Summary:
She remembers the feeling of holding a baby for the first time, so fragile and delicate in her arms. She was mesmerised to know the mighty humans were born this delicate. Faerie children weren’t born flimsy. The first time she cradled her baby against her chest, she felt like never letting him go. It filled in the part of her that she lost. Like a perfect puzzle piece, completing their destiny. She found her purpose.
