Luz about it later.
