Chapter 1: Prologue

Chapter Text

Deep inside a mountain in the Sahara Dessert A ruthless organization is preparing a plan that will change the world forever.

A muscular man with a silver mask wearing a long black shirt and red pants enters in what appears to be a command room.

Another man in all black with a silver reflective mask looks up “what is it Destro.” He said in a raspy voice.

“ my commander The second phase of our plan Is almost ready to begin, but we have reached a small problem.” Said Destro.

“ problem? what problem Destro?” Said the silver reflective masked man

“it seems that hacking in NATO’s defensive systems has proven be more difficult then even we had expected but we may have found a solution” said Destro

“Which is?” Asked the silver reflective masked man

“one of our spies have located a boy from Emilyville California. his name is Francis Leibowitz-Jenkins but apparently he goes by KG and while he may seem young he has shown to be the greatest mind for anything that involves a computer we believe he can hack into NATO’s systems along with all other countries to help us with our goals” Destro Explained

“Bring him to me immediately! Dr Mindbender is close with finishing creating the one who will lead us in our glorious future and we already have a foot hole in all major countries without anyone realizing it but we must prepare for any threats. Send the Dreadnoks to retrieve him NOW!” Said the silver reflective masked man

“ Yes my commander” said Destro

Chapter Text

It was a beautiful late afternoon in the city of Emilyville California the sun had just started to set Penny and her friends LaCienega,Zoey,Dijonay, and Michael were hanging out at LaCienega‘s house chatting and laughing while enjoying some snacks.

They were currently studying for a major history test. “I swear all this studying is so boring. Like when will ever need to know this.” Complained LaCienega.

"Hey we all need the grade if we want to get into good school someday," Penny replied diplomatically. She then spotted KG and Maya arriving through the window. "Hey look, KG and Maya are here!"

The siblings walked in. "Sorry we're late guys," Maya said. "KG was stuck on some computer game."

KG rolled his eyes. "It wasn't a problem, I had to defend my title in galactic gladiator." He fist-bumped Penny in greeting.

Just then, the lights flickered and went out. "Ugh, a blackout?" LaCienega complained. Before anyone could react, thick grey smoke started billowing into the room. Coughing and disoriented, the friends stumbled around trying to find each other.

Through the haze, dark figures loomed into view. "Well well, look what we got here boys!" cackled an gravelly voice. Several mysterious figures had just appeared leading by a man wearing a hood over his head.

Penny screamed as one grabbed her arm in a vice grip. "Let go of me!" She kicked and struggled to no avail.

"Penny!" KG and Maya shouted. But more mysterious figures swarmed into the room. There was a scuffle as the friends tried to fight back bravely but were quickly overwhelmed by mysterious soldiers.

In minutes, the house was empty except for some knocked over furniture. They had snatched their targets - Penny, KG and Maya were gone without a trace...

Outside, the neighborhood was in an uproar. Sirens wailed in the distance as neighbors gathered on the lawn, talking over each other in a panic.

"I don't understand, they were just here!" wailed Oscar Proud, disheveled from rushing over. His wife Trudy sobbed into her hands.

Barry and Randall, KG and Maya's parents, paced back and forth frantically. "Where are our babies?!" Randall cried out to the sky.

LaCienega, Zoey and the others huddled together, tear-streaked faces blank with shock. "It all happened so fast!" Zoey said in a small voice.

The police had taped off the area and were searching for clues. "It looks like there was a struggle inside," Sunset Boulevard told the distraught parents grimly. "From the evidence, it seems multiple assailants overpowered the children and took them by force."

This only increased the wailing and crying from the crowd. Trudy clutched Oscar tighter. "Our Penny...who would do such a horrific thing?!" she sobbed.

Barry buried his head in his hands. "KG and Maya didn't do anything to anyone! They're good kids!" he said brokenly. Randall put an arm around him, tears streaming down his own face.

As night fell with no news, the crowd dispersed with heavy hearts. The families and friends could only pray for the safe return of their beloved children...but had no idea of the danger they were truly in.

Chapter Text

Penny groggily awoke with a pounding headache. As her vision cleared, she saw KG and Maya tied up across from her in the dim hold of a strange aircraft. It resembled a tiltrotor plane, buzzing through the air with a low hum.

"Ugh, where are we?" Penny asked groggily. She tugged at the tight ropes binding her to no avail.

"I think those goons kidnapped us," KG replied shakily. "They must have gassed LaCienega's house. I can't believe this is actually happening!"

Maya hugged her knees, looking scared. "But why? We didn't do anything wrong!"

Before they could speculate further, footsteps sounded on the metal floor. A strange figure appeared, he wore red hood over his head and had markings over his eyes.

"I see our guests are awake," he said with an Australian accent . Penny recognized him as the man who had grabbed her friends earlier

"Who are you what do you creeps want from us?!" Penny yelled, anger overriding her fear.

He just chuckled softly. "So spirited. You'll find out soon enough but for now you can call me Zartan, little girl. As for why we took you, your tech-savvy friend here is going to help our organization with a...project of ours."

"No way! I'd never help bad guys like you!" KG spat.

Zartan simply smiled eerily. "We have our ways of...motivating cooperation. Consider your family and friends' safety as incentive." He turned and left without another word, plunging them into horrified silence.

Where were they headed? What did this organization really want? The friends could only dread finding out..

Chapter 4: Chapter 3 A Cloaked Clue

Summary:

Tell me what you think so far

Chapter Text

At the police station, the distraught parents were grasping at any straw that could lead to their children. Sgt. Turner had pulled up footage from traffic and security cameras across the city.

"We've been scanning non-stop but there's been no sign of them," Turner said grimly. Oscar paced restlessly as Trudy, Barry, and Sunset peered intently at the screens.

"Wait, go back to that spot," Trudy said suddenly, leaning forward. Barry gasped. "I thought I saw something weird - can you enhance the footage?"

Turner adjusted the footage. At first it seemed empty. But when he isolated a fragment and enlarged it pixel by pixel, a shimmer began to appear.

"What is that...shape?" Randall whispered. They watched, stunned, as the shimmer resolved into the unmistakable lines of an aircraft. But it flickered in and out of view erratically, as though cloaked.

"Incredible...this technology, it's like nothing we've ever seen!" Sunset exclaimed.

All eyes were riveted as the cloaked aircraft floated through the sky. Then, a door on its side flickered into view for a split second when it opened. Three small figures were visible inside before it vanished again.

"It's them! Penny, KG, Maya...they're on that plane!" cried Barry.

"But where is it heading..." Trudy asked fearfully. For the first time, they saw a glimmer of hope - and a terrifying unknown enemy. Who had such advanced cloaking and wanted to harm their children?

In the police station lobby, the friends and extended family had gathered, desperate for any news. When Oscar, Trudy, Barry and sunset emerged from the investigation room, everyone sprang up.

“Did you find something? Please tell us!” begged randall through his tears.

Sunset took a deep breath. “We may have a lead...on the surveillance footage, there appeared to be an aircraft. A cloaked aircraft that the children were inside."

Gasps and cries of shock rang out. Trudy held up a hand. “But we still don’t know who has them or where they were taken. The technology they used...it was like nothing we’ve seen before.”

“Advanced cloaking? Kidnappers with futuristic planes?” Suga Mama said faintly. Papi rubbed her shoulder in comfort.

Randall paced anxiously. “All that matters is getting our babies back safely. But how...who has reason to take Penny, KG and Maya?”

Barry pulled out his phone with a shaking hand. “I’m calling the FBI, this is way beyond the local police now.”

Before he could dial, the doors opened. A stern-faced man in a military outfit strode in. That won’t be necessary,” said the man. “We’ll be taking over this investigation from here.”

Chapter 5: Chapter 4 Arrival At The Base

Chapter Text

The cloaked aircraft touched down inside a massive underground hanger. As the engines powered down, Penny looked out nervously at the imposing mountain walls.

Two Dreadnoks cut their bonds and dragged the kids out. KG took in the high-tech base with a scanner's eye even through his fear. This organization was no joke.

They were taken to an elevator and shot up swiftly. The doors opened onto a huge command room, dominated by a 360° display of world maps and data streams.

A man in a silver reflective mask sat in a raised chair, flanked by soldiers and scientists. His cold eyes fell on the kids. "So this is our...guest."

"The tech kid is KG just like you ordered," Zartan gestured. "The others were unfortunately with him."

The Commander looked at Zartan. "Explain why you brought unnecessary baggage, Zartan."

Zartan shrugged. "Things got rushed, there was smoke and chaos. The Dreadnoks were over-eager."

“See it does not happen again.” The commander responded “We cannot have loose ends.”

The Commander rose and prowled before KG. "You will hack into the systems of every military power and give me control of every computer on Earth."

"Never!" KG shouted defiantly. But inside, he quailed at the ruthless intent shining in that mask.

The Commander's eyes glinted behind his mask. “You will help us...willing or not.”

The masked Commander turned to turned to several soldiers. "Take the girls to the detention center. We'll keep the boy here for now."

Two troopers grabbed Penny and Maya roughly. "No, let us stay with KG!" Penny shouted. She struggled desperately but their grip was too strong.

"KG!" Maya cried out tearfully as they were dragged towards the elevator. KG strained against his own guards, panic in his eyes. "Don't hurt them, please!"

The Commander watched with cold amusement. "See that they're unharmed...for the time being. Their lives depend on your cooperation, tech boy."

Down in the detention center, Penny and Maya huddled together in a bare cell, listening to the doors lock with finality. Maya punched the wall in anger and fear. "I'll kill that creep if he touches KG!"

But even her fire had dimmed to dread. What tortures would these guys force on her brother to make him yield? And how long until they turned on the girls? They shivered as screams echoed dimly from other cells.

All they could do was pray KG's brilliant mind would outwit their foes...and that heroes would come to their desperate rescue before it was too late.

Chapter Text

In the police station lobby, confusion reigned after the man who had introduced himself as Duke introduced himself. Oscar stepped forward. "Just who are you exactly? And what are you doing here?" “Are going to find my baby girl?!?!”

Duke produced an ID. "I’m part of ah…military unit. Our intelligence flagged the cloaked aircraft - it matches details on a mysterious organization we've been tracking."

"A mysterious organization? But who would want to take our babies?" asked Trudy, still clearly confused about who was responsible for the kidnapping.

Duke nodded grimly. "It appears this group is responsible for the abduction. They have highly advanced technology and trained soldiers. That's why this is now our operation."

Barry frowned. "Can we trust you to get our kids back safely?"

"You have my word. My team is the best in the world at what we do," Duke replied. He turned to address the group. "I know you all want to help - the best thing now is to let us handle this covertly. The less this…organization knows, the better chance we have of rescuing the children unharmed."

With reluctance, the friends and family agreed to let Duke's classified task force take over the case.

Just then duke’s phone rang
“Hello?” He answered “Hawk what is it sir? Wait you want me to do what? Are you sure? Yes sir”

The family and friends looked at Duke

“what is it?” Barry asked

“I just got a call from my superior he wants you all brought to H.Q for questioning. If all you come with me it could help get Penny, KG, and Maya back.”

“What are we waiting for let’s go!” Trudy said

“Hold it when I said everyone I meant only the parents and whoever else was in the house when the children were taken.” Duke said

“Oh I’m going with. My grand baby is in trouble so I’m going no matter what” sugar mama said

Duke knew just by her tone he couldn’t stop her so he let her come with. He lead them all to the roof where an aircraft landed to pick them all up.

Notes:

I wanted to incorporate some of the goofy nature from the proud family so I’m having sugar mama come along.

Chapter 7: Chapter 6 Mindbender

Summary:

Imagine mindbender looking like his appearance in G.I Joe spy troops

Chapter Text

Back in the mysterious organization's secret mountain base, KG was being held in the command center under heavy guard. When the masked Commander returned, KG demanded answers.

"Who are you? Why do you need me?" KG asked defiantly, despite his fear.

The masked man stared down at KG. "You ask too many questions, young one. Who I am and what this organization is doesn't matter. What matters is what you can do for us."

KG shrunk back from the icy menace in his tone. "Just tell me what you want! I'm not helping you with anything!"

even though he wore a mask A cold smile spread across the Commander's hidden face. "We'll see about that. You have knowledge and skills we require. By the time we're done, you'll be begging to assist our cause."

He paced slowly around KG's seated form. "This base is only a small piece of a vast global network. With your cooperation, we'll achieve domination over every computer system and secret file. No government or military will be able to challenge our rule."

KG swallowed hard, imagining the havoc this mysterious organization could wreak with such power. But he had to be strong

Two guards then grabbed and dragged him to Dr. Mindbender's lab.

"Ah, the Commander's guest. I understand he requires your particular talents," said a bald muscular man, he had a mustache and glasses.

He gestured to the NATO blueprints on screen. "Greetings I am Doctor mindbender. You will breach their defenses and disable their systems. It is in your best interest to cooperate. I’d do it myself but I have other matters that require my… attention"

KG shook his head fearfully. "No, I won't do it!"

"Your friends lives depend on your skills," Mindbender warned. "Begin now or face the consequences."

With guns at his back, KG sat at the computer. "Even with my abilities, hacking into a military especially NATO won't be easy and will take time," he warned shakily.

“Take all the time you need child we are in no hurry but the faster you work the faster you and your friends will be free.” Mindbender said

His gift for code and technology was now the only hope to save Penny and Maya from this sinister organization's clutches. KG began working to infiltrate NATO's networks, praying aid would arrive before it was too late.

Chapter 8: Chapter 7 Headquarters

Notes:

(See the end of the chapter for notes.)

Chapter Text

After making sure everyone was all accounted for Duke ordered everyone to buckle up. Papi and Felix had stayed behind as they had nothing to attribute but Sunset went with them. The parents of penny’s friends had all reluctantly agreed to let their children go with them if it would help find Penny, Maya, and KG. (though Duke did have proper authority otherwise but he preferred to have their blessing first.)

"Hang on, it's a quick flight," he called over the engines.

Oscar strapped in nervously, clutching a seat as the aircraft lifted off. After a few hours, Duke reappeared in the cabin to announce their arrival at the base. "We're here folks." He said

The aircraft landed outside a barren desert ridge. As the others disembarked shakily,

“Where are we? This is just the middle of nowhere! How is the middle of nowhere going to help find my baby girl?!?” Oscar said

“Calm down Mr Proud.” Duke said

Suddenly, the ridge facade slid open to reveal the hidden underground base. A man wearing full face mask greeted the astounded group. "Welcome to G.I. Joe headquarters. The names Beach Head." He said

Barry and the others stared around in awe at the advanced facility and vehicles. "Amazing..." he said

“Before we go any further I need you all to understand this facility is highly classified if any of breath a word of what you see today you will do time for treason” Duke said sternly. The adults all nodded.

“Don’t worry about that orange isn’t my color.” Michael said

“I could never make it prison” stated Zoey

“Me too but I’m too cute for prison” said lacienega

“I’m too young for the big house.” Dijnay said.

Duke then brought them to a lounge so he could talk to them. "This base has everything needed to find anyone or anything. With our resources, we've got the best shot at locating that mysterious organization."

As they all sat down prepared to say whatever they had to, Trudy holding Bebe and Cece stepped up to duke. "Please Duke, you have to find our kids fast. Whatever it takes."

Duke nodded determinedly. "Don't worry, we're on it. We'll update you when we have a solid lead."

The parents all prayed help wasn't too late for KG, Penny and Maya at the mysterious organization's mercy.

“So you all probably wonder why you were brought here. Well the answer is simple I need to know everything about KG we believe he was the target of this abduction.” Duke said

“But what do they want with our KG” Randal asked

“ on the flight here my team did a little background check on the three taken. Penny and maya don’t really possess any skills that could be valuable to anyone but KG on the other hand may. Your son seems to be quite the computer tech in fact from what we’ve seen and read about his file few can match his skills with a computer.” Duke said

“whatever this organization is KG skills are the most likely reason he was taken. This organization might want to use him to their advantage.” Duke stated “As for Maya and Penny they seem to have been unnecessary baggage or they could have been taken him to make him cooperate.”

Before Duke could continue a shout rang through the lounge.

"General on deck!"

The group turned to see General Hawk enter. "At ease. I'm General Clayton Abernathy. But you can call me hawk.”

Hawk shook hands firmly with Oscar and the others. "Duke has briefed me. G.I. Joe stands ready to help."

Zoey spoke up nervously. "Th-thank you sir, but who exactly is G.I. Joe?"

Hawk smiled proudly. "Technically, G.I. Joe does not exist but if it did it be comprised of the best men and women from the best military units in the world - the alpha dogs. When all else fails, we don’t. 10 nations signed on in our first year, working together sharing Intel, now we have 23."

He continued. "Here at our underground headquarters, we utilize cutting-edge resources to monitor crises worldwide. When trouble arises, we deploy to neutralize it by any means necessary."

"Our mission is to protect all innocent lives," Hawk continued. “But I didn’t order you all here because the kidnapped children our goal was to find out who or what the organization that took them was. We’ve seen this tech pop up from all over the world but no military besides us is this advanced.”

"But you do have my guarantee on this though - we will recover those children, no matter what it takes!"

Hawk's inspiring words helped raised spirits in the family and friends. He turned to one of his finest operatives.

"Scarlet, bring our guests up to speed on what the Joes have uncovered so far."

A red-headed women appeared behind hawk. "This way please." She led the group to the main command boards.

"Lieutenant, bring our guests up to date."

Scarlet nodded and led them to the command boards. "Report Duke," she instructed.

Duke recounted the details of the attack on Lacienega's home, including the assailants' unusual stealth tech.

As the children added details, Scarlet listened thoughtfully. "This matches patterns we've seen from a new militant group that's been active globally."

She pulled up their dossier. "According to our limited intel, they've been recruiting enhanced soldiers, likely for their shadowy benefactors."

Barry gasped. "Do you think they're the ones who took KG and the others?"

Scarlet nodded grimly. "It's our strongest lead. But this group remains largely unknown..."

She turned to Oscar's group with determination. "Don't worry, we're on the case now. We'll use all our resources to find your kids and bring them home."

Hope surged in them all.

Scarlet concluded her briefing as Duke stepped forward.

"While this group still has many unknowns, our intel suggests they've also raided old tombs and hideouts across the world," he began ominously.

Hawk nodded gravely. "Specifically, sites linked to some of history's most tyrannical dictators and warlords."

A chill fell over the room as the full implications set in. Trudy asked fearfully, "Why would they disturb such dreadful places?"

Duke and Hawk shared a grim look. "We do not know but there must be something of interest there perhaps some secrets left behind," Duke replied darkly.

"Just because someone is long dead doesn’t mean they still can’t haunt the living." Hawk's tone was dire.

Barry question. "What on earth could possibly be there?"

As one, the Joes turned to their computer stations with new resolve. Scarlet declared, "Whatever their plans, we can't let them succeed. Time to uncover this group's operations - and fast."

The group conferred grimly until a voice called out. "High Tech reporting!"

The tech wizard strode in, tablet in hand. "Duke, Hawk. I’ve got some news you might want to see.”

“What is it High Tech” Duke asked

A young man with a mop of blond hair and glasses rushed into the command center, a laptop in hand. His eyes were alight with excitement. "I think I've found something!"

"High Tech, what have you got for us?" Hawk asked, his eyes narrowing in anticipation.

“Someone’s tried to hack NATO but were able to keep them out. But I managed to trace the IP to a mountain range in the Sahara desert. Let me tell you right now this was hard to find even with my skills. It’s a very sophisticated job, but the pattern matches with what you’ve described. It’s got to be them!” High Tech announced, slapping his laptop down on the console.

“It seems this organization may have found a way to get KG to corporate.” Duke said concerned.

“No way KG is a good kid he would never help people like that.” Randall argued.

“From what I’ve seen through my years of service organizations like that find people to corporate whether they like it or not.” General hawk said.

The room went silent as the implications of High Techs discovery sank in.

"The Sahara desert?" Trudy murmured, her eyes wide with fear. "That's where they've taken our children?"

Hawk nodded gravely. "Looks like it. Time to deploy."

“Duke get a recon team together to infiltrate the base. We need to know what we’re up against before we can launch an assault and successful rescue mission.” Hawk ordered.

“Roger that General.” Duke responded as he turned to leave the room.

Notes:

I couldn’t really find any reason to include Papi and Felix because the characters list was already pretty long and I couldn’t really think what they could contribute.

Chapter 9: Chapter 8 project Serpentor

Notes:

(See the end of the chapter for notes.)

Chapter Text

Deep in the Sahara stronghold, the silver reflective masked leader swept into the genetics lab. "Status report on project Serpentor?"

"Almost ready, Commander," Dr Mindbender replied. "We've made significant progress, thanks to the DNA samples from history's greatest leaders. The amalgamation process is nearing completion."

Doctor Mindbender walked to the cloning tube. "Commander, we're also ahead of schedule."

The masked figure's eyes gleamed with excitement. "Excellent. With Serpentor leading our forces, we'll be unstoppable. And now that we have that tech genius we need, our plans can advance swiftly."

Mindbender nodded. "We've been monitoring his progress. He's working hard on the hacks, but we're keeping a close eye on him."

"Good," the Commander said, his voice cold and hard. "Keep him motivated."

Mindbender smirked. "I believe the presence of his sister and friend in our detention center will serve as sufficient motivation."

“Excellent” said the masked commander turning back to the cloning tube. "Will the conditioning be complete?"

Mindbender cackled. "Through my programming, Serpentor will emerge the perfect leader - with all the strengths and none of the flaws of history's tyrants’

The masked commander inspected the tube with gleaming eyes behind his mask. "Soon our glorious leader will be finished. He’ll have The military brilliance of Napoleon. The ferocity of Genghis Khan. The leadership of Alexander the Great. The cunning of Attila the Hun. And the ruthlessness of Julius Caesar!”

The leader clasped his hands gleefully. "With the powers and cunning of history's worst combined, Serpentor will be unstoppable! None will dare challenge our reign of total domination! We will at last bring peace to this world.

The robed leader eyed the cloning chamber with anticipation. "And how fares the Battle Android Trooper project, Mindbender?"

Mindbender adjusted his monocle. "Excellent progress, Commander. The first new prototypes display enhanced strength and reliability."

He led them to an adjoining lab where six menacing robots stood at attention. Their angular armor glinted under the lights.

One B.A.T. removed its faceplate, revealing cold metal features. "State your directive," it droned in a synthesized voice.

Mindbender cackled. "protect the supreme leader, Serpentor until he is ready." The B.A.T. saluted sharply.

“I have already sent the new upgrade schematics to our factories all over the world, commander.” Mindbender said

The robed leader inspected them, pleased. "Soon these automatons will fuel our coming conquests. No army will withstand Serpentor's legions!"

His lieutenant Destro spoke up. "With my company I have improved their laser weaponry with new miniature missiles. No force shall deny us!"

"Wonderful," the leader said. "With our B.A.T. forces and the mighty Serpentor at the helm, none will resist our glorious revolution! The governments of the world will kneel before us!"

“ but for now I am sending you both away to different facilities for safekeeping. Mindbender you are to finish your work at our Arctic base. Destro you are the Rendezvous with the Baroness at our jungle citadel, you are both to leave within the hour.”

“Yes commander.” They both said in unison

Chapter 10: Chapter 9 Recon and New Recruits

Chapter Text

The realization that KG may have been manipulated heavily weighed on the Joes. But they had no time to lose

At G.I. Joe HQ, minds raced to develop strategies. Hawk addressed the crew. "We've may have located the enemy stronghold, but an assault blind would be too risky."

Duke nodded. "We need solid intel first—locations, defenses, prisoner conditions. Only then can we mount a successful rescue operation."

Then suddenly a man dressed in all black appeared from the shadows, his face obscured by a mask and had two swords strapped to his back like some sort of ninja.

The group all looked at him in wonder "Excuse me who are you?!" Oscar demanded.

The man took a step forward

“that’s Snake Eyes, one of our best. He doesn’t talk but he’s a master of silent infiltration.” Hawk introduced him.

Scarlett stepped forward. "Snake Eyes will need backup. I volunteer to go with him as a comm specialist."

Another Joe stepped forward Flint joined the them. "My recon skills will come in handy. Count me in too." Very well your all cleared for this mission Hawk approved their plan.

Randall turned to Barry anxiously. "Do you think they can figure out where KG and the others are being held? And get them all out safely?"

Barry watched the highly skilled trio prepare with hope. "If anyone has a chance, it's those Joes. With their skills and tech, they'll find out how to save the kids. I know it!"

In the G.I. Joe base waiting area, Michael , Zoey, Dionay and Lacienega were all just sitting around watching tv while Bebe and Cece naped on the one of the couches while Trudy and Sunset talk

Dionay sighed to Lacienega, "I'm so bored! I wish I could use my phone."

Lacienega nodded. "Same! Hologram would kill some time."

Just then, High Tech walked over. "Sorry ladies, our security shields render all unauthorized signals useless down here."

Dionay huffed. "Great, stuck waiting with no WiFi or service. This is torture!"

“do you think they’ve thought of a rescue plan yet Mrs proud” Zoey asked.

Before she could answer the rest of the adults along with several joes walked back in to the waiting room

Barry explained Snake Eyes, Scarlett and Flint's reconnaissance plans. "They'll find where the kids are being held and how to save them!"

“Thank god.” Trudy said with a sigh of relief.

Duke took charge, laying out the mission. "Flint and Scarlett will infiltrate the base, locate KG and the others, and assess the situation without alerting the enemy."

“Snake eyes will try and download the bases schematics from their mainframe so we can launch an assault and try capture their leader and find out who they are and what there after.”

“Ace will fly them to the base under the cover of night so they can parachute in undetected and thanks to some little gizmos from High-Tech they can help find the closest entrance to the base or make one undetected.” Duke said

The group nodded in understanding as the gravity of the situation sank in.

"We must be prepared for anything," Hawk said firmly. "Their technology and resources are clearly a cut above the norm. The stakes are high."

“Yes sir. That’s why I have selected Ace to be the one taking them the base. He’s one of our best pilots and can get them there undetected.” Duke said

Hawk nodded in approval

As the recon team began to prepare for their mission the adults walked up to hawk.

“Can I help you?” He asked

“Yeah let us join you we want to help rescue are children!!!” Said Oscar.

“ you want to what!?!?” Hawk asked shocked

“Mr proud this a very dangerous request not to mention none of you are soldiers you lack the necessary training and experience to participate.” hawk explained

"Let us join the mission, we need to help rescue our kids," Oscar pleaded.

Hawk shook his head firmly. "Too dangerous for civilians. I can't risk losing lives."

"We're not helpless!" Randall argued. "We just wanna do our part to save our babies."

Duke spoke up reluctantly. "I understand your Determination, but have you any combat training?"

A hopeful glint entered Trudy's eyes. "What if we pass some tests? Prove we can handle ourselves?"

Hawk considered, then nodded slowly. "Very well, a short training session. Duke, see to it."

At the firing range, Oscar and Randall struggled horribly with handgun handling. But Trudy, Barry and even sugar mama impressed them with their sharpshooting skills.

"Not bad for an old lady.” Duke said

“I may be old but I can put wiper snappers in there place when I need to especially if it involves my grand baby.” Suga mama said

“You two also did well for a civilian and beat cop.” Duke said

“ you should know there’s nothing more dangerous than a mother protecting her child.” Trudy stated

“And I happen to be one of the best shots at the department.” Said barry.

“You two are out I’m afraid. If you can’t fire gun then you as good as dead. Duke said

Just then Scarlett walked up to Duke. “Duke the recon team is ready to deploy.” She said

“Good you all are to leave immediately.”

“Yes sir” she said.

“Hey what about us?” Asked Trudy

“ you can help with the assault on the base if you pass our test but the recon mission is something that can’t be left to chance.” Hawk said

“We understand but we will pass your test and show those creeps not mess with our families.” Barry stated.

Then Ace appeared. "Transport is ready - my new stealth flyer is prepped for your infiltration.”

The advanced aircraft was barely visible even up close. Flint whistled appreciatively.

Scarlett smiled. "Nice ride Ace. With you flying, we'll be able to slip past any radar unnoticed."

With a salute, Ace boarded. Snake Eyes and Flint followed, readying for drop off at sundown.

Hawk turned to High Tech. "Keep monitoring for further intel and if they try to hack nato we it would countless countries vulnerable to attack and even us.”

“Yes sir.” High Tech said.

Scarlett  “I promise you we will do everything to make sure your kids will be brought back safely.See you all soon.” She said

The stealth flyer's engines hummed subtly as it rose. With Ace at the helm, infiltrating the enemy's desert stronghold was about to get underway under cover of darkness. The rescue was entering its most critical stage...

Chapter 11: Chapter 10 infiltration

Sorry for the long wait I’ve been busy with both college and work plus I was also try to figure out how to properly write Chapter 10.

Chapter Text

As the stealth flyer approached the Sahara stronghold, the tension was palpable. Scarlett checked her gear for the umpteenth time, her heart racing. Snake Eyes, ever silent, gave her a nod of reassurance. Flint's face was a mask of calm determination.

“ I don’t see anything” scarlets said. “There base must be cloaked to avoid detection or it must be built inside the mountain“ replied flint.

“Get ready to jump” said ace over the intercom.

Scarlett and the others nodded and took a deep breath. “Okay, let’s do this.”  She said to everyone “ activate your stealth suits now” and one by one they all became invisible to the naked eye.

They all stood at the edge of the plane as Ace gave them the signal. They jumped out into the cold desert air. The wind rushing past them as they plummeted towards the ground.

Their parachutes deployed silently and they floated down to the ground. As they landed they rolled and immediately started to run towards the base.

The desert was cold at night but their stealth suits helped regulate their body temperature. They approached area that high tech had estimated was were the base was.

The base was indeed built into the mountain, hidden from the world. The entrance was heavily guarded but Flint had a plan.

As he took out a pair of advanced binoculars he noticed two entrances one from the bottom of the mountain and the other from the middle of the mountain.

“Scarlett, Snake Eyes, the lower entrance seems to be less guarded, but we might need to deal with patrols inside. It’s a risk, but it’s our best shot at getting in unnoticed and reaching KG and the others” Flint whispered urgently. “ are cloaked suits have just enough power for about 20 minutes of invisibility. We must be swift and precise.

Scarlett nodded. “Let’s move.”

The trio approached the lower entrance, their stealth suits blending them with the night. They could see the flicker of lights and the silhouettes of the guards from afar. Snake Eyes took point, his silent movements a stark contrast to the desert’s occasional whispers.

As they neared, Scarlett noticed the base’s advanced security system—a series of lasers that scanned the perimeter. She gestured to Flint, who pulled out a gadget from his utility belt. He quickly analyzed the pattern before signaling them to move.

They darted through the maze of red beams, each step a silent dance of precision. The adrenaline coursed through their veins, the weight of their mission pressing down on them like the desert heat during the day.

Once inside the mountain, they found themselves in a dimly lit corridor lined with high-tech equipment. The base was a labyrinth of gleaming metal and glowing screens. They stuck to the shadows, avoiding the occasional patrol of guards in their sleek, black uniforms.

“Remember, we need to find KG and the others without alerting the enemy. If we can get them out quietly, it’ll be less chaos when the assault team moves in,” flint said

“We should split up Scarlet and I will handle the upper levels of the base Snake Eyes you handle the lower levels” Flint order.

Scarlett nodded and headed off to the left with Flint taking the right. Snake Eyes disappeared into the shadows of the lower level. They had to move quickly; their stealth suits' power wouldn’t last much longer.

The upper levels were a maze of control rooms and laboratories. Scarlett and Flint stuck to the walls, peering through windows to gather intel. They heard the faint sound of machinery and footsteps echoing through the corridors. The place was alive with activity, a stark contrast to the quiet desert outside. They managed to find what appeared to be a barracks of some kind with uniforms inside.

“Looks like we can blend in if we need to,” whispered Flint, pointing to the racks of black and blue uniforms.

They quickly donned the enemy attire, hoping it would help them navigate the base unnoticed. Their stealth suits deactivated, the power drained, they were now fully reliant on their wits and training.

As they moved through the base, they found a computer terminal that might have information they need. Flint quickly hacked into the system, his fingers dancing across the keyboard.

"Alright let’s see what we have here.” Flint said he pulled up a map of the base and saw that the detention center was on the bottom level. “Penny annd maya are likely down there somewhere, we’ve got to find them and KG before it’s too late,” Scarlett whispered, her gaze intense.

Flint contacted Snake Eyes with his communicator “Snake Eyes I want you to plant explosives in these areas in the lower levels and go down to the detention area and see if you can find the girls I’ll send you schematics of the base so you know where to go.” Flint ordered “Scarlett and I will check out some of the labs that’s probably where there keeping KG.”

Snake Eyes pressed a button on his communicator that showed he acknowledged what Flint said and then vanished into the shadows.

Flint continued to look through the files “ it says here KG is being held in one of the labs and…. Oh no!” “What is it?” scarlet asked

“It’s KG they’re planning on moving him to a different facility soon and this base is scheduled to be decommissioned soon within the next few days.” Flint said with a hint of urgency in his voice.

“We don’t have much time then!” Scarlett exclaimed. They knew they had to act fast.

They moved swiftly through the corridors, their boots silent on the cold metal floors. The occasional hiss of a sliding door and the hum of machinery were the only sounds accompanying them on their clandestine mission. The map led them to a secured elevator, the gateway to the labs where KG was being held.

“Remember, we need to be careful. We don’t know what kind of security they have around him,” Scarlett cautioned.

Flint nodded, his eyes never leaving the elevator door. The elevator ascended smoothly, each floor passing with agonizing slowness. When it finally stopped, they were greeted by a heavy steel door.

"This is it," Flint murmured, checking his weapons.

Scarlett nodded, her grip tight on her rifle. "Ready?"

Flint nodded. They approached the lab where two armed guards were outside.

“What are you doing here?” One of them questioned.

Flint and Scarlett didn’t miss a beat, playing their parts as rogue agents. "We're here to move the prisoner," Scarlett lied smoothly.

“We received no word of a prisoner transfer” one of them responded.

Flint stepped closer, "Orders from the top," he said firmly. "We're not here to argue. Open the door."

“Let me see your credentials” one said firmly.

Flint turned to Scarlett and nodded at her subtly. She knew the signal. In one swift motion, they both struck, knocking both guards out cold with well-placed strikes. The guards' bodies fell to the floor.

Suddenly their communicators beep “that’s Snake Eyes he’s got the girls” Scarlett said with a sigh of relief.

“Good work, Snake Eyes. Stay hidden for now, we’re on our way to extract KG. We’ll join you shortly.” Flint responded.

They entered the lab, the smell of sterilized equipment and faint odor of fear filling the air. The room was dimly lit, with monitors and machines humming in the background. In the center, KG sat at a computer table surrounded by two more guards.

“Halt! Identify yourselves!” one of the guards said as they noticed the new arrivals.

“ We’re here to take the kid off your hands” Flint said.

The guards looked suspicious but before they could respond Scarlett took them down with a swift kick to one and a blast from her gun to the other. The guards fell down.

“KG, are you okay?” Scarlett rushed over to the teen.

“Who are you guys?” KG asked, his eyes wide with fear and confusion as he looked at the unconscious guards.

“I’m Flint and this is Scarlett. We’re here to get you out of here. We’re from G.I. Joe, a special military unit.” Flint explained quickly.

“What about my sister Maya and my Friend Penny” KG asked concerned.

Scarlett smiled reassuringly “Don’t worry, another member of our team has found them. They’re safe for now. We need to move fast before the alarm is raised. Can you walk?”

“I’m fine but we can’t leave yet.” KG said “they’ve gathered to much information on NATO and other countries military defenses. But I might be able to undo the damage I’ve done.” KG explained.

Scarlett and Flint exchanged a quick glance. If what KG said was true, then they had to prevent that intel from falling into the wrong hands at any cost.

“Ok but but be quick we in a hurry” Scarlett said

KG nodded. Flint pressed a device on his wrist letting GI Joe know they can proceed with assault on the base and with their extraction.

Scarlett then walked outside the Lab to take care of the unconscious guards to make sure they wouldn’t cause them any trouble if they woke up.

Chapter 12: Chapter 11 Ninja rescue

Summary:

This chapter is what Snake eyes was doing when Flint and Scarlet were rescuing KG.

Notes:

Sorry for the long break again I got a little busy I though this chapter was too short so I decided to rewrite it a little bit and add some extra things you will now also see a little bit of snake eyes origins which I took from G.I. Joe the rise of cobra. I hope you enjoy this new rewritten chapter.

Chapter Text

Snake Eyes crept shadow-like through the empty corridors, analyzing every detail for clues to help his team. As he rounded a corner, movement caught his eye - an approaching figure.

Instinctively he moved for cover, hiding behind some crates and a hand reaching for his Sword. He took another look at the figure to see if they were a threat. The mysterious figure was male dressed in an all white ninja uniform with a red mask and white hood. He had two swords and an ammunation harness strapped to his chest. Snake Eyes immediately recognized him. It was Storm Shadow, a former friend and rival from his ninja clan who went rogue after committing a heinous crime against the clan. Snake Eyes slowly and stealthily moved in to take him down but Storm Shadow could tell when someone was near even someone as stealthy as Snake eyes and quickly by kicked swiped his legs, Snake eyes dodged his kick and quickly back flipped away setting some distance between him and Storm Shadow.

For long moments neither moved as their past confronted them, a history too bloody for words. At last Storm Shadow broke the tense silence. "You trespass here alone, my old friend. I must say I never expected to see you here but I knew we would cross paths again. Turn back now before you find more than you bargained for."

Snake Eyes gave a subtle head shake, signalling his intent to continue the mission. Helping innocents took priority over past disputes, even with one who understood him so uncannily well. But something in Storm Shadow's tone hinted at deeper secrets within these walls.

Secrets Snake Eyes was determined to uncover, by whatever means necessary. His stance conveyed this challenge, gauntleted hands ready. Storm Shadow responded in kind, and the stage was set for a clash to shatter old loyalties.

They both made the first move at the same time, The fight raged on with ferocity born of their storied past. Blows were exchanged but none found their mark, each warrior anticipating the other's every move. This had always been the nature of their battles - perfectly matched. It would only take one wrong move on either’s part to end this fight.

Then Storm Shadow overextended with a high kick, leaving an opening. Snake Eyes struck - a precise elbow tore into his opponent's jaw. Storm Shadow fell down landing on his back but before he quickly kicked himself back up Snake Eyes jumped and landed on his arms stopping him from grabbing his swords.Snake Eyes held the edge of sword to Storm Shadow's neck “Go ahead, Finish it!.” Storm Shadow said preparing to die but instead Snake Eyes knocked him out with the hilt of his sword.

Wasting no time, Snake Eyes hoisted Storm Shadow's limp form over his shoulder and continued down the corridor. Finding an unlocked supply closet, he eased his former friend inside and shut the door. Storm Shadow would wake with a splitting headache but no longer hinder the mission.

With that potential threat secured for the moment, Snake Eyes stealthily resumed his solo infiltration. Down deeper he crept, following faint clues toward the heart of this subterranean enemy complex. The girls were near, and it was time to take the fight directly to the true forces controlling this shadowy operation.

As he continued down the corridors of the base Snake Eyes's encounter with Storm Shadow made him think back to his past when was just a young, hungry orphaned child on the streets of Japan.

One night during a thunderstorm, a young Snake Eyes about 12 years old was rummaging around through a garbage can looking for something to eat. It was a very cold and wet night but he was so hungry as he continued to rummage he looked up and saw a monastery on top of a hill “maybe there’s something in there” he thought hopefully to himself.” He decided to climb it and see for himself.

He soon snuck into the kitchen of the Arashikage clan's monastery looking for some food. He found a ready made bowl of noodles and began to eat quickly before he could get caught.

Suddenly the doors to the kitchen opened and another young boy the same age as snake eyes in white gi uniform with a red belt appeared. He saw Snake Eyes eating some noodles and yelled “Thief!’ in Japanese and quickly rushed him.

Storm shadow kicked a young Snake Eyes in the torso sending him back but snake eyes recovered quickly. They then both grabbed each other by the arms and wrestled each other. Snake Eyes let go of one of Storm Shadow’s arms and tried to punch him in the chest but Storm Shadow was unfazed then grabbed a pan hitting him in the head sending him back.

Storm Shadow then grabbed a kitchen cleaver and tried to slash Snake Eyes across the chest but Young Snake Eyes dodged his attack causing the cleaver to get stuck in a wooden support beam. Snake eyes then punched Storm Shadow in the face but he quickly shook it off then charged at Snake eyes. Storm Shadow quickly got the upper hand then quickly wrapped Snake Eyes in a painful armbar hold. Snake Eyes began to cry out in agony when suddenly.

“Storm Shadow!” A loud call echoed through the kitchen. Storm Shadow saw who it was that yelled his name and quickly released Snake Eyes. It was the Hard Master of the clan and he did not look happy.

“ He was stealing.” Storm Shadow said in Japanese trying to explain his actions. “ English Storm Shadow.” The Hard Master said looking at a young Snake Eyes. “ Where are your manners? He’s hungry. We need to invite him in and show him the way.” The Hard Master said

“He is a cur, a weakling!” A young Storm Shadow argued. “He does not fight like one.”

The Hard Master replied, noticing the bruises on Storm Shadow he then turned to Snake Eyes “ Now what shall we call you?” He asked. Young Snake Eyes then turned and smirked at him.

Snake Eyes snapped out of his flashback  and continued to stalk soundlessly down the base and entered what appeared to be a detention center thanks to the schematics Flint sent him. He dropped into a defensive crouch. Peering ahead, he spotted two girls in a cell that had to be Penny and Maya. A couple of armed guards were also there guards standing watch.

Penny was laying in one of the bunks of the cell while Maya was just pacing back and forth.

“ Hey mister you can’t hold us here we have rights!” Maya said bitterly.

“Quiet prisoner!” One of the guards said none to happy with the girl’s tone

“Hey are you ever gonna feed us? I’m starting to get hungry.” Penny said

“You’ll get your evening meal in another thirty minutes.” Said the other guard.

Taking a calming breath, Snake Eyes steeled himself for action. Then he erupted from cover with blinding speed, fist lashing out. The first guard collapsed, not even aware of the attack until he hit the floor.

Snake Eyes spun, leg sweeping the feet from under the second guard. As the man flailed to draw his weapon, a carefully aimed knockout blow ended the threat. Both lay unconscious in the hall.

Penny and Maya stared open-mouthed through the energy barrier. Snake Eyes replied with a subtle thumbs-up and got to work hacking the control panel. Soon the cell door opened and Snake Eyes' stealthy rescue went off without a hitch .

"Um, who are you?" Penny asked warily. "And are you here to get us out?"

He gave her a confident nod, resting a finger over his dark visor where his lips would be in a quieting gesture. Then with swift hand signals explained they must move quietly.

Maya frowned. "How do we know we can trust you? You didn't answer who you are."

Penny replied “ Come on Maya if he was one of those creeps he wouldn’t have knocked those two guards out and left us in that cell.”

“Yay, but I don’t know…” Maya said

Snake Eyes then pressed a button on his wrist that displayed his name.

“Snake Eyes, is that your name?” Asked penny

Snake Eyes just nodded

“Well then lead the way Snake eyes.” Penny said as she and a reluctant Maya followed him out of the detention center.

Snake Eyes then pressed another button on his other wrist letting his teammates know he completed his end of the mission nown they just had to Rendezvous and signal the extraction team.
