Summary:

Eddie finds out about the big Buckley secret and he worries about Buck and he calls on the people that he knows can help him back together and Eddie tells Maddie and Chimney what he thinks of them.

Notes:

Someone asked me to do a story about Buck finding out about Daniel but do it from Eddie’s point of view and how he goes all protective over Buck.

Chapter 1

Eddie was angry he couldn't believe what he was hearing and he thought he heard wrong as there is no way that Buck and Maddie had a brother and there is no way Chimney knew before Buck.

 

Looking at Buck all broken and all cried out Eddie knew it was true.

 

“Buck I know you're hurting and I can’t imagine how hard this is for you so I don't think you should be alone right now” Eddie says.

 

“It's ok you don't have to worry about me I'll be ok” Buck says and he leaves Eddie’s house.

 

Buck gets to the end of the street and he feels for the first time in his life that he can see Maddie for who she really is and looking back it all makes sense and Buck now looks at the last couple days and he knows Chimney knows about Daniel and he doesn't have the energy to be angry at him just ashamed of him.

 

Buck orders a taxi and once it's turned up he gets it back to his apartment and after getting out he pays the driver and he goes into his building and goes up to his floor and he opens his door and walks into his loft.

 

Buck looks around and he feels the loneliness of the apartment and Buck walks to his bathroom and he looks through his cabinet and pulls out a razor blade and he knows that he needs to end his suffering and he hopes Chris and Eddie forgive him but at least they will be better off without him.

 

Back at Eddie’s the man is completely worried and he knows that Buck is up to something and his mind goes to the worst case scenario so Eddie phones up his Abuela.

 

Once Eddie has got his phone from the counter and he finds her number and presses the call button he waits for her to answer.

 

“Eddie this is a nice surprise you phoning me what can I do for you?” Abuela asks.

 

“I need you to take Chris for tonight as I need to do something?” Eddie asks.

 

“Eddie, it's short notice,” Abuela says.

 

“Abuela I know but please I don't want Chris with me at the moment” Eddie says.

 

“Edmundo Diaz, what is going on?” Abuela asks and she uses her grandson's full name.

 

“Something is wrong with Buck and I'm scared he is going to do something stupid so please I'm begging here” Eddie says.

 

“Bring Christopher right over and go and make sure Evan is OK and bring him to mine” Abuela says.

 

“Thank you Abuela, I appreciate it,” Eddie says.

 

“Evan is family and we take care of family” Abuela says and she hangs up.

 

Eddie hangs up and puts his phone in his pocket and goes to his son's room to let him know what's happening.

 

Eddie knocks on the door and he pops his head in and he sees Chris at his desk coloring.

 

“Hey buddy I'm taking you to Abuelas in 5 minutes ok” Eddie says.

 

Chris looks up from what he was doing and he looks at his dad and wonders why he is off to his bisabuelas as normally he would get told a day's in advance.

 

“Why am I going to bisabuelas?” Chris asks.

 

Eddie looks at his son and he doesn't want to lie to him but he also doesn't want to scare him.

 

“Buck needs my help with something so I need to take you to Abuelas while I help him” Eddie says.

 

“I'll help him too as he will need my help” Chris says.

 

Eddie knew that Chris would say he would help Buck too and Eddie knows that Buck and Chris have a bond that he can't even touch but right now Chris needs to stay away from Buck at least until Eddie knows Buck is ok.

 

“Look buddy I'm not going to lie but Buck found out something and it's hurt him really bad and I'm worried about him so I'm sorry but I need you to go to Abuelas until I know Buck is going to be ok” Eddie says.

 

Chris looks at his dad and as much as he wants to make sure his Bucky is OK and not physically hurt he knows to trust his dad.

 

5 minutes later and Eddie has pulled up as his Abuela house and she is waiting to greet them Eddie gets out of his truck and he gets Chris out and helps the boy to where Abuela is standing after giving her a kiss on the cheek and promising Chris he will take care of Buck that's when Eddie leaves.

 

Eddie gets to Buck's apartment building in record time and the man turns the truck off and gets out and he runs into the building and goes up the stairs and he takes two at a time.

 

Once Eddie is at Buck's door he uses his key and opens the door and walks right in and Eddie checks upstairs first then he comes back downstairs and goes into the living room and checks the kitchen and Buck is nowhere so he goes to the bathroom and when he opens the door he sees Buck on the floor and the man has a razor in his hand.

 

Eddie is completely frozen and as he looks at Buck holding a razor blade he feels completely sick and scared.

 

Eddie goes over to Buck and takes the razor blade and he throws it away and just holds Buck close and the man breaks down and Eddie thinks thank god I got here in time.

 

Eddie thinks what If I didn't make it and Buck did hurt himself and he didn't phone 9-1-1 and died what would Eddie have done and how would he explain to Chris that Buck not only died but killed himself.

 

Eddie would be lost without Buck and so would Chris as Buck has been there for them and they know a world without Buck is wrong.

 

Buck stops crying and Eddie looks at him and he sees the broken boy that just wanted his parents' love and Eddie makes a promise to show Buck he is loved by so many people and he has family as he is a Diaz no matter what.

 

“Come on Buck we're going to Abuelas and that's an order” Eddie says and he helps Buck up and takes his hand and leads him out the bathroom and out of his apartment door.

 

Buck knows that Eddie is scared after seeing him nearly kill himself and Eddie will want to speak about it but at the moment Buck just wants to avoid it.

 

Buck and Eddie reach Eddie’s truck and Eddie helps Buck inside and he gives the man a kiss on the head once he is in the truck.

 

Eddie gets in and he drives to his Abuelas and Eddie knows that she herself will make sure Buck is taken care of and loved.

 

Eddie gets to his Abuelas and he gets out the truck and he goes around to the side and helps Buck get out and they both head inside.

 

When Abuela sees both Buck and Eddie she immediately goes over to Buck and hugs him and tells him that it's going to be ok and he is so loved and she will be there for him.

 

Chris comes out of the living room and sees his dad and his Bucky and he goes over to them and Buck crouches down and Chris hugs him and tells him to just keep swimming.

 

Buck remembers the very first time Chris said that and it brings a smile to his face.

 

Abuela looks at Buck and Chris and she sees that Buck has found his family.

Chapter 2

Summary:

Eddie opens up to his Abuela and she herself tells him what she really thinks of Maddie and Eddie gets his eyes opened.

 

Bobby gets told that Buck won't be in and Eddie just says it's a bug as its down to Buck to tell people.

Notes:

Abuela will always be there for Buck and she will never lie to her favourite grandchild and Abuela can read Eddie like a book when it comes to Buck.

Chris and Buck had fallen asleep on the sofa and Eddie looked at them both and one would think that Buck is Christopher's dad as the boy looks like him in every way.

 

Eddie walks into the kitchen and he takes a seat and he lets out a massive sigh and closes his eyes.

 

“I know this is hard on you Eddie” Abuela says.

 

Eddie opens his eyes and looks at his grandmother and she is looking at him and he knows that she is worried about him.

 

“I'm fine Abuela honestly you don't need to worry about me” Eddie says.

 

“Edmundo Diaz do not lie to me” Abuela says sternly.

 

Eddie knows that his Abuela only uses his full name when she is scolding him or giving him some tough love and he also knows never to lie to her.

 

“I'm sorry. I know you're worried but honestly I have no clue what to do as I need to be strong for Buck and Christopher but I just can't get my head around what Maddie did. I get that she herself was a child and her parents made her promises to keep it from him and never speak of it but Abuela I could never do that” Eddie says.

 

“Yes well you are a much better sibling then Maddie” Abuela says.

 

Eddie looks at his grandmother and the way she says Maddie's name it's like venom dripping from her voice and Eddie has never heard her use that tone before so he is completely taken aback by it.

 

Abuela has never liked Maddie and she always thought the woman was way to entitled and thought she knew what was best for Evan when in truth she didn't and the way she disrespected his boundaries really showed what kind of person she was and when Evan tried to tell her he didn't like what she was doing she would emotionally blackmail him and make him feel guilty and he would be the one begging for forgiveness so no Abuela knew what kind of person she was and she had no time for someone like that and she is going to help Evan see that he doesn't need Maddie in his life if she refuses to change who she is and how she acts.

 

“I thought you liked Buck's sister?” Eddie asks.

 

“Eddie, that woman only sees Evan as someone she can control and lie to and treat like a child. So no, I don't like her” Abuela says.

 

Eddie is again taken aback and he honestly doesn't know how to respond to what his Abuela is saying.

 

“Eddito let me ask you a question. If one of your sisters broke into your apartment and made themselves a glass of wine and then they go and take a shower and you come home and find them in the shower and after giving them time to get changed and then once back in the living room you ask them how they got in and they tell you that they told the apartment manager they were your sister and they used their boobs to help their situation and you were angry that you scolded them but instead of being sorry they had a go at you and made it out to be a situation that's acceptable would you not find that wrong?” Abuela asks.

 

“And what about how the manager just believed Maddie and didn't even think about phoning Evan and asking him if Maddie was indeed his sister” Abuela says.

 

The more Eddie looks back at how Maddie came back into Buck's life he sees how his Abuela is right and he himself would be angry at how his safety was put in danger and Maddie did not break someone's privacy but she also broke the law.

 

“I get what you mean and from what Buck has told me he was the one who had to apologise to Maddie for making it out yo be a massive deal” Eddie says.

 

“See. That woman has no respect for her own brother and I'm sorry that she lost a brother I really am but she is no longer a child and she had plenty of time to tell Evan the truth about their brother Daniel and thank god she didn't tell anyone else” Abuela says.

 

Eddie flinches at the mention of Maddie not telling anyone else and from the look his Abuela is giving him he knows he needs to tell her that Maddie told Chimney before telling Buck.

 

“She told someone else, didn't she?” Abuela asks.

 

“Maddie told Chimney that's the guy she is dating and living with and expecting her child with” Eddie says.

 

“Let me guess she told this Chimney guy that he can’t tell Evan about what she told him” Abuela says.

 

“That's right,” Eddie says.

 

“That just shows you why I do not like her more and more and it's clear that if her own boyfriend is willing to do that he clearly has no respect for Evan” Abuela says.

 

“I think Chimney may have told a victim as when Chimney was loading a patient into the ambulance the guy called out Buck's name and before Buck got to him Chimney shut the door and jumped into the ambulance really fast” Eddie says.

 

“Is that not against the LAFD to do that?” Abuela asks.

 

“Yes it is and that's something I'm going to bring up with Bobby” Eddie says.

 

“Good and I'll be with you when you are speaking to him” Abuela says.

 

“Abuela you can’t as that would be unethical” Eddie says.

 

“Eddie, someone needs to be with you and help you fight for Buck” Abuela says.

 

“I know you do Abuela but I will not be like Chimney and break the rules not when it comes to Buck's safety” Eddie says.

 

“OK I will stay here and make sure to look after your man” Abuela says.

 

“Abuela you know Buck is not my man” Eddie says.

 

“Eddie you know Buck has been your man from the very first day you met him and introduced him to Christopher” Abuela says.

 

Eddie thinks about what his Abuela said and it's true the very first day he met Buck he fell hard for him and when Chris met him that's when Eddie knew that he would spend the rest of his life in love with Evan “Buck” Buckley.

 

“Maybe but I know I'm not Buck's man” Eddie says.

 

“Edmundo Diaz you are stupid if you don't think Evan loves you just as much as you love him and I know for a fact he considers you as his man so stop being an idiot and make it official” Abuela says.

 

Eddie smiles to himself and it looks like he needs to do as his Abuela says but he is going to make sure Buck is in the right frame of mind first.

 

Eddie gets his phone out of his pocket and he unlocks it and finds Bobby's number and presses the call button.

 

Grant Nash household.

 

Bobby and Athena were enjoying their day off together and they had both just gotten back from a nice lunch and they were relaxing before getting ready to go out for a nice meal.

 

Athena comes into the living room and she hands Bobby a glass of orange juice and she sits on the couch and just takes in the quiet and it feels nice.

 

Bobby's phone goes off and he picks it up from the coffee table and he looks at it and sees Eddie calling him.

 

“It's Eddie,” Bobby says.

 

“Wonder what he wants,” Athena says.

 

Bobby answers the phone and he hopes he or Christopher are ok.

 

“Hey Eddie everything ok?” Bobby asks.

 

“Hey Cap I'm ok and so is Chris” Eddie says.

 

“That's good I'm glad you both are OK but can you tell me why you are calling?” Bobby asks.

 

“The reason I'm calling is because Buck won't be in for the next few days as he has caught some bug and he has seen a doctor and they said it's a very serious bug so he needs to stay in bed and take care of himself” Eddie says.

 

“Is he okay? Does he need me to pick up any medication for him or come over and cook for him?” Bobby asks.

 

Athena looks at her husband and as soon as she heard Buck's name she herself was ready to jump right in the car.

 

“He is fine and Buck's asked for you guys to stay away as it's one of the bugs anyone can catch and he wants you guys to be safe plus he doesn't need to take medication, just plenty of bed rest and fluids” Eddie says.

 

“OK. I'm glad he saw the doctor and I'll give him a week and if he needs longer just tell him to let me know” Bobby says.

 

“Will do Bobby” Eddie says and he hangs up.

 

Bobby looks at his phone and he feels the call ended a bit suddenly.

 

“How's Buck doing?” Athena asks.

 

“He has a bug and he saw a doctor and got told to have plenty of bed rest” Bobby says.

 

“That's good. So why do you look a bit confused?” Athena asks.

 

“It's probably nothing but I just feel that Eddie was being a bit weird that's all” Bobby says.

 

“Bobby, he was just probably making sure that he wasn't forgetting anything he needed to do, that's all” Athena says.

 

“You're right and I'm just over thinking” Bobby says.

 

Athena gives her husband a kiss and she goes to her bedroom to start getting ready for a nice evening with Bobby.

 

Back at Abuela's house Eddie puts the phone down and he goes into the living room and he sees that his son and his soon to be boyfriend are still asleep and he makes a promise to defend Buck to the end of the earth and when he comes face to face with Maddie and Chimney they are going to feel his wrath.

Notes:

Next chapter is when Buck open up more to Eddie and Buck doesn't want to tell anyone from the 118 about Daniel as he needs time to process his feelings.

 

Abuela comes face to face with Maddie and Maddie better run as Abuela is not one to mess with.

Chapter 3

Summary:

Abuela encounters Maddie and Chimney and she dose not hold back.

Bobby and Athena start to worry after they hear what happened between Maddie,Chimney and Abuela.

 

Eddie makes his feelings clear and how Buck needs people to respect his boundaries.

Notes:

This chapter I have had Abuela go full on protective mode and she makes sure that those who have hurt Buck feel her anger.

 

I wanted Buck to have time to process what he learned as I didn't like how rushed the show made him forgive Maddie and Chimney.

Buck woke up and it took him some time to figure out where he was but once he remembered what happened and how Eddie stopped him from doing something stupid he felt guilty.

 

Eddie comes into the living room and he sees that Buck is awake.

 

“Hey I'm glad you're awake, Abuela is already cooking tonight's dinner.” Eddie says.

 

“Thanks but I think I'll just go.” Buck says.

 

“Buck you don't need to leave and you sure as hell don't need to feel guilty about what happened earlier.” Eddie says.

 

“Thanks Eddie but trust me you don't need my screwed up drama.” Buck says.

 

Buck gets up from the sofa and he picks up his things and walks towards the door.

 

“Evan Buckley I know that you aren't leaving my house.” Abuela says and she stands between the living room and the kitchen.

 

Buck knows that if he walks out of the house then Abuela will be after him with the chancleta.

 

“No mam.” Buck says.

 

Abuela walks back into the kitchen and Eddie follows her and Buck does the same.

 

Buck sits down at the kitchen table and Abuela and Eddie do the same.

 

“Well I'm sure Eddie told you.” Buck says.

 

“Yes he did and my heart goes out to you Evan but you do not need to let this break you do you hear me you are loved by me and Eddie and Chris so you tell us how you feel and if you wish us to back off that's what we do as we respect boundaries.” Abuela says.

 

“Thank you Abuela.” Buck says and he is so glad that he has her support.

 

“Buck I've told Bobby that you have a bug so you have a week off.” Eddie says.

 

“Thank you. I don't want anyone else knowing as I can't handle them looking at me but I'm going to speak to someone about how Chimney may have told a victim about Daniel.” Buck says.

 

“That's your right to do that.” Abuela says.

 

Eddie’s phone goes off and takes it out his jeans pocket and looks at who's calling him and it's Chimney.

 

Eddie declines the call and he can't deal with whatever excuses he is going to tell.

 

Abuela looks at Buck and she sees the pain in his eyes and she hates that his own family just seem to disregard him.

 

Eddie’s phone goes off again and it's Chimney and again Eddie declines it.

 

It seems Chimney can't take a hint and he calls again and again.

 

Eddie is getting passed off and is getting angry.

 

Chimney calls again and Eddie answers it.

 

“Chimney you need to stop calling me as it's clear I don't want to talk to you but you seem to think if you keep calling then I'll cave but I won't so don't call again.” Eddie says and he hangs up and blocks Chimney's number.

 

“He probably wants to moan about how upset Maddie is and how she was a child herself and I'm overreacting.” Buck says.

 

“Then he is going to be in for a rude awakening. Evan you have just found out something that is life changing and you have the right to be angry and to process your feelings and you are not overreacting. Let them say that to my face and then they will not like my answer.” Abuela says.

 

“Buck I don't think you should be staying by yourself.” Eddie says.

 

“Evan is moving in here as I will take care of him.” Abuela says.

 

“Abuela it's fine I promise I'll be ok.” Buck says.

 

“Evan you are moving in here and that is final.” Abuela says.

 

Abuela gets up and she goes to the cupboard and sees that she hasn't got some of the ingredients for tonight's dinner.

 

“I need to go to the shops and get some ingredients. I will be back soon.” Abuela says.

 

“Abuela I'll go.” Buck says.

 

“It's fine as I know what I need so I won't be long.

 

“I'll drive you as Chris is still sleeping.” Eddie says.

 

“I'm going to take a shower.” Buck says.

 

Eddie and Abuela leave the house and get into Eddie’s truck.

 

It takes Eddie 20 minutes to get to the shops and Eddie tells Abuela to call him when she is finished and he will come and pick her up as he is going to do a few errands to run.

 

Abuela walks into the shop and she picks up a basket and starts to walk through the aisles.

 

Abuela doesn't look at the products on the shelves as she knows what she is looking for so she heads straight to the spices.

 

Abuela reaches the spices and she immediately picks up what she needs.

 

After double checking that she has what she needs she turns to leave but hears a voice.

 

“Hey Karen, do you think Denny will like Lasagna?.” Maddie asks.

 

Abuela knows that is Maddie’s voice so she decides to see who she is with.

 

“I'm not sure.” Karen says.

 

“I'll buy the little packs instead and if he doesn't then it's fine.” Maddie says.

 

“Ok we have white wine and red wine and non alcoholic wine for the mum to be.” Hen says.

 

“As much as I appreciate the thought Hen , I'll just stick to orange juice.” Maddie says.

 

Abuela sees not only Maddie but also Maddie’s boyfriend who is the one who keeps bothering her Eddie.

 

Abuela walks up to the group and they smile at her.

 

“Mrs Diaz nice to see you, is Eddie here with you?.” Karen asks.

 

“He is running some errands. I'm glad you took Eddie’s advice and stopped bothering him.” Abuela says.

 

“Guys, do you want to explain?.” Hen asks.

 

“All you need to know is that this man has been bothering Eddie and you do not need to know the reason as it's a family matter between Evan and his sister but her boyfriend believes he has the right to interfere when he doesn't.” Abuela says.

 

Hen and Karen can tell there is more going on but they do not want to get involved.

 

“Mrs Diaz I just need to speak to Buck and explain how hard it was for me.” Maddie says.

 

“How stupid are you women? You have just told Evan why he was treated the way he was growing up and now you're making it all about yourself but then that doesn't surprise me.” Abuela says.

 

“Mrs Diaz please if you just let me speak to Buck or tell him that he needs to phone me.” Maddie says.

 

“There you go making it about yourself.” Abuela says.

 

“I'm not, I'm just trying to explain how hard it was for me.” Maddie says.

 

“Maddie doesn't need this ok and Buck needs to think about his pregnant sister.” Chimney says.

 

Abuela turns around and she has fire in her eyes and Chimney is terrified.

 

“You are another person who likes to play the victim and the fact that you stand there and don't even care about your future brother in law and act like that Maddie is the only one who is important when she knows that she has caused so much pain towards my Evan and she suddenly expects Evan to just forgive her and act like nothing has happened.

Well no, I won't allow that.” Abuela says.

 

“Look Mrs Diaz I just need Buck to listen to me and then he will understand why I had to tell Chimney first and then he will be ok.” Maddie says.

 

Karen and Hen don't know what's going on but they figure this is why Chimney has been acting weird for the last few days.

 

“Girl you are completely stupid if you think I'll be letting you anywhere near Evan and that goes for your boyfriend.” Abuela says.

 

Hen knows that something is wrong with Buck and by the way Abuela is talking it's something bad and both Maddie and Chimney are disregarding Buck's boundaries.

 

“Take this as your only warning to stay away from Evan.” Abuela says.

 

Abuela turns around and she goes and pays for her items.

 

Hen and Karen look at Maddie and Chimney and then look at each other and the both silently agree to go and see Bobby and Athena.

 

Abuela leaves the shop and she gives Eddie a phone call and he says he will be there shortly.

 

A few minutes later Eddie pulls up and Abuela gets in the truck and Eddie drives away.

 

Hen and Karen come out of the shop and they see Eddie driving away.

 

“Let's make a quick stop at Bobby and Athena's.” Hen says.

 

“Yeah that's fine.” Karen says.

 

Chimney and Maddie come out of the shop and Chimney says that he is going to take Maddie home and can they do dinner another time.

 

Both Hen and Karen say that's fine and to be honest they are glad as it gives them time to talk to Bobby and Athena.

 

Chimney and Maddie get in their car and drive off while Hen and Karen drive the other way.

 

Hen pulls up at Bobby and Athena's house and she and Karen get out and walk towards the door.

 

Karen knocks on the door and Bobby answers it and he is dressed very nicely and it dawns on both women that their friends may be going out for dinner.

 

Bobby looks at his friends and he wonders why they are here.

 

“Sorry to turn up unannounced but it's important.” Hen says.

 

Bobby lets both women come in and as he is closing the door Athena comes out of the bedroom and she is wearing a beautiful red dress with black heels and silver jewellery.

 

Athena is surprised to see her two friends and she hopes that everything is ok with Denny.

 

“Wow Athena looking sexy there girl.” Hen says.

 

“Bobby is one lucky man.” Karen says.

 

“And don't I know it.” Bobby says and he walks down the stairs and joins his wife.

 

“Is everything ok with Denny?.” Athena asks.

 

“Yes he is fine. It's Buck that may not be ok.” Hen says.

 

Karen tells both Athena and Bobby about what happened in the shop and how Eddie’s grandmother had a massive go and Maddie and Chimney and how she mentioned Buck and how he has just found out something and it's like Maddie is making it all about herself.

 

Athena and Bobby look at each other and they remember the phone call that they had with Eddie and how it ended abruptly.

 

“Thanks guys, I'll speak to Eddie.” Bobby says.

 

Hen and Karen leave after that and Athena goes and picks up her phone from the dining table and calls the restaurant and tells them a family emergency has come up and unfortunately they have to cancel.

 

The woman on the phone says that unfortunately they have lost the deposit and Athena says that's fine and for the woman to have a nice evening.

 

Athena gets off the phone and Bobby has his car keys and Athena follows him outside.

 

Once in the car they head to Eddie’s house.

 

Eddie had to stop at his place as he needed a few things for him and Chris as they were spending the night at Abuela's house.

 

While Eddie is packing himself and Chris a bag his Abuela is looking through his fridge and cupboards and she knows that she will be cooking a lot of food for Eddie and Chris.

 

Eddie comes out and he has a bag for himself and Chris and he hears someone knocking at his door.

 

Abuela opens the door and she sees Bobby and Athena standing in front of her.

 

“Captain Nash and Sargent Grant, what can we do for you?.” Abuela asks.

 

“Is Eddie home as we need to speak to him?.” Bobby asks.

 

“Actually Bobby I'm about to be leaving.” Eddie says and he comes to the door.

 

“This won't take long.” Athena says.

 

“Sergeant Grant I know why you are here as I'm sure Hen and Karen spoke to you about me having a go at Maddie and Chimney.” Abuela says.

 

Eddie looks at his Abuela and he hopes she didn't reveal anything.

 

“Don't worry Eddie I didn't say anything but what I did say is what the bitch deserved to hear.” Abuela says.

 

Bobby and Athena are shocked to hear Eddie’s grandmother speak about Maddie like that.

 

“Look guys all you need to know is that Buck told me something and I'm not telling you both as Buck deserves privacy just like the rest of us and I honestly think we need to start looking at how we think it's ok for Buck to tell us everything but we keep things to ourselves.” Eddie says.

 

“Eddie I understand but this is Buck we are talking about.” Bobby says.

 

“And Buck is allowed to keep things to himself and he is most definitely allowed to set boundaries. Please Bobby don't push me on this as it won't make matters better.” Eddie says.

 

“Just tell Buck we love him and we are here for him.” Athena says.

 

“I will.” Eddie says.

 

Bobby and Athena leave and Eddie makes sure he has everything and he and Abuela leave and Eddie locks the door.

 

Abuela knows that it's going to be hard for Buck but hopefully with Eddie and Christopher's help the man can heal.

Buck spends sometime at Abuela's and he starts to see how Maddie is showing possessive behaviour.
