Work Text:
The seido baseball team had just finished their game and were now seated in the stands watching the game after theirs. the first string members stayed close together with a few others joined in. Sawamura was in between Miyuki and Haruichi with Ryou sitting next to his brother and Kuramochi next to Miyuki. the five talked about the the game and ate some snacks that sawamura had brought.
"I'm going to go wash my hands, i'll be right back!" Sawamura announced standing.
"Are you sure you won't get lost and have us send another search party?" Miyuki teased with his classic smirk tugging at his lips when Sawamura's ears turned a dark shade red.
"Of course not! the bathrooms are just outside the hall" the pitcher huffed turning to leave the laughing group.
As he made his way down the short hallway the crowds noise getting quieter but still being loud enough to echo, he spotted the little sign that said 'restrooms' then entered the male one.
When he entered the bathroom he saw an older man in there as well appearing to be the only other person. the man appeared to be in his mid twenties and seemed to have a decent amount of muscle though it was hard to tell with his brown jacket he had on.
the man seemed nice enough and Sawamura found his way to the sink and began washing his hands. within a few seconds of being in the room the young brunette could feel something was off, like something was going to happen.
He should have listened to his gut because when he was rinsing his hands he looked in the mirror only to see the man staring right at him, or rather his body. Sawamura quickly averted his gaze and began to scrub the stickiness of the snack off his hands a little faster to avoid any awkward confrontation with the guy if that was possible.
When his hands were finally cleansed of their stickiness the boy looked back in the mirror to see if the man was still behind him and when the bathroom was empty he let out a breath he didn't even realize he was holding. he quickly dried his hands on a paper towel and threw it away while heading for the door. but that's when he came face to face with the same man from before but now he had a creepy smile plastered on his face and within seconds had his hand wrapped around Sawamura's mouth to keep his voice quiet and shoved him into the nearest stall.
In a panic Sawamura tried to yell out only for his calls to be silenced by a hand over his mouth and another around his throat gradually getting tighter when a gravelly voice whispered "i wouldn't do that if i were you" the voice sent shivers up the boys spine and soon the hand that was around his neck released it's tight hold and found its way to the brunettes butt feeling it up and squeezing it making the boy whimper and shut his eyes tightly in hopes that this wasn't happening.
But of course no such luck because Sawamura soon felt the rough lips of the man kissing and sucking all around his neck as he pressed himself further into the boy pinning the poor brunette between himself and the stall wall as tears began falling from the boys eyes and choked hiccups from his throat blending with the loud crowd outside the door.
The man went on with his marking for a few minutes until he unbuttoned Sawamura's pants and pulled out his shirt and pushed his hand underneath the fabric against the boys cries letting his hand wander on the skin thinking of ways to mark it up. just as he was about to pull the boys shirt off completely the door squeaked open and a pair of footsteps were heard as he pressed his hand further on the crying boys mouth and wrapped his wandering hand around his throat once more.
3rd pov - Miyuki
"Sawamura's been gone for a while" Kuramochi spoke suddenly making the others around him look at their watches seeing that nearly 10 minutes had passed.
"There's no way he got lost again, the bathroom is a straight shot out the other end of the hall!" Miyuki laughed shaking his head at the pitcher.
"I'll go check and make sure he didn't just wander off to the stands and got lost" Miyuki said standing and walking down the lit hall. his eyes wandered to the bathroom deciding that checking there would be a good place to start along with the gut feeling to check.
It only took a few steps but as he entered the bathroom the noise didn't lower as much as he hoped but he continued and called out for the golden eyed boy, "oi bakamura are you in here?" his voice echoed quietly and as he turned the corner he saw a seido cap lying on the floor and Miyuki felt his stomach drop.
Thoughts swarmed his mind like 'is Sawamura okay?' 'whys his hat just laying on the ground?' 'where's that idiot?' but a somewhat relieved breath was released when he noticed the same blue socks the team had and Sawamura's sneakers under the crack of the stall door.
"ah there you are bakamura, why's your cap on the floor i thought you loved.. this..." Miyukis voice trailed off as he saw the other shoes and legs in front of Sawamura's as he bent down to pick up the cap.
"Hey unlock the door if your feeling sick let me help" Miyuki spoke calmly trying to cover up with a lie for the boy to let him in and stop whatever was happening but he was met with only the sound of the crowd cheering.
A light but rough rustling was heard of the other side of the door and then the click of the handle when the door was flung open and Miyuki was hit with the shoved body of his teammate while a man in a brown jacket ran out of the bathroom.
Miyuki was about to run after him when the loud sobs of his teammate stilled his movements. he looked down and felt the boy cling to his jersey while he cried into his shoulder. the older noticed the way the boy was shaking and that his breaths were choked and rigid.
"Hey, it's okay, i'm here now, i've got you" the older boy attempted to calm his pitcher and wrapped his arms around his shoulders rubbing shapes in his back in attempt to give the younger brunette something else to focus on.
He continued to calm his teammate for a few minutes until his once loud sobs were just sniffles and hiccups though the youngers grip of him didn't loosen until Miyuki grabbed him by the shoulders gently and pulled him from himself to examine him and make sure there weren't any wounds he hadn't seen in the haste.
Miyuki was met with Sawamura's golden eyes red rimmed and puffy with tear streaks painting his youthful cheeks. his eyes wandered to Sawamura's newly untucked shirt and the purple spots forming on his neck that matched the similar purple marks shaped as fingers that also nipped at the boys tanned skin. Sawamura was still shaking and continued to tightly hold onto miyuki as if his life depended on it.
Miyuki ran his hand through the youngers hair knowing that the action calmed the boy when he asked "what happened?"
"I w-was alone with t-that guy and when i was leaving h-he covered my mouth and sh-shoved me into the stall- a-and he kept choking me and kissing me all o-over and touched me-" Sawamura swallowed harshly, his throat tightening just thinking about it.
"Did he touch you.." Miyuki glanced down and Sawamura shook his head "n-no not there.." Miyuki let out a relatively relieved breath despite not liking the fact that that was the only place that man hadn't vandalized.
The older brunette led them to a sink and grabbed a paper towel before wetting it with cold water saying "let's get you cleaned up" Miyuki wiped Sawamura's cheeks gently with the cold towel ridding him of the tear stains and making his eyes less red and puffy.
The older carefully and cautiously helped the younger tuck his shirt in again and put his hat back on his head and wrapped a protective arm around the first year as he led them back to the rest of the team.
The moment the pair arrived back to the stands and the team noticed that Miyuki wasn't teasing Sawamura and Sawamura wasn't angrily yelling back they knew something was up and when the pair sat down in their previous spots Sawamura was right next to Miyuki and clinging onto his jersey they noticed the purple marks around Sawamura's neck and his scared expression they all moved to surround him acting as a barrier protecting him from anyone around and Miyuki's rare but thankful glance told them that they did good and they wanted to protect the first year pitcher from anything.
