Hidden Truths 7 + 1

Summary:

Class 1-A find out new information about their classmate, Bakugou Katsuki. They find out things about his personal life they wished weren't real, things that they couldn't imagine.

They find out about how he's mistreated, how they had assumed wrong about him, and how they had known next to nothing about him truly.

((a rewrite of 'surprise? [a 7 + 1 thing]' but with somewhat edited plot (not a lot for the first few chapters) & (hopefully) better writing))

Notes:

this time, the dkbk is romantic lmao

when i wrote the previous version, i actually couldn't stand dkbk/bkdk at all but it's grown on me since last year

a lot of this is going to be putting capitalization, and changing a few words/adding new shit for the most part

Chapter Text

Everybody had noticed it eventually, even if they didn't let on. With the way Bakugou's rage was always amplified anytime the weekend or any type of break from school was near, even anytime somebody had mentioned going home. It was like his emotions skyrocketed, despite nobody being to blame, Bakugou snapped at them all. Way more then he normally would. The only person who seemed unaffected was Midoriya.

It became incredibly obvious something was wrong when whole class pack was sitting in the common room together, most people snuggled into one another while watching a movie. Even though Bakugou has never been part of the class pack, he usually agreed to join the pack movie nights. Such as tonight. Bakugou's phone started ringing, and when he had picked up his phone to look at the caller ID he had paled and nearly knocked Kirishima off the couch by how quickly he stood up.

"Woah- Bakubro?" Bakugou seemed to completely ignore Kirishima in favor of swearing under his breath, his eyes darted around the room quickly before landing on Midoriya. Bakugou grumbled to himself, answering the call and pressing his phone to his ear as he quickly walked into the kitchen. Midoriya watched after him, staring at the kitchen entrance as Bakugou stepped into the kitchen and out of sight of the prying eyes in the common room.

It took less then a few seconds for the sound of Bakugou yelling to be heard, though his words were slightly muffled by the distance and nobody really thought it was anything new. They only got a little worried when it went dead silent a few minutes later, most of them now had there focus on the kitchen entrance along with Midoriya who had been watching the kitchen entrance like a hawk since Bakugou had stepped away.

After a few worrying seconds of pure silence, Bakugou yelled. A completely guttural noise filled with so much emotion, followed by what everybody assumed to be Bakugou's phone flying out of the kitchen entrance and smashing off a wall in the common room. It was most definitely broken now from the force of the throw.

Bakugou emerged a few seconds later, his eyes rimmed red and an even angrier scowl then usual on his face. Bakugou looked towards the shattered bits of his phone before anybody else, deflating a little when he realized it had broke. He then pin pointed Midoriya with his gaze, and without saying anything Midoriya was already up on his feet. Midoriya walked to Bakugou, slipping his own phone out of his back pocket and handing it to Bakugou.

"You should let her know if she needs you she can text me, say that once you got off the phone one of us came by and you dropped it. It broke." Bakugou took Midoriya's phone, taking a deep breath before most likely doing what Midoriya had told him to do. Which was a surprise to everyone, Bakugou had never listened to anybody, especially not Midoriya about anything. No matter the importance, really.

"She's going to be so mad." Bakugou muttered, he leaned into Midoriya's side a bit, a new sight for everybody. The rest of the class pack watched in amazement as Midoriya put his wrist on Bakugou's shoulder, lightly scenting him, and Bakugou allowed it! Bakugou never allowed anybody to scent him, which was understandable. He wasn't a part of the class pack, and they had assumed he was a beta. He didn't need to be scented, and he didn't need to be in a pack.

"It's going to be okay, Kacchan. I'll buy you a new phone, she wont have a reason to be mad then." Bakugou handed Midoriya his phone back, laughing dryly. "She always finds a reason to be mad."

A break home had come and gone like nothing to most of the class, it was fun and relaxing for most of them. Those who had fun had all come back laughing and smiling, telling each other how great their own break had been. Midoriya was oddly quiet when he returned, and Bakugou had yet to return, which was unusual for the both of them.

Midoriya was usually easily roped into conversations, and Bakugou was always one of the first to return. Yet Midoriya was now sat in the common area, facing the door with a stern gaze, and Bakugou was yet to be back. Nobody had really put Midoriya's anxious behavior towards anything, writing it off as his usual self as he was more often than not anxious for one reason or another.

That assumption had been squashed when a low growl from Midoriya had snapped everyone's attention to him, which caused them all to follow his line of sight. They all let out shocked and horrified gasps once they saw Bakugou standing at the entrance. He had a black eye, his hair was messed up and singed, along with his clothes, and he returned without the bag he had left with.

Bakugou ignored everybody and marched up to Midoriya who stood and met him partway in the middle. "I told you she would be fucking mad." Bakugou spat, though no real anger seemed to be behind his words, at least not any directed at Midoriya.

"Did you tell her id buy you a new phone?" Bakugou nodded, leaning his head towards Midoriya slightly. Midoriya raised his wrist, scenting Bakugou by rubbing his wrist over Bakugou's shoulder like he did before the break. "Pissed her off more, she assumed I was forcing you to spend money on me." Midoriya huffed, shaking his head with a deep frown on his lips.

"Go get an ice pack, and what happened to your things?" Bakugou grumbled to himself for a few seconds, the two staying oblivious to the sea of onlookers. "She called me a bitch cause I yelled at her, I tried telling her I wasn't making you spend money. She took all my shit and said I wasn't allowed to bring it back, I'd be lucky if I ever get any of it back. She's probably ruined everything already." Bakugou shrugged Midoriya's wrist off his shoulder, brushing past him to go to the kitchen to grab an ice pack like Midoriya had told him to.

Midoriya followed after him, continuing the conversation away from the others now. Everyone else had stayed put, mulling over the information they had just learned. They could only assume 'her' and 'she' were referring to Bakugou's mother, but that would mean something that nobody wanted to unpack or dwell on. But it had to be brought attention, Midoriya seemed to know about whatever was going it. It seemed to not be a new thing, it was a normal to the two of them. Which was another thing nobody wanted to unpack.

Bakugou had left the dorms to go shopping, taking a list made up of everybody's needs and wants. The class pack knew it would be the perfect chance to ask Midoriya about everything, Bakugou would be gone for a while and it would give them all the time they'd need. Hopefully.

"Midoriya?" It was Kirishima who spoke up first, getting a hum from the green haired alpha as he turned to look at the other alpha. "Yes, Kirishima-kun?" Kirishima fidgeted for a moment, inhaling deeply. "Does Bakugou's mother.. Hurt him?" Everyone held their breath in the silence that followed, waiting for Midoriya to confirm or deny.

"She does." Midoriya said after a few minutes, a deep frown on his face. "She always has." He continued, "She acts so nice around others, nobody ever believed us when we told the adults we thought we could trust. It resulted in a bigger issue for kacchan, So we stopped trying to tell people." It was silent once again as everybody digested the news.

"Don't you think you could tell Mr. Aizawa? He's a Pro Hero, he wouldn't just ignore a claim like that." Uraraka piped up, Midoriya nodded slightly. "Kacchan said Mr. Aizawa visited his house, he saw Mitsuki hit Kacchan. Multiple times, and he hasn't said anything to Kacchan yet. But we both believe he's trying to do something about it. We just aren't sure what yet." A few sighs were let out around the room, at least somebody was doing something. Hopefully

It's been a few weeks since the class pack has found out that Bakugou's mother down right abuses him. Not just hitting, it's far worse then that. Bakugou will return from breaks and weekends with black eyes, cuts across his cheeks and arms, he came back with a broken nose once too. He refused to tell anybody but Midoriya what had happened, but everybody got the gist of it. They didn't need to pry, they just hoped it could be stopped soon.

Chapter Text

More questions then answers had began to pop up after the class pack realized that there was some issues with Bakugou's home life, mostly being pack related. The majority of the class had assumed that Bakugou just didn't want to be part of the class pack because he had a pack he preferred at home and he was a beta, but with the first assumption squished down to nothing it had only caused more questions.

Everyone knew that even beta's sometimes need a pack, and with Bakugou most likely not having a pack at home it worried them. But Bakugou seemed fine, as fine as Bakugou could be anyways. He was angry and volatile, but that's just how Bakugou was. So that either meant that Bakugou was really good at hiding if he wasn't a beta, or he was in a pack. Just not one they were aware of.

Alpha drops could be easy to hide if the alpha had enough will power, which Bakugou did. But over time it would be noticeable, and Bakugou didn't seem to be that different. Omega drops were even harder to hide, and often resulted in death over a certain amount of time. Bakugou didn't seem that much more angry then he usually was, and he seemed to be in almost perfect health. Which then would mean that he's either a beta, or in a pack. Which still left questions unanswered.

Bakugou was the only classmate who wasn't open about his secondary gender, he never joined any activity/night for alphas, betas or omegas, often sticking to just a mingled group or a few random people occasionally. The only person who was openly close to Bakugou was Kirishima, and even he wasn't sure what Bakugou's secondary gender was.

It was also confusing that some days Bakugou would smell of nothing, other days he'd smell of burnt sugar, and on very few occasions he'd smell of a few classmates. He'd often smell of burnt sugar when sweating and using his quirk, he'd mentioned once that the smell was caused by his quirk and sweat. He'd normally smell of nothing otherwise, and on days where you could just tell that Bakugou wasn't in a good mood, he'd search out Midoriya. The class could only assume Bakugou demanded that Midoriya scent him in order to give him some form of familiarity, as they were childhood friends to some extent.

The questions only continued to pile up after nothing had been answered. It was nearing the weekend, and everyone had heard by then that Bakugou's mother had demanded he returned home for the weekend. Bakugou, along with Midoriya, had tried to come up with an excuse as to why Bakugou couldn't leave, but his mother didn't seem to care.

Midoriya smelt strongly of distress for three days ahead of time, Wednesday to Friday had him lingering distressed alpha pheromones everywhere he went. And by the time Friday evening had rolled around, Midoriya was practically leaking a mixture of rage and distress. Everybody understood that Bakugou had to go back to what was most definitely an abusive household, which nobody was happy with, but they found it odd that Midoriya had been so loose with controlling his scent.

Midoriya also seemed to become a little protective over Bakugou, anytime an alpha had gotten near Bakugou, friend or not, Midoriya was there and growling lowly in his throat. He was even bearing his teeth at  his own friends, the other alphas had made sure to keep away from Bakugou for the time being after that.

The class pack had watched as Bakugou tried to leave, Midoriya holding onto his arm and mumbling something only Bakugou could hear. Bakugou seemed to be replying, keeping his voice oddly quiet so only Midoriya could hear him. The hushed whispering went on for a few minutes before Bakugou shook his head firmly and Midoriya deflated slightly.

The class pack watched in awe as Midoriya scented Bakugou, and Bakugou had allowed it. Midoriya's wrist dragged across Bakugou's shoulder and up the side of his neck a few times, heavily layering Bakugou in his scent. Bakugou returned the gesture weakly, rubbing his wrist against Midoriya's shoulder for a few seconds before quickly leaving the dorms. He'd left empty handed this time, and left an angry alpha behind.

Midoriya had been seething for the rest of the night, continuing into Saturday morning. Everybody was a little worried to speak to him, but the questions seemed to get the better of a few.

"Mido?" Kaminari asked, gaining the attention of the rather pissed alpha. Upon noticing Kaminari's worry and slight distress, Midoriya quickly calmed himself and spoke in a soothing tone. "Yes, Kaminari?" The omega smiled slightly, thankful that he didn't upset Midoriya more.

"Is everything okay? You've been really upset since Baku left. And I know that him leaving probably isn't the best idea, but you've just been really upset.. And um, you scented him before he left? He's never let any of us scent him." Kaminari sat beside Midoriya on one of the common rooms couches, Kaminari's questions have gained the attention of a few other class pack members.

Midoriya hummed to himself slightly, frowning a bit. "Sorry if I haven't seemed approachable, Kaminari-kun. I'm just worried, normally when Kacchan's called home randomly its not anything good. I just want him to be back, and of course I scented Kacchan? He's my pack mate, my scent on him isn't unusual. He just normally washes it off when he showers so he doesn't smell like me all the time." That had left everybody quiet for a few seconds, nobody had expected Bakugou to be packmates with Midoriya of all people.

"Bakubro's your packmate?" Kirishima was the first to break the silence, Midoriya nodded. "We've been packmates since we were eleven." Some of it made sense now, Midoriya becoming protective of Bakugou, the scenting, they've been packmates for years now. "That would explain why you snapped at all the alphas who tried to get near Bakugou on Friday." Uraraka spoke up, Midoriya stammered slightly. "I'm so sorry about that! I don't even realize I do it half of the time." Midoriya rubbed the back of his neck, looking sheepish.

"It's fine, man. I get it, you felt you had to protect your packmate. Even if I don't understand why from us, its cool." Midoriya smiled slightly, moving his hands to fiddle in his lap slightly. "Kacchan's mom is an alpha, so when I want to protect him like that I don't really trust other alphas near him." The class all nodded, it made sense.

Chapter 3

Summary:

working on this while my little brother sits beside me & his friend sits beside him :3

Chapter Text

When Bakugou had returned Sunday evening, Midoriya had beat the 'Bakusquad' to Bakugou. The blonde was covered in bruises from what you could see, his face had a few scratches and cuts, and all down his arms from his elbows to wrists were also covered in scratches.

"Kacchan!" Midoriya put his hands on Bakugou's shoulders gently, Bakugou kept his gaze locked on the floor the entire time. "I'm going to need your help to cover everything up again." Midoriya nodded, gently guiding Bakugou over to an empty chair in the common room. "I can help cover them tomorrow before classes, right now we should sit down though." Bakugou hummed quietly, letting Midoriya sit down on the chair.

"Come on, Kacchan. I can clean you a little, does that sound good?" Bakugou nodded slightly, sitting on Midoriya's lap. The blonde didn't seem to notice the other classmates watching with a mix of curiosity and anger from the state he returned in.

Midoriya wrapped his arms around Bakugou's waist gently, and the blonde leaned into him. everyone else in the common room watched in slight amazement as Bakugou not only let Midoriya touch him, but also seemed to be cuddling the freckled alpha with no issues. They knew that the two were in a pack together, but it was still odd to see for them.

A grunt from the blonde interrupted the silence as Midoriya licked his face, starting at his left cheek which caused the blonde to close his left eye and scrunch his nose up slightly. To say the class was shocked would be an understatement, normally the only ones who cleaned others like that were mothers or the head of the pack if needed. Mothers would usually clean pups like that, and pack leaders/head of the pack would use it as a form of comfort. Which would make sense now, but nobody expected Midoriya to be the head of a pack that involved Bakugou.

"Your tongue feels like fucking sandpaper, Deku." Bakugou stated, causing Midoriya to laugh slightly. "You remind me everytime, I know." Bakugou rolled his eyes slightly, and made no move to have Midoriya stop grooming him.

"Uh.. Mido?" Kirishima asked, breaking the silence everyone else was afraid to. Midoriya hummed slightly, continuing to groom Bakugou as he looked towards Kirishima. "Are you like- the pack alpha in your pack with Bakubro?" Midoriya faltered slightly, and a scowl replaced Bakugou's mostly relaxed expression.

"We aren't in a pack with anyone else, Kirishima-kun. I'm Kacchan's only packmate." Midoriya dropped that bomb on the class then returned to grooming Bakugou as if he said nothing, and slowly Bakugou's relaxed expression started to return.

It was now the next day, and Bakugou had entered class seemingly with no bruises. Whatever Midoriya did to help cover them seemed to work great. You wouldn't even be able to tell if you hadn't seen the scratches and cuts the night before.

The classmates who were present last night also couldn't get there minds off of it, the fact that Bakugou only had one packmate and it was Midoriya was insane to them. And considering that it likely meant that Bakugou's only packmate has been Midoriya since he was eleven, not even Bakugou's family were pack to him. Which isn't really a big surprise considering what most of the class has seen or heard so far, but were they ever Bakugou's pack?

Once again, a majority of the class pack have found themselves with more questions then answers. They had finally crossed off the idea of Bakugou being a beta, to many things pointed towards alpha or omega. Being scented and scenting others, both an omega and alpha thing. Being groomed, mostly an omega thing but anybody could be groomed. Leaving classes once a month for a few days, an alpha or omega thing. They aren't sure how they didn't realize sooner, he wasn't leaving to go visit family, he was most likely leaving for his rut or heat. But Midoriya also left around the same time, and returned around the same time. It's not uncommon for pack alphas to share ruts or pack omegas to share heats.

So that left the class pack with the idea of Bakugou being an alpha, he and Midoriya probably share ruts together. it would make the most sense, so they've finally figured it out. It's odd that bakugou wouldn't want anybody to know though, there's nothing wrong with any secondary gender. But Bakugou being Bakugou, a few classmates are surprised he wouldn't gloat about being some big, strong alpha.

Maybe they should ask Midoriya though, he seems to know more then anybody about Bakugou. so they'd decided to ask Midoriya the next time that Bakugou leaves for any reason. Which hopefully won't last long, but long enough for them to be able to ask all the questions they have. Along with the new questions they'll probably end up with.

The school had decided to give a long weekend off due to all the stress and events that have happened recently. with Kamino, the camp and everything else that's built up into unwanted stress, though it isn't mandatory to leave for the long weekend. Bakugou, of course, had to leave once his mother found out about the long weekend.

Midoriya seemed to be seething, and most of the class didn't blame him. It seemed bad enough when Bakugou left for two days, let alone four. Midoriya had every right to be angry, he was Bakugou's only packmate. And they've been packmates for years.

Somehow the day for Bakugou to leave came much faster then most had wanted or expected, and he was standing at the door without a bag and with Midoriya practically attached to him. "Promise me you'll call or text if you need me, you know I'll be there as soon as possible." Bakugou nodded slightly, leaning into Midoriya. That must have been some unspoken request because in the matter of seconds the freckled alpha was scenting Bakugou, heavier then he ever has before.

"Maybe if you smell like me she'll get the hint and leave you alone." Bakugou laughed harshly, shaking his head slightly. "You know she doesn't give a shit about packs, she's only in one with my old man so she can 'keep him in check'. As she says." Midoriya growled slightly, scenting Bakugou more, if that's even possible.

"Okay, okay. I think you've doused me in your scent enough, nerd." Bakugou scented Midoriya quickly before leaving. Now seemed like a perfect time to ask Midoriya questions, if he wasn't still growling and staring at the doors like they personally offended him. Maybe they'd ask tomorrow, or when Midoriya was calm enough.

Chapter Text

The class pack had agreed to wait at least a day to start asking Midoriya questions, give him some time to cool off before they try to talk to him. And they did, they waited the rest of the night, and half of the next day just to start asking questions. Midoriya still wasn't exactly calm, but he was noticeably less angry then the day before.

"Midobabe!" Ashido plopped herself down on the common rooms couch right beside Midoriya, quickly grabbing his attention while the rest of the 'Bakusquad' crowded around him and Ashido. "Yes, Ashido?" Midoriya seemed to calm down when talking to the other alpha.

"You've been Bakubabe's packmate for years, yeah? And his friend for longer, right?" Midoriya nodded slightly, humming his agreement. "Well is there anything you can tell us about blasty?" Sero piped in, gaining Midoriya's attention on him briefly before Midoriya seemed to get lost in thought.

"What do you want to know about him? Some things I wont share, but I guess you can ask anything and I'll answer what I'm comfortable with sharing?" By now, a few other classmates had joined in. They were curious about Bakugou as well, now the 'Bakusquad', Todoroki, Tokoyami, Uraraka and Iida were all sat around Midoriya.

"What's his favorite color?" Kaminari asked, a big smile on his face. Midoriya smiled just as big when turning to face Kaminari. "Well, a lot of people believe its orange, but he actually likes red, yellow, green and black the most." Kaminari's smile somehow got bigger, he seemed to love small meaningless information about classmates. Nobody understood why, but it made the small omega happy, and that was as good enough as a reason for everybody.

"Does he have a hobby? I know he likes training and studying, but I'm not sure he's really into anything else?" Kirishima asked next, Midoriya gave a small hum as he looked to the red headed alpha. "Kacchan has a few hobbies, actually. He likes to read, and write. Sometimes he'll draw, oh! And he loves cooking." A few people seemed surprised by a few.

"Why does he never read when he's in the common rooms then? I only ever see him read when it's for studying." Sero muttered the last part, Midoriya bit his bottom lip slightly. "Eeh, don't let Kacchan know I told you this. But, he wears glasses when reading books, he doesn't like wearing his glasses in front of others. So he won't read in front of anyone. He can make out studying fine since our textbooks have bigger font then most of the books he reads." Sero made a small 'oooh' noise at that, nodding slightly to himself.

"What does he write about? I've never seen him writing or anything?" Midoriya looked at Jirou and tapped his chin slightly, humming to himself. "I'm not really sure anymore, actually. He used to write about hero's, sort of like I do. He has notebooks like mine as well, where he writes about hero's. I think he's briefly written about a few of you guys too, but I'm honestly not sure if he really writes that kind of stuff anymore. Oh, but don't tell him I told you! He gets embarrassed about it." Ashido chuckled quietly, shaking her head. "So he's as much of a fanboy as you?"

Midoriya laughed slightly, nodding a bit. "I guess you could say that, I mean. I did get my note taking habit from Kacchan, I saw him writing stuff down first. I just did as he did, but I took my notes way farther then he did." A few people laughed and shook their heads at that.

"So are the little sketches he has in his room his own work? I've seen a few sketches, but never full out drawings. I always notice them when im passing by his room and his door is open.." Uraraka looked a little sheepish about looking into another classmates room without direct consent, but she couldn't help but be curious. Very few students were allowed in Bakugou's room, and everybody could admit they were at least a little curious what he had in his room.

"Yeah, Kacchan wont put up actual finished drawings. He'll keep those in a sketchbook, he only rips out pages he doesn't like or unfinished sketches he wants to keep. The unfinished sketches are probably what you've seen in his room." The brunette omega nodded her head slightly. "That makes sense." She muttered to herself.

"How long has Bakugou-kun liked cooking? I know he cooks for us sometimes, and he's quite good at it." Iida chimed in, slicing one of his hands through the air calmly as he spoke. "Kacchan's been cooking since he was- I think seven? He wasn't the best at first, but over a few years of watching videos and learning he's gotten much better." Midoriya smiled fondly, the memory of trying one of Bakugou's first dishes briefly popping into his head.

"That's such a young age to learn to cook, why was he learning to cook then?" Kaminari asked, Midoriya frowned slightly. "Kacchan's parents leave the country a lot, or, they used to. Since they are both famous in the fashion industry, they'd leave for months at a time. Kacchan eventually ran out of prepared food, so he'd go to the store and buy some things on his own to make meals for himself and sometimes me if he invited me over. It was hard at first, but after some time it got easier. Kacchan got used to waking up to an empty house, with just a note left saying they'd be gone for a certain amount of time." Midoriya sighed, looking down and not noticing the shocked looks on everyone's faces.

"Once Kacchan was eleven, they left for a whole year. When they came back, Kacchan was twelve. They didn't even realize at first that they'd missed his birthday, Kacchan didn't say anything either. Masaru was the one to realize it, Kacchan told me that he had apologized. He bought Kacchan a gift and tried to make up for it. Mitsuki was just upset that Masaru 'wasted money on an ungrateful brat', as she said." Midoriya rolled his eyes slightly, Mitsuki's name coming off his tongue like venom.

"But that's besides the point! Kacchan loves cooking, and I think that's good. He's amazing at it now too, I should ask him to cook for us once he's back if he's up for it. How does that sound?" Nobody else exactly wanted to end that conversation yet, but it was obvious Midoriya did. So for Midoriya's sake, they all nodded and let the topic be changed.

Chapter 5

this is the chapter i changed the most ngl, because a lot of it didnt fit with shit i had previously written lmao

Chapter Text

After the information about Bakugou had spread to the entire class pack, they all waited for the angry blonde to return. Midoriya seemed to be on edge once again, now that he wasn't being distracted by questions and his mind was focused on Bakugou returning yet again.

They had all waited the rest of Saturday and up until now, on Sunday evening. If Midoriya's mumbling and distracted eyes were anything to go by, Bakugou should be returning soon. Though Midoriya's mumbling did get the attention of a few classmates, Yaoyorozu, Ojiro and Shoji had all sat with Midoriya now.

"Midoriya, what is it you keep mumbling about, if you don't mind me asking?" Ojiro asked, a small growl slipped from Midoriya's throat before he could stop himself. He covered his mouth, just as shocked as the other three. "I'm so sorry, Ojiro!" Midoriya apologized to the beta quickly, bowing his head.

"I'm just a little worried. Mitsuki isn't the nicest, and I think everybody knows that by now. I just hope she didn't do anything too bad this time." Ojiro nodded slightly, "It's okay, I understand your worry, Midoriya." Midoriya sighed, looking over to the doors. "I'm not sure you do, Ojiro.." The alpha muttered, more to himself then anybody else.

About half an hour passed by, with next to nothing happening before Midoriya suddenly stood up. The classmates around him startled slightly and looked at the green haired alpha as he stared at the doors, it took all of two seconds before he practically jumped over the couch and raced to the doors.

The doors opened as Midoriya reached them, a battered looking Bakugou stumbling into the common rooms. His clothes were torn and singed, his hair messier then usual, and tear tracks still running down his face. He looked bewildered, immediately looking at Midoriya. A sob escaped his mouth as he all but collapsed into Midoriya's arms.

Everyone stared in varying degrees of shock mixed with horror, the state that Bakugou was in was terrible. "Shhh, its okay now, Kacchan. Lets sit down, you can tell me what happened and we can get you some new clothes." Midoriya spoke softly, wrapping his arms protectively around Bakugou. Bakugou's body shook with the force of his sobs, his fists gripping Midoriya's shirt so hard his knuckles turned white. "She fucking alpha commanded me!" Bakugou all but screamed.

Any noise that was happening before seemed to immediately vanish, everyone's breathing seemed to become quieter and slower as well. "She what." Midoriya demanded, moving his hands to Bakugou's face and pulling him back far enough to look him in the eyes. For those close enough, it was easy to see that the alpha command effect hadn't fully worn off yet, Bakugou's eyes were slightly glazed over and his bodies pliant and weak form seemed to make much more sense now.

Bakugou didn't reply though, and Midoriya didn't say anything after. The green haired alpha all but picked Bakugou up, holding him bridal style. The alpha made his way to the common rooms larger couch, his eyes glowing a golden now as he stared down at Ojiro. "Move. Now." Ojiro quickly stood up, leaving the now empty couch to Midoriya and Bakugou.

Midoriya sat on the couch, keeping Bakugou on his lap. Bakugou buried his head into Midoriya's neck, keeping his face as close to the alphas strongest scent gland as possible. "Kaminari Denki." The blonde omega perked up at his full name immediately, zoning in on one of his best friends on the green haired alphas lap. "Go to Kacchan's dorm and pull out the green hoodie he has in his closet, it'll be buried in the back somewhere. Grab a pair of his shorts from his drawer as well. Try to be quick." Kaminari nodded, racing up to Bakugou's dorm to find the hoodie and shorts.

Midoriya slowly ran his wrist up and down Bakugou's arm, from his shoulder to his wrist, covering the blonde in his scent completely.

By the time Kaminari had returned with Bakugou's green hoodie and a pair of shorts, Bakugou had mostly calmed down. He still seemed to be pliant, but with how Midoriya was basically drowning him in protective alpha pheromones, it wasn't very surprising.

"Kacchan, you need to sit up for me." Bakugou hummed slightly, not moving as he was basically jelly on the alphas lap. Midoriya sighed slightly, a small smile on his face and he slowly sat Bakugou up properly. the rest of the class had mostly backed off, refusing to leave the room out of concern, but not wanting to be too close for Bakugou or Midoriya's comfort.

Midoriya slowly and gently took Bakugou's ruined shirt off, tossing it onto the floor. Midoriya ran his wrist up and down Bakugou's bare back, rubbing his scent into the blondes skin as he looked at Kaminari. "Thank you for getting what I asked, Kaminari. Can I have the hoodie."

Kaminari nodded, handing the hoodie to Midoriya immediately. Midoriya slid the hoodie over Bakugou's arms and head, scenting the hoodie heavily once it was on Bakugou. Midoriya asked for the shorts from Kaminari as well, repeating the process of stripping Bakugou from his ruined clothing, dressing him and scenting the new clothing. Bakugou had fallen asleep right after Midoriya slid the shorts up Bakugou's hips, so Midoriya laid Bakugou out on the couch to rest.

With Bakugou now asleep on the commons couch, and surrounded by his packmates scents, the questions had started rolling in.

"How would anyone be able to use an alpha command on Bakugou?"
"Yeah, isn't he an alpha?"
"It isn't possible for alpha commands to work on other alphas."

"That is more than enough." Midoriya's voice was deep, carried by a heavy, throaty growl. Everyone quieted down at that. "What the hell gives any of you the right to just decide that Kacchan is an alpha." Midoriya all but demanded, his voice firm and his eyes still shining with a ring of gold.

"What do you mean? It's obvious Bakugou's an alpha, he cant be a beta because he can scent things and people easily, and there's no way he's an omega. He's too rough to be an omega." Shoji basically stated, most of the class agreeing with him. "What the hell do you mean he's too rough to be an omega?" A threatening growl slipped from Midoriya's throat, a quiet whine of a reply left Bakugou's sleeping mouth. Midoriya glanced at Bakugou, sighing and willing himself to calm down for the sake of Bakugou.

"Let me guess, you all think omegas have to be these cute little soft people, right?" A few members of the class pack nodded, gaining a barely noticeable eye roll from Midoriya. "Didn't we already learn not to expect the stereotypes of alpha, beta and omega classes? Kirishima-kun and I are perfect examples. We are both alphas, but neither of us are very mean or scary usually. We don't fit into stereotypes for alphas, why would Kacchan have to be a stereotypical omega?" Everybody was silent for a few moments before Kaminari decided to speak up.

"So Baku's an omega?" Midoriya nodded, a look on his face that seemed to be telling everybody else that it was obvious. "Yes! How would you all not know this?" The class deflated a little. "Not to sound rude, Midoriya, but Bakugou doesn't often fit into much of what we've been taught about omegas." Midoriya looked at Iida as if the blue haired alpha had grown a second head.

"Just because Kacchan isn't soft, and doesn't want physical affection all the time doesn't mean he doesn't have other omegan aspects? He helps us study when he notices were behind, he'll help us train when we start lacking in classes, he cooks for some of us when we end up feeling sick, he does chores for some of us, he even cleans up after us sometimes. He takes care of most of us all the time, just in his own way?" Now that Midoriya had basically spelled it out for them, everyone slowly realized he was right. Bakugou was so painfully obviously an omega, he just wasn't a textbook case of an omega. Not an omega that most middle schools teach you about, he was different. But that didn't make him any less of an omega, and that was now staring them all in the face.

They were all fools.
