A weakness is a weakness, however cruel it is to use.

Summary:

This story originated from a dream I had so some things might not make much sense.
There will be non-con later on. There will be each an explicit and a non-explicit chapter. They are the same chapter but the non-con part is different. For now this goes for chapter 3 (explicit) and chapter 4 (non-explicit).

Colin, Talo and Beth joined Link on his journey to the snowpeak ruins and Yeta volunteered to babysit while Link searched for the bedroom key. The children, being children, get bored and decide to help Link and eventually managed to catch up to him. Not wanting to risk their lives, Link leaves them in a safe room while he goes off to fight the mini boss. What Link didn’t expect was for strange men to follow him to the mansion.

Notes:

This is my first fanfiction and as mentioned in the summary, this was originally a dream I had and when I woke up I hastily wrote it down so there are some things that canonically don’t make much sense. Eg the children of ordon going with Link. My sleeping brain didn’t provide me with context as to why they are there, it’s just relevant for the plot. Also Malo (that sassy little shit) is too busy being a business owner and making money

Chapter Text

„She better be right about the location this time.“ Midna said snappily. After finding a Pumpkin in the room Yeta told Link that he could find the bedroom key, Midna got very annoyed.
„Calm down Midna. Even if the key isn’t there either, it has to be somewhere in this mansion. We’re gonna find it at some point. At least I hope so.“ Link mumbled the last part to himself.
Midna only tsked at his response and went back to hiding in Links shadow.

After finally finding the key to open the next door, Link walked into a room filled with canon balls. He picked one up and looked around until he saw a mechanism next to the door leading outside to transport the metal ball to the other side.
As he’s loading the first heavy ball onto the metal contraption the door he just came in through opened.
„L-Link? You were taking quite a while a-and we were wondering if we could help you.“ Colin peaked in. „Yeah we don’t want to just sit with Yeta. She’s mumbling about weird stuff the whole time.“ Beth said as she and Talo pushed past Colin.
„I told you to stay with Yeta because it’s dangerous here! There’s so many Monsters here how did you even manage to get to me?!“ Link asked incredulously.
„But it’s so booooring.“ Talo chimed in. „We also want to adventure with you and also there weren’t any monsters when we walked around. Only some weird spiky ice balls lay around.“

Link sighed, „Well I can’t send you back on your own now… You three can definitely not come outside with me I haven’t had the time to take care of the ice wolves and monsters out there yet so it’s way too dangerous for you.“
„But we wanna help you-!“
„No!“ Link looked at Talo who looked about to cry. „I’m sorry for shouting Talo. But I can’t have you three risking your lives out there. I could never forgive myself if one of you got hurt.“
Talo sniffed „Okay… but we still wanna help you in some way.“
Link looked around the room and got an idea. „How about this. I need to get some of these canon balls outside but they’re quite heavy to transport all of them alone. If you really want to help me you can carry them to the mechanism over there.“
Talos face lightened up and he looked at Beth and Colin smiling. „We will do our best Link!“

Link and the children got to work and managed to carry a total of four canon balls outside. Once they were done Link allowed the kids to watch as he destroyed the ice monsters blocking the way with the canon.
„That was so cool!“ Beth shouted excitedly.
„Thank you guys for the help but now I need you to stay in that room until i come back.“
„But whyyy?“ Talo whined.
„I don’t know what will await me in that room and I don’t know if I’ll be able to keep you safe. I need you three to wait here where it’s safe and I know you won’t get hurt. I won’t take long so please wait here for me.“ Link pleaded.
Colin spoke up, „Okay Link.“
„But Colin-“
„No Talo, Link is already doing so much for us we can’t burden him even more like that!“ Colin interrupted.
„Colin’s right Talo, we can’t defend ourselves if it comes to it and we can’t force Link to look out for himself and us at the same time. We will wait here for you Link we promise! Right Talo?“
„Right Beth. I promise I’ll stay here with Colin and Beth, Link. Just come back soon please.“

Link pat Talo on the head „I promise I’ll be as fast as I can. You won’t even notice that I was gone.“ Link smiled at the three children.

Before Link walked out the door he turned to the kids one last time. „Keep the door closed at all time. Don’t let anyone or anything inside. Nothing around here is able open this door as far as I’ve seen. Look out for each other and please stay safe. I’ll be back soon.“
Link waved the children farewell and closed the heavy iron door behind him.

„Those three are quite a handful aren’t they?“ Midna snickered.
„Yes they are but I love them for it. They want to help me and be at my side as much as possible.“
„They really adore you, huh?“
„Yeah, I guess they do.“ Link smiled.

Link entered the room that had previously been blocked off by the ice monster and instantly felt uneasy. The room stretched far and was quite narrow. To the left and right were canons stored behind steel bars which made it seem like more like a bland hallway than a storage room.
What made this room the most eerie was the armor stand in the very middle of the narrow path, it’s back turned to Link.
„What are the chances that this armor is gonna come alive? I bet you ten rupees that you will have to fight this.“
„You don’t even have any rupees Midna.“
„Well I’m gonna have ten after winning this bet!“ Midna grinned.
„Fine, whatever just get ready to hop back into my shadow.“
Midna cheers triumphant and hides back in Links shadow.
Link carefully approaches the armor, sword in his hand and in one swift motion stabs into the space between the chest plate and the helmet. As nothing happened Link pulled his sword back and put it into its sheath.
„Guess you owe me ten rupees now.“
Midna grovels in his shadow. „Not fair.“
Link walked past the armor stand and reached to open the next door before iron bars slammed down, obstructing the way.
Link warily looked over his shoulder, the armor stand looming over him.
„Haha! I win after a-“ Midna cheered right before the armor stand was obliterated by a spiked ball on a chain. Links gaze followed the chain to a giant wearing iron armor, the mini boss of snowpeak mansion „Darkhammer“.
The giant yanked the ball back and started spinning it over it’s head approaching Link. There was no way to get past the enemy and Link can’t spot any weak points at the front. Anxiously he looked around the room to find a way out of this situation until he spots the ceiling. It was made of iron mesh, perfect for the clawshot to grab onto.
Just as Darkhammer was close enough to attack, Link grappled onto the ceiling and flew over the enemy, landing behind it. Immediately Link spotted the boss‘ tail and the lack of armor on it. He took his sword out of its sheath and started slashing at the newfound weak spot, weakening it. He didn’t have long though before the giant turned around, knocking Link off with its elbow. He fell hard and was barely able to react in time to dodge the spiked ball being thrown at him. Link managed to avoid most of it but a spike managed to graze his leg, drawing blood.
As the boss was busy getting the ball back, Link swiftly rushed behind it and started attacking the tail again.
After a few slashes he backed away as to not get knocked off his feet again. What Link didn’t expect though was for Darkhammer to instantly attack again. He had no time to react as the heavy iron ball rammed into his chest, pinning him to the ground. Link heaved, the air being knocked out of him from the impact. A few ribs were definitely at least cracked. He barely managed to stay conscious and pushed the ball off of him. Gasping for air, the green clad hero lifted his arm to grab the ceiling with his clawshot one last time to end this fight. He managed to land on his feet behind the boss and stabbed its tail until the giant fell to its knees and disappeared in black smoke. All that remained was the ball and chain which Link swiftly pocketed. (Don’t ask me how his pockets can hold that. Men’s trousers pockets are just built different)
Exhausted, Link lay on the ground trying to catch his breath.
„Don’t you have any more soup so that we can get on with this?“
„No. I used the last for those snow wolves but it’s not a bad idea to get some more. That way I can also get the kids back to Yeta.“
Link groaned as he stood up, gripping his upper body where the spiked ball hit him head on. „This is definitely going to bruise even with healing potions.“
„Well you better get going then and heal up so that we can get that bedroom key.“
Link made his way back to the storage room he left the kids in before they come looking for him.

„What’s taking him so long. It’s so boooring here.“
„C’mon Talo we promised Link to stay here and wait. We can’t just betray his trust and go wandering off now.“ Beth said sternly. „See? Colin isn’t complaining!“
„Yeah because he’s Colin.“
„H-hey what is that supposed to mean?“
„Talo! Don’t be mean to him!“
„I’m not I’m just stati-“ Talo was interrupted by a creaking sound coming from the door leading outside.
„Link? Are you back? We’re still in here and waiting just like you told us to!“ Talo proudly stated. He ran up to the door and yanked it open. „Link why aren’t you saying anything?“ The kid slowly looked up at the tall person standing on the other side of the door. „Who- who are you? You’re not Link!“

Link snickered as he walked through the snow. „You are the one who made the bet. I don’t make the rules so you owe me ten rupees.“
Midna groans. „I’m not exactly able to get any in this state I am in so how do you expect me to pay you?!“
„Don’t be upset Midna. I’m sure you’re gonna find a way to get some rupees, creative as you are, and when you do, you better pay up!“ Link chuckles.
„Oh we’re already back! Go back to my shadow so you don’t scare the kids.“
„Yeah, yeah whatever.“ Midna mumbles as she returns to Links shadow.
Link takes a deep breath and makes sure he doesn’t look too roughed up before opening the metal door. „Hey kids I’m back! Hope I didn’t take too long.“
Muffled shouting can be heard from a corner of the room. A yelp came from the same direction before Link heard Talo shouting. „Link behind you!“
Link went to turn around but before he could, a foot slammed into his back. He fell face first onto the ground, hitting his head hard. Link tried getting up but a heavy boot stomped onto his back, pinning him to the ground. The hero hoarsely screamed as he barely held onto consciousness to look at the children being held back by strange men and reached for them, mouthing the words „I’m sorry“. The last thing he heard before fainting was loud laughter.

Chapter 2: Gerudo desert

Summary:

Link wakes up in a place that is familiar but also completely new to him and for the first time gets a good look at his captor.

Notes:

Don’t ask how they got from snowpeak to Gerudo desert unnoticed. If they even were completely unnoticed. Guess you’ll have to find out in future chapters (guess I’ll also have to figure that out… how does my sleeping brain come up with good stories but my awake brain struggles to make it make sense bruuuuh)

Chapter Text

There was a light breeze rustling through Links hair and he could faintly hear heavy steps crunching on the ground as if he was walking on sand. The air was cool but there was a warmth encompassing his tired body. As his consciousness started to come back his senses picked up more and more things. The heavy breathing of a big animal below him, fur tickling his cheek, lights dancing behind closed eyelids.
It was quite peaceful.

Until Link regained his memory of what occurred before he just woke up.
Talo‘s screaming, the sudden pain in his back, followed by his head feeling like it was split open and men he didn’t know holding onto Talo, Beth and Colin.
Links eyes snapped open and he quickly jerked back into a sitting position. He tried to move his arms but found them bound behind his back.
A big arm grabbed him, holding his waist close to the person behind him. Link threw his head back in an attempt to headbutt whoever held onto him but his head only met a firm chest.

„You fucking bitch! Stop moving!“
Link frantically looked around now seeing the big boar he’s sitting on. He’s seen them before. Link whipped his head around to look at what he expected to be a bokoblin, but it wasn’t?
What or rather who was that?
Link had met a lot of people. Hylians, Gorons, Zoras, even Yetis, but he’d never seen someone like this.
The man he was now staring at was tall, no, gigantic! He had tanned skin and was very muscular. He was also not wearing a lot, Link slightly blushed at that realization, the strange man’s nipples staring right into his eyes.
Link looked up to the face of the stranger. He was met with a defined jawline, piercing emerald eyes staring right into his own. Round ears adorned with golden jewelry and gemstones and long red hair tied up in a high bun.

Was this… a Gerudo? Link had only heard stories about them from Auru and seen a few drawings but he was always told that they haven’t been seen for a long time. They were thought to have succumbed to the harsh nature of the desert and the bokoblins taking it over.

As Link was in this almost trance like state thinking about everything Aulu had taught him, he again remembered why this Gerudo man was with him right now and what they did to him and the children.
The children! Where were they?!

Before Link could say anything, the man restraining him warned „Stop moving already! We have the kids remember? You don’t even know how fast a head can be sliced off! Especially of such small hylians.“
Link stilled his attempt to wriggle out of the Gerudos grasp and pleadingly looked into his captors eyes.

„Now that’s better. Such a good boy.“ The man lowly whispered into Links ear.
Link trembled from the closeness and unexpected praise as they resumed their way to, presumably, Gerudo town.
During their journey, Link noticed flying lights in the distance and also around him. As they approached one, he noticed the lights were lanterns, flying in the night sky. The closer they got to their destination, the more lanterns he could see dancing in the air, illuminating the dark path.
Not long after first noticing the lanterns, Link can see a town in the distance, surrounded by walls made of sandstone. This must be Gerudo Town.

Chapter Text

The sun was almost completely set as they approached the entrance to Gerudo town. As Link analyzed the new area, he spotted a total of four guards standing in front of the gate. The boar came to a stop and one guard came up to them.
„Is this the one He requested?“
The Gerudo behind link gave a stern nod in response. A smile appeared on the guards face as he looked at the restrained Hylian.
„Better to not make Him wait then.“

Slowly they went ahead through the entrance into the town that looked like an oasis in the desert. There were small houses made out of sandstone with waterways running above them and markets were strewn around the place. Gerudos bustling through the marketplace, you could even spot a few children. Most of them stopped whatever they were doing to curiously stare at the Hylian that was brought into their home but they dismissed him quickly.
Palm trees and flowers were blooming all around. As they continued on, it looked like they reached a plaza with a fountain in the middle of it.
Behind it were long stairs leading into an enormous building.

Unexpectedly, they took a sharp turn to the left and Link almost fell off the boar but was caught by a strong hand.
„Amazing isn’t it? But don’t worry little hero, you’ll get to admire our town as much as you want for a long time. But first He requested your attendance.“ The Gerudo holding onto him snickered.
Dread crept up Links spine at the mans words. Just what have they planned if he’s going to be there for /a long time/. And just who is /He/?

Link got ripped out of his thoughts as he was heaved off the boar. As the Hylian was set on the ground his legs buckled underneath him and he fell to his knees. For a second he could see a concerned Midna in his shadow as he looked at the floor.
The Gerudo laughed „We really did a number on you, eh? Can’t even stand on your own? Hah! What a hero you are!“

Link bit the inside of his cheek as to not snap at the man and get in an even worse situation. Stubbornly, he tried to stand up but wasn’t able to with his legs shaking and his arms rendered useless. He could only glare at the man looking at him.

Amused by the defiant look on Links face, the Gerudo picked him up and carried him into another room. He sat Link on the ground and went to rummage in a chest, looking for something. When the man found what he was searching for, he turned back to Link and threw the retrieved items at him.

Startled, Link looked at what was just thrown at him. It was… clothes? Why would the Gerudo throw clothes at him? „Put them on.“

„Huh?“

The man walked behind Link to take off the rope that bound the Hylians hands on his back. „You are going to put these clothes on. And don’t even think about trying anything. We wouldn’t want those brats to get hurt would we?“
Once his hands were free, Link grabbed what seemed to be the top part of the clothes. It was a small, colorful top with golden embroidery.
(Yes it is the Botw Gerudo Vai costume)
It looked to be barely big enough to cover his chest. Just what did this man want from him?

„W-why should I put this on?“
„Because I ordered you to.“ the Gerudo growled.
„Gotta make sure you look presentable for Him.“
Dumbfounded, Link stared at the small top questioning the intentions of /Him/.
The man grew impatient and ripped off Links green tunic, tearing it apart. „We don’t want to keep Him waiting, so go on and put. The. Clothes. On.“ the Gerudo towered over him.

Surprised by the sudden attack, Link flinched backwards but quickly regained his composure. He carefully took off the rest of his tunic and placed it on the ground. „Now that’s better. Go on. Everything off.“

Link followed the demand and carefully started unbuttoning his pants. He easily slid them and his boots off, until all he was left wearing were his boxers.
„I said everything.“
Just what we’re they planning? Was this to humiliate him before being killed? He couldn’t falter now. He still had to at least get the children to safety. With trembling fingers, Link slid off his boxers, now sitting there completely naked.

He flinched as suddenly something was held in front of his face. „Now continue to be a good boy and put this on.“
Link gulped as he got a good look at the tiny , pink panties dangling in front of him. Hesitantly, he put them on. And they really were tiny. The cloth in the front barely covered his privates and the back just consisted of a slim string splitting into two to connect to the front. As a finishing touch the Gerudo pulled the strings on the sides up and over his hipbones, now biting into his waist to stay in place.

Next Link slid into the pants. The fabric was thin and flowy, definitely designed for the harsh heat of the desert, but they also seemed like they would rip easily if they were to get caught in a branch. The pants were held up by a golden waistbelt that sat low enough to show off his groin creases and the strings that lay on his hips.

He easily slid on the top and pulled it over his chest. It was barely big enough to cover it and he was sure that if he were to stretch his arms, his nipples would show.
For accessories he put sleeves onto his arms that were made of the same fabric as the pants. They were held up by golden bracelets that snugly fit around Links arms and connected to golden rings that were slid on his middle fingers.
Lastly the Gerudo put Links feet into golden sandals and secured them around his ankles.

„Hold out your arms in front of you.“
Of course they wouldn’t make it that easy for him. Hesitantly, Link complied and stuck out his hands. The man grabbed his wrists and bound them together with the same rope he used to incapacitate the Hylian before. A piece of the rope was left untied, so it hung down between Links wrists, which the Gerudo grabbed onto to drag the Hylian behind him.

They went back outside to the plaza and this time up the stairs. The man dragged Link into a gigantic room. To the sides, stood in even intervals, were guards armed with spears. At the other end of the room was a glorious throne, in which sat a Gerudo, adorned with various golden jewelry and a headband-like crown sat on his forehead. The man’s tanned skin looked almost greenish and he had long red hair. The top part was tied into a high bun and the lower into a ponytail.
He had a luscious beard and big eyebrows that almost seemed to connect to the rest of his hair. The man‘s golden eyes seemed to glow as he looked at Link.

Link glared at him before he spotted three guards standing next to the throne. And they held onto… THE CHILDREN!
They held them by the hair and threateningly held sickles to their throats, ready to strike should he try anything.

Despite his predicament, Link tried to look strong for them. He can’t let them lose their faith in him. He was going to get them out of there, and tried to convey as much without words.

The Gerudo holding onto Links bindings tugged on the rope, pulling him closer towards the apparent King of the Gerudos. Once they were close enough, he grabbed Links shoulder and pushed him forwards. Link stumbled and fell onto his knees right in front of the throne.

The King ordered the Gerudo away with a hand gesture and stood up. Slowly he approached Link. „So you are the so called hero of Hyrule? Link, was it? I am Ganondorf, King of the Gerudo and a god amongst men. I was bestowed with the Triforce of power and it is my destiny to rule over Hyrule.“

Link glared at the man. „You will never become our king. You may have been able to make the Gerudo bow to you but us Hylians will never let you rule over us!“

Ganondorf laughed. He /laughed/ at the pathetic display of the hero, kneeling before him, yet talking about stopping him. „You say that, yet you are here, kneeling before me. Don’t even think about trying anything or my guards will kill those children in the slowest and most painful way possible.“ He growled.

Link looked to the horrified children but didn’t let any fear show on his face. Even though he didn’t have a plan and didn’t know how he would rescue them, he knew he would somehow.

Ganondorf knelt down in front of Link and grabbed his chin so that their eyes met. The Gerudo captured Links gaze as he grinned smugly.

Feeling a surge of anger Link spit into the kings face and sprang to his feet. Courage flowed through his veins as he went to kick Ganondorf in the face but his leg was grabbed midair. He was yanked down and he fell onto his knees and elbows.

Link tried to get up but before he could, Ganondorf climbed on top of the Hylian and pinned his hands to the floor. „You think you can defy me, your king?! You are not worthy of any mercy and I will have my fun making you submit to me.“

Link struggled in Ganondorfs hold, trying to wriggle out under him. Suddenly he stopped all movement as he yelped in surprise. Ganondorf was squeezing his ass. Hard. Shocked, Link whips his head around to see the king smiling at him devilishly.

„W-Wha-“

Link tried to push him away by pressing his hips up but Ganondorf only saw this as an invitation to grind on him. Surprised by this action and the hard, growing bulge on his ass Link froze trying to comprehend what was happening.

With his free hand, Ganondorf slipped a few fingers into Links mouth. The Hylian instantly bit down and the fingers were yanked out. „Oh you will regret that! Kill the little blonde!“

Link whipped his head towards the children to see Colin screaming as the sickle was pressed into his neck, a few droplets of blood already visible.

„wait.“ Link whispered incredulously.

„Wait. Wait! WAIT NO! STOP, DON‘T!“ Panic overcame Link as Colins screams drowned out everything else. Desperately, Link struggled against the heavy body on top of him „PLEASE!“

„ENOUGH!“ Ganondorfs voice boomed through the room. The guard holding onto Colin pulled his sickle away from the kids neck. A fine line of blood was left, deep enough to surely leave a scar. Physically and mentally.

Ganondorf laughed „Did you really think I‘d let one of my guests die that fast? That was just a warning. Bite again and the kid will lose an arm.“

That wasn’t a threat. That was a promise.

„So be a good little hero and open your mouth.“ Ganondorf demanded.

Hesitantly, Link opened his mouth just to have thick fingers pushed down his throat. He choked and sputtered around them but didn’t dare try to fight it. Once the Gerudo was satisfied, he pulled his fingers out and moved his hand back to Links ass. He swiftly ripped the pants apart.

Link could feel the cool night air now directly on his skin and shuddered as a finger was pressed to his entrance. He looked around in a panic, pleading the guards with his eyes to stop their king. To do something, anything! Most guards kept their stone hard expressions but Link could see guilt and hesitance in a few guards faces. It gave him a bit of hope to see that not everyone is comfortable with their kings actions. Maybe some guards will have pity and look the other way once he figures out how to escape. He really hopes so.

Then his eyes landed on Colin. He was a mess. Tears were still streaming down his face, his neck was bloody but thank Hylia the injury wasn’t too bad. Talo stared at Link blankly. He was the youngest of the three and probably couldn‘t understand just what was happening. Beth, as the oldest seemed to have some understanding and averted her gaze. She understood what Ganondorf planned to do. She knew that Link wouldn’t want them to watch, knew that he didn’t want them to see him in this vulnerable state.

Link wanted to beg Colin and Talo to also look away and ignore him as much as possible. But just as he was about to tell them, Ganondorf applied enough pressure to finally push his finger past Links rim. The hero cried out in pain at the intrusion. He screamed as the Gerudo coiled his finger, scraping against his walls. Just as fast as the finger went in, it was pulled out again. Link breathed heavily, using the short time to relax as much as he could before two fingers were slammed into him.

It hurt. It hurt so much. This was completely new to him. Link was barely an adult so he never got to experiment, apart from playing with himself a few times, before the responsibility of being a hero was thrusted upon him. From then on he never had a moment alone, always traveling with Midna at his side. He knew what sex was and how it worked. He wasn’t that clueless, but he also knew that this wasn’t how it should be like. Ganondorf forced himself upon him, he had no say in any of this. And the Gerudo didn’t seem to care about how much pain Link was in. No, he seemed to enjoy Links cries and screams as he thrusted his fingers into him violently.

Pain was the only thing Link could feel, until it wasn’t? The fingers brushed against a spot that didn’t hurt? No, it didn’t hurt. It felt weird. What was this feeling? It was kinda… hot? As the fingers straight on thrusted into that spot, Link couldn’t hold back a moan.

Ganondorf leaned forward to whisper into Links ear „There it is.“ Link could feel the Gerudos hot breath against his ear and shuddered in his grasp, a light blush appearing on his face up to his ears.
From then on Ganondorf only rammed right against that weird spot that made Link squirm underneath him while trying to hold back his moans. He didn’t want to feel good from this. How could he even feel good in this situation? He was being raped for Hylias sake! But he couldn’t help it as he felt his own erection growing. His mind became hazy as the pleasure overwhelmed the Hylian.

Suddenly, the pleasure was gone as the fingers left his stretched hole. To his horror, Link whined at the feeling of being empty so suddenly. He looked back to see why Ganondorf stopped, just to see him taking out his dick. Link choked on his spit at the sight. The shaft was long and thick. A golden bead sat at the tip and even more were lined down on the underside down to the base. As if the size wasn’t enough already, he of course had to have piercings too!

Ganondorf spit in his hand before spreading it across his length. That would at least help a little but Link wondered if the dick would split him apart. He didn’t think that anything of this size would fit inside him but the king didn’t seem to care about that as he pushed his tip against Links rim. The piercing went in first and the tip didn’t take long to follow. Not even the whole tip was inside and the stretch was already unbearable. Tears appeared in the corners of Links eyes as the pain became too much.

„Stop! Please stop ungh!“ he was interrupted by a moan but kept on pleading „Don’t- don’t go any further, please!“
Link could feel each bead pop inside as Ganondorf pressed himself further inside. It was to be expected with the lack of lube, the sheer size and the piercings, but it still came as a surprise to Link as he felt a sudden, piercing pain. He screamed as blood started trickling down his thigh.

„Oh would you look at that. You tore.“ Ganondorf grinned „I expected you to be tougher than this little /hero/.“

What horrified Link more than the blood though, were the small flashes of pleasure he still felt through the pain. Any time a new bead pushed inside him and brushed against his prostate a small moan would escape his lips.

It felt like forever until Ganondorfs hips finally met Links as he bottomed out. Link let out a whimper as he could swear that he felt him in his stomach. The Gerudo didn’t give him any time to adjust as he immediately started thrusting in and out of him at a fast pace. He pulled out far enough that just the tip was left inside, before he thrust his full length in again.

Link dropped his head on the ground as he couldn’t find the strength to keep holding it up. As he looked down at himself, he could see a bulge appear in his stomach every time Ganondorf was fully inside of him. Somehow, this turned Link on even more. Ashamed by his feelings, he looked away and tried to focus on something else to not cum by the hands of his enemy. That was the last thing he wanted to happen.

Unbeknownst to Link, Ganondorf gestured for a guard to come closer. The guard realized that his king must have noticed the erection he got from being subjected to this scene, and approached the pair fearfully. „Put down your weapon and lower your pants.“ Ganondorf ordered. Perplexed, the Gerudo let his spear fall to the ground and continued to follow the order. The king was pleased as the guard did as he was told without asking questions. He released Links wrists and instead grabbed his hair and pulled his head up.

„Go ahead.“

Link panted heavily, his mouth hanging open as a dick was now in front of his face. The guard put his thumb in his mouth, opening it even wider, before pushing his length down Links throat. He immediately started choking, not being used to any of this. He wanted to fight it, to bite down, but the threat from earlier still rang through his head.

So he let it happen. He didn’t fight against it. He just let himself be used however they wanted. At this point tears were streaming down Links flushed face freely. He could taste the saltiness of stray tears flowing into his mouth as it was hammered into. His throat and ass hurt from the harsh abuse but his own dick still twitched with every thrust. It was too intense. The guard hitting the back of his throat, Ganondorfs piercings catching onto his rim with every thrust.

Link screamed around the dick in his mouth as his first orgasm crashed over him. Ganondorf groaned as he clenched down on his length. He pushed in as far as he could one last time before unloading inside. The guards thrusts also became irregular before he came into Links throat, making him swallow as much as he could. Link was relieved it was finally over as the guard pulled out and went back to his position at the side.

But Ganondorf didn’t move. He was still buried deep inside Links guts, bulging his belly. Instead of pulling out, he wrapped one arm around links chest and pulled him up against his chest. He stood up so Link was only held up by the arm holding onto him and the dick speared inside of him. Due to the new position, Link was pushed even further down on Ganondorfs dick than before.

The king slowly went back to his throne with Link hanging on him completely limp. He whimpered as he was thrust into with every step Ganondorf took, until he sat back down on his throne.

Link limply sat on Ganondorfs lap, his back leaning against the taller’s chest. Heavy fog clouded his mind which prevented him from noticing the king dismissing the three guards next to him. They went out of the room, taking the horrified children with them.

It felt so wrong. His lower body and throat ached, a salty taste lingered on his tongue. He felt like he was floating, like his body was in the room, but he wasn’t really there. His mind felt detached from his body.

This wasn’t supposed to happen. He should always stay vigilant. He couldn’t space out like that when he was in the grasp of the enemy! His mind screamed at him to wake up, to get out of this trance like state.

A harsh thrust brought Link back down to earth and he let out a short hoarse scream. His throat felt dry as he coughed. Finally, he took in his surroundings again and noticed that he wasn’t on the ground anymore. He sat on something firm, yet soft. It was also strangely warm.

When he looked down he felt sick. A big bulge sat deep in his stomach, even deeper than before. He only saw naked flesh below him and dread filled him. He didn’t need to turn around to know what, or rather /who/ he sat on, but he still did. Link was met with Ganondorfs smug face, looking down at him, his eyes piercing right through the smaller man.

He didn’t get a good look at the kings face before, but now that he got a close look at him, he noticed that he looked… hot? No! He quickly whipped his head around again. How could Link think about him that way? There must be something wrong with him to find the person violating him attractive. He was being raped by that man for Hylias sake! But his body still felt so hot. The Gerudos dick being still buried deep inside his guts also didn’t help his situation.

„Hm? Is my face that distasteful to you that you must avert your gaze so quickly?“ Ganondorf leaned forward, his lips brushing against Links ear. „Or am I too attractive for you to handle? At least your body seems to think that.“

Shame overcame Link as he noticed that he was hard again. His face became a deep red shade. He was going to spiral again if it wasn’t for the Gerudo starting to stroke Link. He yelped in surprise, trying to push the muscular hand away but it was no use. Ganondorf was already a lot stronger than him in a normal state but Link was weaker than he had ever been. His own hands trembled as he gripped the others hand. As his hands wrapped around Ganondorfs, he realized how big his hand was compared to his own. Both of Links hands weren’t even enough to fully cover one of the Gerudos.

Never had he felt as small as in that moment. He had never been the tallest person, but no one Link had met up to this point had come close to Ganondorfs size. The man that brought him to this town was already big but the king was almost double his size.

Amused by the feeble display of resistance, Ganondorf simply grabbed Links bound hands and lifted them over his head. In this newfound position Link was unable to move almost the whole upper part of his body. He was still able to wriggle around a bit if he wanted to but there was no use trying to free his arms from around the Gerudos neck. As his torso was stretched, the small shirt rode up his chest revealing his hard nipples, now on full display for anyone in the room. Shame wasn’t a new feeling to him, alone the last hour was filled with it, but this level of embarrass exceeded anything he had felt before. Link was completely exposed, unable to hide and run away.

A tear rolled down Links cheek as he closed his eyes. He expected Ganondorf to be cruel, but not to this extend. Being humiliated, violated and now put on display , hanging from the kings neck like a trophy.

But this was far from everything Ganondorf had planned for him.

Content with this new position, Ganondorf used the newly easy access to Links neck and bit into it. The hero let out a bloodcurdling scream as blood trickled down his back. It felt like the Gerudo was trying to bite a piece of his flesh off, but to Links surprise, he released his neck and licked the blood off the mark he left.

The dark red bite mark was very prominent on Links milky skin and was sure to leave scars. After seeing if the mark was to his liking, Ganondorf looked up to see tears streaming down the hero’s flushed face. He looked a complete mess, gasping for air, his face stained with cum, saliva and tears. It was quite the sight to see the hero, blessed by the goddess, in this state.

Ganondorf couldn’t believe how lucky he was to be able to see Link like this. He had expected the hero to look a mess but this was better than anything he could have imagined. Even though he planned to kill the little hero after having his fun with him, he decided to instead keep him a little longer before maybe killing him. After all, he was still quite pent up. As king, Ganondorf had consorts but none of them ever piqued his interest as much as Link, so he barely had any sex until the Hylian was dragged into his castle.

Links neck throbbed at the place Ganondorf had sunk his teeth into. The feeling of blood dripping down his back made his stomach churn, but the feeling in his lower half did even more. He could feel the Gerudos dick swell inside of him, becoming even bigger. The shaft pressed against his walls, stretching him further to accommodate the size.

Alongside the change of size, Ganondorf also started thrusting into Link again, making the smaller whimper in his grasp. Links insides were too sensitive due to earlier and he couldn’t handle it anymore. The feeling of Ganondorfs dick and the piercings scraping against his rim and insides was too much for the Hylian. He came again and involuntarily clenched down on Ganondorf. The Gerudo groaned at the feeling, cumming into the hero not long after him. The cum felt hot as it gushed into Links guts. He whined as he felt so full but the hot liquid didn’t seem to stop filling him.

By the time Ganondorf stopped cumming, he could see a slight swell in the hero’s belly. Amused, the king brought one hand to Links lower belly and pressed against it. In an instant cum leaked out of the hero, streaming past Ganondorfs length still plugging up the hero.

Link whined at the feeling of the liquid flowing out of him. He was relieved to not be so full anymore but it was weirdly arousing him and he didn’t like it. He had already cum twice from Ganondorf raping him and now he got aroused again? Link couldn’t handle the thought of him orgasming as the Gerudo filled him again. He sobbed just from the thought of it.

The small noise caught Ganondorfs attention. He grabbed the smaller’s chin and tilted his head to make him look up at him. Without hesitation Ganondorf smashed his lips against Links and hungrily kissed him.

/Huh?/

This was unexpected. Link expected the king to bite him again or hurt him in any other way but instead he… kissed him? It was rough but still tender and passionate. Link almost melted into the kiss, forgetting where he was for just a moment. The Gerudo pushed a finger into Links mouth, making him open it to slip his tongue inside. He easily dominated the kiss, licking the roof of Links mouth before playing with his tongue.

The hero’s head was spinning. /Just what was going on?!/ Just until then Ganondorf had been nothing but cruel. But this? This moment was tender, like Link was more than a puppet to fuck, like he was cared for. His head swam as he couldn’t process what was happening.

Ganondorf was surprised as the Hylian basically became putty in his arms. He had expected the smaller to put up at least a bit of a fight. He didn’t like that. Link was supposed to resist, to beg him to stop, he was supposed to cry and tremble, not enjoy this and feel relaxed.

Furiously, Ganondorf bit Links lower lip, tearing it open. Links cries of pain made him growl. He aggressively started to abuse Links throbbing hole again to force out even more of the hero’s delicious screams.

Of course it wouldn’t last. That short moment of tenderness was nothing more than that. A short moment. A Moment to give him false hope, just to crush it again. Ganondorfs laughter and his own screams filled his ears as all he could feel was pain with sparks of pleasure every now and then. He had been screaming for so long already, his throat felt raw and his voice was hoarse. He wondered how much more it would take for his voice to give out completely.

Link didn’t have to wonder for long as the Gerudo grabbed his throat and squeezed hard, silencing him completely.

He couldn’t breathe. /He couldn’t breathe!/

Link panicked and tried to tell Ganondorf to let go but no words came out of his mouth. The king viciously thrust into him as he enjoyed the choked sounds escaping Links lips as he tried to beg for him to stop. He couldn’t breathe, he couldn’t tell him to stop, he couldn’t do anything to stop this pain. Black spots started dancing in his vision as his windpipe was crushed underneath the Gerudos giant hand. He desperately tried gasping for air but no matter how hard he tried, his lungs remained empty. The hero’s vision faded more and more the longer he wasn’t able to breathe, until he couldn’t see or feel anything at all anymore.

Once Ganondorf couldn’t hear any more sounds coming from Link, he released his grip. „I know you’re here /Twilight princess/.“
Not too gently, he pulled Link off his cock, making him whine in his sleep, and got his arms off his neck. Once the hero was free, he sat him in his lap, making him lean on his arm.

Midna emerged from Links shadow. „So you know who I am.“ She winced as she saw the state Link was in.

Ganondorf smiled, „Of course. How could I not know the person whose kingdom is now under my control. Zant proved to be quite useful, after all he was all it took to take care of you.“

Midna grew increasingly furious at the mention of that traitor. She flew right up in Ganondorfs face, pushing her finger at his chest. „He may have been able to lock me in this form with your borrowed power, but we know your weakness, and your weakness is Zants weakness too. My power might not be enough to stand against him, but once the hero wields the sword that seals the darkness, it’s over for both of you.“

Ganondorf snickers at her. „You sound so sure of yourself. Do you really believe that with your so called hero being in this state? Hah! He couldn’t even safe himself and you expect him to free your kingdom. What a joke.“

By this point, Midna shook with rage, her hair gaining a mind of its own as it shot forward through Ganondorfs chest.

The king just laughed as Midnas attack phased through him, not doing any damage. She was still just a shadow in this realm after all. There was nothing she could do, she could just watch.

And so she watched as Ganondorf handed Links limp body to a guard, who took him underground to the dungeon and threw him into a cell. Shouting could be heard from further down the corridor. Midna recognized the three high pitched voices but couldn’t focus on them as she just kept watching Link laying on the ground, breathing shallowly.

Ganondorf was squeezing his hands painfully.

„W-Wha-“

Link tried to push him away but Ganondorf only saw this as an invitation to be even more forceful.

But he never got to tell them.

He chocked on his words as Ganondorf used Link however he liked. The hero had to fight against his own mind and body to not lose himself. He was horrified by his body’s reactions and how he felt good while being in so much pain.

Still, he fought back as much as he could but it was to no avail. No matter how much he screamed and begged Ganondorf to stop, the screams just seemed to drive him on.

At some point, Link began crying and his mind started to shut down as Ganondorf went back to his throne, carrying the hero with him.

Heavy fog clouded his mind which prevented him from noticing the king dismissing the three guards next to him. They went out of the room, taking the horrified children with them.

It felt so wrong. His body ached, a salty taste lingered on his tongue.

His wish came true, but not like he wanted to. It was Ganondorf, or rather the pain he inflicted on him, that managed to rip him out of his thoughts instead of himself.

Finally, he took in his surroundings again and noticed that he wasn’t on the ground anymore. He sat on something firm, yet soft. It was also strangely warm. It didn’t take long for him to realize that he sat in the Gerudos lap.

He didn’t get a good look at the kings face before, but now that he got a close look at him, he noticed that he looked… hot? No! He quickly whipped his head around again. How could Link think about him that way? There must be something wrong with him to find the person violating him attractive. He was being raped by that man for Hylias sake!

Chapter Text

Midna flinched as she heard a quiet groan next to her. She immediately flew over to Link and put a hand on his arm.

„Link? Are you awake?“

Link slowly opened his eyes to look at Midna. He opened his mouth to answer her, but he instantly started coughing.

„Don’t talk. Your throat needs to heal after… that.“

Memories of what Ganondorf had done to him flooded Links mind and his eyes began to water. He brought a hand to his face to rub the tears away but he couldn’t stop them and quietly sobbed. The hero curled up, hugging his knees as he lay on the ground.

Until he heard another voice not far away.

„Link?“

Colin. He must have heard him waking up.

„We- we are here too. Talo, Beth and me are in a cell together. The other two are asleep… Uhm, I know you’re trying to be brave for us, but you’re hurting too right now, right? I- we promise we‘re gonna get out of here. Somehow, we’ll find a way. I promise!“

He sounded so sure of himself as he reassured Link. Link, who was still sobbing, not only because of the pain but also because of Colin’s words. He was just a kid, but here he was trying to cheer up the adult amongst them. The adult that was supposed to cheer up the children.

He was a failure, wasn’t he? Link couldn’t even answer Colin to reassure him back, to promise that he’ll protect them. He could only lay on the ground and cry until he fell asleep again.

The next time he woke up, his whole body hurt. His muscles were sore and his neck throbbed at the spot Ganondorf bit him. Link tried to sit up, but as soon as he did a sharp pain shot up his spine. Luckily it was just a short shock of pain that immediately resided.

This time he also noticed the heavy weight on his legs. Cuffs were around Link’s ankles, chained to the ground. Although, Link was sure he wouldn’t be able to escape even without the chains, as he was barely able to keep himself upright.

A clang brought Links attention to the door bade of metal bars. A Gerudo stood behind it, a tray in his hand.

„Eat up, the king wants you to look presentable and not like a skeleton.“

He opened the door and put the tray down in front of Link before locking the door again.

„When I’m back this better be empty.“
The guard left after bringing another tray to, presumably, the children.

Link looked at the greenish brown mush on a plate and contemplated to just not eat it. After a while of staring at the dubious food, he took the spoon and scooped up a bit of it. Once it touched Links tongue he immediately spit it out again. The taste was bad but that wasn’t even the worst. The texture was horrific. It was slimy and had small gooey pieces in it. He didn’t even want to know what that was. He pushed the tray away and instead lay down again, already exhausted again.

He wouldn’t have peace for long though as the guard returned to collect the dishes. The man scowled at the full plate and slammed his spear against the bars, gaining Links attention.

The guard opens the door and walks inside the cell this time. „Was I not clear enough earlier? I told you to eat it. All of it.“ He seemed furious but his expression and tone remained calm, which was scarier than if the man had just screamed at Link.

The Gerudo took the spoon with one hand and grabbed Link by the hair with his other. He yanked the hero’s head forwards and shoved the spoon into his mouth. Link gagged but before he could spit it out, another spoonful was shoved into him. The guard dropped the spoon and instead grabbed Links jaw, holding his mouth shut.

Link pleaded to him with his eyes, but the guards expression didn’t change.

„Swallow.“

He really didn’t want to, but the Hylian had no other choice than to obey. So he did, and it was awful. He felt sick just from those two bites and the plate didn’t seem any less empty.

So, they repeated that process again, and again, and again.

Halfway through, Link couldn’t hold back anymore and emptied his stomach onto the Gerudo’s lap, which gained him a slap in the face.

„Ungrateful bastard! The king was gracious enough to give you food .without having you beg for it, and you just waste it!“

The guard stood and picked the tray up.

„This time I’ll be nice and leave it at that. Next time don’t test my patience and do as you’re told.“

He slammed the door shut and locked it before leaving again.

The next days were quite similar. He listened to the children talking but never found the strength to engage with them. The food always came at the same time, and it was always the same. After a few more days of being force fed, throwing up and gaining a beating by the guard, he began to be able to keep it down. So, Link reluctantly began eating by himself to the guards glee.

He still became thinner with each day as he wasn’t able to train or eat enough to keep his muscle mass.

After about one and a half weeks the routine changed. The guard that normally brought food didn’t come at the normal time. Instead, another Gerudo unlocked Link’s cell and stepped inside.

„You’re coming with me.“

„Huh?“

„Their highness is awaiting your attendance.“

Panic rose in Link at the guards words. He looked at the taller with wide eyes, pleading him not to bring him back /there/.

The guard ignored Link’s silent pleas as he unlocked the cuffs around his ankles and slung him over his shoulder. It was quite easy, scarily easy to pick up the small Hylian whose ribs were already showing prominently. As the Gerudo stepped out of Link’s cell, he spotted another guard getting the kids out as well.

„Don’t worry about them. Worry about yourself.“ The guard said oddly soft.

Link didn’t know the way from the dungeons to the throne room as he hadn’t been awake when he was transported from there last time, but even so he felt like something was off. There were oddly few guards around and Link definitely remembers the room being higher up than ground level. However the windows were clearly showing their altitude being parallel to the ground outside as he was looking at the night sky outside.

Had he remembered it wrong? No. He definitely went up a flight of stairs when he first met Ganondorf… so what was going on?

It seemed like the Gerudo could sense Link‘s confusion and once they were in a small room, he answered his unasked questions.

„We‘re not going to Ganondorf. I- we don’t condone the actions of our king. Not all of us. We sent a message to Hyrule castle, royal guards are on their way to bring you back.“

This was when Link recognized the man. He was the guard, Ganondorf ordered to… participate. He had seemed quite uncomfortable at that time but he didn’t expect it to this extend. So, does that mean, there more Gerudo retaliating?

Just as that thought entered his mind, another guard appeared before him with the children.

„I got them all out safely, no one saw us leave.“

„Link! Let him go!“

„Calm down Talo. They’re not enemies, they are helping us.“ Beth said as the guard put Link on the ground.

The Hylian tried his best to stand but having been bound to the ground for the last week and thus being unable to use his legs, made it impossible. Luckily the Gerudo noticed Link’s struggle and caught him before he fell.

„Sorry…“ the guard mumbled „It seems like I’ll have to be your legs for now.“

It wasn’t the best situation but there was nothing to be done about it. The Gerudo gently picked Link up again and held him princess style in his arms while the other guard opened a door leading outside.

„From now on everyone be extremely quiet. We don’t want to attract attention from the kings loyal guards.“

They silently made their way through the back alleys of Gerudo town, using the darkness of the night to their advantage, to an entrance in the wall surrounding the oasis. Another guard had been waiting for them, opening the gate.

Behind the gate were royal guards, waiting on their horses. The guard that was holding Link handed him over to the Hylians, who instantly covered him with a blanket, as he was still dressed quite lightly, and sat him on a horse with another guard.

All of them were relieved that no one had noticed the escape and that they were able to leave quickly with the hero and the three children. As soon as everyone was ready, they went on their way to Hyrule castle.

However, unbeknownst to all of them, a pair of golden eyes had been watching the whole interaction.

Chapter 6

Notes:

Well, well, well. It’s been a while hasn’t it. Just… 1 YEAR?!?!? Holy moly time flies by. Honestly I didn’t think I was gonna continue this story (even though I had more planned from the beginning but oh well) but here I am.
If the writing style changes during the chapter I’ve written snippets of this over a few months soooo that’s what you get. Also this chapter might have an abrupt ending but this was all I could produce right now and I don’t want to delay posting this again. Enjoy! :3

Chapter Text

Link hadn’t realized he fell asleep until he noticed that the dry yellow sand had been replaced with the bright green grass of Hyrule field. Droplets of water glistened in the morning sun and the grass swayed in the slight breeze.

Wait.

Morning sun?

It had just been the middle of the night when they escaped. Just how long had Link been asleep?! It felt like they had left Gerudo town a few minutes ago but by now hours had passed.

„You finally awake /hero/?“ a voice that was way too close for comfort snarled. Link startled at the hostile tone. He opened his mouth to answer but only a croak came out. Embarrassed, he glanced up at the guard.

„Tch. Can’t even answer a simple question. And he’s supposed to be /the hero/.“ the guard mumbled the last part.

Huh

Why was this guard acting so hostile towards him. Had he done anything wrong? He did let himself get captured…
The guards had to go out of their way to retrieve him too.

He was just being a burden, wasn’t he?

Link cowered a bit into himself as that little voice kept telling him how useless he was, how much of a burden he was. He was expected to defeat Ganondorf and yet here he was, getting rescued from the very person he was supposed to fight.

He lost to him so easily. He didn’t even put up a fight in the first place. He didn’t even try to fight the Gerudo. He didn’t even try to safe the kids! He even let Colin get hurt.

How could he call himself a hero if he can’t even protect himself? The guard was right to be disgusted by him.

They rode the rest of the way in silence. Link was spacing out as he got lost in his self-deprecating thoughts and the guard seemed more than happy with Links silence.

Once they arrived castle town, Link became aware just how pitiful he must look. Wrapped in a blanket, cowered in on himself. He tried to hide his face from passerby’s, not wanting to be recognized.

Link could feel their eyes on him. They were looking at him. Everybody was looking at him, judging him. He could hear their whispers. Hear their pitying, their /gossiping/.

/Was that the hero chosen by the goddesses? Look how weak he looks. He’s the one that’s supposed to rescue us? Hah, what a joke./

He couldn’t take it. He knew that he was a failure. They didn’t need to tell him that, he already knew! Link slowly brought his hand up to his ears and grabbed them to drown out the noise. But that did nothing, it even seemed like the voices became louder. More and more whispers of his pitifulness rang through his head.

A harsh shake pulled him out of his mind. He stared straight ahead at the guard that seemed to say something but he could only see his lips moving. The only thing he could hear was a high pitched ringing in his ears.

Link blinked a few times as his senses came back fully and he finally registered what the guard was saying.

„-ere now how long do you plan on sitting on this horse, huh?“ Another guard grabbed the former guards shoulder and dismissed him.

„Mr Link? Are you with us?“

Link could only nod as he took in his surroundings. It seemed like they finally arrived at the castle. Or more accurately at the royal stable.

He focused back on the person, who Link now recognized as the commander. He was reaching out a hand in offer to help him down. Link grabbed the hand and gently hopped off the horse he had sat on for the last few hours.

For that short moment Link forgot the state he, or rather his legs were in and he yelped as his legs buckled under him. Luckily the commander was quick to catch him and gently sank to his knees with him.

„Are you alright Mr Link-“ The man suddenly choked on his words.

Confused, Link followed his gaze down towards his body. His body which was not covered by the blanket anymore. It must have slipped off slightly when he fell. Link quickly grabbed the cloth hanging off his shoulder and wrapped it around his exposed front again.

The commander quickly looked to the way, with a dusty pink covering his face, and cleared his throat „Are- are you able to stand Mr Link?“

With a little help of the other man Link stood up slowly. His legs were still a little shaky but he managed to not instantly fall again. He carefully took a step forwards, then another, and another. It seemed to get easier with each step, he just had to get used to using his legs again.

The commander hovered a little over the smaller hylian, afraid that he might fall again. „I’ll escort you to your room then so you may rest.“

As they walked towards a guest room specially prepared for the hero, Link noticed the commander glancing at him every so often. An emotion he couldn’t quite place gleaming in his eyes.

Was he still worried about him? Or was he judging him… No, no, no. The commander was so nice from the beginning even after he saw the state Link was in.
He even got a glance of his body, still barely covered by thin, in some places torn fabric. Deep blue handprints all around his body from THAT time. Some more bruises and cuts inflicted by the Gerudo guard when he refused to eat. And that gigantic bite mark on his neck…

Link wasn’t even able to see all the damage done to him but he could feel it. He had seen how big the Gerudo kings mouth was, so he could imagine from that and the pain flaring from his collarbone to the top of his shoulder blade.

Feeling disgusting all over again from the memory, Link couldn’t wait to get into a private room. To have no one looking at him and hopefully be able to wash off all the bad thoughts and memories. He really needed a bath…

Lost in his thoughts, Link didn’t even notice that they already arrived at his room and that someone was waiting in front of it. He startled out of his thoughts as that person approached him. Once his eyes focused again his stomach sank as he realized who was standing in front of him now.

Princess Zelda.

He knew he would see her again at some point, he was in her castle after all. But he didn’t expect her to be waiting here for him. Don’t get him wrong, he didn’t have any negative feelings towards the princess or was afraid of her or something like that.
It was just that he felt like he failed her.

Link was supposed to be the hero that defeated Ganondorf alongside her. But here he was. He lost. He failed the kingdom. He failed Zelda.
How was he supposed to look her in the eyes when he was so useless. How could he tell her that he wasn’t as strong as she thought, as she expected him to be.

„Link! I am glad that you are back from your little mission. I was quite surprised when I received a letter from someone claiming to be a gerudo, but once I read that you got a little too injured to return home alone safely I wasted no time to send out some of my best guards.“ Zelda beamed at him with happiness of his return.

/Was she not told? Oh Hylia please don’t let her know what happened./

„Do tell me, we’re the people you met really gerudo? They suddenly vanished centuries ago, very few hylians even know that they existed. Oh this is so exiting! A society thought to have gone extinct but now they reached out to us.
They might even become allies in our fight against Ganondorf!“

Link winced at the mention of the gerudo‘s king and at how disappointed Zelda is going to be once she knows the truth about the gerudo.

He tried to intercept in Zelda’s ramble but still he wasn’t able to say anything.

„You have to tell me about them. About their culture nowadays and how you found them since no one else has managed to do so ever since they disappeared. Did they want to be found and therefore let you come to them? I need to know everything.“

Link felt worse by the second as he would have to crush Zelda’s viewpoint of this whole situation in the near future but right now he was way too exhausted to warn her about the unknown danger. He really just wanted to bathe…

The commander, still standing besides Link, noticed his slight discomfort and tried to address it while not wanting to cut off the princess but it seemed like he’d have to.

„Princess maybe Mr Link should-“

„Oh right, commander you’re still here too. Don’t worry, you’re dismissed for now, I will call you to discuss further actions once I’ve talked with link.“

The commander spared a sympathetic and slightly irritated glance at Link, but not wanting to disobey the princess, he left.

„Oh, I almost forgot why I even had to sen my guards to you. I should have some health potions in my study, let’s go there so we can talk.“

Link mustered up his courage and quietly tried to resist. „C-could I take a bath first maybe?“

„A bath? Oh don’t worry about the dirt, I’ll have the furniture cleaned if it’s too bad. This is more important right now.“

„No, I just-“

„You really don’t have to worry about that Link… Well you do look quite rough, this little adventure really took a toll on you didn’t it? But for that we have health potions!“

Zelda frowned as Link seemed to shrink back a little.

„Is everything alright? Are you more hurt than I thought?“ The princess stepped closer to inspect Link.

„N-no. It’s alright, you don’t need to worry.“ Links voice sounded quite raspy, as if he hadn’t used it for quite some time. Which was the case. Aside from some screaming and sobbing from the occasional beating he hadn’t been speaking at all while he was in the dungeons

„Link clearly something is wrong why won’t you just tell me?“ Zelda raised her voice in concern.
She stepped closer to Link, almost trapping him against the wall.

Links heartbeat picked up as Zelda loomed over him. She wasn’t him. He saw her hand move up in his peripheral vision. She wasn’t him. A low whine escaped Link as her eyes seemed to turn golden. She wasn’t him. She was towering over him already normally but now she seemed to grow even taller. She isn’t him! But then why was he standing in front of Link when Zelda was just there?
He harshly grabbed the hylians shoulder, right where the bite mark lay.

Link let out a wail as he shoved Ganondorf away from him and threw open the door right next to him. He slammed it close as soon as he was inside the room and locked it.

He isn’t here.

He is safe here.

He won’t get him here.

Link sprang away from the door as someone was pounding on it from the other side. He could hear someone yelling but he couldn’t make out who it was or what was said. He tried concentrating and was able to make out a few words.

„Link im sorry, please talk to me! I don’t understand what just happened. Did I hurt you?“

Link just pressed his hands on his ears, trying to drown out the sounds.

„N-no!“ He screamed „Stay away! Please just leave me alone!“

He could hear the person on the other side take in a sharp breath. „I‘m sorry if I did something wrong or hurt you. I will be waiting in my study for when you are ready to talk... I will listen, to anything you have to tell me.“

Link could hear faint footsteps as Zelda walked away. He waited until he couldn’t hear any more before he made his way to the bathroom connected to this room.

Link moved on autopilot as he turned on the faucet to fill the bathtub. He didn’t even notice Midna trying to talk to him as he finally let the blanket fall to the ground. He gingerly took off the rest of his clothes and turned around, suddenly being face to face with a mirror.

He looked like shit. He hadn’t even noticed that he started crying again. His skin was pale, his eyebags were bigger than ever and bruises were all over his face. There was even a cut reaching from below his left eye slightly diagonally up through his left eyebrow.
This must be from the last time he refused to eat. That time the beating had been worse than ever. He even thought that he felt a stinging pain over his left eye but was too delirious to really realize what that could have entailed. The gerudo must have gotten tired of just punching and kicking him.

That had been the last time he defiled that guard. It just wasn’t worth all the pain.

Link ripped his gaze away from the mirror and instead sat down in the bathtub. The hot water was relaxing. It also burned just the right amount for his mind to be distracted.

Finally his head, his surroundings were quiet. Only the white noise of the water splashing around him filled his head as he sunk deeper into the tub. He closed his eyes as the water engulfed him completely. It was so peaceful he wished this moment would last forever.

He just had to stay like that. Just peacefully floating in the water. He didn’t even mind as his lungs began to burn a little. It was almost a welcome feeling.

/He had to endure so much pain the last week. So many bruises littered his body. Why did he have to endure this? He was just tired. /

/He hated looking at his body, bloodied, beaten black and purple. Even the guards were disgusted by looking at him. He was just so tired./

/He was the chosen hero but he had to be saved. It didn’t even seem like the guards wanted to help him. Did anyone really want him here? The darkness engulfing him was so beautiful./

/Maybe this was for the best. After all he was such a failure. He was right in front of the enemy and couldn’t do anything. Why was he even still here? Why didn’t the Gerudo king just kill him like he said he planned to?
He was just so, /so/ tired./

Suddenly air filled his lungs again as Link was yanked out of the water.

„WHAT WERE YOU DOING?!“

/Oh Midna must have gotten worried./ He had been under water for quite a while after all.

„I-“

„DON‘T DO THAT EVER AGAIN! Please Link.“

Was she… crying? But why?

„Link we need you. /I/ need you. Please you can’t just do something like this.“

Why was she so worried, he just enjoyed his peace and quiet for a while. It wasn’t like he was actually… well he wouldn’t have really minded if he hadn’t resurfaced again. If it hadn’t been for Midna, would he have come out of the water again? He wasn’t so sure.

„Link… I know it is hard right now, but you’re going to get through this. You just escaped Ganondorf-“

He shuddered at the mention of his name.

„- and got here. Take your time to relax here but don’t think of leaving me again like that… /please/.“
