It was a pretty normal day at Teyvat, too normal actually.
Venti – the Anemo Archon, God of Freedom – was playing or well... relaxing at Windrise, that's when he noticed it. He grew tensed as he felt that the winds has shifted, the winds are whispering something that he can't understand very well. His eyes widened, before he could warn his children using the winds, everything went black.
Zhongli – the Geo Archon, God of Contracts – was walking around Liyue Harbor, watching his people interact with one another. And that's when he felt a shiver run down his spine, he looked around and on-guard. He noticed on how quiet the winds are, the winds were always mischievous to him due to his co-archon, but something's up. He suddenly got a headache, it was unusual. When he realised what's going to happen, he turned around about to warn the people around him. Everything suddenly went black when he just shouted.
Raiden Ei – the Electro Archon, Goddess of Eternity – was buying some dango milk with her friend, Yae Miko. She was enjoying her drink when she felt something off, she turned to her friend, who is paying the vendor. She shook her head thinking that it's nothing, but she knew and felt different. She gripped on the bottle, she turned to her friend once more and noticed her look, worried and concerned, something she doesn't usually see on her friend's face. And suddenly, it went black.
Nahida – the Dendro Archon, Goddess of Wisdom – was talking with Wanderer whose new name is [CHOOSE], given by the Traveler. She was happily grading his research papers but something suddenly felt off, she stopped moving her quill that made the Wanderer turn to her in confusion. She slowly stood up and think in hopes to know what that feeling is, she doesn't realise this until the Wanderer's voice is jumbled up, his figure became a blur. As her eyes suddenly closed, and black.
Furina – the Hydro Archon, Goddess of Justice – was in a trial of Mr. Lyney due to her accusing the man of the disappearance case of young women, as she was explaining the probability of Mr. Lyney's crimes, she stopped midway of her explanation which earned confused stares from the people around her. Her eyes started to look around the place, she knows something's different, like something just disappeared. She heard voices from the Traveler's companion, but she can't decipher it, she puts her hand on her head, in hopes to ease the pain but to no avail it only worsened. Before she could try to speak, everything turned black.
The first to wake up is Venti, he woke up with a headache. He looked around and saw his fellow archons on the ground as well, Venti listened to the winds hoping the winds would at least help him, luckily they're willing to help. He inhaled the air around, deeply, which earned a cough from him.
Zhongli woke up to the sound of coughing, he turned to the sound and saw his co-archon, Venti, coughing violently. Concerned for his friend, he stood up and walk to his side and rubbing his hand on his friend's back to help ease it.
The Anemo Archon stopped coughing, "I'm fine, nothing to worry about it..!"
The Geo Archon deadpanned at this "Stop lying, why were you coughing?"
"Well..." Venti scratched his neck, "the air feels more smokey.. polluted would be the right word.."
Zhongli nodded and looked around "Do you know where we are?"
Venti put his hand on his chin "I may have a clue, let's wait until the others wake up" he suggested in which the taller male nodded.
Thankfully they woke up in a grassy field, no one is there to suspect them too much. After a few minutes, the other three woke up. Although Furina seems to be more annoyed than the others.
"I CAN'T believe something like this would happen?!! And the trial was getting on the good part!!" Furina shouted with annoyance.
Venti chuckled, the winds told him about the trial, maybe he won't say that she wrongfully accused someone even though that someone is part of the Fatui.
Nahida giggled "Don't worry, I'm sure they stopped the trial if you suddenly disappeared!"
"You do have a fair point, Buer" Furina sighed.
"Nahida is just fine!"
"Nahida it is then"
Zhongli coughed which got everyone's attention, "Let us speak about our current situation for now."
"Barbatos, earlier you said that you may have a clue of our current location.." Zhongli turned to Venti, "Would you please elaborate"
Venti nodded, "Although, you can already tell by the place of where we are, no one has any idea" Everyone nodded and Venti continued.
"That means, we're not in Teyvat anymore but in another world" Shocked eyes can be seen but thinking about it, they can't feel the usual elemental energy that they always feel.
"The winds mentioned that this place and manner of speech is relatively similar to Inazuman language and culture"
Ei got interested even more "Really? Hmm.."
Nahida raised her hand.
"Yes?" Venti asked her.
"Well since we're stuck here might as well set a home for us to stay in. And I have a theory that we're not the only one whose gonna get sent here.." Nahida suggested.
Furina nodded "Quite a fair point!" She stood up and looked at the open field. "I'm not the type of person who works but.."
"If we're to create an architecture, may it have a river surrounding the building?!" She asked enthusiastically.
Zhongli chuckled "Of course"
"If only we have an architect with us.." Nahida thought.
Venti suddenly felt something shift and then they heard someone screaming. A man with blonde hair showed up, Nahida knows this person, after all, he's one of her allogenes.
She walked towards the man and patted his head, he groggily woke up and saw none other than Lord Kusanali.
"LORD KUSANALI?!!"
Nahida waved happily to one of her people "Hello Kaveh, are you alright?"
Kaveh blinked, "Oh uh... I'm doing well."
"That's great!" Nahida nodded and smiled, "We might need your help, Kaveh."
"...eh?"
Kaveh was about to question again but was interrupted by Venti, "Ahh, Kaveh! I've heard of you from Nahida. Didn't expect to meet the 'Light of the Kshahrewar! Hehe".
The blonde architect is still in confusion, he saw a hand stretched out for him.
"Kaveh correct? I heard that you're an amazing architect in Sumeru," Zhongli started as he looked at him, "We need a helping hand in creating a building for us all to stay in."
Kaveh nodded, he accepted Zhongli's hand and stood up. "Well, I don't see the problem.. but I do need some papers, pencils, and other materials.."
"I also need your... uhm... Ideas for the building you have in mind.." Kaveh looked at the five 'people' around him.
For some reason, whenever he looks at the Raiden Shogun, he felt intimidated even though she hasn't done anything but stare at him.
Ei nodded "I don't see the problem with that.."
Furina waved excitedly "Can we have a river surrounding the building?!"
"Perhaps a bar would be nice~" Venti thought mischievously.
"Although, please do add a lot of room. I have a feeling that we won't be alone for this.." Zhongli stated which gained a nod from the architect.
"Alright... I'll plan the layout of the place, we do need a lot of materials if you plan to have many rooms.." Kaveh stated as he started sketching some ideas.
Nahida giggled, "Don't worry, we got that part covered!"
