WARNING: Spoilers for every Percy Jackson book (except chalice of the gods)
Head canon #1: The demigod children of all greek gods have physical properties that show their godly parentage that only shows in a more noticeable way after they've been claimed. Also when I say streaks I mean like in their hair.
For Poseidon kids they have glow in the dark eyes like angler fish and other deep sea creatures, they can also have light blue skin if they've been in the water too long, like a color changing barbie doll. Before they're claimed only certain parts of their bodies turn that light blue color, mostly their fingertips and toes. They can also have tails like sharks or dolphins. They can also have blue or coral streaks.
Children of Zeus have "lighting" on their bodies and their veins usually stick out on their skin, especially if they have darker skin, their veins show a lot more. They can also have a birth mark that is shaped like a lighting bolt or storm cloud. They can also have grey or white streaks.
Children of Hades can have white hair. As children of the underworld they can have pitch black hair along with pure white hair, the ones with black hair usually have a stronger connection to Tarturus and the darkness that most people associate with the afterlife, while the children with white hair have a stronger connection to Elysium and the freedom of leaving Earth behind after death. They can also have a streak or multiple of either color. Look out for shadow creatures and hellhounds, they make those creatures and are very attached.
Children of Demeter have "dirt" or "grass" colored eyes, they always have a little piece of Earth in them, whether it be in their eyes, skin, or hearts. They can also have green or brown streaks.
Children of Hephaestus have a sort of "metal" or "fire" on their body, it could be a look in their eyes or a birthmark (which is what it usually is). They also have a knack for making fires. They also have brown or orange streaks.
Children of Aphrodite have a sort of pink hue to them, they're always illuminated with the pink light and have a heart somewhere on their bodies. They also have pink and blue streaks, it's usually always both.
Children of Ares have a significant scar, some of those scars just so happened to be inflicted by Ares himself. (God of War fought a 12 year old, you think he wouldn't fight his own kids?) They usually have a red or black streak.Beware for wild boars, those are probably theirs.
Children of Athena have a gold or royal blue streak, they also have companions rather than markings, snakes and owls around camp usually belong to them.
Children of Apollo are fucking beams of light. (half joking.) They all have a sort of ethereal swell whenever they're in the sunlight, they look like they have halos..and they do.
Children of Hermes have wings on their feet, sometimes they're on their heads. Sometimes their backs. They also have quick hands. They have yellow or white streaks in their hair. They also either have a horseshoe or caduceus shape on their body.
Children of Dionysus have grapevines in their veins, their veins mainly just look like grapevines and they have a high alcohol tolerance (when they can drink). They have purple or dark green streaks.

Headcanon #2: All the cabins do something for the camp
Aphrodite cabin helps people look fresh, they sew, do hair, makeup, mani-pedis, and are camps cheerleaders since they don't like to fight most of the time.
Hephaestus cabin makes golf carts and other things for campers to get around/tour easier.
Ares cabin helps in sparring/workout activities since Mr. D is lazy in that area, they also use their boars to help with running exercises. Them and the Hades cabin team up on obstacle courses.
Poseidon cabin has swimming lessons and helps with pegasus riding lessons.
Hades cabin makes obstacles and things out of shadows, since it drains a lot out of them it's usually timed and obstacles get taken out without warning. They also make great shadow puppets at campfires.
Hermes cabin..helps you cheat on your duties and lock up your things tighter.
Dionysus and Demeter help each other out with fruits and vegetables that the campers eat, usually a wide selection but no grapes since Mr. D's punishment.
Athena cabin helps with lessons and teaches new campers about the history of camp half-blood and old campers if they don't know.
Apollo cabin is the camp healers and help with archery lessons, they also give lessons on the human body and how to wrap, clean, and stitch wounds, along with other medical advice that's very important.
Headcanon #3: Demigods can have phones
I never understood the whole half-bloods can't have phones bcs monsters - seems stupid to me but yeah they can have phones
Headcanon #4: Monsters mainly go after more powerful demigods (kids of the big three and the other olympians) if you're a child of a minor god you're safe most the time, doesn't mean monsters won't go after you though.
Headcanon #5: There's a system that keeps track of all the campers and Mr. D is like a principal and keeps track of all the half-bloods, who their godly parent is, how old they are, etc, etc, also Chiron is like a vice principal rather than an activities director and makes schedules for each of the campers after they go through all the different things like forging, archery, and combat skills.
Headcanon #6: There's a library attached to the big house with a bunch of books about greek "mythology" and school textbooks for kids who stay year round.
Headcanon #7: Campers can do other things outside of training to become heroes such as doing art and making music, I like to think that the Athena kids and Hephaestus kids would gravitate towards that.
