Chapter 1: Prologue: A Proposition
Chapter Text
Apex Cybernetics Base
Siberia, Russia
What is this... what is this place...
It was all he could think, his mind had gone blank for so long, stuck in limbo after that day where he nearly had it all... yet he failed to even kill one of them. The scorching fires of a city turned to ash were in his mind, his body scorched and burnt as his head was vaporized by a blue light... then it was blank
He was alive again, this time in a metal body of his worst enemy, beating him down and nearly killing him in the process... yet he didn't win, all because of some ape and a few humans... then he was gone...
But it was a strange feeling now, feeling as if his body was restored, his eyes flickering on as he heard a female voice speak to him...
"Ghidorah... good to see you have awakened." The person spoke, standing on a catwalk... even if he wanted to kill her, Ghidorah couldn't move, his limbs were locked down and frozen in place... so he had to listen to her.
"What is it you want, Human..."
"We both want the same thing... I believe you already know what it is." The person spoke again, looking to the machine...
"You have my Attention, Miss..." Ghidorah spoke, unsure of what the human's name was...
"Lilith. Lilith Phillips" She said, beginning to describe her proposition for their partnership...
Chapter 2: The King of his People
Chapter Text
Forests
Hollow Earth
Deep in the Hollow Earth's forests, a civilization of great apes thrived as workers helped build up protective walls to protect them from the massive hostile creatures this world held. Children would run through the paths as they played while other apes cooked food for a feast to later occur today, a better civilization than the one the Skar King subjected them to. All of this was made possible by their ruler: King Kong. But he didn't want to be seen as a King, simply a fellow ape that would help his kind to a better future.
Kong awoke in his cave, yawning as he stretched and stepped off his rock bed. He stepped outside to see his people working on the defenses to protect them from creatures such as Skullcrawlers and many other creatures that hunted in this world, including apes. Kong walked through the streets, nodding to his fellow apes as he approached who appeared to be an ape that had orange fur and green eyes.
This was Suko, a member of the great apes who was taken in as Kong's son after Skar King was beaten by him, The snow creature, and Godzilla. He was taller now, about half the height of him, and he was petting what appeared to be a creature just less than half his size. Its head was small compared to its fat body; it was covered in bumps and horns, with no hair or feathers, and it sprawled on four short, thick legs. Kong knew what this creature was, the same one that stole his hunt 2 years ago, but he didn't go out of his way to attack or outright kill him. He wasn't a murderer or a tyrant like Skar King, he knew to forgive and when to let things happen.
Kong spoke to Suko as he picked up his axe. His arm was fully healed from 2 years ago, when Shimo had given him frostbite and left his arm damaged badly. But thanks to the Yellow Glove he was given, he managed to heal well and no longer needed the glove. He could now use his right arm as it came back to full function.
"Boy, are you ready for the hunt?" He spoke, holding his axe. Suko nodded, as he responded
"Yeah, I'm ready." Suko responded as he began to follow his adoptive father, heading to the exit of the village. Two more groups of apes followed, each going on their own hunts, with Kong and Suko going to hunt for Skullcrawlers, the same beasts that had hunted Kong when he was Suko's age. He would leave Boots in charge of the village until he was back, knowing he was able to be trusted to ensure everything ran smoothly in the area.
Chapter 3: Awakening
Chapter Text
Birth Island
The quiet and calm waters of the Island moved undisturbed; Godzilla had been dormant for a full year. Though while in this hibernation he had been accumulating energy as before hibernating he had known something else was coming. And as such as passively prepping.
Though it seems that his awakening is long overdue as his eyes slowly open... a low bellow coming from his jaws as he snarls. As the king of the monsters then raises to his feet, dust falling off of his body as his dorsals glow a dark blue for a short moment as they then slowly turned to their light blue as a loud roar came out of his jaws.
This was a signal... the king had awoken.
Jr also awoke from his slumber... the young Gojira had grown rapidly over the short year and was now close to Minilla's size. As he was still quite young, he was inexperienced... but much like Godzilla before him, learning on the fly would be the easiest method...
The young Prince was still quite drowsy however and procrastinated quite a bit. He, Minilla, and Gojirin chose to sleep in while Godzilla went on patrol. But Gojirin briefly awoke and lightly bit on Godzilla's leg, asking him to stay.
Godzilla snorted as his son went back to sleep. Hopefully he’d eventually learn. Though for now he had to check up on the world, telling this to Gojirin as he briefly let out a sort of chuckle. As he then went into the water, all the dirt and debris being washed off as he swam away...
The King had returned, and now was the time to check up on his planet...
Chapter 4: The Smog Monster
Chapter Text
Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant
Ukraine
Chernobyl remained silent, dead. It was the 1980s when this once life filled place had civilians and workers within it, only for a single incident to ruin everything as radiation contaminated the entire area and made it uninhabitable for centuries. That was about to change however...
A Red streak lit up the sky as Gigan landed in the dead city of Chernobyl, fracturing concrete beneath his feet as he looked to the containment coffin of the base. He knew his mission, and he had to carry it out in order to secure the integrity of his master's plan to rule the planet... but first, they needed one more soldier for their ranks, and Gigan had just the thing...
A port opened on his arm as he tore off the containment coffin, soon releasing something small into the reactor. It was a mutated slug, affected by the Deepwater Horizon oil spill from 2010 that fed on substances such as radiation and pollutants. With a much larger version of it, Ghidorah's army could skyrocket in strength
Gigan would allow the slug to crawl into the radioactive core and into the Elephant's Foot to begin absorbing radiation, knowing it would take some time until the creature was fully grown. He then got a transmission from the Humans, his allies for now...
"Gigan, have you transported the specimen" Lilith asked
"Yes, the creature is beginning its transformation as we speak" Gigan replied, his voice sounding almost robotic. It made sense, considering they tore him out of his old body and inserted his bones, organs, and nervous system into this mechanical body. It made him more of a machine than a monster, something Gigan had wanted to be but his old masters denying him it...
His visor pinged as the call ended, notifying him of something approaching fast. He spun around and saw a shape approaching from the distance, instantly recognizing the creature making its way to the area...
Godzilla...
Gigan screeched in anger, roaring at Godzilla as he began to hover with help from his thrusters. With his flight, he began rushing towards the Gojira at high speeds.
Godzilla was approaching Chernobyl, the very radiation of the area being able to kill most life. He snorted as he picked up a scent fast approaching, a presence he had not felt since-
His thoughts were interrupted as a foot kicked him in the chest, sending him sprawling to the floor as he went to get back up. Another kick sent him back a good distance as he regained his footing, looking to see who had done this to him. And to his surprise, he saw what appeared to be Gigan, someone he thought was long dead after Shimo and Mothra had managed to lock him away in one of those cold places on Earth.
Gigan's appearance has changed drastically since he was last seen when Ghidorah and him landed on Earth. He had golden lizard-like scales with green armor, along with a silver beak. He was able to levitate and was capable of shooting a thin red laser from his forehead. His claws were capable of dealing significant damage to Godzilla long ago, the memories of him slashing and cutting into his body were still fresh in his mind.
But now? his appearance had become far different than it once was. He was now primarily a machine that was black and silver in coloration with red highlights, and he seemed to have thrusters on his body. The humans had modified him... those humans that made the two metal monsters that almost killed him, and hopefully this would be easy to handle...
Gigan's sickles suddenly shifted and folded away into cannons, railguns glowing brightly as Godzilla tried to rush him. A blast, almost like that of a proton scream, slammed into Godzilla, suddenly pushing him backwards as Gigan fired his Cybeam from his Visor. The Proton Scream had been integrated into his eye, allowing him to blast creatures with a more powerful beam than before, including Godzilla.
The blast hit Godzilla straight in the chest, the same burning sensation from 4 Years ago still fresh in his mind as he roared out in Agony. Gigan appeared as if he wanted to blow his head off right then and there, and yet he didn't. Instead, he turned and looked at what appeared to be a plume of black smoke emerging from the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant...
From the wreckage, a massive creature emerged while covered in a cloud of Black Spoke, Red and Yellow eyes peering into the ongoing conflict. Pollution began to increase in the area as the creature began to morph into a sort of flying form and leave, With Gigan snarling at Godzilla as he flew off...
Godzilla stood back up, groaning in pain as he began to follow the monsters...
Chapter 5: The Mother and Her Son
Chapter Text
New York City
New York
New York was still bustling as ever, people walking through the sidewalks as a lack of cars made themselves apparent. This was due to the current resident Titan of the area, one that could crush cars under her feet. Or well... two of them.
Zilla walked through the Hudson River as she ate a large amount of fish, rumbling as she did so and roaring shortly after to the sea. Soon, sickle shaped dorsals cut through the saltwater tidal flat as another Zilla appeared in front of the original. This was her son, Zilla Jr, now just turning 2 and around her height.
He greeted his mother by rubbing his head against hers, with Zilla returning the greeting as they began to walk towards the mainland of the City and to their den. Water dripped off their feet as the two Zillas walked through the roads of the city, careful not to step on people as H.E.A.T. Helicopters would scan the two to ensure they were healthy and perfectly fit. The scans came back a full 100% healthy, ensuring they were in good condition.
Nick Tatopoulos would walk into the den of the two Zillas as he watched the two enter the area, watching as they laid down for a rest of sorts. He approached the Younger Zilla, who spotted Nick and would let out a rumble as he tried to do a sort of smile. He allowed the human to put his hand on him, rubbing his chin as Nick spoke.
"Hey big guy, good to see you're doing well" Nick said as Jr's claw would scratch an itch on his leg, with Nick watching. He knew that Zilla Jr saw him as a sort of father figure, while Zilla let him around because he saved her life back when CyberZilla attacked the city 2 Years ago...
Nick had heard of the attack in Chernobyl, with a new Titan dubbed Gigan attacking Godzilla and leaving with a smog-like Titan. Monarch had been considering using Nick's connection to Zilla Jr and Zilla to help combat Gigan, along with using Madison Russell's connection with Godzilla Jr. Hopefully, that wouldn't come to pass...
Chapter 6: Progress Check
Chapter Text
Hollow Earth Access Point
Monarch Base
Barbados
Dr. Ilene Andrews strode through the Access Point facility, feeling harried. Apparently, that’s what came of being in charge, and as she often did, she wondered how that had happened. She loved research. She could do that all day, every day. But dealing with contractors who had yet to fully finish a facility that was supposed to be completed months ago, with a fickle public, and with politicians who didn’t know a vortex from their own… well, from a hole in the ground—that was enough to make for a bad day. And lately she’d had a lot of days like that. Still, she made her way to the control room of the facility.
Jack Mason, overall commander of Monarch's G-Team, met her as she walked in.
"Mr. Mason, how are things going on your end?" She asked as Jack turned to meet her.
"Well Dr. Andrews, I think it's safe to say that we don't have a damn clue as to where Godzilla is going, especially since that Gigan Titan and that smog creature went missing over The Atlantic. Yet, we are still tracking Godzilla's movements... hopefully he doesn't go into a vortex" Jack spoke, turning back to the screen. Madison had still been with him, due to Mark's entire classified trip taking much longer than expected.
"Well, he'll pop up soon, I'm sure of it..." Ilene spoke, noticing someone walk into the control room. That was none other than Jia, her adoptive daughter, likely coming to see the status of where Kong was, but surprisingly she didn't.
Jia had felt Godzilla leave Ukraine, like how she felt Kong, with this being made right after She had communicated with him back in Egypt. She turned to Andrews and signed.
I felt him leave, he's angry... but he's also afraid. She signed to Andrews, with Jack looking like he had no clue how to understand sign language.
"What did she say?" He asked Andrews, having no clue what she was trying to say.
"Godzilla is afraid, but she doesn't know why... something is off... why would he be afraid?" Andrews spoke, unsure of what Godzilla could even be scared of...
Jia stopped for a moment, almost as if she felt something else... Then she began signing quickly.
He's heading for Tampa Bay, He senses something approaching. She said as she looked to the two.
"Something in Tampa Bay, that's where he's heading." Andrews spoke as she looked to the screens, the location of where Godzilla would make landfall next was the city of Chicago...
"Then that's where we're going" Jack spoke, motioning for Madison and the Two others to follow. Andrews then spoke up...
"'We're'?" She asked.
"Jia can understand him, maybe the two of you could help find out what the hell he's thinking." Jack said as they began to follow him, heading to a helicopter prepared for the flight to Tampa Bay... They had to find out what was wrong before Godzilla ended up destroying the entire city...
Chapter 7: The King Has Fallen
Chapter Text
Tampa Bay
Florida
The City of Tampa Bay was as active as ever, with many going about their daily Lifes until a loud cry was heard...
From the skies, a cloud of Pollution descended as Red and Yellow Eyes peered out of it, sulfuric acid beginning to fall from it's maw and eat away at the flesh of people and building structures...
The ground shook as a Massive insectoid kaiju emerged and spun its drill-like claws together and began punching out buildings, beetle-like wings visible on its back. This was Megalon, an ally of Gigan and Ghidorah from long ago... their goal now? to draw out Godzilla and wait until Gigan arrived...
On Birth Island, The three Gojiras suddenly awoke to the sense of a disturbance in the balance of Nature... and Godzilla wouldn't stand a chance...
Gojirin, Minilla, and Jr would shoot awake and dove into the ocean towards Chicago, rushing to the aid of the King...
Hedorah continued her path of destruction as the city was being decimated, though that was until thunderous footsteps entered the area. Godzilla had arrived again to stop the havoc going around...
Hedorah used her black smoke to disoriented Godzilla for a moment as she slashed at the king's gills with her claws, a horrifying shriek came from Godzilla as he then used his tail to smack the giant cloud of pollution away with a snarl as he looked around...
The ground shook underneath Godzilla's feet as Megalon resurfaced, slamming his claw into Godzilla's knee before attempting to jab the King of the Monsters with his other one.
Godzilla roared in pain as his knee was stabbed, though upon being stabbed with the claw his dorsal plates glowed for a short moment before his cyan atomic breath was shot down at Megalon, a scolding 500,000 degrees. Megalon shrieked in pain, quickly burrowing back under the ground to avoid further injury... he didn't leave the area however and was ready to launch another attack should Hedorah find herself in trouble.
Heddorah tried to use her black smoke again, but she was stomped on, the cloud was now pinned. Though Godzilla wasn’t going to take her lightly as his dorsals glowed once again, with Hedorah preparing for the end.
But before he could burn Hedorah's face clean off he was shot in the back, his spines reverting back to white as he screeched, stumbling back as he nearly fell over. Before Godzilla could react, another beam was fired at Godzilla's chest... knocking the King of the Monsters over with the force of the blast.
Gigan appeared out from behind some burning buildings, the smoke and steam came out of the railguns on Gigan's arms as they began to cool down after such a powerful blow... Godzilla tried to charge his atomic breath although he was shot on his chest as he was slammed into a building, a burn mark appearing quickly as he laid there with a low growl as he then snarled upon seeing Gigan as Hedorah flew off.
Gigan stood over Godzilla, his red visor glaring down at Godzilla with malice. A grin crept across his mechanical face... how the mighty have fallen...
Godzilla tried to get up, but it was no use... he was too weak. he’d kill this bastard when he had the chance. He just hoped he’d be able to move soon, though with his injuries it was unlikely. But he didn’t bother trying to talk to Gigan...
Gigan scoffed, looking down at Godzilla as he swapped his arm attachment to his sickle before bringing into the air...
Godzilla grunted before his eyes widened as he felt a surge of pain in his chest... blood leaked from it as Gigan stabbed it. He roared in pain, trying to get the sickle out of him to no avail...
The cyborg watched as Godzilla struggled helplessly before removing the blade...
"You're so weak..."
Gigan snarled before taking to the sky at Mach speeds, leaving the ruined city in the dust.
Godzilla watched as Gigan flew away, his vision beginning to blur and fade... He saw three objects approaching, and what appeared to be a Giant Moth... his family... But it was too late... With one final breath, Godzilla's eyes shut...
The King had Fallen...
Chapter 8: A Kingdom In Mourning
Chapter Text
Tampa Bay
Florida
Jack would sit in the helicopter as the group would close in on the city of Tampa Bay, having got word that as they were passing over Florida, Titans across the world were beginning to make their way to the Area. Were they coming to help Godzilla? or was it something else...
His answer would shock him as he looked out the helicopter window with the others
Gojirin rushed through the ruined city as she, Minilla, and Jr both made their way to the downed Godzilla. They finally reached him as Gojirin would reach out with her snout the nudge Godzilla, hoping for a response... She was met with none.
Jr and Minilla could only watch on in sadness as their father didn't respond to any of their roars or calls... He... He was dead. The brothers would surround their mother as she roared out mournfully.
In the helicopter above, Jack and the others watched on in total shock...
"My God... He's really dead..." He spoke, unmoving as he began to notice other Titans approaching the area... they were too late, and they saw that...
Mothra flew in as she screeched and chirped before landing on her Symbiotic partner's body. He was truly beginning to die, the same boy she watched grow up from a hatchling to an adult was gone...
Anguirus lumbered onto the scene as he roared out for a response to his friend... Godzilla had been killed, and he wasn't here to stop it. He stood by the children of Godzilla and Gojirin as they looked on with somberness and guilt for not being able to stop this...
Rodan soon flew in. Resting on top of a building and looking down at the king. He was clearly dead. He stood still as there was a gash in his chest. Though he could not shed a tear, his body was physically impossible of doing so. He could look down at Godzilla. The King was dead, and nobody could of saved him.
As Godzilla's life force decreased, Mothra looked at her former Alpha. Not only did she fell sadness, but she also blamed herself for his dead. As the other Titans paid their respect to Godzilla, Mothra would soon show that she wasn't sad, but depressed. Mothra not only saw Godzilla as her Alpha, but as a son or part of her family like how she saw her sister Battra. Instead of rage, Mothra felt guilty, as had she been there before, maybe Godzilla would still be King.
Behemoth lumbered into the area, his nature restoration seemingly blooming trees in the roads and nearby rubble as he looked to Godzilla's body. He rumbled and roared as he looked on in sadness, their alpha dead...
Methuselah late as usual saw Godzilla go down but he sensed he wasn't fully dead. He walked toward Godzilla and started to try to awaken him, only to be pushed back by Gojirin.
The Queen MUTO and a newly appointed MUTO Prime arrived, almost feeling a small bit of sadness from watching Godzilla unmoving. Sure, they were enemies, but they defended the home they shared: Earth. The Gojiras didn't show any hostilities, only sadness for the fallen King...
The Ground nearby had become cold and frozen as a massive white creature with crystals on its head and back approached, the titan approaching with speed. It was Shimo, a Titan freed from Skar King's control by him and Kong... she had left Antarctica to respond to a disturbance in the balance... it was the death of Godzilla she sensed...
Zilla and Zilla Jr erupted from the ground near Methuselah, the fact everyone else was coming intrigued the iguanas, and the fact Godzilla’s corpse was only so far away, unmoving, was saddening for the both of them.
Madison watched from the Helicopter as she almost felt a tear fall down her face... Godzilla was Dead...
Apex Cybernetics Facility
Siberia
The Base was all quiet as someone appeared to enter a sort of section in the machine's torso. His signature built up... he had gotten the energy he needed. Large amounts of hollow earth energy and radiation pumped into the god until he snapped free from his restraints, forcefully pulling all the tubes out. He had way more than enough energy and he was at his new peak. The Kings three mechanical heads all stared at each other; the king was ecstatic.
His reign would start and his only foe was dead. He spread his mechanical wings as everything clicked into place. He was enhanced and made better than ever as then all three mechanical heads looked out of the canyon. He couldn’t have came this far without them..and they lived to see his resurrection in all of his glory..
As soon the golden king flew out of the Canyon, the other titans watching in glee as he landed on the peak of a nearby glacier.. He spread his wings as a low mechanical rumble could be heard as it slowly built up and then formed into a loud screech, the Antarctic sky’s fading from an iridescent blue to a dark stormy grey as golden lighting struck through the clouds. The screech caused the canyon he was held in to collapse as it echoed all throughout the world. The return of the golden god... a King...
Mechanical Cackles came from the heads as they then flew into the storm... his followers going with the king as they then made their way to Machu Picchu... Ground Zero.
Chapter 9: The Stargate
Chapter Text
Machu Picchu
Peru
Lightning storms rocked the valleys as MechaGhidorah's engines roared before shutting off and landing in front of the area, walking on his wings and sending rock and debris into the air. The lightning struck nearby grass and set it ablaze, before Ghidorah focused on the Machu Picchu.
Ghidorah's jaws opened wide and fired their Electrical Gravity Beam cannons onto the mountain, the largest in the area as the stone and rock was turned to dust. Beneath that stone was something that would've caused historians, archaeologists, and people in general across the world to go nuts if it weren't for the Death of Godzilla...
It was a Machine, metallic in structure and extremely advanced. This was known by Ghidorah as the Stargate, a machine built long ago to open portals to anywhere in the Universe... and this would be his final attempt to take over the world. His allies across the stars awaited the call to war, taking over the world.
Lilith stepped off of Ghidorah's claw as it laid at the control center of the Stargate, an interface visible as she approached and pressed the holographic display. It was in a language she could understand, likely Ghidorah changing it to be easier to use by a human. She began typing in commands as she spoke to the mechanized dragon, looking to the screens.
"Coordinates are almost in place, soon the portal will open and your army arrives... they won't stand a chance." Lilith said as she plugged in the final commands and activated the charging mechanism, drawing energy from a nearby Hollow Earth Entrance as the machine crackled with the Hollow Earth energy known as Aether. Her attention was soon caught by the arrival of 3 Kaiju approaching the area.
Gigan hovered overhead before landing in front of the Stargate, rumbling as he looked to the two other Kaiju across the valley of flames: Yamata No Orochi and Megalon.
Yamata No Orochi was a long, serpent-like Kaiju with the body of a large snake and 8 heads that resembled that of a Python. It had the ability to fire different beams from the eight heads, with two sharing the same attack, those being Cryogenic beams, Fire breath, Lightning blasts, and Sound waves. It seemed he had joined Ghidorah's cause of taking over the world, likely due to being a destroyer class Titan that was known to cause destruction wherever it went.
Megalon was noticeably colorful, combining silver and grey tusks and claws with an orange-and-black carapace and wings. Megalon's forelimbs terminated with two sharp, drill-like appendages that spun when needed.
"So it is true... The Stargate exists." Gigan spoke to Ghidorah, his red visor shinning in the storms raging overhead.
"It does, my Disciple, soon the world shall be ours, and your kind will help take it back..." Ghidorah said, his voice mechanical and sharp. He knew Gigan's kind, being Cybernetic Soldiers built by the people who inhabited his home world of Planet X. This would be the way he would get back in his family, knowing that his disobedience left him stripped of his role as Ghidorah and leaving him known as Zero.
Long Ago, Zero and Gigan were sent on a mission to find a new world to conquer for his father's empire, only to be met with opposition by Godzilla, Mothra, and Anguirus.
He will prove his father wrong, get back to his world by conquering this one...
Nothing would take this moment from him...
Chapter 10: A Last Stand and Mobilization
Chapter Text
Tampa Bay
Florida
Jr knew what they had to do... Ghidorah had returned and no one was safe.
Ghidorah imposed a deal with every kaiju here: The earth could be theirs once more... they could take back the world that was once theirs... take it back from the humans that have corrupted it...
Jr couldn't make the same promise...
But he would fight Ghidorah nonetheless, and so would those who were gathered here today. Jr roared out into the sky, calling on all those who were in the area to join him and his family in the battle to come. The Air was filled with the sounds of all the kaiju gathered roaring, shattering windows of the remaining buildings in Tampa Bay. They prepared to leave, just as what appeared to be a M.U.L.E. appeared in the air and lowered down, grabbing Godzilla's body as it began to leave. Perhaps a burial for the fallen king?
Jr knew that this wouldn't be an easy fight... but the fate of the world was quite literally on their shoulders. He was lucky that so many would remain loyal to Godzilla's cause.
He let out a roar, turning to begin making his way to Machu Picchu... He was just glad that he didn't have to do this on his own...
Castle Bravo
Atlantic Ocean
Yoshito Chujo looked upon his Mecha, his masterpiece of Engineering finishing construction as he suddenly got a call. It was Jack Mason, G-Team's leader, perhaps calling to see the progress on Kiryu.
When he picked up, he didn't get the chance to even finish his sentence as Jack spoke into the Phone.
"We need Kiryu ready for launch, we're transporting Godzilla's corpse to the base in Barbados."
Those words made Yoshito freeze, something once thought Impossible was done... someone had killed Godzilla.
"W-What?... But sir, we haven't even finished testing, It could malfunction, it could explode..." Yoshito spoke, trying to convince his superior to not launch the machine yet.
"I don't care, we need Kiryu launched to Machu Picchu to stop whatever the hell is going on there. The United States is going to start dropping bombs on Peru if we don't do something..." Jack said, his voice being somewhat muffled by the sound of helicopter rotors. Yoshito sighed as he began preperations to launch Kiryu.
Kiryu was light silver in color, with various areas on his body exposing thick black wires underneath. The head head a long metal spike extending from the top of its forehead upward toward the back of its head. The eyes were large and relatively close together, with yellow eyes visible. A red scar extended underneath both eyes, and it would often glow when Kiryu roars. Kiryu's chest featured three rounded plates that came together to cover the Absolute Zero Cannon housed underneath. When outfitted with the Super Weapons, two grey rocket launchers were attached to his shoulders, similar to how the Garuda's cannons were placed on MechaGodzilla II's shoulders, while grey railguns were attached to his wrists.
Alarms sounded as Kiryu was raised to the surface, the storm in the Atlantic roaring around the machine as he powered on. Yellow eyes flashed as the machine roared out, mechanical roaring coming from its mouth as the red scars under the eyes lit up. Thrusters on its back and legs roared to life as Kiryu began to fly off towards Peru...
Chapter 11: A Spark of Hope
Chapter Text
Hollow Earth Access Point
Monarch Base
Barbados
The M.U.L.E. would close in on the Barbados Monarch Base as a helicopter landed just after it arrived. Jack, Ilene, Madison, and Jia all looked to the body of Godzilla as it was released and fell to the ground on the beach. It was a sort of... sadness, seeing something so powerful and protective of his planet dead... unmoving...
Jack would look to the scientists and Doctors surrounding Godzilla, scanning him to see if he was truly dead...
"SIR, COME SEE THIS" One of the scientists shouted, the four people of the makeshift G-Team rushing to see the scans. The Results were something none of them were even expecting...
"Oh my God... He's alive!" Madison shouted, with Jia rushing up to Godzilla and placing her hand on him. She suddenly turned back to the others and began signing to them.
It's true, but he's dying... we need to do something. Jia signed as she looked to the three of them, with Jack looking to Illene. She knew what he was going to say, that being they needed a Titan medic of sorts...
Trapper looked to Godzilla as he scanned him to confirm his suspicion, the lizard unmoving aside from his claw slightly twitching...
"Well, It isn't looking good... he has an Arrhythmia, probably caused by getting stabbed in the chest at high speeds..." Trapper said, looking to the readouts. It wasn't looking good for Godzilla, an erratic heartbeat would probably begin to slowly kill him if they didn't do something soon...
Jack thought for a moment, looking to the screens and suddenly had an idea, one inspired by the B.E.A.S.T. Glove from 2 years ago.
"Wait, you know how you made that Glove for Kong? what if we use that same technology to make Godzilla an armor to try and jumpstart his heart... could also give him protection against Ghidorah and whatever new Technology he has." Jack spoke as he looked to the Giant Gojira, with Trapper thinking it through for a minute...
"I think we might actually have that, something from Project Powerhouse but for Godzilla... It finished just before the funding was cut. Its actually here. We could get that ready right now..." Trapper said as he looked to one of the massive hangers nearby, the one that contained the red armor...
A M.U.L.E. flew in overhead as it held the Armor in its massive cargo bay and dropped it, retro thrusters activating as the armor began to unfold and expand. It seemed to first wrap around Godzilla's dorsals, forming a sort of spike that protected them as the rest of the armor transformed. It wrapped around his torso and wound, a sort of blue fluid being injected from the onboard injection systems.
"That should help heal his chest wound" Trapper spoke up as he looked to the armor folding around Godzilla's torso. More of it began to extend until stopping at the base of his tail and only forming a sort of helmet that protected the side of his head, the device beginning to slowly activate as they all watched on.
"Alright, preparing to taze that giant lizard in 3... 2... 1..." Trapper said again as he pressed a button on his phone, visible electrical arcs visible on Godzilla's skin and armor.
The King suddenly shot awake, shaking the area as he looked around to see what had happened. The memories came back like a tidal wave, the last thing he remembered was the fact that he had just almost seen the afterlife and the heavens... but before he could step into the light, he was bought back. But by who? and why did this armor feel like it was... helping him.
He turned to look down to the humans, five of them were right there and one of them was sitting on a rock. He recognized the one on the rock, that being the girl that convinced him to not kill Kong... and the others he didn't know. But deep down in his mind, he was surprised about the humans coming back for him, even after destroying their many cities in the pursuit of balance. He huffed as he suddenly turned to the waters and began swimming off, a sort of thruster set on his back and thighs beginning to help him move at high speeds.
Jack had a sort of smile on his face, knowing that they had a chance to stop Ghidorah's plan of whatever he had. He took notice to Jia and gave her a look, trying to sign to the best of his ability to ask her something...
What you doing? He signed, his sign language being absolute garbage but knew a little bit...
I'm calling someone to help in the fight. She responded, looking to the vortex nearby... Illene, Madison, Jack, and Trapper already knew who she was calling to help in the fight... Kong.
"Well everyone, we have to go help in the fight... its the least we can do to repay him." Jack spoke as he motioned for everyone to follow him to a modified HEAV, one made to combat Hollow Earth creatures and Titans if there were ones that ever decided to attack the vortex facility. They followed him, knowing they had to help out, even just a little bit.
Jack had everyone buckle up and prepare, before pushing the throttle all the way up and heading towards Machu Picchu. They would arrive in 40 Minutes or so at their current speed, with Jack taking the time to make some calls to some Monarch personnel that could help in this battle, one of them being Douglas Gordon.
The Battle of Peru will soon begin...
Chapter 12: The Final Stand
Chapter Text
The Stargate
Machu Picchu
Ghidorah watched as the Stargate began to activate, a beam of energy shooting into the sky and seemingly hitting something invisible. The Tower's energies began to run through the machine and surrounding grassy areas, setting them ablaze as the beam shot into the sky and began to extremely slowly break a hole in the fabric of space. It was a portal, one to Ghidorah's home world of Nibru, also known as Planet X.
His sensors began to beep as he detected multiple signals heading for his location, many of them familiar and 2 of which he did not recognize. The Storms in Machu Picchu began to intensify as The Titans approached the Stargate and all roared out to Ghidorah. He didn't anticipate these many Titans remaining loyal to Godzilla, let alone facing him. But he planned for this, and so he turned to his subordinates.
"No prisoners... I will handle the Gojira." His heads hissed, looking to Gojirin as her pink glow intensified. He then turned to Lilith and spoke again...
"Prepare the Zero G defenses"
Lilith would nod before typing in commands, preparing for the Zero G event that would rock the entire area...
Gigan, Yamata No Orochi, and Megalon roared at the approaching Kaiju, the Titans rushing to them. Shimo would charge towards Ghidorah alongside Gojirin, with Minilla, Jr, and Mothra going to Face Gigan. The Rest would go to face Megalon and Yamata No Orochi to stop them from assisting Gigan and Megalon...
Jr and Minilla would both roar as they charged towards Gigan, the power of Atomic energy flowing through them. But it seemed Gigan was more focused on Mothra, the one who restrained him and sealed him away in the ice so long ago... This time, he wouldn't fail his masters, he wouldn't.
And then, suddenly, everything turned. All the Titans felt like a huge hand had grabbed them and thrown them away from MechaGhidorah's forces, who also went tumbling wildly through the sky. Land and sky-land whirled around all of them; The Titans felt like they were being pulled in every direction at once. They were falling, but not falling down—or up. They were falling everywhere.
The HEAV arrived in time to witness the Anti-Gravity field go up, flying in as to try and figure out what was happening. Jack piloted the vehicle, careful not to crash into any flying stone or Kaiju in the area as the storm above them howled in the night. He turned to see everyone hanging on for dear life as he performed sharp turns and dives to avoid the Kaiju.
"Everyone alright back there?" Jack asked as he quickly dove down to avoid MUTO Prime, The Queen MUTO, and Behemoth attacking Yamata No Orochi and tumbling across the ground.
Madison, Ilene, and Jia both nodded, with Trapper giving a thumbs up. "This has to be my second time in a fight this big." He responded as they spotted another battle going on...
Gojirin ran into MechaGhidorah as the gravity went all over the place, her claws slashing at the machine's tungsten hull and drawing sparks from him. Ghidorah would kick the female Gojira off of him as he suddenly fired missiles from his torso and launched them, striking Gojirin in the torso before bashing her with his wings. The Mechanical Dragon seemed to chuckle, his heads each laughing at the same time...
"Ah, how I missed this... to think all we had to do was allow Gigan to ambush him and kill him in one swoop... with Dagon's son dead, we finally can complete our mission..." Ichi spoke to his two other heads as they watched the beam in the sky begin to slowly open a sort of portal. Ni and San admired the portal slowly forming, a hole in space itself being manifested by this ancient machine...
But he was suddenly knocked off balance by another creature, this one being yet another Gojira. Minilla grabbed Ghidorah by San's throat, clawing and punching it with extreme force as Ghidorah's less intelligent head screeched in pain.
Minilla suddenly stopped as he felt a sharp pain in his side, looking down to see one of Ghidorah's claws. He roared out, suddenly being blown back by the gravity beams of the Machine as it slowly stood back up and wiped the blood off of the claw. The once mangled face of San slowly regenerated as he felt is jaw relocate and eyes pulled back into his sockets, his head now fully restored.
With Gigan, however, he was fighting against Godzilla Jr, who was proving to be an annoyance. His tail slammed into Gigan's side, denting his hull as the cyborg fired a railgun shot into Jr. He fell back, feeling the burn of the shot as Gigan prepared to fire directly into his head until...
A Mechanical Roar echoed throughout the valley, a massive mechanical Godzilla standing and looking towards Gigan. The Cyborg was unphased, and stood to face this new challenger...
"Seems like Project Kiryu is about to have it's first Test Run... Lets hope Yoshito didn't let us down on this one..." Jack spoke as he flew through the battlefield, the 4 others looking out the window to see the battle going on the ground...
Chapter 13: The Ghost VS The Reaper
Chapter Text
The Stargate
Machu Picchu
Gigan stared down this new opponent in front of him, one that resembled the mechanical Godzilla his memory banks showed him. But he sensed something else inside of it, something that made him realize that this wasn't just a machine...
It was a living being inside of it, one that belonged to Godzilla's bloodline. His torso saw buzzed to life, his visor glowing red as he prepared to do battle with this machine. Kiryu stared back, his yellow eyes shining through the lightning storm in the valleys and mountains of Peru...
Gigan made the first strike, his railgun raised as he fired a blast of energy towards Kiryu's torso. The Mecha countered by raising its arm, dissipating the blast as it raised its other arm and fired from the wrist mounted cannons.
The blast hit Gigan dead center in his chest, knocking him back as he screeched in pain, quickly using his thrusters to launch himself towards the mechanical Gojira. He tackled him to the ground as a blade emerged from Kiryu's wrist, locking blades with Gigan's own sickles. Kiryu then suddenly bought up his fist, charged with blue energy as he smashed Gigan across the face, cracking his visor.
Gigan snarled as his visor flickered, looking to the machine as he went to go charge it again. Mothra, however, flew above them as they clashed. Gigan's claw was caught in Kiryu's grip as he delivered a swift punch to the chest of the Machine, slamming its face to the ground as he raised his arm mounted cannons again. A stream of bullets came firing out, with Kiryu's other arm firing a sort of cable attached to a harpoon into Gigan's chest.
Kiryu's thrusters would roar to life as it hauled him and Gigan into the air and above the clouds, before throwing Gigan across the air and retracting the cable back into his wrist. Gigan would quickly reactivate his thrusters, catching himself Midair as he looked to the machine yet again... It truly was a challenge to deal with. However, he was suddenly caught off guard as Kiryu's wrists and shoulder cannons suddenly fired missiles right towards him.
Gigan's thrusters went to full power, quickly weaving between and outright dodging missiles as they exploded behind him just as he fired a beam from his arm cannon. The Blast would strike Kiryu, suffering only minor damages as the mecha collided with the ground amongst the Titans battling against Yamata No Orochi, Hedorah, and Megalon. Gigan would attempt to stomp on Kiryu's head, only for the mecha to roll to the side and delivering a massive strike to the cyborg's head with his tail. Stunned, Gigan stumbled back as he tried to regain his senses.
Kiryu suddenly surged forward, a blade slamming into Gigan's neck as he roared. The cyborg's Voice box was left damaged from the electrical shock that accompanied the stabbing, along with the surge of energy shocking his trachea. He fell to the ground as Kiryu used his thrusters to jump back, with Gigan coughing heavily as he fell to his knees. He looked up, seeing Kiryu's chest open and begin glowing a powerful yellow glow...
A sudden blast of Maser energy suddenly surged forward, blasting Gigan's arm as he raised it to protect his head from being blow off. However, this would result in his left arm being blown off and blasted into a nearby mountain. Gigan would attempt to get back up, coughing as he unleashed a scratchy and choppy roar, only for Mothra to screech overhead and fire a blast of silk into him and restrained him...
Kiryu would roar in victory, before turning to see MechaGhidorah blasting back multiple Titans as he defended the Stargate with Hedorah, Yamata No Orochi, and Megalon. He had to assist the Titans in destroying the Stargate, for the future of the planet to be safe...
So, Kiryu's engines roared to life and charged towards the 4 Kaiju, intending on taking them all on...
Chapter 14: The King Is Here

The Stargate
Machu Picchu
Kiryu rushed forward at high speeds, the Anti-Gravity field assisting in this speed boost as he proceeded to tackle Yamata No Orochi to the ground. The Eight Headed Serpent's heads all hissed, with 4 of them firing Electricity and fire towards the machine's head.
However, Kiryu raised his arm and blocked the blasts, firing the double maser cannon from his mouth and into the serpent, stunning it. He proceeded to grab Yamata No Orochi by the main body and swung it, using him as a sort of club as he swung him into the massive beetle.
Megalon would be sent back a good distance, his mandibles clicking together as he roared in anger. His drill-like arms suddenly beginning to spin up as he began to buzz his wings. A blur was visible on his back as he took flight, the anti-gravity field speeding up his flight speed as he charged at Kiryu, murder right in his eyes.
This was put to a stop by blue and green atomic breath blasts shooting him out of the air, the source being Zilla and Zilla Jr emerging from the ground as they pounced onto Megalon and began slashing and biting at the Beetle-like Titan.
Hedorah was rushing towards Kiryu with high speed, an acidic tendril reaching out to the Mecha. However, he was sent flying back by a sudden Sonic Roar from the nearby MUTO Prime, her powerful forelimbs propelling herself towards the Smog Monster. She would then suddenly unleash a powerful strike into Hedorah's eye, the earthquake generating punch landing directly as the force would cause Hedorah to explode into sludge...
Kiryu would finally reach Ghidorah, catching him off guard as he fired his missiles at the mechanical dragon's face as he jumped and delivered a swift punch into Ghidorah's middle head. The Beast roared out in pain as he stumbled backwards before Kiryu suddenly jumped forward again and stabbed his blade into the right head, the lights flickering and sparking as he regained his footing.
"ENOUGH" The three headed beast shouted, his anger finally boiling to the point he would no longer be concerned of holding back...
MechaGhidorah would suddenly surge forward like a feral creature, rushing on his wings as he jumped onto Kiryu and began beating him into the ground. Claws raked and slashed against the hull of the machine, his armor beginning to falter and fail. Finally, Ghidorah fired gravity beams as his tails stabbed into Kiryu and threw him, striking the mecha's face with such power it broke off part of his face.
Kiryu failed to get up, his systems failing as his skull was exposed, the skeleton visible and wires sparking... Ghidorah walked forward, his throats sparking yellow as the thunderstorms in the area began to intensify
Jack would pilot the HEAV, the battle around them raging as He, Madison, Ilene, Trapper, and Jia watched in disbelief as it appeared Kiryu would be destroyed by MechaGhidorah. Suddenly, a bolt of lightning struck the HEAV causing the systems to short out as it went dead in the gravity field.
"SHIT, THE POWER IS OUT..." Jack shouted as he attempted to try and restart the engines, only for a failure message to appear...
Ghidorah's energy began building up as a seven-pointed star appeared in front of his mouths, electricity sparking as Kiryu deactivated, preparing to end the revived Gojira...
That was when a blue beam of Atomic fire struck Ghidorah, his mechanical body smoking as he slammed into a nearby building, his built-up energy dissipating.
Jack and the others looked on in hope, realizing there was only one Titan that could deliver such a blast. Madison knew it, having been saved by it in 2019. He was back, and he was Alive...
Godzilla, King of The Monsters, had returned...
But he was not alone, behind him was the United States, Japanese, and Peruvian air forces all together, along with some of Monarch's own vehicles. He also seemed to be wearing a sort of red armor, wrapped around his dorsals, torso, and legs...
The Gotengo was among them, a massive warship that resembled a submarine. It had an all black exterior, red glowing lines, a massive thruster on the bottom, and a drill on the front of it.
Captain Douglas Gordon would be at the command of the ship, sitting in his chair as he began to give orders to the men on the bridge.
"Captain, all squadrons are locked on target." one of the soldiers at the controls spoke, with Gordon nodding as he began to speak up.
"Order them to open fire"
This is it, Jack thought. The last stand. If Ghidorah won, this time they were cooked for sure. There weren’t enough ships and aircraft left to challenge him – not in this hemisphere, anyway. This was all or bust. To make matters worse, the massive machine was beginning to tear a hole in space to God knows where. They had to put Ghidorah down before he managed to finish whatever he was going to do.
In the past, Godzilla had managed to take down Ghidorah, but had nearly died doing so. But a Mechanical one made specifically to kill him? Not very likely.
Jack had finally managed to restart the engines, just managing to dodge a piece of rock heading towards the HEAV. He would then fire the HEAV's missiles to join the onslaught against Ghidorah, with the others watching on as Godzilla began to gain speed...
The sky was suddenly set aflame by hundreds of streaks of missiles, all aimed towards Ghidorah...

The Stargate
Machu Picchu
Streaks of fire lit up the sky as a hell storm of missiles slammed into Ghidorah, who raised his wing to protect his heads as the missiles exploded against his body. It was like the day he had it all, the empire he had amassed... only for Godzilla to rob him of his glory and power, all thanks to the humans. After he finished here, he would slaughter every last one of the damn insects himself.
Godzilla suddenly began rushing towards the mechanical king, the thrusters in his armor boosting him forward as he roared to Ghidorah. This would be his last stand, one that would decide the fate of all life on this planet. A God vs Machine, old rivals battling one last time to bring an end to the war bought here by Ghidorah. But if he failed, the planet would be at the mercy of this Alien and whatever he had planned for it.
Ghidorah began moving forward, doing a wing walk as he began charging at the King of The Monsters, his oldest enemy, one standing in the way of his redemption for his kind. He would not allow this lizard to ruin his honor once more, he couldn't. His three heads roared as he rushed towards Godzilla.
BOOM
A Sonic boom echoed through the mountains as the two ancient enemies clashed, the battle around them growing as Ghidorah's followers battled the kaiju loyal to Godzilla, a battle on the scale of The Titan War millions of years ago.
The Lightning storm in the skies were beginning to intensify even more, the dangers of being struck in the sky becoming increasingly apparent to Jack and the others. He had to land them on the ground to get away from these bolts, and that was what he would do.
The HEAV's landing legs activated as it approached the ground, having landed on a mountain far from the battle. The engines deactivated as Jack, Madison, Ilene, Trapper, and Jia stepped out to witness the utter bloodbath that was occurring...
The Battle was beginning to spiral out of control, with many Titans on Godzilla's side knocked out of the fight, leaving only The MUTOs, Gojirin, Minilla, Godzilla Jr, and The Zillas to battle Yamata No Orochi and Megalon, with there being a large stalemate while Godzilla and MechaGhidorah threw each other around. Jack looked onto the battle, a small flash of light visible in the distance, one that looked almost like a sort of Vortex... perhaps Jia had finally gotten her call to Kong through...
But then a new light burst down from above, a sort of red radiance. He saw broad, oval wings sweep back, the yellow eye marking toward the ends. Battra's sonic boom rumbled across the ruined valleys as she dove into Ghidorah like a hawk diving down on a snake.
This was as close as Jack could see the insect. Much like her sibling, she was a bit moth-like, but a lot better armed than most moths he had seen. Her back legs were bent like a grasshopper’s and her two front sets of limbs were long, deadly, and clawed like the forelimbs of a praying mantis. But those weren’t her only weapons. A long, wicked sting projected from the tip of her thorax. Webbing jetted from her jaws, arresting Ghidorah’s fall and sticking all three heads to a mountain. One of the heads ripped free and began tearing at the webbing, but then Godzilla was there, plowing into MechaGhidorah, knocking him clean through the mountain as he used the speed of his thrusters to do so.
Soon, a loud roar was heard as a large Ape came in from behind and slammed a sort of axe into Ghidorah's left neck. Kong had arrived from the nearby Vortex. Now, this was beginning to look like an easy victory for Team Godzilla, with Kong, Battra, Mothra, and Godzilla's family, they could turn the tide against Ghidorah and kill him for good...
Ghidorah stumbled to his feet, only for his right head to be hit by a tail swipe and nearly breaking his jaw. Then a slash to his chest from an Axe, one that seemed to slightly cut into him. No he thought, his power beginning to dwindle... but then he looked to the Stargate's emergency power reserves... he had the solution.
So, he opened himself to attack, and was suddenly sent flying back by a blast of Godzilla's atomic breath, one that sent him into the Stargate's emergency reserves, wires sparking and glowing...
Ghidorah gaped wide and bit down on the wires.
Lilith looked to the battle ongoing, a grin creeping upon her face as she continued to work at the Stargate's controls...
Ghidorah blazed back to full charge in an instant; the golden lightning gathered in him and blasted from all three heads, knocking Godzilla off the ground, hurling him hundreds of feet to a mountain, where he crashed into the stone.
Godzilla clambered back to his feet and went at Ghidorah again, but he had learned something. One of his heads snaked out and bit into what looked like some sort of power reserve. He rose to his full height, wings and heads outspread, the baleful, eldritch light gathering again. Hundreds of branching bolts spread into the sky, jagging through jets and helicopters, a chain reaction that continued even after Ghidorah himself subsided, leaping to every metal object in the sky. Dozens of aircraft, all gone in seconds. Mothra, Battra, and Rodan were all shot down from the electrical shock, the moths wings scorched slightly as the fell to the ground. Kong was knocked back by the electricity blast, sending him into the ground as he hit his head on a stone. A bolt hit the Gotengo, and everything flashed gold. The ship shuddered and pitched, and Jack thought the massive warship was done. But thankfully, it remained operational and in the Air despite the strikes.
"Douglas, you alright?" Jack shouted into his radio, getting a response back.
"We're fine kid, but we've got some systems damaged from that electrical surge. You're on your own, we have to return to base..." Douglas responded, heading back to ordering the Gotengo back to base...
Jack watched as the mighty warship flew off back to its port in Castle Bravo... they really were on their own now...
Godzilla rushed forward, the anger building up inside him as he roared and charged at the Mechanical Dragon. But he was knocked to the ground, mechanical talons digging into his armor and flesh... It was happening again...
Jack, Madison, Trapper, Ilene, and Jia all looked in shock as the very same King of The Monsters who defeated the MUTOs, Ghidorah, MechaGodzilla, and Skar King was being beaten...
Ghidorah was Killing Godzilla...
Ghidorah’s metallic necks wrapped around Godzilla, crushing what life remained from him. His fading dorsal spines began to crack under the stress. Then Ghidorah’s mechanical wings started to beat with assistance with the thrusters on the back, stronger, harder, until – incredibly – he lifted the hundred-thousand-ton lizard from the ground. First slowly, but then more quickly, he ascended hundreds of feet into the air...
As he stood amongst smoke and flame, viewing the Titans high against the storm-wracked sky, Jack felt a sense of dislocation, as if he wasn’t in Machu Picchu in the twenty-first century, but in a volcanic wasteland millions of years ago, just a little rat-like primate ancestor watching the gods fighting it out, desperate to find a safe place to hide.
With a mechanical cackle, Ghidorah opened his claws, and Godzilla fell, a Titan cast from the heavens. He began to burn, and as the flame surrounded him his form blurred, and he looked like a fiery sphere, like a meteor plunging toward the Earth as his red armor broke off and burned away.
The giant reptile struck the ground like a bomb, and when the dust settled, Jack saw him lying motionless in the crater his body had carved into the mountains and valleys. He looked dead, but Ghidorah didn’t think so – or maybe he just wasn’t taking chances. He rose above the fallen giant, his electrical charge building, preparing to end their ancient duel once and for all...
There was nothing Jack and the others could do about it but watch as the dragon’s charge increased, the bottled lightning of a hundred storms. Ghidorah built his fury, and when his body could no longer keep it in, he let it go. The death blow.
Then, Mothra and Battra appeared. Torn and burnt, they pulled themselves onto Godzilla, spreading their wings to shield him from Ghidorah. Then, with a defiant screech, they launched themselves at the dragon. They didn’t get far. Lightning blasted from Ghidorah’s mouth and struck through them, and they vanished in a burst of blue and red light. All that remained was a glowing rainbow cloud of particles that began to fall gently upon Godzilla, like a light snow in the moonlight.
Madison only watched as she realized it was like Boston all over again... all hope was lost, and yet, they had to do something.
But the three Gojiras remaining in the battle looked to the beaten and wounded Godzilla, and they would do what they had done 2 Years ago... they didn't have much time before the Stargate opened a full portal to another world.

Chapter Text
The Stargate
Machu Picchu
Gojirin, Minilla, and Jr stood as the Stargate finally began to break the walls between planets. There wasn't much time, and they had to buy that time for Godzilla... they had to do it no matter what.
Ghidorah cackled as the three Gojiras rushed for him, the ground beneath their feet cracking as their atomic glows shined through the growing storm and into their throats. A combined atomic blast would echo into the valleys and mountains of Peru, pushing Ghidorah back as his heads hissed at the Gojiras still rushing towards him.
Minilla came first, his claws gripping Ghidorah's right head as he began slashing and biting down on the neck in anger for what he had done to his adoptive father. He would continue slashing and biting down until he was suddenly blasted by two powerful Gravity Beams that lifted him off the ground before throwing him back into a nearby mountain.
Gojirin came next, her larger size proving a challenge for Ghidorah as she jumped and delivered a swift strike to his main body. She then proceeded to grab Ghidorah by his left head and threw him with great force into the ground, beginning to rush towards him before leaping into the air and landing on his chest, leaving a massive hole in it. Ghidorah roared out in rage as he flapped his wings and fired multiple missiles into Gojirin, disorienting her before a massive, combined Gravity Beam blast sent her flying back.
Ghidorah had been so focused on Gojirin, not even taking into account that an Atomic Blast had just slammed into San's head and caused it to burst into flames. He turned to see Godzilla's youngest son looking on at him, his atomic energy sparking across his body. Ghidorah simply laughed... what would this child do to a god, shoot fire at him?
Jr would allow the atomic energy inside him to build up until he began emitting visible radioactive smoke and cracks in his body beginning to glow, with Ghidorah's own gravity beams beginning to charge up with the seven-pointed star in front of each of his heads...
A stream of atomic fire shot towards MechaGhidorah as the Gravity Beams locked with Jr's attack, the beam lock beginning to grow larger and larger until Ghidorah snarled and increased his power. The Gravity beams pushed Jr's atomic breath back and slammed right into his body and sent him flying...
"JR!" Madison yelled out to the subadult Gojira who was sent flying back from the gravity beam blast, roaring out in pain as he laid down, unable to get back up. Jr thought of his Family, his father, his mother, his brother... and Madison, the girl who raised him in his early life... He may never be able to see them again if Ghidorah won...
Back with Jack and the others, something seemed to have caught Jia's eye as she ran to see where Godzilla was laying. Her eyes widened as she began to see the King of The Monsters slowly rise, but he seemed... different... His eyes and cracks in his body were pulsing a Heavenly Blue as he began walking towards Ghidorah almost in a calm manner...
"What's happening to him?" Jack spoke up as he turned to see Jia signing something to Ilene, her eyes widening as she understood what she was saying.
"What's she saying?" Jack asked Ilene, who responded quickly.
"She's saying that Godzilla was charged by the sacrifice of Mothra and Battra, this evens the odds greatly, even without Trapper's armor he built." Ilene said, watching as Godzilla roared out to the Three Headed Machine. Ghidorah seemed to be... shocked, at least, that was what his mechanical face was showing. He began to take flight into the air and roared down at Godzilla as he cackled a taunt to the king, his plan almost complete...
Something seemed to happen, a glow appearing on Godzilla's back near his dorsals as a sort of dust began to form around him, one much like Mothra's scales and her silk cocoon. Jia knew what this was, the same way Mothra returned to them in 2022, but this felt different. What happened next was what shocked everyone observing the battle.
Godzilla roared as his back began to manifest wings of light, resembling those of Mothra and Battra's wings. His atomic glow was present across his body as he began to flap the wings and lifting himself into the sky to face Ghidorah, roaring as he charged him.
"What the hell!?" Jack shouted, with Ilene quickly turning around to explain this...
"It's the depiction of Godzilla from the Iwi's mythology, a flying Godzilla with wings of light. I thought it was just how they saw him but... seeing it in person feels... strange..." Ilene said as she watched the Aerial Battle occurring above the clouds.
Godzilla flew into Ghidorah as the mecha attempted to bite down on his rival's body, only for his left head to be grabbed by Godzilla's claws and forced open. Atomic Energy traveled up his already glowing back as he fired an atomic blast down the head, causing an explosion that destroyed the entire neck. Ghidorah roared out in pain as he kicked Godzilla off of him and stabilized himself, only for yet another Beam Lock to occur midair.
This time, however, Ghidorah didn't have the chance to overpower Godzilla with his superior energy. His Atomic Breath was wrapped around in a spiral as it broke the Gravity beams and slammed into Ghidorah's right head, causing it to explode as shrapnel would shred the wings and thrusters keeping Ghidorah in the air...
Almost like payback for dropping Godzilla twice, Ghidorah began to fall towards the control tower as the barrier between worlds began to be broken apart with ease. But then, he felt it...
The Stargate would be crushed under the weight of the Mechanical Beast as a human was seen running from the machine as Ghidorah landed on it, causing an explosion that forced the beam being shot into the sky to disappear, along with the crack between worlds sealed off... His plan was ruined... his future...
Ghidorah didn't have time to dwell on this, as he was suddenly grabbed by the middle head and slammed into two mountains by Godzilla's raw strength. His power began rising as his wings and Atomic Energy took on a fierce red coloration, before he suddenly threw Ghidorah into the air. Suddenly, a Red Spiral shaped blast of his Atomic Breath came surging forward towards Ghidorah and slamming into his chest as he was sent into the stratosphere and exploded form the energy overload.
"Bloody Hell..." Trapper spoke as he looked to the explosion in the sky...
"Good thing he's on our side..." Jack said as he watched Godzilla's wings disappear and red glow fade back to his normal blue...
The Titans all awoke from the battle, with Ghidorah's Kaiju having vanished during the fight. Godzilla's Family rushed to him and rumbled, happy to see that he was still alive. Around the 4 Gojiras, the Titans began to bow down, even the MUTOs bowed for him...
Godzilla, Gojirin, Minilla, and Jr all roared in victory, the demon known as Ghidorah having been vanished for Good...
Lilith pushed aside the rubble that had fallen on her. It was a miracle that she was able to get out of the way in time before being crushed under Ghidorah's immense weight.
She climbed over the rubble just in time to watch as Godzilla threw Ghidorah into the Mountains... Lilith could only watch in disbelief.
"No... NO..."
She looked over to her side as she spotted a heavily damaged Gigan staggering to her.
"I don't mean to call you a coward... but sometimes, cowards do survive..." Gigan spoke as he looked to Lilith, who stepped into an area in his chest that held a seat...
"This isn't over..." She said as Gigan took off at high speeds...
