Chapter Text
Your answer to every time you pray
(Toying with pitiful, pitiful prey)
Don’t just stand there, idle
(Don’t you want to be an idol?)
You’ll never again be weak
(It’s only another, another week)
Those who twist destiny’s uncaring hand
Can be rewarded with a second chance
And oh, how a hint of hope can be grand
Reject surrender and take a new stance
Refuse to give in, the dark is your friend
This time, can it be suffering’s true end?. . .
A collection of poems telling the story of Generation Loss
Hello hello! I haven't posted in ages and I will most likely continue that way- however, here's a little collection of poems I did on gen loss. They're not very legible or anything, but for my first time writing poetry, I don't mind so much. I mostly just want a gen loss fic on my account (go watch it if you haven't!!!!)
For this poem specifically, it's just a bit of an intro piece. It's meant to kind of portray showfall as a whole without getting too into it (this was a school assignment lol)
