Yokohama
2024
Two Years ago...
White flames engulfed Yokohama, buildings turning into molten slag and metal as a heavenly light began pulsing from the King of The Monsters. The Titan Devil, Destoroyah, was firing his Calamitous Oxygen Destroyer Beam upon Godzilla as he began approaching him.
Fire began crawling across the devil, his wings turning into ash in seconds just as a flaming fist slammed itself into his face, breaking off his frill and horn. Across his burnt face was a look of fear unlike anything seen before, just as Godzilla's burning fist slammed itself into Destoroyah's chest. The Titan vomited up black blood, evaporating almost instantly from the heat being emitted by Godzilla.
A scorching hand suddenly gripped the neck of Destoroyah, screeches of pain beginning to echo across the city as Titans from afar began to watch the unfolding event. Destoroyah's screams were suddenly cut off by a sickening crack and torrents of blood falling upon the area only to be evaporated, his head raised into the sky by Godzilla as he unleashed a roar that could almost be heard across the planet.
The Body of Destoroyah was beginning to regenerate, and he had to do what he must: fulfill his duty as King of The Monsters.
SKKKKKKKRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEOOOOOOOOOOOOOONNNNNNNNNNNNNNNGGGGGGGGGGGGGKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKHHHHHHHHHHHHH!
The City was engulfed in a 800 million degree Celsius Fire Ball, hotter than the sun as Destoroyah's body began to be disintegrated, the fading cries of The Titan Devil fading into the burning white flames.
The Titans watched as the fireball dissipated to reveal the mass destruction and crater left behind, Yokohama having been nearly wiped off the map completely.
Jack Mason and Madison Russell watched from afar in a News Helicopter with Audrey Timmonds, the Geiger counter Jack carried beginning to rise to unbelievable heights.
"My god... the Radioactivity is climbing..." Jack spoke, his eyes glued to the scanner until it suddenly began to die down.
"No, wait... the counter stopped. The Radiation is gone..." Madison said as she turned to the direction of Haneda Airport, where Jr fell from the sky.
A roar echoed across the ruined city and from the destroyed Haneda Airport, a blue pulsing light beginning to outline the body of what appeared to be a gojira. It wasn't just any sort of Gojira.
It was Jr.
2026
Tokyo

Jack Mason stood outside his penthouse balcony, leaning on the railing as he watched the current cleanup efforts going on near Yokohama.
Two years had fully passed since Destoroyah was killed, a long with the Gyaos and Guiron. But despite this, no victory came without a cost: Godzilla was dead or comatose. The world, despite the views on Titans not being the best, was shaken by the death of Godzilla, leaving only his son to take over as the King of The Monsters.
Madison had fully joined Monarch despite her age in the past 2 years, serving as the link between Titans and Humanity with her telepathic communication and her connection to Godzilla Jr. It was only recently bought to the attention of Monarch that Jr had been feeling he wasn't ready for his role as the King of The Monsters, feeling that Titans such as SpaceGodzilla, Gamera, and Helios would be better fit for the role instead of himself. While it may be true there were others likely more prepared to take on the role, it was Godzilla's dying wish that he become the King.
Speaking of Gamera, there were reports of three more members of his species having been spotted in the Atlantic emerging and seemingly communicating with each other. They all arrived in Japan and seemingly began nesting at the foot of Mount Fuji, Monarch beginning to become involved shortly after. It was only after Madison communicated with Gamera that she found out that this was Gamera's family, his mate made along with him long ago.
It wasn't until The Destroyer was sealed away long ago that they mated and had two children. Hera and Gamera named their children after the Atlanteans that inhabited the city they were created in. Their oldest was named Amphitrite, their daughter. The youngest they currently had was Thaumas, their son.
Jack was still in thought, before he remembered something he felt he forgot. He had a date today, one in Shibuya with someone he met shortly after the events in 2024.
Her name was Akiko Namikawa, the Director of Monarch's new division: Earth Defense Force. Following Godzilla's death, the United Nations became reasonably afraid that the Titans would begin rampages across the planet before they gave Monarch a more Anti Titan focused mission in the form of the EDF. With that mission, there also came the creation of many anti Titan Weapons.
The Markelite Cannons positioned just outside the United Nations HQ in New York City, the sister ships of the Gotengo: Eclair, Karyu, and Rumbling, the Super X1, 2, and 3, and the creation of Project ULTRA and ZONE, with only one likely to get the funding.
It was a program to try and grow humans to massive sizes of a Titan to help combat the creatures that posed a massive threat, all because Godzilla had died. It was strange, but even then, Jack could understand their whole fear of the world being under threat.
Jack turned away from the balcony before beginning to walk to his door, beginning his long walk to Shibuya to begin his date with Akiko. They had been dating for about two years and liked each other very much. And pretty soon... he thought about asking her the question. He had a ring in mind for her, although he thought it would be best if he wait for a bit until proposing and getting a ring.
He'd have to ask Madison on if he should do it, having been a friend with her for a long while ever since meeting her in 2022 when they both had to raise Jr when he was just born. Those were good times, times when everything was normal, but now? They have only one thing to do: push forward.
