"A wanderer?"
"Not a wanderer, a Wanderer. A being that has the appearance of a human that can live for up to a thousand years, and has such an insatiable curiosity that they spout out so many questions when faced with something that usually would frighten another being?"
"... No. Guess not."
"Well, you're looking at one. While I have many questions to ask you due to your appearance, I don't think you're going to be able to answer them after this. That's enough of the chatter though, I'm afraid you hurt a dear friend of mine. Now get in the cloak."
"What-? Ah-!"
Just a Wanderer that decided to wander over yonder, and meets some interesting people and night creatures along the way.

Chapter 1: Who's the Wanderer?

hey. yeah, this type of format that i usually talk in is so odd compared to how im gonna write in this fic. but! glad youre here readin this, whether your in quotev or ao3.

im actually debating on putting this fic into wattpad cause of the ads, and ill be SURE to post a little authors note here when i do. so watch out for that, and if you do want it on wattpad, ill tally it up and see how it goes!

anyway, this came up on a random whim while just laying on my couch and lazing around. i am in fact a college student, so i will unfortunately have my moments of disappearing. HOWEVER! i do have a lot of inspo for kny and our fellow wanderer, so ill make sure to do my best cause. yknow. a little passion project never hurt.

without further ado, here’s our wanderer.

Name: (Y/N)

Eyes: Gold in color, can will their eyes to either stop glowing, or glow so bright it can be seen to the other side of a forest. Or simply, if too curious, eyes glow even brighter.

Height: 180cm (5’10)

Feminine height: 180cm

Masculine height: 190cm (6’2)

Clothing: Seen mostly in a black cloak, hood always over their head. Although, when taken off, they wear dark colored clothing, with black wrist-length gloves. ‘Shoes are much more comfortable.’ [you’ll see later on a change in a piece of clothing.]

Physically looks around the age of 19 years old.

Wanderer species; a being that has the form of the human, rarely aging physically but can live for hundreds of years. The longest recorded date of a Wanderer living is from 268 to 1245. These creatures are born from humans on the verge of death that wish strongly to live, or from a Wanderer wanting to make a human a part of the colony.

They mean no harm, but will not hesitate to fight when threatened severely. Or in a fit of rage. Living for years, they have incredible speed, to the point they can run a long distance from one country to the other in a span of a few short days.
