PROLOGUE: The Ocean Waves Calls For Your Sanity
Normally when I wake up I start my morning routine. Have breakfast, get ready, say goodbye to my parents and head to school, as mundane as it is I enjoy the peacefulness that it came with. However, today had other plans. I knew something was wrong or atleast I suspected something was off, I thought I was just being paranoid for no reason but turns out that paranoia came true.
The moment I opened my eyes I grew with a mixture of shock and confusion. This bed, this entire room it wasn't mine…
As soon as I realized it I quickly threw the covers away and got up. Never would I have expected to be kidnapped in my entire life, was I kidnapped? I tried to go through one of the doors but no used it was locked. Looking around the room itself despite not being mine was clearly habitable with proper working air-conditioning. The walls had this green paint painted over it with an abstract portrait of a person with a sheep mask sitting right above what seemed to be a small but large television screwed on the wall. The bed I woke up on was comfortable enough for someone to quickly fall asleep after a busy day at work and a brown closet was sitting right next to a door that would probably lead its way to a bathroom. The whole place looks like an apartment. As I was looking around the room my eye dialed towards something that could give me some answers.
A window?
I quickly rush my way to the window as I try to open it up. If I was really kidnapped, why was a window in this room that could give me an easy escape.
Presumably an escape that wouldn't even let me live. I was fifty feet above ground jumping down might not be the best idea if I want to have broken bones. But that wasn't what surprised me the most.
I blinked.
I blinked again.
What the….
I was greeted with a view of what seemed to be a city of some kind, a very prestigious city judging from the architecture. Buildings surrounded the area like a circle, the occasional plants and trees decorated the area but all of that is small compared to what caught my attention. A very large skyscraper located in the center lights emanated from all sides that you can't help but to look at, and above that above the whole city was a metal dome preventing anything to get in or out as well as hiding whatever the outside was.
I stepped back. My mind circles with questions. Where am I? Who did this to me? And more importantly how am I going to get back home.
My train of thought was cut short when I heard a knocking on a door.
“Hello?, is anyone there”
A voice, a woman's voice that sounded like she was around my age.
“Uh…yeah” I shouted back “Where am I? And what did you do to me!”
“Calm down, i'm in the same boat as you” the woman said to me “Listen I'll explain everything to you, just grab the phone in your desk next to your bed and the door will automatically unlock” Confused, I listened to what she said as I checked the desk drawer and saw a strange device on it.
The device itself was flat with a black and white cell covering the back with a clear screen on the top, this is a phone? It looks so…odd. As soon as I took the phone it turned on revealing very few options to use it. I guess whoever did this to us didn't want us to call for any help. I heard a click and turned around and tried to open it once more.
Like the girl said, the door automatically opens up as I exit the room. A long hallway stretched out revealing many other doors with pictures of people on the front and at the far end was an elevator and a flight of stairs. In front of me was the woman I was talking to. A Girl that was definitely around my age had long dark hair and was wearing a blue school uniform. On top of her head were a pair of glasses resting on it but her most standing feature was her big overbite teeth. She glanced at me looking me up and down before speaking again.
“Your Morisaki-shi right?” The girl said “it's good to see you're alright I guess”
I froze up, unable to answer at first “How did you know my name?”
She didn't say anything, instead pointing to something on my shirt “You have a name tag” she said flatly. As it turns out there was a name tag attached on my school uniform. Its color was a seafoam green like everything around this place and the most confusing part of it was what was said at the bottom of my name.

I turned back to her in confusion before she laughed a little.
“Yeah apparently everyone here has those titles” she said unsurprisingly “a lot of them sound rude and it looks like you got the short end of the stick”.
She pointed at her name tag that was attached to her uniform. It was similar to mine but it read…

“You should just ignore them” she said “they're practically a distraction to what's really going on”.
“It's- uh nice to meet you Sayaka” I said, still processing what she said….hang on!
“Everyone? Are you saying there are more people here” I asked Sayaka.
“A lot actually, I just woke up so I don't know how many people got rope into this place”.
This is getting out of hand. I was kidnapped and taken to a city with a metal dome on it, at least I'm not alone in this.
“You're free to go explore, you know, I'm just gonna stay here just in case anyone else needs help” Explore huh? I guess that's my first priority. I said my goodbyes to Sayaka and headed out to the city to find some answers.
Taking the surprisingly prestigious glass elevator (which was a surprise for me to see, let alone ride) I headed down to the first floor, disappointingly with all the buttons there where only three I could press the others being out of order for some reason. The floor I was on was the third floor and right below that was similar. Finally I made my way out of the elevator as soon as it stopped, the decorations of the lobby looked much better than what was in the apartment I was in. It still had boring and basic items like plants and mediocre paintings but the furniture looked more pleasing to look at unlike the plain old bed I was sleeping on. Other than that this lobby didn't look very interesting but what caught my eye was a person sitting on one of the couches near the reception desk.
This person was a girl similar to me and Sayaka's age. She was wearing a school uniform similar to the both of us, it was mostly different shades of light blue. Her hair was long and brown as she sat down thinking about something, probably our situation as it is. She soon noticed me staring at her cause she wave to me a hello gesturing to come closer.
“Hi, sorry didn't see you there” She said in a cheerful voice. “I was just thinking about something but how are you feeling”
“As good as I can be” I said awkwardly, I squinted my eyes to get a better look at her name tag that was pinned to her shirt.

Which I didn't ask despite being curious about, “What were you thinking about?” I asked curiously.
“Oh just stuff you expect, how did I got here, where is it even here and what's going on back at home…” She looked down with a face that was visibly upset. “I hope my friends and family are okay back at home…I don't want them to worry about me”
I can relate to that, I may not have been close with my family as much but I still don't want them to worry about my safety. My friends are a different story, Yutaka will probably try to call the police a dozen times if he knows I'm gone just to see if I'm alright…
“Don't worry, we will find a way out of this place and get back home” I said, trying to cheer Fukami up and keeping her hopes up. “My name is Morisaki Taku”
She smile as she stand up and Introduce herself the same way “Fukami Touko, it's nice to meet you Taku”
Outside of the apartment complex I got a better view of the outside. It was much better than the room I was in. The whole environment looked like your average park with grass, trees and flower beds with stone pathways. Come to think about it, the whole place looks like it forms a large circle with all the buildings going around with the large skyscraper located in the middle. What caught my eye was an off putting marble statue of a mermaid laying on top of a pedestal with a bear face with a split on it instead of the usual female head. It was unsettling to look at, which is the reason why the two people talking weren't trying to look at it.
Both of them were boys, one of them was a young man about average height. His outfit consisted of a tan suit with a red tie tuck inside of it. He had brown hair style nicely making him fairly attractive, he was discussing something to the other boy. The other was a boy somewhat smaller than him. He was wearing a green uniform with a white shirt underneath and his hair was unnaturally bright pink with strange antenna pins attached to his head with a pair of matching green glasses. He didn't show any sign of emotion as he remained quiet despite how the guy seemed to be talking to him.
“I see, I understand how you feel the need to be quiet but I just need a few more answers from you” the boy with brown hair said.
“You already asked a lot from me already” the boy said calmly despite not opening his mouth but I could just be seeing things “besides you can get answers from him too”
He pointed at me as soon as I noticed the both of them, the other guy quickly took notice as he was dragging along the boy in hand despite how he didn't seem to want to do it.
“Good evening” the boy said professionally “sorry I do apologize I didn't notice you were here as I was busy asking questions to Mr. Saiki over here” he looked over to the boy presumably name Saiki as he shook his head in agreement.
“It's fine I just got here anyway” I looked down at the boy's jacket as a name tag was attached to it reading…
LIGHT YAGAMI

The boy notice me trying to read it as he than cover the name tag with his hand “please ignore that, it something irrelevant of what I have to ask you”
That didn't sound right I couldn't tell but he almost sounds a bit offended at it “Okay what are you gonna ask me?” I said, trying to brush it off.
“Oh just the typical stuff the same thing I asked Mr. Saiki here”
“Saiki Kusou…but just call me Saiki” Saiki said after remaining silent for the entire time, looking at his name tag it was correct this is.

“Now anyway as I was saying, may I ask for your name, I could just look at your name tag but I want to hear it from you.”
he asked.
“Morisaki Taku, but Taku is fine” I answered
Yagami nodded as he began writing down somewhere “good my next question is do you have any recollection on how you ended up here”.
“No not really…the last thing I remember was heading home from school with a friend” I said
“Mmh…and what exactly happened while you were heading home, did you bump into somebody who could have took you hear”
I stayed silent, what he said rang in my mind, if I can't remember anything else besides that then…oh god did- did something happen to Matsuno…no no it can't be if he was he would have been here with me but..
“Come on Mr. Saiki we don't have all day” Yagami proceeds ignoring how I look.
Saiki must have noticed me trembling as he cut in between me and Yagami. “Hey can't you see him having trouble answering”
Yagami took a glance at Saiki after a long silence he sighs as he looked back at me “I must apologize, I didn't know you were struggling to answer this. Let's just put a pin on that” he put his pen and notebook in his pockets “I will be on my way now if any of you two need be I will just be heading over there” Light then left the both of us.
I looked back at Saiki and said a simple “thanks…” The pink-haired boy didn't say anything as he nodded his head and left just like Yagami did.
Saiki despite how…quiet you have been especially in a place like this, you seem to be caring at least. I look down as I begin to think about it again.
….Yutaka I hope you're safe…
The small school located behind the tower was something to not be amazed about. The outside looked fine with the red painted bricks, school clock and bell hanging from the top, inside was more disappointing as I entered a single small hallway leading straight ahead with lockers on both sides of the corridor. Four doors leading to two small classrooms, an office, and a teacher's lounge stand aside. This whole school, if you even called it that, looks like it was built for preschoolers. But at least someone here thinks this place looks much more interesting than me.
It was a girl with short brown hair style in a pixie cut. Her entire outfit from the skirt to the boots was purple and had an image of a skull on her shirt and spikes as a paperclip was hanging on her ear. She was also carrying a matching purple guitar. She was walking in circles but she stopped as soon as she noticed me.
“Oh hey there mate what's up” she spoke in a Scottish accent as she greeted me.
“What does it look like to you?” I said half hardly.
“I'm sure that you haven't fully taken in everything yet” she scratched her head.
“You could say that, why are you here?” I asked.
“Oh I just had a run in with some chick with a total attitude problem and I wanted to cool off in a quiet place, this place feels like I'm inside a library” she explained to me what happened as she did I got a good look on her name tag which apparently this is.

A foreigner? How is she able to understand me?
“I think her name was Velvet I think? I only got a good look at her weird tag so I didn't read it all” she finished as she read mine which I was wondering why I still have it on.
“Sick name dude named Luna” she reached her hand out to me.
I introduce myself and took her handshake. “Morisaki Taku but Taku is just fine”
“You seem like you worried about something, let me guess feeling a bit homesick” Luna guess.
I look down remembering some stuff “Yeah a bit I mean I do miss my family but I miss my best friend the most”.
“Yeah I get that, I miss my home and my family. I guess that's what you get when you live with ten siblings” she laughed a bit melancholicly.
“Wait…TEN!?” How the heck is that possible?
“Yeah we might have fights sometimes but we all still love each other like a family, and I'm sure they are safe out there, just like yours to Taku”
Luna tried to cheer me up, as much as I still think they could be in trouble it was nice getting some reinsurance in some way.
The small pharmaceutical clinic didn't look like it could be any help for us. Inside the old fashion looking building was a single coat rack and a few cabinets field with practically nothing besides typical medicine and the most scary one of all a mortuary confinement and a surgical table hopefully we wouldn't used those parts at all or even the entire place I wouldn't think it can be much help with major injuries.
As I was exploring the place I noticed that there were two people arguing close by or rather one person was yelling at the other. One of them was a girl with pale skin and black hair styled into a long flowy ponytail. She was wearing a white jacket over a blue shirt with a broken heart logo on it as well as a pair of jeans with rips and tares on it. She looked to be more annoyed by the other person talking to her. This person was a guy unlike the girl he had tan skin and dark blue hair. He was wearing a graphic purple t-shirt with white words on the front and a pair of jeans. He didn't seem to be upset at the girl who screamed at him instead he was pushing himself on to the girl.
“Dude shut up I'm not gonna fuck you for the last time!” the girl said, trying to move a foot away from the guy.
“Oh come on girly you need someone to look out for you in a place like this like the Jonesmister himself” the other guy said flirtatiously.
“Jesus Christ this is unbearable” the girl slapped her forehead, the girl then saw me staring confused at the both of them “oh shit here we go again…”
“Uh…hey” I said awkwardly”what's going on here?”
“Oh nothing much buddy just trying to lead my way into a girl's heart, the ladies go crazy over me if you know what I mean” He said smugly.
“Yeah as in they would want to be administered to an asylum” she said glaring at the guy who was shocked to hear what she said.
“Okay…what are you two doing in a place like this”
“The same reason as you are but if you're talking about this building in particular I was just following her trying to keep her safe” as the boy said that I could get a better look at his name tag which is.

As he said that girl gave a passive aggressive eye roll “Yeah I'm just here to get me some drugs if I'm gonna be stuck here I atleast should be high” her name tag showed as I could make out the words.

Out of everyone else I met this one I was afraid of. “Okay….Right well I have already search this place already but if you two want to go search some more than be my guest”
“Thanks dude but we got it from he-” Jonesy paused right before he could finish his sentence as he noticed a familiar blond girl out of the window. He then smirks as he barges open the door he came from “Hello blondy~” and goes after her.
“Finally I thought he would never leave. Sucks to be that bimbo tho.” Nicole said with no hesitation as she started searching the cabinet full of cough medicine.
The dinner located right next to the apartment complex was fairly normal; as I entered it I could hear a bell up above me. From appearances alone it reminded me of those bar places my dad used to go to, an izakaya. Actually this place also has decorations from other countries such as mexican, american, chinese and many more almost as if a bunch of cultures were squished inside a room together creating a chaotic mess. Rows of tables and chairs were organized as posters of food were glued on the wall. What surprised me was someone exited what looked like the door to the kitchen.
He was a young man with long hair that was a mix between blonde and brown that was covering one of his green eyes. His outfit consists of a white and purple shirt and necktie with a yellow vest with an emblem attached to the front. He was also carrying a large yellow backpack and a belt that holds a bunch of cooking utensils on it.
“Hello” I said trying to not startle him, which he jumped up from shock as he saw me. As I got closer I could read his name tag oddly enough his name didn't have a last name for some reason but it read.
ARVEN

I didn't say anything about it as Arven finally spoke.
“What do you want?” he asked, a bit skeptical.
I froze “Uh- Nothing I was looking around and exploring this place and meeting everyone else”
He stared at me for a while before sighing and scratching his head. “Sorry for sounding paranoid there, it's just that I'm not used to places like this.”
“A diner?” Confused, I tilted my head.
“A- no, actually this place feels more comfortable to me since I cook a lot” I could tell judging from the cooking equipment you have. “I just mean this place in general I don't think even kanto has a city like this”
“Yeah I can relate to that” I said, agreeing with him.
“The worst part is I haven't seen a single pokemon anywhere at all” Arven said “not helping the fact I don't have mine for some reason.
Pokemon?
I raised an eyebrow and as soon as Arven saw it he said “You too huh?” Before remaining silent.
“I'll explain what they are another time” Arven looked down, almost disappointed.
I may not be the one to read the room all correctly but I know when someone feels down “hey it's okay we'll get some answers soon” I tried to reassure him.
Arven softened as his face warmed up “My name is Arven by the way” he reached out for a handshake.
I took it as I introduce myself to him “And I'm Taku”
Entering the convenience store it felt like I was back at home buying groceries. I looked around and there wasn't a cash register anywhere or anyone working at the place but despite that everything else looked practically normal. It had things you expect to see such as microwavable meals, small package snacks and a few drinks located inside the fridge as well as a few other home good items like paper towels other than that there wasn't anything particularly not wordy going on in the room.
That is, I would have said I'd not turn around and see something scanning the fridges.
Out of everything that has happened to me today I didn't expect to see what right now. At first I thought I was hallucinating but after rubbing my eyes and pitching myself there was no doubt about it. Right In front of me were two animals.
Humanlike, clothes wearing, talking sentient animals.
The first one was a chubby cat with dark blue and white fur with stripes all over his body. He was wearing a brown sweater with an orange beanie covering his head with his ears popping out from both sides as his long tail curled up on his leg. He was searching the fridges with his company who was an entirely different species than him who he had a hard time talking to at least. The other one was a taller lizard-like animal with a typical female body type and had much more detail to her look unlike the cat she was with. She had blue scales as well as long silver hair (fur?) Her eyes were a color for ember orange as she had a large head-crest on top of her head she had a short tail as well as detailed feather wings on her back. Her clothes look similar to Luna's look with her mostly wearing black clothes such as her crop top and jeans and sharp spiky skull like accessories. She doesn't seem to have any enthusiasm as she was speaking to the cat.
The cat somehow notices me staring in disbelief and confusion as he stares back at me with not a word coming out of his mouth. Which causes the lizard-like animal with wings to turn around and as soon as she saw me she glared at me. From the look of her face she could easily tear me apart.
“Uh……hi” I couldn't find the right words to say what I should even say to them. I have never met a talking and walking animal in my life.
After a long awkward silent staring contest the cat finally spoke up but he was having a hard time like me “Uh…hi” he waved a hand at me.
I slowly got closer to them to have a better conversation as I did. I saw what the cat’s name tag is which read as.
JAYCE SERCAP

“So uh…nice weather we're having” Jayce said trying to start a conversation.
“Yeah…” I said trying to ignore the fact that we don't know what time it is because of the metal dome.
The lizard girl next to us gave a little chuckle “wow you two are awkward as hell”.
“Can you blame me, I'm not good at socializing, not helping with the fact I have never seen a talking hairless monkey before in my life” Jayce said pointing at me “No offense”.
“None taken, besides I never met a talking cat before” I said laughing a little. I took a look back at the lizard girl who quickly shifted her face back to glaring at me.
“What are you looking at!” She snarls at me. I took a quick glance at her name as fast as I could. I don't think she likes me looking at it considering where it is placed.
LUCY AARON

I look back at her with an awkward face on “Sorry it's just that I never met a lizard wing woman like you before” yeah that came out worse than when I was thinking it. I should have probably kept it Inside as she soon was now looking at me with murderous intent.
I was about to run from her incoming attack until Jayce the cat stepped in and tag on her shoulder. “Fang…”
The lizard with wings quickly calms down and looks down on her feet “Sorry…”
“Fang? Is that your name?” I asked
“Yeah?...What about it?” Fang replied back but from the look on her face she probably already knew what I was gonna say.
“It's just that…doesn't your name tag read as Lucy-”
“D-don't call her that!” Jayce cut me off a bit before I could finish my sentence. As he noticed my expression he quickly blush and tried to brush what he did.
“Uh…S-sorry for it's just that Fang doesn't like to be called that name so please respect that about them” Jayce inform me.
“She's a bit self conscious about it…”
“You don't have the phrase it like that” Fang look annoyed but they seems to smile a bit at seeing there cat friend defending them.
“i didn't know that, in sorry I promise I won't do that to her- I mean them next time” I apologize as I corrected myself from the mistake I did.
“Good because you better” Fang said with her fangs peeking out of her mouth. Before anything else that could happen they soon left me and Jayce as they exited the convenience store.
I look at Jayce who was staring back at me awkwardly “Are you going to follow your friend?” I asked.
“Oh me and Fang aren't actually friends…I just meet them after a similar encounter that you were gonna have haha” he laughed a bit but it was clear he didn't find the exchange funny. Glad whatever happened to him didn't happen to me but I still feel bad about it.
“Oh wait! Someone should make sure they don't do the same thing again!”
Without any other word he quickly exited in the same fashion Fang did and out of the door.
I thought entering the greenhouse would be a nice change of pace from the exploring I'm doing, it was relaxing. A large oak tree was growing right in the center of the room with its branches spreading far above as flowers of all shapes and colors grew from flower beds and vines. Some fruit and vegetables can be seen in some stands ripe enough to pick as the yellow warm light imitating the sun shines above. It was cozy to be in the room and it almost feels like I'm outside in the forest itself but knowing what's at stake I shouldn't delay.
“Beautiful isn't it” I jumped a bit. I didn't expect someone to run into me. As I turned around I saw someone staring right back at me.
It was a girl with long flowy blonde hair and skin as white as snow. Her outfit was produmbly red but combining with the gold and white access her makeup and accessories like the crown on top of her head made it easily clear she was from a rich and wealthy home. She tried to apologize to me. “Oh sorry if I accidentally surprised you a bit I didn't mean to” she said defensibly.
“It's okay I just didn't expect that to happen, but you seem a bit out of it” I said to the girl.
“Yeah, this has never happened to me before. The first thing I knew I was going to class with my friends the next thing I knew I woke up in a place that doesn't look like home” her voice was more worried than anyone else I have heard before.
“but that's okay, because sooner or later my prince charming Derek will come to save me with his knights by his side” her voice change optimistic but it was clear she was trying to think hopeful of her situation. I walk closer to her to get a better view of her name tag which stands out on her dress due to its color. It read as…
APPLE WHITE
SUPER DUPER SCHOOL LEVEL

I thought it was strange she received a talent she didn't sound like the type to be like that.
“My name is Apple White the daughter of Snow White, what about you?” She introduced herself but something about what she said made me confused.
I raised an eyebrow as I said “Snow White…like the fairy tail snow white?”
Apple looked shocked, then disappointed then took a deep breath calming herself. “Sorry you might not believe this I have already tell this to some others and they all don't believe me as well…you probably won't believe that I am her daughter”
Daughter? Are you telling me this girl is a daughter of a children's story? Obviously I did not believe that, I mean something like that could only come out of a child's imagination but after meeting two talking animals my beliefs have been changed a bit.
“Y-your right, I don't believe it…but if it's true then I guess it is nice to meet you your highness” I said, cheering Apple up a bit while still being skeptical.
“T-thank you” Apple smiled warmly as she looked at me a lot calmer than before.
The context of inside the large blue warehouse named “Build-A-Souda” was a surprise to see. Inside were rows of different appliances. Mattress for beds and seats, kitchen utensils and stoves, a variety of decorations and much more as the catalog goes on. Looking around just like the convenience store there wasn't anybody running the place; it looked like they could just barge in the unlocked doors and still whatever they wanted from inside. But despite that everything look so organized and quiet-
*CRASH*
Well…it was quiet. I started to search the warehouse to find where the sound was coming from and as I do the voices keep getting louder and louder.
“Listen here you bastard I am warning you for the last time don't mess with me!” A man screamed aggressively presumably to another person who spoke up next.
“Careful now don't want to blow your head up now porcupine” another man spoke this time he sounded more gleeful and egotistic.
“Porcupine! What the hell does that mean?!” The loud man yelled back as I soon got to the sound. I took a glance over one of the shelves and looked over the two people who were arguing.
One of the boys had blonde spiky hair and he looked surprisingly well fit and mascular for his age. Like me and others I have met he was wearing a gray vest with green accents and a matching green pants school uniform however it was haphazardly put on it was easy to tell he was a delinquent where he comes from judging by the fallen down book shelf from behind which he probably pushed down himself. His eyes were bright red as veins pop up from his head. He looked like he was about to punch the guy.
“Listen pal if I have figured out why my quirk isn't working I would bash you head up in explosions!” The man threatened as sweat fell down his skin but the other boy didn't look much amused.
His outfit was really simple which consisted of a white volar shirt that was over a black undershirt with a belt and black shoes and pants to complete the ensemble it looked almost like my uniform that I was wearing. He had medium lang light brown hair but what caught my attention more about his basic appearance was the fact he had never open his eyes the entire time he was arguing with the other boy. Or more likely didn't seem faced as he kept a smile on the entire time.
“Again with this quirk thing wow you must have hit your head really hard if you seriously believe such a dumb thing like that” the boy mock the other guy even laughing a bit.
The other guy In question seem to take the blow. “You know you have such an ego for someone who is quirkless!”
But unlike him he didn't get offended of what he said. “I don't know what this but if you are trying to insult me you are doing a hard job buddy”.
“Ugh! That's it!” The angry guy was about to throw a punch but before anything bad could escalated.
*CRASH*
Somehow he managed to slip on a fallen small circle tube base and fall right onto a pile of bowling pins that was conveniently placed right next to him from behind. The other guy just laughed at what just happened as the boy who fell tried to get up. I quickly rushed over to him to see if he was okay and once I got a good view of his condition I saw his name tag peeking out.

“Ugh…” Bakugou rubs his head, as he sees me trying to help him up he slaps my hand away “tsk don't touch me weakling!” wha- hey you don't just say that to people who are helping you!
“Oh gosh that was such a train wreck from you Katsuki you should probably do comedy instead of this hero stuff you talking about” The other guy kept on laughing the more he did the more hysterical he sounded.
“Hey!” I shouted back “don't you two know what's going on outside. What the heck even happened here? How did you end up fighting each other!”
He soon stopped laughing as he came closer now face to face with me as he did. I got a nice look at his name tag.

Which seems to be pretty accurate of how he acted so far.
“Stay out of this buddy this isn't your fight!” Bakugou yells at me in anger.
“Katsuki calm down can't you see I'm trying to stop you two from fighting” I rebuttal back.
“I don't need help from someone like you! And just call me Bakugou God damnit!” Bakugou pushed me to the side as he was now staring right back at Tsukimiya.
“Oh come on now Katsuki why don't you ask for help from that little Lapdog on your side. After all he seems like the type of person to help out trash like you” What did he mean by that?
“I'm not gonna let some dumb lapdog help me with anything! Like beating the crap out of you, quirk or no quirk!” Bakugou yelled back at Tsukimiya who didn't seem to show any sign of regret.
I slowly back away from the incoming squabble as much as I don't want someone getting hurt. There's no point in stopping that delinquent from doing anything…I may or may not be upset by what he yelled at me.
Besides the warehouse and I guess the large skyscraper and the apartment complex, the gymnasium was the biggest building among the others. However inside look to be like your average one at best, sports equipment lay inside and outside some closeted areas as large seats expand upon the entire room with the ceiling lights deadly lighting the room from both sides were basketball nets hang above and a badminton net was placed in the center of the entire court. This room feels nostalgic to me as it reminds me of the times I played sports with my friends and watched Yutaka watch from afar since he wasn't much of an athlete. As I was drifting in my head someone or rather two people entered the building.
They were both young girls who seemed to have the most pleasant conversation than anyone else I have met. One of them had a purple hairstyle as a ponytail that is falling a bit to the right. Her eyes seem to be a gradient just like her black school uniform outfit that fades to gray. From the look of her expression she seems to be enjoying her chat with the other girl. She had long black hair that reached to the end of her hips. She was also wearing a school uniform that was all red but it seems to be from a more private school judging from the style it was with a black skirt accompanying it. She seems to show a much more friendly demeanor as she keeps chatting.
“That's amazing Mafuyu, you will be a great doctor one day!” The girl in the red uniform says joyfully as she compliments the other girl.
The girl with purple hair looked a bit humble. “Ah thank you Ms. Jabami but you don't have to say that”
“Don't be like that Mafuyu I'm just acting like a good friend even if we just meet each other” she smiled joyfully but as soon as the two saw me they deflected a bit.
“Ah sorry we didn't know someone was in here” the girl in Black said, I got closer to get a better look of her name tag.

“It's okay” I said to her “I was just finishing investigating the gymnasium if you two are planning on exploring more of it be my guest but you won't find anything here useful”
The girl in red uniform came closer to me presumably to read my name tag as I could hear her sounding the words “Well it's nice to meet Taku, My names Yumeko Jabami and this is Mafuyu Asahina” Asahina gave an awkward hello as she introduced her, I look at her name tag which it was correct.

Jabami must have noticed me reading her tag as she started to look at me in a funny way. “Oh caught your eye on something~” she blushed and gave me a wink.
“...that's not what I was doing”
“Oh come on I was just joking” Jabami looked a bit upset as if I didn't react the way she expected.
“Well it's a bit inappropriate…” Asahina was a bit upset at what Jabami just did. “Still it was nice to meet you Mr. Morisaki”
“Thank you Ms. Asahina but you can call me Taku if you want”
Asahina giggle to herself “Oh well if you insist”
I finally made my way to the last building in the area, as the build board above said “KumaCutie” it was clear this was a makeup Parlor. Through the looking glass I could already see all the makeup they are offering from lipsticks to different shades of highlights. Entering the brightly pink and yellow building I could see a big portion of the room was dedicated for hair styling with wigs and shampoos next to the mirrors with snippers. I may not be interested in this type of stuff but I could tell this is every girl's dream place. I could imagine a few girls from my school going here talking about stuff. But something in the room seem so out of placed in fact they were more out of place than anything I have seen so far.
Yes Jayce and Fang weren't humans but at least they are recognizable, this thing this person…I have no clue what she is.
She was an elastic looking girl. Her entire limbs from her torso were nothing but tube shape as her gray skin popped out amongst her outfit which was a gold top and skirt with purple boots and an overly large purple crown on top of her tube hair that was styled like a green Ponytail. She extended her arms that were physically impulsive to reach as she grabbed a nearby lipstick and applied it to her face. As she did that she saw me looking confused at her through the mirror and turned around with an offended face on.
“Do you mind, can't a girl like me just do her makeup in pieces without being bothered by weird creatures” wh-what!
“Hey you can't just say that, do you have any respect for others!” I yelled back at her.
She did not like me yelling from the looks of it. “How dare you say something like that to me! Do you have any idea who I am? I am the one and only Velvet the Megastar of Month Rageous! If anything you should have respect for me” as she posted she stomp closer to me in rage I can now get a good look of her name tag which was plastered on her gold top.

No last name again just like Arven, and this must be the Velvet Luna was talking about. As she finally got closer to me she leaned in and I could feel her breath a bit.
“Well I demand an apology from you, you nobody!” velvet demanded as she pointed her finger at my forehead.
“Listen I don't know who you are but what makes you think I'm gonna do any of that especially from how you acted” I said to her on faced by her threat.
“Ugh I can't deal with this right now, you are all the same!” and just like that she storms off in anger.

I…I have no idea what that was all about.
“You too huh?” I didn't notice it before but someone else was inside the building. Unlike Velvet this person was defined as a human but he was definitely a foreigner from another country.
He was a boy that look about my age he had light brown skin with fluffy brown hair his eyes were amber color as his outfit which was a normal red turtleneck sweater with a red gold chain around his next that had the letters N Y on the front as he got closer the name tag attached to him poke out and was what I first noticed about him.

“You had a run with Velvet I take it” I said to him trying to forget and make sense of what just happened a few seconds ago.
Exer sigh as he gave me a look that said he was piss “Yeah when I first came here Velvet order me around like some kind of servant to her and when I confronted it and said No she lash out and yell at me stay away from her or else”
“And…you did what she said?”
“Pfft yeah right” Exer laugh “I just had enough of her bullshit, anyway names Exer, Exer Campbell is nice to know you”
“Taku Morisaki and the same here” I introduce myself back “You know I should probably explore this building more. It is the last place I have checked after all”
“No need dude, I already did and there isn't much in here besides a few girly stuff a friend of mine would love to go to a place like this” Exer than shifted and change the conversation to something else “Speaking of this place…I don't know why but I have a bad feeling something will happen”
“Yeah I agree, your actually the first person here to bring that up to me I just hope we get some answers soon-”
Before I could finish a loud static sound interrupted me as both me and Exer jumped from the loud noise.
“What was that” Exer yell
“Over there!” I pointed over to a large flat screen on one of the walls with speakers, in fact the more I think about it I have seen that screen a few times in other buildings I have been into. The static soon dimmed as an ominous figure popped out; they were completely covered in shadows as I had a hard time identifying their silhouette but soon they began to speak.
“Attention mic check, one two three, attention all attendees please make your way In front of the Monokuma spaier for a special announcement. If you do not show up then serious punishment will befall you toodles!”
The tv turned off as well as the speakers, the voice…that was the most unsettling voice I have ever heard in my life, it was like listening to a children show mascot trying to harm someone. I look at Exer who shared the same terrified look I have.
“We…should better go, I don't know about you but I do not want to find out what will happen if we missed this announcement” I silently agreed with him. Maybe we can finally get some answers from whoever that was.
The journey to the skyscraper was quicker than expected. The lights from it soon dim as I finally gather In Front of it seeing everyone else I have met.
“And do you know anyone who could do something like this?...”
“Every single man I know than yes, but No sorry can't help ya”

Apple and Mafuyu were complimenting each other's looks from one of the benches around the area.

Fang and Luna were exchanging music as they both talked about their passion as Jayce was busy thinking about something on a bench. He noticed me coming in my direction and gave a little wave but he still looked awkward doing it.
“Taku!” A familiar voice shouted my name is Fukami came running in my direction with Sayaka behind.
“how was the investigation been for you” Fukami said in a cheerful voice.
“It was…. interesting to say the least, at least it won't be so boring here with this many people” I said and Fukami nooded.
“Yeah a lot of them are a bit mean but I'm sure they are nice people who are just confused about what's going on”
Confused we all were, we waited about a few hours before anything else could happen. I really wanted to know what is taking this person so long to come here.
“Ugh, when the heck are they gonna show up!” Velvet said what I was thinking out loud.
“Yeah what's taken them so long,” Jayce agreed.
“Maybe they are busy trying to prepare something?” Apple said
“Well whatever it is, they better have a good reason why we are here!” Arven complained.
“AAH! That's it! I can't wait any longer!” Bakugou had enough as he yelled “Hey! Whoever you are, show yourself or else I'm gonna blow you up to bits!”
“Yeah that's gonna make them come out for sure” Tsukimiya mocked him for that.
“Oh don't you try to start with me you ass hole!”
“Everyone please be patient!” Yagami step in-between the two before anything bad could happen. “I sure whoever this person who called us all here will show up soon”
“Wait a second!” Sayaka said, getting everyone's attention. “Someone is missing!”
“Huh? Are you sure?” Jonesy said skeptical “everyone seems to be here”
“Positive, while I was investigating the apartment complex I counted that Nineteen doors”
“Nineteen, so someone is missing,” Jabami said, surprised.
“Do you think they are alright?” Asahina looked worried.
“Knowing what the voice said, they are probably dead already,” Nicole said without hesitation.
“Why did you say that Unfaced” Luna stepped back away from her.
“I'll go check on them they are probably still in the apartment complex” Sayaka was about to leave but before she could “oh and before I go if I see any of you goofing off…” she didn't need to finish as half of us decided to stay and wait for her.
“Hey Sayaka wait!” I yelled before she could go any far “I'm coming with you too the more of us searching the fastest it would be”
Sayaka stop to think before sighing “Fine I guess I do need some more help”
“Take care guys” Fukami said as we soon left everyone and headed back to the apartment complex.
As Sayaka open the door we begin searching for the nineteen person, it took longer than expected as we both search the two top floors front and back to no avail after that was a bust we continue looking at the lobby unfortunately the lobby itself was huger than the rooms upstairs as we keep searching from door to door trying to find this person, after awhile we both stop and took a break seating in one of the couches.
“Maybe we should have let the others help us..” I suggested a bit too late.
“We have been looking for a few minutes now where the heck could they be!” Sayaka had enough as she tapped her foot impatiently next to her seat.
“Maybe they are in another building somewhere…” thinking about it I wish it wasn't true because then we would have taken us a longer time to find them.
“...did you hear that?” Sayaka raises her head. At the time I didn't hear it but soon enough a loud thud coming from the door that leads to a basement erupted catching my attention.
I look back at Sayaka who already got off her seat “That's got to be them right?”
“Only one way to find out?” I joined her as we entered the basement.
The basement was in complete darkness as we tried to walk down the rows of stairs trying not to fall down. Good thing Kanamori found the nearby light switch but what surprised the both of us was how dirty the basement looked. The whole room looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months as mold and dirt covered the walls and old equipment as a stenchy odor coming from nowhere unlike everything else in this weird place. It wasn't strong like in a dumpster but it was stinky enough to make the both of us recoil in disgust.
“Hey, is anyone here!” I yell out to get the attention of whoever was inside but no one answered.
Sayaka looked at me as she made a plan of action “you look over there while I look over here” I silently shook my head in agreement as I started to look around my area.
It took a while but I managed to find a small coredor big enough for a child to fit in. It had a large metal box covering it preventing anyone from seeing what's behind it but it can easily fit through if you squeeze through it which is what I did. As I finally shimmy my way through I look over and expect to find this person only leaving a shock expression on my face.
“Uh…Sayaka you better see this…” I hesitantly called out to Sayaka which she heard and was now entering the tight area I came out of.
“This better be important Morisaki-shi did you find…them…or...” she stared back in complete silence “what the…”
We both shared the same feeling as we stared directly at the person who was trembling right before us.
This person was a boy that was wearing green overalls that look like it belong to a soldier and had seen better days his hair was a messy black bush that look completely like he hadn't wash it in days his skin look pale almost grayish and sickly as I could see healed wounds of sorts now leaving scars that could easily be un notice. He didn't say a word once we found him as he continued to tremble in a curled up position with his hands over his ears as he sweated intensely out of anxiety. But as soon as he looked over us I could see his terrified face that looked like a scared child in the woods.
“...” He didn't say a single word.
Neither did I as I had a hard time trying to figure out the right words to say to him even more so than meeting other strange people so far. Sayka, who also looked like what I was feeling all be underneath her usual expression, slowly approached the boy trying to not frighten him.
“H- hey….are you alright…” Sayaka gently said to the boy which made him jump a little.
“Don't worry we won't hurt you” Sayaka spoke in a calm and gentle tone as to how serious and no nonsense she had been, it almost like she was a completely different person. “Can…you tell us your name?”.
“...” The boy remained silent but his face shifted as if he understood what she said, soon enough a voice came out from him.
“.....L-Levi….that's my name…”
Sayaka offered her hands to help the boy up, “Why are you here Levi didn't you hear the announcement?”
“I…I did…I was just scared ... .I was in a similar situation like this…but it was more dangerous…..I don't like being in crowded places..” Levi kept on talking pausing every time he spoke,

Before I could ask, I suddenly remembered why we were here in the first place. “We- we should go, the others are probably still waiting.”
Levi started to look terrified again as he started to back off from the both of us as he retreated more to the corner. Sayaka looked at me displeased as I looked a bit ashamed of what I did.
“Don't worry none of the either are going to hurt you, but if you don't come with us we all would get hurt…” Sayaka continues trying to ease the boy down. “You don't want that, do you?”
Levi stayed silent as he looked at the floor but he soon slowly arose and stood up facing the both of us but was having a hard time trying to remain eye contact. “...okay…and sorry for the ... .inconveniences” I managed to see his name tag which was already covered in dirt from the basement but I could still read it.

“It's okay, and sorry for pushing you a bit” Levi didn't say anything as he started to leave with us out of the basement.
As we walk up the stairs I whisper over to Sayaka. “What was that?”
She raised an eyebrow and whispered back “What was what?”
“That, you were a completely different person from what I have seen of you so far, I respect that”
“...Thanks I guess, I was just doing what I could to help the guy out…as much of a pain is his inconvenience…he looks like he needs help” I agree with that. I might just met the guy but he really needs help out of all of us. Whatever he's been through before being here was something bad, but I don't want to pry it out of him. He doesn't look comfortable to share that at least not just yet.
We finally arrived back outside from the building, Levi covered his eyes from the bright lights from sensitivity as we made our way back to the others who were all waiting for us in front of the skyscraper.
Saiki took a small glance at our direction “they are back, finally”
Fukami turned around with a reassuring smile “Taku, Kana! I was so worried did you find…them…”
Everyone stared in silence with a mixture of different emotions, shock, concern and others even people like Tsukimiya and Nicole who I expected to not care or have a smile on, as they all saw Levi who was hiding behind the both of us looking down from embarrassment or something else.
“Woah, what the fuck happen to you?” Nicole was the first one to break the silence.
“Yeah dude you look like you've been in a war” Exer said worriedly.
“....More or less…” Levi looked like he wanted to run back to the basement again.
“Hey what's wrong with all of you! Hasn't anyone told you all not to stare” Sayaka yelled at everyone. Which made them all turn to look away from Levi.
“Don't worry” were the only words I could say to Levi as he looked back at me, it was hard to tell what he was feeling but it was easy to tell he was struggling being around people.
“Okay now that everyone's here where the heck is this guy”
Just as if Fang commanded it all of a sudden the static noise from before started up again directing everyone's attention to the source of it, we all turned right In front of the door of the of the skyscraper and waited for something to happen and what happened next, the door suddenly swung open and close back up again and what came out of the door was…

A bear it was. It had a strange look to it, one of its halves was white with a pleasant smile, the other half pure black with a wicked sneer and a slash red eye.
“Greetings one and all my Lovely Passengers!” the bear spoke in an overly cartoony voice “I’m so beary sorry that I couldn't make it in time, but good thing I did otherwise the soldier boy over there will have his brain blown up!” The bear looked in the direction of Levi who backed up away from what it said.
“W-What the fuck is that thing!” Jayce point at the bear
“It doesn't look like any pokemon I have ever seen…” Arven said
“It's giving me the creeps just staring at it…” Apple whispers.
“Hey! Quiet down, you know it is bad to interrupt your Mayor!” the bear yells, stopping all the commotion to desist.
“Wait mayor?” Sayaka was confused, “you're the mayor of this place? I find that hard to believe”
“Yep I'm not just a mayor or a bear! I…” it pauses for dramatic effect “Am the one and only Monokuma!” Suddenly small confetti came out from behind the bear as we all looked in confusion.
“...are you serious! Don't you all know how hard it was to set this confetti up!” It was hard to tell considering he didn't move his face at all but he was angry.
“Hold on pause for a moment, you're the one who brought us here! How and more importantly WHY?” Exer try to ask some questions to the bear.
“Of course I am, you all should be happy that you all could be a part of this lovely little experiment” Monokuma didn't care of the confused and scared face we all have as he continued on with his singsong demeanor.
“E-experiment?” Asahina said “What experiment?”
The bear look over to Asahina “Well I glad you asked, you see we all know how the world is going…soon enough people will overpopulate the planet and it will lead to lack of resources and uh…stuff”
“ That's actually deep,” Fang let out, nodding her head.
“Which is why we decide that you nineteen lucky people will be the first ever residents for our special one of a kind city!” The bear jumped for joy.
“Hold on! I didn't sign up to be a part of some underground city!” Bakugou yell.
“Yeah, some of us still have school to finish” Fukami joined in.
“Really aw that's a shame” wait really that's it we could just say no and we'll be off no persuading or anything. “Well hope you get your swimming gear on because it's gonna be a long one.
What did he mean by that?
“Huh? Oh what a silly little bear I am, I forgot to lower down the dome” with just saying those words all of a sudden the metal dome above us started to come down as it did bright light shine from above. It felt nice feeling sunshine again but…something…something feels off…was the sky always that blue?
It turns out it wasn't a sky but instead a large body of water.
“Are we…in the-”
“Ocean why yes” the bear interrupted me before I could finish “You see me and many other researchers figure out that humanity couldn't survive outside of our planet no matter what we'll do. People will just die in a few months, that's why we decided to build our very first ever society underwater! And present to you the Despair Open Ocean City!”
“That's it, I have enough of this bullshit!” While we were all distracted by the sky (water) above us Bakugou managed to jump and tackle down Monokuma.
“H-Hey, what do you think you're doing!” Monokuma struggles trying to make the hothead let him go.
“Lister hear Build-A-Bear! Either you let us back to the surface or I'll just kick your ass!”
Monokuma protested “You can't do that, it is against the rules to harm your Mayor!”
“So what! I don't care for some stupid rules, let me go or else!” No matter what the bear said, it didn't bother Bakugou.
“So be it…” all of a sudden a ticking sound came from nowhere each second past the louder and faster it got.
“What's the noise!” Velvet said as the ticking gets faster and faster.
“You guys don't think-” Jabami couldn't finish her sentence as Yagami suddenly shouted at Bakugou.
“Bakugou get away!” Bakugou didn't listen to Yagami but he soon realized what was about to happen.
He then jumped away from Monokuma but it was too late as the bear suddenly exploded causing Bakugou to land right next to a nearby bench he did get injured but he sure was hurt.
“Shit!..” he yelled in pain as Fukami and Sayaka came running to him in a hurry.
“What the hell did you think that was a good idea!” Sayaka lectures Bakugou as Fukami looks over the part he got hurt.
“Wow Katsuki you really did a number to yourself huh” Tsukimiya mocked him as Bakugou was ready to attack him Touko thankful pin him down.
“Why would you say that can't yous we his injured-”
“Wait…the bear was a bomb!?” Jonesy looked surprised. Before any of us could figure out anything a familiar voice came back.
“Jeez and yet that broccoli somehow still likes you, think of this as a warning shot okay” Monokuma returns out of the door of the skyscraper looking all brand new as if what just happened didn't happen.
“Wait, how are you back? We saw you explode!” Jayce looked shocked.
“Continuing on” Monokuma didn't answer Jayce’s question as if he was avoiding it. “If there is no further delay we can get to the meat of the introduction!”
“Now I understand none of you want to be here-”
“Yeah no the, deep shit-” Monokuma glared at Nicole after she cut him off as she soon stayed silent like the rest of us.
“Great! Because all of you don't need to worry about a thing, you see this experiment it's to insure humanity can live in another location that it's impossible at first. As soon as the experience ends in a success you all are free to go home!” Monokuma explained.
“And…when will that be?” Asahina asked but she sounded hesitant.
“Why simple! This little experiment is going to end….” He pauses for dramatic effect.

“I'm with the stretchy bimbo, if I wasn't injured already I would have blown you up by myself!” Bakugou yells.
Arven held him back before he could get up again. “No you won't!”
Monokuma was surprised of everyone's outburst “Jeez talk about a tough crowd, I haven't even gotten to the part where there is another way out of the city”
“Why didn't you tell us that before!”
“I was going to before you all interrupt me!” As Monokuma spoke again all noise dwelled to nothing. “You see, living a normal life in the ocean can be such a boar. Yes the beauty of the sea is one thing but it can get easily boring. That is why when the experiment has a troublemaker amongst us we have no choice but to cancel the project entirely!”
“Quit the stalling and just tell us already…” Saiki didn't look like it but he seemed angry by how long the bear was stalling.
If Monokuma had eyebrows he would be frowning by the amount of times he was interrupted “Fine! If you want to know so bad then I'll tell ya! The only way out of the Despair Open Ocean City is…”

No one said a word as Monokuma bluntly said those four words, those four words that will hunt our entire stay in this god forsaken place. The silence was soon cut off when Luna screamed.

Monokuma chuckle “you heard me, the only way out of this place is to murder your fellow attendees!”
“No no way no way this can't be real this is just some mess up dream!” Jonesy told himself trying to convince this was all fake.
“Believe what you want, buddy but the truth is I won't let any of ya leave until I see one of you covered with your own blood!” Monokuma's voice became more tuating by the minute.
I looked around, everyone was panicking from the information, some of them trying to keep calm among the noise but what caught everyone's attention was something that will surprise us all.
“Just one…”
Levi who was relatively quiet this entire time spoke up “I don't want to kill anyone but…just one…” Monokuma tilted his head “well you can go for two if you want but-”
BANG!
Monokuma didn't have time to finish as a gunshot was fired, Levi who was holding a shotgun in his hand directly pointing it with smoke coming out from it at one of us. And that person was…
“Ah What the Fuck!” Nicole yells from pain as blood falls out from a gunshot wound in her leg.
“you…said if one of us dies we can all go home!...So if I k-Kill…one…This nightmare would all be over!” Levi who was still holding the gun in hand mumbling his words as he was trembling from his feat in fear.
“What The, where did he get the gun!” Arven backed away from the boy.
“Oh god we're all gonna die!” Jayce started hyperventilating as he stood behind an equally freighten Fang.
“Everyone please calm down…” Apple have tears in her eyes as she tried her best to calm down the situation.
“Someone please stop him before he hurts anyone else!” Yagami demanded.
I didn't know what happened next. I didn't know how I managed to push Sayaka out of my way, I didn't know how I managed to smack the shotgun out of Levi's hand and I didn't know how I was looking face to face with the boy.
Levi, despite trying to kill someone, looks absolutely horrified. He looks even worse than how I first met him in the basement. I didn't said a single word as I could only look at him disappointed. But I was equally as terrified as everyone else I just meet the guy and I'm already jumping in trying to calm him after he shot someone. But luckily that didn't happen.
Levi who was now peeling onion in his eyes looked over to everyone who looked a mix of emotions but they were all scared of the guy. He looked back at me and then Kanamori and could only let out a weak apology.
“I…I'm….. Sorry…” he soon run off to somewhere in the city as we all just stayed silent.
“Uh well…” Monokuma did not expect that to happen as he try to think of what to say “Okay before I let you go at each other throat I think it's best if I show you the rules frist” I heard a bib in the phone from my pockets but didn't notice it as I was still trying to process all of that. “they are now in your moniphones if you don't want to end up like that self proclaimed Sociopath over there you should better read them, happy killing” And with that he soon banished leaving all of us in shock.
Again there was nothing but silence as a few seconds passed that felt like forever Mafuyu spoke up again but was still struggling.
“So...what should we all do now…”
Fukami look at her and her scared face soon change into determination “what we should do know it's to figure out how to get out of here by working together” she still sounded afraid but she was strong to wipe her tears off.
“I may just meet you all today…but I do not wish to hurt any of us, I just want to see my home again and I'm sure you all do to”
“Do your really think that?” Nicole who was now having a bandage in her leg good thing the shot wasn't to fatal otherwise she wouldn't be able to walk. “It's like you said we all just meet each other how are you so sure none of us would go insane and start shooting everyone just like that future rapist”
“Are you talking about Levi?” Saiki asked.
“Whatever, I may be suicidal but I would like to die by my own terms, if anyone does need me then fuck off…” and just like Levi Nicole soon left us all.
“As much as it pains me to say it, but Nicole is right we have only meet each other how are we so sure that none of us are planning to kill each other” Yagami spoke up despite sounding like the leader even taken charge of it he sounded skeptical towards all of us “And if not that you see how Monokuma seem to threaten us all with that explosion.”
“Well he only did that because Bakugou tried to attack him” Jabami think positively despite what her voice sounds “maybe we'll be fine if we all just listen to what he says…”
“I don't want to risk that!” Velvet yells despite everything that has happened she looks more upset than afraid. “It's bad enough that I have to live you with freaks for the rest of my life, but now I have to protect myself just in case one of you breaks, no way I'm out of here”
“I'm going to! And there is no way none of you are convincing me otherwise” just like the others from before they soon left us leaving us all behind.
I looked at Sayaka who seemed to believe what Yagami had said but she was not a fan of it.
I look at Saiki who didn't show it but I can tell he was upset as the rest of us, all he can do was stare at the skyscrape.
Then I look at myself, my hands, I have used them for hard work either for school or at home but with something like this. Could I be capable of murdering someone with these hands?
And that is how it all began at the start of the killing game and the many lives we have lost and the many sacrifices and pain we endure for survival…
This was the very first moment that we have felt absolute despair.

CHAPTER ONE: The Wind Rises And Despair Starts Kicking In
….
It took me a while to come back to my senses. Somehow I didn't notice I was inside the diner looking down on an empty table. Looking around I saw the others as well, possibly taking in the situation. You can tell what kind of person they are by their mannerisms, Luna tapping her feet trying to cover the dreadful silence, Yagami pandering to himself, Apple dusting the small devry of her dress. It didn't take a genius to tell that everyone wasn't pleased with the whole killing game.
How could they? It's a killing game, a game where anyone of us could die, including me. I wish I spent my time with my friends instead of focusing on school if my life came to this. Especially Yutaka….
Yutaka…I wonder what he will think of the situation I'm stuck in right now ... ..if he's out there I hope he's okay…
The silence was quickly cut off when Fukami barge In through the kitchen door.
“Hey we can't just give up that easy guys!” I could see a little smudge on her lips. Did she eat something while she was there?
“Do you seriously expect us to just ignore the hell that just happened?” Jonesy replied.
“Yeah, I know it's bad I'm shaken up like all of you too, but there's gotta be something we should do!” Fukami continued to the dismay of Fang.
“I do not need this overly sugary attitude right now…” they whispered but I could hear what they said beside them “Even if there is something we can do it's not going to fix our situation as it is!”
“Maybe we should investigate the place?” Jabami added.
“We already did that, what good will that help” Arven said.
“Actually that's not a bad idea, we didn't explore more of the place like we did earlier” Exer said.
“Yeah and It can help lighten up the mood a little” Fukami seemed to look happy from how we were trying to think of a solution. It almost made me smile.
Yagami stand up “Very well, if we are underwater there has the be some way we were all transported here”
“Like a submarine?” Jayce suggested.
“If there is something like that here then it is our top priority to find it” Yagami finished as we all stood up in agreement.
“Well I think I should say my goodbyes now if you excuse me-”
“No you don't” I took hold of Tsukimiya’s back collar before he could run off. “I'm not going to leave you on your own especially how you acted earlier”
Apple looked confused. “What did he do?”
“He and Bakugou were fighting when I first met them.” Well, if you call being a pess fighting.
“Well that explains why Katsuki seems reluctant just now” Saiki perks up from the commotion.
“I think we should all pair up for this, better look together than be on our own” Excer said.
“Especially our predicament right now” Yagami added “You can't tell if someone is planning a murder if they are on their own”
“Do you really still think someone is going to do that…” Asahina expressed shock while still remaining her composer.
“No one is going to murder anyone, right Kana?” Fukami took a glance at Sayaka.
Sayaka didn't want to answer instead she just said “Dont call me that...” before going back to thought.
“Can you…let me go now…” Tsukimiya said still with a sickening smile on his face but I can tell he doesn't like it.
“Not until we find someone who can watch over you, until then you stuck with me pal-”
“I can watch over him if you want dude” the Scottish accent was easy to guess as Luna came over to me.
“A-are you sure about this Ms. Loud?” Sayaka asked and I can't help but be concerned the same way too.
“No worries mate I have a sister that likes to pull jokes and laugh like that back at home, I'm sure I can handle this guy” Luna insisted.
“You should listen to her, Morisaki, she seems like a capable girl~” somehow while I wasn't watching Tsukimiya slip away from my grasp as he stood next to the rocker girl.
“Okay fine but you should take someone else with you, any volunteers?” No one offered to help, not even Fang, who I assume they would, considering their former interaction with each other, I guess Tsukimiya did feel a bit much for all of us.
Well not all of us, Saiki took a step forward. “I can join them”
“Really mate?” Luna seemed surprised, me too, Saiki didn't seem like the type to be around people as loud as those two.
“I have dealt with even more eccentric people where I'm from, besides if I didn't come forward we will be here all day”
Saiki then opened the door. It could just be my eyes playing tricks on me but it seemed like he didn't even touch the door. He waited a few moments before speaking to Luna again.
“Well are you guys coming?” Luna shocked herself back to reality as she took Tsukimiya by hand.
“Wait before you go if you happen to see Katsuki and the others please tell them what we're doing”
“You got it mate” Luna saluted Fukami
“Yeah and tell Nicole I'm still available~” even in a place like this Jonesy still can't help but be flirtatious. Even with someone like Nicole of all people.
Luna rolled her eyes at him as she and the two left the dinner to investigate somewhere.
Yagami then spoke as soon as they left the group “I supposed, if we are going in groups then I'll just be assigned then”
“Hey hold on who put you in charge!” Jonesy cut off.
“No one, I took charge, having a leader is best for the group's chances of escaping” he explained.
“Wait! I thought you said you don't trust anyone here, why are you suddenly making us do what you say!” Jayce complained.
“Agreed I'm not going to follow some guy just because” Fang agreed
“Rather you trust me or not is up to you but I think it is best if you all follow me for now, any objections?” No one disagrees with him. Yagami was a strange case for me. He seemed to be very much helpful to us but rather his being genuine or not was hard to tell.
“Hey Light” Fukami raised her hand to get his attention.
“Yes Ms. Fukami?” Fukami asked.
“Well I was wondering if it's okay if Kana and Taku went investigating. I want their help with something, that is if they are okay with it” as Fukami suggested she turn to our direction.
“Sure I guess you're useful enough” Sayaka said, picking her teeth and I nodded in agreement.
“Well ... .I suppose that both of you agreed is enough, be sure to return here later so we can discuss what we found” as Yagami spoke I left with my group out of the dinner.
The walk was both peaceful and unnerving, with the new found knowledge of being underwater makes it more wrong in a way. I always felt connected to the ocean as I Lived close to it but being inside of it it's a whole nother feeling entirely. Fukami led the way as she skipped gleefully. I got to hand it to her. She seems stronger and more positive than anyone I have seen so far. The same can not be said for Sayaka while she still had her natural expression from before. I can tell in her eyes that she's trying to move on from the revelation. I don't blame her.
“You good?” I asked and she turned to my direction.
“What do you think?” She said sarcastically “Of all the shenanigans that could happen to me this is the worst one of them all”
“I get that, my life isn't that exciting compared to the life of an adventure. I'm just a normal school boy, at least they don't have to be worried about being kidnapped by a teddy bear” I couldn't help myself as I snicker at the comment I made. Sayaka didn't as she sighs in frustration, best not to make jokes at a time like this.
“Hey Fukami-shi!” Sayaka yelled to get her attention “where the hell are you leading us!”
Fukami turn around facing us directly while still continuing on her path “Were almost there guys just a few more”
“You didn't answer my question”
“Is best if you see for yourself- oh here we are” Fukami stop at our direction as I finally saw what she meant, In Front of us was a metal wall that look like it came from a sci-fi movie it was about two feet tall of the tallest person here and above that was the glass dome keeping all of us in and the water out. I couldn't help but be amazed by the enginuity.
“Why did you take us here?” I asked.
Fukami pointed directly at the glass wall. “I wanted to take a look at the glass dome itself to see how it was made, glass ain't expensive but it's certainly very fragile. Whoever made it probably used special material for it.”
“How do you know about this?” Sayaka asked.
“My father owns a glass shop. I come and help him from time to time. I actually wanted to be a great glass artisan so I'm kinda an expert on this sort of thing.” She explained enthusiastically.
“Okay but why do you want us to come with you?”
“Isn't it obvious “ she directed us to the metal wall in front of us “See the big metal wall, it isn't as big as the buildings here or any other walls we've seen so far so if you just got on each other's shoulder I can take a closer look at it.”
“Then why couldn't you just ask those tallest people here like Yagami or Lu- Fang” I almost dead name them, even if they are not here I could still see their deadly glare as I almost said the words.
Fukami's expression then changed it to someone who looked genuinely happy “Well that's because I want to hang out with you guys more.
“Wait” Sayaka paused. “really?”
“Yeah!” Fukami affirmed “You two don't seem all that different from me from what I can tell, we are all just normal school kids who are about to graduate…” as she finished her sentence she looked down worried.
“...Is something the matter?” I reached out to her for comfort.
“Nothing I just reminiscing about my times back home that's all, I sure hope my friends ain't worried about me…” the tone suddenly changed as I remembered my life before this and it seems like Sayaka too, I guess despite her nature she has friends back home too.
Fukami slapped herself on her cheeks as she tried to lift the spirit back up again. “Anyway can you guys help me out now”
Without another word we made our way as I lifted Sayaka up as she first leafed Fukami on her shoulders as we got closer to the wall. I struggle a bit carrying both the girls.
“Are you okay down there?” Sayaka took a glance at me while she tried to keep Fukami from falling.
“A-a bit I did deliveries heavier than this…” I said I was a bit ashamed to admit I was struggling. “Can you please hurry it up…”
“Why? I thought guys like you can handle lifting a few girls, or are you suggesting something” I could feel Sayaka judging and waiting for me to respond despite I can't look up at her.
“N-no nothing- It's just that you can hurry up there!”
“Sorry Taku but it's going to take a while longer…”
It took about a few minutes but eventually I lifted the girls back down.
“So what do you learn about glass?” Sayaka asked.
“Not much” Fukami sounded disappointed. “This glass is something I have never seen before, it looks super thin but glass can't survive underwater without shattering so it isn't any normal glass I have seen at least.”
“Then it's a no go” I shake my head.
“Talk about a waste of time,” Sayaka sighs.
“Hey at least we know the glass won't break anytime soon” I tried defending but Fukami shook her head.
“No, no she's right Taku sorry for dragging you two with me” Fukami said apologetically.
“It's fine, you just thought you were onto something that's all” Sayaka tried to reassure her.
Fukami smiled “Well if that was a bust where should we go now?”
“I say we should head to the pharmacist best to check if we can treat any Injuries or illness if we get them” Sayaka suggested.
“That's not a bad idea actually…” I just hope we don't meet someone in particular while we're there.
Upon arriving at this place we decided to split up for a better chance of investigating, Sayaka with the mortuary, Fukami with the Surgical room and leaving me with everything else. Searching through the cabinets it's what I last a while exploring the place medicine, painkillers, nothing out of the ordinary. While exploring however the door swung open caught me off guard surprise I saw someone entered the pharmacist and that someone was…
“Oh it's just you…” Nicole entered the building with her passive aggressive stare. “What are you doing here”
I stop my search for a moment to talk to her “I was just investigating the building with Fukami and Sayaka”
“Wow who could have guessed a guy would be alone with two vulnerable girls, even the girl with the overbite kinda expected you to have basic standards on who to assault”
“Nice to meet you again too Nicole…” the door leading to the surgical room opens up as Fukami exits. As soon as she sees Nicole she quickly rushes to meet the girl.
“Oh Nicole, is good to see you again”
“Yeah whatever…” Nicole rolled her eyes as she started rummaging around the cabinets looking for something.
“Hey take it easy you just got shot at least be careful” Fukami tried to gently confront her but she was quickly rejected as Nicole pushed herself away before she could touch her.
“Back up would ya, I can take care of myself , besides this isn't the first time I was shot in the leg” Nicole continued searching.
Still Fukami persisted “It was lucky enough you can still walk give your leg a rest”
“I said leave me alone! Gosh I only came here to do drugs all by myself can't I at least have that in this weird underwater shit hole!”
I'm sorry, drugs?
Sayaka didn't take long as she regrouped with the rest of us, surprised to see Nicole too.
“Nicole-, where have you been?” Sayaka confronted her.
“First of can you not refer to me like that and secondly, it's like you guys come out of nowhere, what's next that unemployed loser is just gonna come right out the door-”
As if she commanded it, the door opened again and out came Jonesy.
“Hello gorgeous~”
“....You know what screw it I'm just grabbing a random drug and see what it does to me” Nicole grabbed the nearest pill bottle and bolted out the door bumping into Jonesy in the process.
“What was that about?” Jonesy asked.
"Jonesy why aren't you with your group”
“Oh I was I just so happened to see that ponytail chick from earlier and wanted to say hi again” his face is oozing over confidence.
“Did you seriously leave your group just to flirt with Nicole?” I said dumbfounded “You know she's not interested right?”
“It's called playing hard to get and she is playing the long run” no she is not.
Sayaka shook her head in disgust “Nevermind we should probably head back, everyone is probably already done with theirs”.
“Yeah I don't think there's anything else important here” and with that me and the rest of our group headed back to diner.
Upon arriving quite a few people had already finished their investigation (Arven even had time to make sandwiches which Fukami took one for appreciation) as we all waited for the last few to come. Surprisingly one of the missing people entered the diner, it was Bakugou.
“Damnit and I thought no one would be accupaying this place when I get gear,” he complained.
“Oh Katsuki it's so good to see you! You ran off so quickly” Apple approached the guy. “We were all so worried about you”.
“Yeah Bakugou you had us all so worried” of course Tsukimiya would annoy him as soon as they meet again. It might not sound like it but his expression says it all.
“Shut it snake! I'm only here to get some food I'm starving” he then grabbed a handful of sandwiches that was placed on the table by Arven.
“That's for everyone…” he said, offended.
“What you dweebs having a meeting or something.” Bakugou chewed on a sandwich, crumbs falling with every word he spoke.
“Actually we are” Yagami step forward “while you and the others where gone we all decided to look for a way of this city”
“He also kinda made himself the leader of the group” Jabami added
“...Right, anyhow where were you all this time?” Yagami asked.
“That's none of your business, I didn't come here to chat, haven't you all forgotten that we were in a killing game” Bakugou yelled. It wasn't as loud as his usual screams but it was loud enough for me to hear him from the back.
“You know if you keep mentioning that you might actually do it,” Fang bluntly said.
“Nobody asked you, you overgrown lizard!”
“WHAT WAS THAT!” Fang got out her seat and was now inches away from the hot head.
“Uh Fang maybe we shouldn't piss off the guy who was about to throw down with the mad bear guy” Jayce followed behind them.
“You should listen to your Fat Ass Pussy of a friend at least he knows his place” Jayce then frowned hurted by the name calling Bakugou did.
“Did you actually want to go!” Fang growled at him while curling their wings around Jayce cheering him up.
“....They are actually very soft” Jayce muffled whispered inside their wings.
“You think that scares me! I know a bird guy who is much more intimidating than you bitch!” It looks like things will turn ugly if this keeps going on.
“Katsuki that is enough-” as Yagami places a hand on his shoulder his attention shifted as he was now yelling at him.
“Stay out of this or I will break your bones! I don't have to listen to what the hell you say, you might have everyone on your every command but not me!” Despite the yelling and threats Yagami didn't seem terrified as a few of the others around him.
“K-Katsuki…” Asahina approaches Bakugou gently.
“Mafuyu stay back you could get hurt” Jabami tried to stop her but it was no use she was finally face to face with Bakugou.
“Please don't fight…” Bakugou looked like he was ready to punch the nearest person in the room but his glare suddenly softened by Asahina’s words.
“Whatever beating the shit out of you lot is not worth my time besides the only one who actually deserves their ass kicked is that dumb bear who brought us here” Bakugou turned around to the door. “I'm leaving…” As he left we were all too stunned to speak.
“How the hell did you do that!” Exer asked surprised but Asahina didn't answer as she headed back to her seat next to Jabami.
Soon enough everyone else finally arrived, breaking the tension before Yagami was now in the center of the room taking all our attention to what he was saying.
“Right I believe we all are done with our investigation but before we start I would like to give a rule for everyone to follow”
“Rules? Why”
“I would like to show your attention towards our monophones” Light showed the phone he had in his pocket.
“You mean the ones we were all given?” Jabami showed hers.
“Precisely if you open them you all could see the rules section” one by one we all turned on our devices and he was right one of the apps? Was labeled with rules tapping it and I was led to a list of rules as follows.
[CITY RULES]
RULE 1: Attendees are to remain inside the Despair Open Ocean City until the conclusion of the experiment.
RULE 2: Violence against Mayor Monokuma is strictly prohibited and will be met with punishment.
RULE 3: Tampering with any surveillance equipment entering unauthorized areas and breaking any objects that are city property is strictly prohibited and will be met with punishment.
RULE 4: Some areas will be locked after 10 pm each evening and will remain locked until 7 am the following morning.
RULE 5: Sleeping anywhere but inside the Apartment Building or in the School House is prohibited and will be met with punishment.
RULE 6: Psychic Abilities, Magical Powers and Pocket Creatures have all been either detained or restricted from specific students asking for them back is prohibited.
RULE 7: Any participant who kills another participant may leave and return home, unless they are discovered.
RULE 8: No participant is allowed to kill more than two people.
RULE 9: New rules may be added.
After reading the rules I grew disgusted as it reminded me of the person who is forcing us to kill each other. Looking around I see that everyone is done reading the rules.
“Right there rule 4, I would like to suggest everyone to meet hear in the morning and the end of the day for a head count” Yagami Continued “Better to keep track of everyone for safety, with no other objections I would like to start of what we found".
Yagami begin telling his discovery to us “Me, Arven and Exer explored the tower located in the middle of the city, like from earlier it was lock and we couldn't enter it”
“So nothing”
“Not quite, Exer would you mind explaining what we found” Yagami gestured to him.
“R-right while we were looking around the tower we noticed two hatches located near the tower”.
“Yeah and it turns out” Arven continued “Does hatches lead to an underground bunker that spread across the entire city”.
Okay that's certainly news.
“Did you find anything?”
“Unfortunately no, the bunker was large and dark. Some turns we went led to dead ends and steel bars but we managed to find our way thanks to the light above us.”
“And apparently they're are hatches all around the city I managed to mark them down in my journal” Arven pulled out a small journal in hand “let's see…there's two by the tower, one on the left side of the school, one inside the diner…apparently, one next to the gymnasium and one at the makeup parlor”
“Wait, hang on, is that why we meet you guys there?” Jabami asked Excer, affirming her.
“Yep and Light here thinks there are more hatches out there” Exer said.
“I'll make that the next goal tomorrow, but for now does anyone else want to share next”
“Well speaking of the makeup parlor” Luna step forward “Me and the dudes search that place as well as the greenhouse, there was nothing out of the ordinary in any of them”
“The only thing we saw of note was Velvet, she was putting makeup on this entire time” Tsukimiya said ”anything you want to add Saiki?”
“No you two sum it up pretty well” Saiki shrugged
“So nothing I suppose, Sayaka what about you”
Sayaka nodded “Right me, Morisaki-shi and Fukami-shi explore the edge of the city as well as the pharmacist”
“Why were you guys at the edge?” Jayce asked
“Fukami-shi here is somewhat of an expert with glass; she wanted to see the glass dome up close” Fukami then blushed out of embarrassment.
“I'm not really that much of an expert, guys..”
Yagami perked up “Interesting, may I ask what you found”.
Fukami sadly shocked her head “Unfortunately nothing much, the glass is something I have never seen before. Maybe if I can get a better close look at it I can detect it better but I don't want to bother four people”.
“The pharmacist isn't much, but if anyone here gets sick or injured we have the stuff for that” I explain. “We also saw Nicole there to….and Jonsey apparently
“Wait what! Is that why you asked us to go on ahead without you!” Jabami said upset
Jonesy grin smugly “Hey, boys will be boys”
“What concerns me is the mortuary inside it…” Kanamori seems uncomfortable. Maybe I should have asked what she was inside before we got here. “But it's nothing much, just a place where we can store dead bodies.”
“Wa-what?”
“Don't worry it isn't likely to be used anytime soon” I finished our discovery and passed it onto the next group.
Jayce raised his hand possibly to say next “W-well me Fang and Apple went through the convenience store and school house I guess were the same here as you guys. Right?”
“Yeah” Fang spoke next “nothing to make note of in both of those place either than Jayce trying to shoplift and failed”
….
“How the hell did you fail at shoplifting? There's literally like no one here but us” Jonesy said with disbelief.
“It was actually kind of funny to be honest” Apple giggle to herself “You have to be there to see it”
Jayce snicker to himself with a smug face on.
“Well I guess it's our turn now,” Asahina, one of the members of the last group, said. “Jonesy accompany me and Yumeko to the gymnasium and warehouse”
“We tried searching for anything in them to see if we can used anything to escape” Jonesy said
Jabami glanced at him. “By we he means me and Mafuyu because he did nothing but try to flirt with us and doing a bad job at it, might I add.”
“Oh come on, it wasn't really that bad!”
“Yeah your right…it was hilarious” Jabami laughed at her joke and I could see Asahina snickering a little to the dismay of Jonesy.
Asahina luckily stopped and focused on continuing their findings “Anyway we didn't find much of any of the places that could help us besides a lot of pieces of furniture”.
“Oh and meeting Light and his group along the way too!” Jabami said, reminding her.
“Yeah right that too”
“Wait is that serious it” Fang yelled “We found nothing at all…great knew this was a waste of time”
“Wait a second” Arven jolt up “I forgotten to mention when me and my group arrived here we were the first ones to come, I decide to go and make sandwiches for everyone to help ease are minds
“Yeah they were delicious, but what's that got to do with anything?” Apple asked.
“Well you see, the thing is when I enter the kitchen…” he paused. “I saw Levi rummaging around the fridge.”
What!
“You saw Levi!” I practically jumped out of my seat from surprise. I haven't seen Levi ever since what he tried to do. I still don't know what to think of him after that but secretly I knew I hoped he was okay.
“Yeah I did, he didn't look too good last time we all saw him…” Arven said, scratching his head.
“What exactly did he do inside there?”
“Nothing much, just stole some food from the fridge that's all, he took quite a lot of stuff, surprisingly I thought we would have run out of food until Monokuma showed u-”.
“You saw Monokuma!?” Sayaka yelled
“Well then explain that noise I heard you made in the kitchen I thought you accidentally dropped something” Excer then looked horrid “Shit maybe I should have checked on you then”.
Arven shock his head “No it's okay he just pop out telling me something, he said that the food is always restock overnight so we wouldn't have to be worried about starving to death”
Jayce sigh in relief “That's good at least but what does that matter”
“It means we have a lead, not a good lead but a lead neither a less” Yagami interject “if Monokuma is bringing in fresh produce into the city that means his somehow bringing them here by a secret entrance”.
Everyone seemed relieved by the realization it might not be much but at least there's a small hope of a chance of finding an escape.
“Well at least it is something…” Sayaka said “Okay leader what do you think we should do now”
“We should-” but before Yagami could finished an announcement played in the speakers
“Attention attendees it is now 10 pm as such some areas like the Diner and Warehouse will be locked for the night, good night sleep tight and don't let the bedbugs bite!”
Of all the voices I could hear today, those were some of them I wish I never heard again. As Monokuma finished the announcement the lights from outside dim down. It wasn't too dark where you couldn't see a single thing but thanks to the ocean reflecting the moon light the outside felt more unsettling than it ever before. One of the TV's inside the diner turned out revealing the words “GET OUT” in red.
“I guess that is cue to leave” Apple said uneasy after the announcement.
“Yeah, I don't want to find out what Monokuma has planned or something” Excer agreed.
“Very well then,” Yagami said. “Then we should meet tomorrow morning in order to discuss our next plan of action. If any of you meet the others who didn't join us please let them know what we discussed today”.
Without a word we all headed back to the apartment complex we all woke up in, I guess this is where we will be sleeping for our time here, at least it is decent. When the last of us entered the building we all heard a loud click sound from the door. I guess the apartments are a part of that rule which means we are all inside until the morning.
“I sure hope the others aren't stuck outside,” Fukami said worriedly.
“Hey don't worry dudette I'm sure they all already got inside before all of us” Luna tried to cheer her up “Besides they could sleep in the school house for the night”.
“Well I'm off to bed, night” Saiki was the first one of us to head up the stairs.
“Yeah night” Then Sayaka.
Then me, as everyone headed to their respective doors I looked back at Fukami who saw me staring at her which made her come to my direction.
“Taku, what's the matter?” Fukami asked?
“Nothing…just worried about tomorrow that's all…” I replied haphazardly.
“Don't worry I'm sure we'll make it out of it together.” She smiled at me and for some reason I couldn't help but smile back. That smile reminds me of another smile of someone I know…
“Yeah ... .good night I guess, Fukami” I said as I entered my door but Fukami stopped me.
“I told you before, just call me Touko Taku” she smiled one last time before heading to her room.
“Yeah…. goodnight Touko” I headed to the inside of my room and lay down on my bed. It was comfortable enough for me to close my eyes and drift off to sleep.

A city underwater, Talking and walking animals, a teddy bear trying to make us kill each other…it sounds so surreal but that was reality, at least not the reality I'm used to. Can we really escape this place and make it back to dried land?
As I tried to keep up I finally drifted off to continuances and fell asleep.
“Attention attendees, it is now 7 Am as such night time is officially over time to rise and shine and start the day…if your alive that is Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha”
Begrudgingly I got out of my bed after hearing that announcement again, trying to regain some energy from last night….

I snap myself back, stopping myself from finishing that I shouldn't be thinking about that at a time like this. I got out of my bed and headed to my room's given bathroom and grabbed a fresh new pair of clothes. These clothes somehow look like the ones I got back from home. As much as it concerns me, I thought that these were actually my clothes from back home. I used my monophone and opened my door. When I exited I saw someone making their way through the hallway.
“Oh Taku!” Touko, who just came out of her room with a new pair of clothes, walked towards my direction “good morning”
“Good morning…” I yawn, still exhausted from today.
“I take it you didn't get enough sleep last night” she was right how could I after everything from yesterday. “Hey I know what will get you backup your feet”
“What may that be” I asked
“Breakfast silly, you can't start the day without a good meal” . It has just been the morning and she is still as optimistic as she was yesterday.
I shrugged as I followed her downstairs and outside towards the diner when we got there however we saw someone exited the diner.
“This is possibly one of the worst days I have ever had! How dare that guy not make me my one of a kind order” Velvet exit the building frustrated whatever happened inside pissed her off.
“Velvet? What's the matter?” Touko approached the flexible lady.
“Ugh that guy with the backpack refused to make me my order after I specifically told him I only eat special foods” she complained.
“Like an allergy?” I did not believe that was the case Arven doesn't seem like the guy who would ignore someone's struggles especially when it comes to food. But then again just meet the guy.
“Worse, I specifically told him to make me a double decker biscuit cake pizza with extra dew berry in the crust and he said I should eat what everyone is eating, unbelievable!” Okay it looks like I was right about that, what kind of breakfast is that?
“Yeah right…” I said trying to not sound like I'm talking down to her. “You should still eat though”
“Whatever I can just have a fruit smoothie when you all are not here” and with that she left the two of us.
“Well that was….”
“Interesting” I took the words right out of her mouth, after that exchange we headed inside the diner but before I could enter I saw a shadow peek out from the distance.
“What the?” I tried to look closer at it but it was gone as soon as I noticed it.
“Taku, you're coming?” Touko asked.
“....Yeah…I just thought I saw something” I quickly followed her in trying to ignore what I just saw right now.
Inside the diner was more lively than it was from yesterday while the tension was still in the air everyone seemed to be doing just fine.
Arven was cooking pancakes for everyone from the back as I could see him preparing some from the kitchen window as Jayce looked impatiently hungry staring at it. Yagami drinks coffee while discussing something with Sayaka, who also drinks a cup of her own brought by Excer who is helping Arven in the kitchen. Luna and Fang are talking about music as she was reading a music sheet Fang made when she had the time to make that. Apple was chatting with Jabami and Asahina who in questions was looking glances at Bakugou-

As it was Bakugou was eating all on his own in one of the tables far away from him as well as Nicole who seemed more pessimistic as she tried to ignore the cheerful banther next to her table.
“Dang, this isn't half bad Aaron you sure know your way with words” Luna praised Fang who made a small smile from the compliment. “I do have to ask ... .what's with the title?”
“What's wrong with “Doomsday Hobo men from hell's asshole”” Fang said that in a straight face.
“It sounds like something a crackhead would come up with” Nicole barges into the conversation.
Fang glared at the comeback “No one asked you whore! Besides what better music you listened to”
“Songs that don't sound like they came out of a retard asylum that's what” Nicole jab.
“That's it!” Fang got up towards Nicole “You think you are so much better for me just because you take no shit huh!”
“At least I know how to control my anger you bimbo dragon with pronounce” Despite the fact she is facing down a dinosaur Nicole didn't seem to care as much.
“That's enough Ms. Aaron you-” before Yagami could finish Fang suddenly swipe their claws at them. It didn't hurt him but he sure flinched from it.
“I AM NONBINARY!” you could see the anger in their eyes as the pterodactyl was about to cause a scene if it wasn't for someone.
“Fang you should st-”
“WHAT!” Fang yelled at Jayce who tried to calm her down only for him to duck down from panic. After realizing what they had done Fang took a frustrated sigh and gently approached Jayce.
“S- sorry, I got angry again…” Fang reached out a hand to Jayce who almost hesitated to not take it but hold it either way.
“Do…do you want to eat somewhere else?” Jayce asked softly, trying not to make eye contact with anyone.
“Y-yeah, that would be nice” Jayce smiles softly as he and Fang leave the diner while everyone is still shaken up from what just happened.
“I…I think I should go with them too” but before Luna could stand up someone stopped her.
“No, is best to leave them alone for now” Sayaka said as she patted Luna's back indicating to her to sit down.
Tsukimiya couldn't help but chuckle a bit (by chuckle I mean laugh out loud as he can, didn't even tried to hide it) “Well that was interesting wouldn't you agree”
“Shut up,” Saiki said as he ate his breakfast. Wait when did he got here
“I didn't expect a fight to happen so early today…” Touko seemed genuinely sad from the scaffold.
“Well what do you expect, it's like what Katsuki said, we are in a killing game” Nicole acted like she wasn't the one who started it.
“You're the one to talk, you are the reason why that happened in the first place” Luna said, trying to defend Fang despite not being here anymore.
“Oh shut up hot topic bitch! I'm just saying what we are all thinking” I didn't want to admit it but the looming threat of the killing game has been in my mind ever since this morning.
“Look, if you don't want to get your back stabbed, then I suggest you suck it up” Nicole forcefully toasted her plate across to Arven who almost dropped it before leaving the door.
I glanced at Touko who seemed to be down. It wasn't right to see her down after the positive energy from earlier. “Hey i-”
“i think I lost my appetite” She then left the same why as everyone did.
“I guess today's meeting is off, huh” Said Exer, who collected the used coffee cups.
Light nodded “It seems so, at least we know everyone is doing alright for the most part”
“hey…Morisaki” I glanced back at me as Sayaka patted my back, gesturing me out the door her face didn't change expression but I knew what she wanted me to do.
I quickly ran after her to try to at least cheer her up. As soon as I caught up to her I tried to reason with her. “Touko I”
“No Taku it's okay” she turned around facing.e “I'm just not used to conflict that's all, but I can get through it”
“You sure?”
“Definitely” she came closer and gave me a quick hug before leaving to one of the buildings.
Touko…from the moment we first met you have been the nicest person who I have met so far since waking up here. I never tried to open up to anyone here since then but you seem to try and make friends with everyone. I don't know if that's what you really are inside or if that would help you or not in the long run but you seem to be happy when you see people getting along. I can tell this place isn't sitting with you well or anyone else…maybe I should try talking to other people. I'm not that kind of person to try randomly walking up to people and cheer them up but I think ... .I think some of us need it…especially me.
I headed back to the diner while thinking about what I should do today.

JONSEY GARCIA
After what felt like the most awkward breakfast I had ever had, I went out to try to keep my mind out of the death game. Thinking about it I headed to the gymnasium, back at home I was one of the top students in PE especially volleyball I played that sport a lot back at home with Yutaka back then…I shouldn't be homesick in a place like this that wouldn't help anyway of escaping besides messing with my emotions.
As I entered the gymnasium a loud Thud can be heard from nearby, turning around I see I wasn't the only one here.
“Oh yeah! Points for the Johnsmister!” Jonsey was playing a game of basketball from every score he took he did a victory pose in celebration.
To be honest I don't want to talk to him, from what I have seen of him so far he's a total Casanova, never respecting the girl's interest at heart much like the other guys in my school, I should probably just go before he sees me. But before I could turn around I felt a pain in my head.
“Oh crap!” Jonsey ran over as he accidentally knocked me out with the basketball that landed on my head.
“Hey pal are you alright sorry about that” he lent me a hand as I got up.
“It's fine” I said frustrated as I rubbed the spot that hit me. Well too late to back out now.
“Few, close call, say what exactly are you doing here?” Jonsey asked
“To be honest I don't want to talk with you” I bluntly said
“Huh didn't even hesitate” he sounded offended I couldn't blame him.
““sigh” Look sorry Jonsey, but you are the type of person that I have a negative opinion on” I explained “You have no boundaries, you view girls like they are just objects if that wasn't bad enough you sound like you don't take this situation were in seriously”
“Huh, so that's what you think of me” Despite how I stand for what I said I couldn't help but feel bad about it.
“S-sorry, I just bluntly say things without thinking I should have thought of what you feel like-” I was then cut off.
“No no it's okay dude” Jonsey said brushing it off “A lot of people back home called me the same thing, teachers, a couple of my friends, mall cops”
“Mall cops?...”
“Yeah I should probably explain a bit, but…” he picked up the basketball next to him “Do you also mind playing a little game”
As much as I don't have any Interest with talking to him might as well play along, “More of a Volleyball person but I guess…”
“Awesome dude!” He toss me the ball and after awhile we began playing, haven't played sports in a while since was to occupied with…. something else, but I didn't lose my flow as I won every single match we had with ease. Either I was very good at the sport or Jonsey was horrible at it. Either way I'm not complaining.
I through a back shot overhead and it safely landed in the basket “and that's game”
“Hey no fair I wasn't ready!” Jonsey said frustrated “Take two come on”
Actually it's more like take twenty, that's what I would have said but I caved in and sigh as I gave the ball back to him and restarted the game for the twentieth time.
“So anyway what do you want to know about the Johnsmister” He said as he tried to shoot another shot (and failed).
“What's your home like, you said you are known for being a womaniser” I asked probably knowing what the answer was.
“Womeniser is a stretch, every girl in my town wants a piece of me, I'm just that irresistible!” Somehow I don't think that's true. Jonsey passed back the ball as if he was prompting me to ask something back.
I dribbled the ball a little as I thought of something. “Well if that's true how come none of the girls who are interested in you” I smirked a bit as I scored another shot in the hoop landing the ball in Jonsey arms who was thinking of an excuse.
“Uh well um, none of the girls here are…”normal”” he gestures it with air quotes.
“I don't think any of them would like hearing that”
“Well it's true!” Jonsey through the ball and missed the shot once more “we have a fairy tale princess, a noddle arm valley girl, a literal freaking dinosaur and!-” he suddenly stopped as he picked up the ball again.
“..Look I know what I'm saying can be a bit jerkish, but you gotta trust me I ain't a bad person” he threw the ball to me which he missed causing it to bounce out of my direction. “Look if you don't want to talk to me I understand, you can just go if you don't want to”
Jonsey look completely different from how he was in our first few days here, I guess doesn't need someone to correct his thinking. Instead of leaving the gymnasium I headed back to the basketball and threw it back in his direction which he insteadly caught by surprise.
“Look it's my fault for being so blunt about you, you're probably around my age. I'm not upset with people like you acting like this just…annoyed that you don't have any boundaries.”
Jonsey pause for a moment before giving a large laugh as he threw the ball away “No sweat dude, your not the first person back at home calling me out”
“Like friends” I asked
“Yeah I known them ever since middle school, I can't count the many times they have been by my side rather it be me giving them dating advice or standing up for them at work, sure some awkward moments here and there like my dad married one of my friends mom and I even caught feelings for one of them at some point… and sure they can get on my back at times but hey that's what all friendships are like” the way he talks about his social life really seemed genuine it kind of reminds me of me and Yutaka's friendship.
I gave him a smile “I guess I miss judge you Jonesy you're more that what I thought you were"
“You're not too bad yourself pal, say why don't you and I play a little longer. I haven't asked you about your life either,” Jonsey said as he threw a new basketball at me.
“I like that” we spent the last few minutes playing ball, Jonsey asking questions about my life which seemed much more mundane than his, Jonsey might still be a casanova and rather if I want to admit it or not at least I gotten to know a little more about him.

LUNA LOUD
After playing for a while in the gymnasium I headed towards the school house, even though we have just been here for two days I have already missed going to school, at least back then I didn't have to worry about anything bad happening to me. Still it was nice going to this place. It was quite…too quiet, no no it's probably nothing Morisaki you're just being paranoid for no reason. Suddenly a loud noise to my right caught me off guard causing me to jump. As I turned I saw a familiar face that I have met in this place.
Luna was strumming her guitar rapidly and somehow she brought in speakers that I saw from the warehouse inside the teachers lounge. As she finished her guitar solo she struck a pose yelling.
“Thank you, thank you! I'll be here all night long!” She yelled as if she was performing for a crowd, well more like one person.
“You seem to be doing fine after today's disaster” I said, getting her attention.
“What up Taku my man, fancy meeting you here again” Luna put down her guitar as she stopped for a chat.
I headed inside the lounge to have a better one on one with her “I kinda figured you be here you said this place was nice at least that's what I gotten from”
“Yeah this place has some narly acoustics dude” she jumped up grabbing her guitar. “You play?”
“Sorry but I'm not good with instruments” I answered
“Aw come on, I can show you the ropes besides you couldn't be as bad as Jayce” she persisted.
“Jayce was here?” I asked
“Yeap” Luna explain as she readjust her guitar strings “Fang and him where actually here went I first got here, we talked for a while about the misshape from earlier we even tried to teach Jayce how to rock out, safe to say he isn't going to do any solo acts as a career…”
I thought about it for a moment but I agreed to her guitar lessons, we spent the last couple of hours making music. Luna game me a small extra guitar she found from the warehouse thinking she can keep it as an extra but now it's mine to keep, I managed to play a good song I have heard of from a summer festival that I attended when I was younger, sure it wasn't as good as Luna's intensity but it was pleasing to listen to.
“Oh not bad Taku, you're getting the hang of this” Luna congratulated me. “It's a nice melody you got there”
I gave her a small “thanks” as I continued strumming the guitar.
“It kinda reminds me of home, or at least when it isn't chaotic.” She jokingly said.
“Actually I was wondering” I stopped playing for a second “You said you have ten siblings, what is that like?”
Luna took a deep breath as if she was readying for something big “Well for starters I'm the third oldest sister in the fam, yeah it's chaotic being with ten other siblings with limited privacy but their my family and family sticks together no matter what besides it ain't all that bad, I spent some time with my lil bro Lincoln as we talk about our favorite bands, help in Luan's jokes even though it can be a bit unfunny, rock out with dad in the…family garage…and” she stop reminiscing as she slum down. “I…I'm starting to miss them”
I started to comfort her as we stand in silence “Yeah, me and my family really aren't that close as with yours but I sure hope they're doing fine without me”
Luna slap both her cheeks as she stands up trying to take her mind off things “Yeah me too in fact I know so, us Louds are stronger than that bear think and soon we'll be out of this underwater town in no time!” The way she just brushed it off made me worried a little but I shouldn't bring her down. “Don't worry Sam I'll be home soon”
“Who Sam?” Luna didn't seem to realize she said that out loud as she took a step back blushing.
“Uh…she's my girlfriend, not like a friend who's a girl she's my actual girlfriend…” She seemed embarrassed talking about that.
“What was she like?” I asked
“Oh she's the greatest Taku, not only does she know how to rock out like theirs no tomorrow but she is fun to hang out with, in fact we were friends before I made a move on her…” she gript a part of her chest as she talk about her “But enough about me what's your love life like?”
I paused thinking how can I explain that to her. It took me a while before I said something “Uh ... .I'm not really into any relationship like that.”
“Oh well, what about your friends? What are they like” Luna asked.
“I'm friends with a few guys from my school but one in particular. I don't want to say his name out loud but he's different from my other friends ever since we both stood up for each other in that assembly we've been close ever since, I'm actually really worried about him most of all…” I stopped talking as Luna gave me a weird look as if she knew something I didn't.
“What is it?” Luna noticed me staring at her as she quickly tried to change the subject.
“Nah is nothing, I shouldn't assume things and budge in your personal life like that, come on let's get back to our strumming session!” assume? Budge in? What does she mean by that….
I stop questioning further as we continue our guitar lessons, Luna might be a loud and chaotic speaker but she can be soft at times our chat together proves that, thought I don't know what she mean by her last statement or if she can manage to pull through our stay here at least I gotten to know a little more about her.

Somehow I didn't realize how time flew by, I guess those guitar lessons and basketball match took way longer than I thought, either way I didn't want to face Monokuma today. As I was halfway up the stairs I saw Yagami talking with Saiki in the hallways. I couldn't catch what they were saying but then it seemed like they were discussing something.
“Look I- oh hey Morisaki" Saiki stops as he looks in my direction, making Yagami do the same.
“Good to see you two again, sorry for what happened earlier” I said I was already in the hallway of our rooms.
“Don't be it wasn't your fault it was those troublemakers, shame I really thought of something that could help us…but best to save if for tomorrow as everyone is now adjusted to our surroundings”
“That's a simple way of saying we're stuck here…” Saiki and Yagami gave each other a silent look as I was about to say something Yagami spoke.
“Well you should better get some rest for the night, I'll be in my room making some finale notes see you both in the morning meeting” Yagami headed to his room which I just noticed it was next to Saiki’s
“Can't believe we are still doing those…” Saiki whispers something but I can only hear the first part.
“Did something happen between you two?” I asked. Saiki seemed surprised that I was still talking to him or that's what I thought he was feeling.
“Nothing you should just go to your room” Saiki said brushing off my question, as much as I want to persist further I shouldn't over think that it's probably something important Yagami wanted to discuss tomorrow.
“Okay if you say so” I turned to my room as I left Saiki alone. Opening the door changed my clothes to something comfortable to sleep in and slump down in my bed. It was still unnerving sleeping in this place but I slowly drifted off to sleep.
The next day came relatively earlier or what felt like it, I realized I never took a bath for the two days I have been here. Breakfast can wait. As I stepped inside the bathroom I was given it looked so familiar to one I had in home from the sink to the shower it felt so similar, Monokuma must have made it this way to keep myself homesick to encourage me to mu-...to murder. Saying it normally felt wrong here. As I finished my quick shower as I grabbed new clothes I heard a knock at the door.
“Hey, Morisaki-shi!” The deadpan voice I know too well, I quickly wore my shirt to greet her at the door.
“Finally, what took you so long,” Sayaka said as she peered around in my room.
“I just took a quick shower, sorry if I missed breakfast,” I said back.
“No you didn't miss it, practically a few of us showed up this time” Sayaka reissue me “Yagami-shi just asked me to drag everyone to the diner for a meeting”
“Right the meeting that was postponed because of some outburst” I sigh as I remembered the squabble between Fang and Nicole and how it ended.
“Yagami-shi made sure none would interrupt or try to leave, you can go there if you want. I'm still sticking here to make sure everyone got the memo” deja vu in its finest.
I said my goodbyes to Sayaka and headed to the elevator but along the way I was about to turn in its direction and I saw someone already in it.
“Morning Morisaki” Saiki was inside the elevator, as he held out the door I entered it and gave my thanks.
“Guessing your heading to the meeting to” I asked
“Was already heading there already” he pressed a button and the elevator descended down. We stayed quiet for the ride down for a little while, I admit the silence was unnerving at the very least but I have no idea what to say, especially what happened last night. Saiki and I seem like completely different people with his bright pink hair and strange accessories. I'm bland compared to him. But he hasn't shown to be the kind of eccentric person. Actually I don't think he has made an effort to talk that much with the others, he always lets others speak and the times he does speak is small and brief. I quickly realized I was staring at him for too long as he looked at me in confusion or at least I think it is, it's also hard to read what he is feeling. I diverted my eyes away long enough to break the uncomfortable eye contact just enough time for the elevator to stop.
As the elevator door opens up I can see a few others making their way to the diner as I follow suit. Arriving at the diner I saw people I expected to be here. Arven was back-handling in the kitchen with Exer’s help and Yagami was monitoring the door as everyone entered. Fang was with Jayce and Luna again this time with Jabami and Asahina too, but what's most surpassing is seeing Bakugou, Nicole and Velvet here. It's probably because they wanted to eat something but by the look of their expression they might have been forced to be here. As Apple was the last to enter, Sayaka arrived.
“Everyone is present and accounted for Yagami-shi…well except for one” Sayaka said informing everyone.
“Let me guess, is it the lunatic with the gun” Velvet spoke as she ate what seemed to be a convoluted stack for pancakes.
“Very well then everyone else seems to be here might as well start the meeting” Yagami said but Touko spoke up.
“Are we really going to exclude Levi?” Touko said, upset.
“Uh duh he tried to kill me!” Nicole said obnoxiously.
“Maybe because you deserve it” Fang whispered to Jayce who gave an awkward laugh back.
“Nicole is right” Yagami said which surprised everyone including Nicole
“Wait your actually agreeing with me”
“You're only speaking the truth, and you are right Levi tried to murder someone in brought daylight and none of us has saw him since he tried that stunt, who's to say his trying to plan out another murder as we speak if not that he is still a danger to everyone here” Yagami explain making sure to get his point across.
“It just feels wrong to avoid him while we're here” Touko rebuttal back but her voice was more assertive than Yagami’s.
“He was the first one to avoid us; it's his actions that caused this decision to happen. If it helps for everyone's survival that it's for the best” I felt conflicted about this and it seem like a few of us as are unsure about this as well but nobody seem to question it further, at one hand I didn't want to admit that Levi could be a danger to us from the first time I saw him he was more hurt than anyone else here…But at the same time I can't deny that Yagami's is right about something and he was the most responsible and determined person here who only wants everyone safety…Maybe he is right, I have only known him for a short time and he had a shotgun with him on day one.
Yeah maybe….
“Get to the point already, smug face! I was busy with something else so this better be important.” Bakugou, like always, was the first one to yell at Yagami.
If Yagami was frustrated he definitely knows how to hide it. “As you all know we have been here for two days now and haven't made any progress on escaping”
“Yeah thanks for reminding us dude” Jonsey said sarcastically not liking where this was going.
“And I have seen that none of you are willing to follow any orders” he eyed a few of us, mainly the table with the people who didn't explore with us.
“You have no right to talk to someone as great as me, so why would I follow your orders?” Velvet said, making a point.
“And didn't you listen to a word I said last time, we are in a Killing Game dip shit. Why would I trust you if I know you would try something” Nicole added.
“She has a point” Surprisingly Saiki said.
“She is, I have been thinking about what she said, what you all said and I believe I made a plan that can help us escape without any bloodshed” Yagami cut in-between the two.
“Oh what may that be detective” Utsugi humored him not taking what he said seriously.
“This” Yagami placed a piece of paper on the table a few close by and gathered closer to it. Myself included.
“I propose a council committee” Yagami continue “I understand your reasonings to not do as I say, I can ensure you I don'tmean any harm but I can't put your fate in mine by force that is why I came up with this plan, If you're capable or willing to go up for it we will assemble a council to create a structural way to make plans for the foreseeable future in our time here”
“So your saying is, instead of you giving orders you and a few others will do it?” Apple asks for clarification.
“Precisely, this is to ensure that everyone will follow along and prevent any danger from happening” Yagami finished.
“This sounds…complicated,” Exer said, hesitating a bit on the idea.
“Yeah, wouldn't this cause more problems than having one leader” Jayce asked
“Not unless you are not capable of it, I promise this is the best plan for now, any objections” as Yagami said nobody as usual disagreed with the idea, but some of us still seem skeptical about this.
“... Without any further interruptions, since I was the one who came up with the plan I'll volunteer first” He pulled a pen from his jacket and wrote his name on the paper “Anyone else?”
Nobody had the courage to step forward, I thought about signing up but it didn't seem like Yagami would let me in unless I proved myself to him. Thankfully not one but two people stand up.
“Well I've been working for you since day one might as well make it official” Arven stood up and signed his name in, following behind him Sayaka picked the pen up.
“Are you volunteering as well Sayaka?” Yagami asked.
“Hey I don't trust the two of you leading everyone, you need one smarter brain In the matter” I could see a small smirk appearing on her face when she said that but it quickly disappear as she look at Yagami “Your plan better work Yagami-shi, cause I ain't believing it until I see it”
“I assure you Ms. Sayaka it is,” Yagami said back.
“Well obviously you idiots need a more sophisticated person in your little committee so I be happy to-”
“No” just about when Yagami is about to say something Sayaka caught Velvet off before she could get close to the pen.
“What the- What's the big idea overbite!” Velvet demanded.
Sayaka who looked more frustrated than her usual self just sighs, “Listen string bean, this isn't some kind of game or popularity contest, we sign up for it cause we are responsible enough to lead everyone which you on the other hand didn't even want to help with exploring two days ago!” If she didn't have her loud voice her point will still get across.
“Not to mention you would probably use it to make us your personal servants” I couldn't help but say it, I saw Sayaka snicker a little, I guess she does have a sense of humor underneath.
“Grr- This is ridiculous!” Velvet storms off back to her seat.
“He, they got you there didn't they” Utsugi spoke sarcastically which made Velvet even more frustrated.
“Anyway…Exer, do you want to volunteer” Arven said getting his attention “You were both helpful in the investigation and a great help in the kitchen”
“Sorry man, it just seems a bit too much for me, I'll pass” Exer rejected.
“if you have no interest with joining then may I asked if Saiki could join" As Yagami said his name all eyes where on Saiki who didn't seem please "Seeing as you help me in day one and being one of the few people who have sense you are a perfect candidate for this"
“I agree” Sayaka prompted “despite your silence from our meetings you seem to be good enough for this role”
Saiki took one look at Yagami for just a second and then look at Sayaka “Sorry but no thanks” Saiki went back to his seat as he ate his breakfast. It was quick but I could notice a small eye twitch from Yagami.
“Um, can I join” Asahina stood up getting the already established members off guard “I am a member of the student council in my school, and this doesn't seem different”
“...” Yagami silently thought to himself “Well considering your the one who made more of an effort in the group you were in I don't see why not”
“Excuse me?” “What the heck does that supposed to mean!” Jabami and Jonsey respectively spoke at the jabs of them; one seemed to be more confused than offended then the other.
“Hey! I just had a totally wicked idea!” Luna from her seat “Why not you join the committee Fang”
“Wait seriously?” Fang said, confused but their expressions seemed like they hated the idea. “What makes you think I shouldn't join theses guys”
“Oh come on dude, from what you told me you were totally a good leader in the band you're in, you'll do great as a member” Luna encouraged Fang which made Jayce do the same too.
“Yeah and plus” Jayce came closer to them with a sinister smile and whispered something. I was close enough to hear him. “You can totally make things more fun for us anytime”
Fang stop to think for a moment before saying something “You know what sure why not” Fang couldn't help but share the same smile as Jayce who gave eccentric and exaggerated cheer
“YEEEEEEES!”
“Alright dude” Luna gave them a rock symbol before they made their way to the others.
“Despite my biases to the two of you…I can see how you two could help with the committee” with that confirmation from Yagami they are now in.
“Welcome to the team you two” Arven said greeting them
“You two better prove yourselves” Sayaka said a bit skeptical to them which made the both of them react in their usual manners.
'll'l do my best” Asahina said while Fang gave a sarcastic “Whatever…” before signing their name alongside hers.
“Room for one more!” Touko said with enthusiasm.
“You're sure about this Fukami, you don't seem to be the assertive type,” Yagami said skeptical.
“I vouch for Fukami” Surpassing everyone Sayaka who didn't refer to Touko with honorifics she uses and was skeptical about the committee idea. Stand up for her.
“I may have known Fukami for a few days but I can see the potential in her” Touko couldn't help but smile from that. “Do you have a problem with that”
“Well I suppose since Kanamori is the most level headed one your group might as well take her word for it” As Yagami gave her the pen it seems like the committee is finally assembled.
Arven pulled out his notebook and shoved the sign up paper in it. “Okay so the council committee is consist of Yagami, Me, Kanamori, Mafyuyu, Fang and Touko”
Touko clap with joy “This is going to be fun, so what's our first order of business”
“We'll discuss it in the bunkers” Yagami said “There is something I need to show you four”
“And what about us?” I asked
“Do whatever you do everyday, this doesn't concern you all yet, meeting adjourn” and with that and a small appetizing breakfast later everyone went their separate ways. Which left me all alone on my table.
Today's meeting went better than last time, I just hope Yagami’s plan about the council committee will work in the long run. I should probably get going.
But as I was about to exit the building Saiki tapped my shoulder.
“Morisaki...” Saiki stands there, is he waiting for me to talk?
“Uh, what do you need Saiki?” I asked which promoted him to come closer. He hesitated to speak at first but eventually he did
“Meet me by the tower later today…there is something I need to tell you” without waiting for my response he left.
Well that was…interesting, at least I have something to do later on, but is it something to do with last night? While questioning about that I headed out to start my third day here. I wonder where I should go to find out.
[FREE TIME EVENT SELECTED]
JAYCE SERCAP
I was walking down the street wondering what I should do to pass the time before I eventually meet with Saiki. I thought of visiting the clinic today. Maybe I can see what Sayaka was so shocked about, she mentioned something about a morgue but there wouldn't be any bodies there unless…
As I expected, entering the room I saw Sayaka enter answered my questions. Nineteen, nineteen caskets for bodies each label with a color…why do I get the feeling these were meant for us. Just thinking about it makes my stomach churn. As I was about to exit the room someone entering it surprised me.
“Oh Hey Taku, didn't expect to see you here haha…” Jayce the cat boy stunt as well seeing me.
“Jayce? What are you doing here? Don't you and Fang usually go together” I was confused and didn't know he would be interested in the clinic.
The cat scratched his head. “Well Fang said they promised to hang out with Luna and do like a battle of the bands. I asked if I could come watch but I got occupied with something else.”
“Is the clinic the reason?” I raised an eyebrow.
“Oh no I just got sidetracked, that's all haha…” he anxiously laughed.
….
…this is getting awkward, talking with Jayce shows that he doesn't seem like the person who would carry a conversation really well which is honestly surprising he and Fang get along. I tried to think of an excuse which didn't seem like a good question to ask. I don't think he'll be comfortable with me asking “what's it like being a cat” ultimately it finally ended with me saying.
“Do you….want to hang out?”
Jayce looked surprised “W-what?”
“Well I got nothing better to do so might as well talk with you for a while” I explained.
Jayce stops to ponder for a second even scratching his chin? Muzzle? You know what I mean. “Okay, sure why not”
After he agreed we left the clinic and got seated in the park from second turn to minutes and from minutes turn to a full hour of silence, when I thought that our meeting in the clinic was awkward I was wrong, this was much more weird.
Eventually Jayce opens his mouth. “S-Sorry for being so quiet, I don't socialize a lot back home…”
I can tell… “It's fine, I don't blame you acting like this in our situation anyway.”
If it wasn't obvious already, the silence was getting to us, hanging out with Jayce seemed harder than I thought then when I saw him with Fang, this Jayce I'm with seem completely different, I thought about cutting it short best to get it over with and drag it out longer for the both of us but before I could speak Jayce said something.
“So…what do you do back home?” Jayce twiddled his fingers. “Like everyone here has a thing going on, Fang and Luna are musicians, Arven is a sandwich chef and Light a detective I think, what do you do back home?”
With the awkward air gone away I sigh as I tried to think of something “To be honest, my life is a bit normal than some of the others, I participate in some club activities and I help with my families work but that's just it really”
Jayce didn't reply back instead he laughed a little before speaking “Yeah I can relate it's only been a few weeks at college and I have only signed up for one after school activity that I haven't started yet and the only job I have is being a landlord to my mom's building”
Wait, his in what “You're in college?”
“Yeah but I'm pretty sure I'm your age” he squinted to me “You are eighteen right?”
I nodded back “Yeah, it's actually almost my graduation or at least would have been, pretty sure Sayaka and Touko are eighteen to”
“few, that's a relief for a second I thought I was the only legal adult in this whole place, I already feel old as it is…” As Jayce made a face with his last statement it started to feel like when he was with Fang.
“So what else do you want to know about me?” I asked directly.
Jayce seem a little more comfortable talking with me know “Well do you have any friends back home, I know it's a difficult subject being not able to see them and all but I wanna know”
“Well I don't have that many friends. I think I have about two or three friends” four if you count Rikako, but she is more of...a daily acquaintance than a friend. “But my best friend is different then my other guy friends”
When I said that Jayce raised his eyebrow almost looking like the same face Luna did when I mentioned Yutaka. “Different how?”
It took a while for me to answer back “I don't know, his just different”
For a brief moment Jayce look surprised then smirked then chuckle and finally gently smiled as he pat my back “Yeah I understand I have a friend like that to”
Surprised, I asked “You do?”
“Yeah, His name is Tom” as he said the name he blushed just a bit “I met him one day in elementary in an alleyway, I don't want to explain everything because it was…difficult for me but he was there for me when I needed him and ever since than we been friends, in fact I wouldn't have been able to meet some of my other friends like his little brother who goes to the same class in college as me” as he continue he face drop a bit but he still had his smile “Things sorter change later on but when we meet in college again we made amens and gotten closer like we did before”.
The way he talked about his friend made me see both Yutaka and I. They sounded just like us. It made me happy but also sad because of our current situation. And from the looks of it he started to realize it too.
“...God, I missed home Tom and the others are probably worried about me” as he did I pat his back and Scooch closer to him.
“Hey it'll be okay, we'll get through this weird city, soon will be reunited with our closest friends” I'm saying not just to cheer him up but also to motivate me to get out of here as well.
Jayce smiled as he got up from the fountain. “Yeah thanks Taku, I really needed that” Jayce look over to one of the buildings “It was great hanging with ya but I better go see if Fang is done”
We said our goodbyes as Jayce went over to the school house. Jayce was a complex person or I cat more likely, at times he was both awkward and quiet to even start a conversation and at other times his…well weird but our chat just now opened me up to something I didn't know about the feline. I may not know that much about his personality or if what I said to him will come true, but at least I got to know a little more about him.

KUSOU SAIKI
As I finished talking with Jayce next to the fountain I turned to see Saiki heading to the large tower in the center. I know he said meet him later but if it is something really important then best to learn it now then later. I approach the tower trying to minimize any noise I could make, Siaki was smart and he would probably wouldn't like it if someone was sneaking up on him luckily for me there was a fake bush nearby that I could hide from but that wasn't enough as I was about to head closer to him I could hear something right next in front of the bush.
“If you're going to sneak up on me then maybe you shouldn't use an obvious hiding place for it” Saiki somehow noticed me hiding with my cover blown. I got up a bit ashamed from my spot to face him.
“Was it really that obvious?” SAIKI didn't answer my question.
“You're here early, I told you to come later,” Saiki said, a bit disappointed.
“Sorry I know you said we should talk later but I think we should discuss it now” I explained myself.
Saiki sight “It's fine, it's probably a good thing you came to me now, I feel like something big is going to happen”
I paused in hesitation “Like…Murder?”
“Not to be paranoid but something like that” Saiki said carrying the same tone as he always does.
Trying to brush that aside I asked him something “It's this about what you and Yagami talk about last night”
Saiki nodded as he continue “Me and Yagami talk about what he said earlier at breakfast both excluding Levi and the committee thing, I confronted him about it as I over heard his plans in the bunker yesterday and he said I shouldn't be concerned about that as it'll cause more trouble, we had a little fight in the hallway I said I'm not gonna join the committee if he doesn't tell me everything else his keeping secret from”
Well that explains the eye twitch I saw Yagami had when Saiki said he didn't want to join “You think his hiding something”
“Yes” Saiki continued “I'm…usually easy at guessing on what people are thinking but ever since we got here it's a total blue for me…but I know Yagami is hiding something”
Yagami hides something, if what Siaki is saying is true then with Yagami ordering everyone around and this whole committee idea then he's using his position for something bad. But I can't just jump to conclusions like that, which made me realize something “What were you doing in the bunkers yesterday and why are you telling me of all people?”
Saiki stopped responding. I could see him looking away as he thought, is he hesitant about something? As he did he finally replied “For privacy”
…Huh?
Saiki look back at me with eyes staring directly at mine “Back home everyone I know wants my attention I don't hate them but they are all eccentric individuals who sometimes do stupid things, they come to me either to hang out or help them with their problems but I just want a normal life without anyone giving me attention” as he speaks I can see his eyes shifted which is probably the most emotion I got from him “When I heard that Yagami’s group found a bunker I thought it was a good and quiet place, no offense but a lot of people here are just as eccentric as my classmates back home, I thought of going to the school house but Luna always occupied with it which is probably a good thing cause that how I found out about Yagami's plan”
Well that explains a few things about Saiki, just as I thought he was someone who doesn't want any trouble who wants to live a normal peaceful life but gets dragged into stuff, a situation like this probably isn't new to him…but with the less fear of death dangling above him. “But that still doesn't explain why you're telling me all of this from the time I have been here. You never interact with anyone by your own choice, so what makes me different?”
…
“Yesterday” Saiki continue explaining “When you asked what happened between me and Yagami and when I said don't worry about it you didn't do anything, usually when I say that to people they get worried and tried to fix it which causes more trouble for me, but you didn't you respected me for not telling anyone and I guess that makes me trust you a bit”
“All because I wasn't worried?” That didn't seem right. I was worried but I didn't know how to act at the time.
“It was either you or Sayaka and if you asked me you're easier to handle then her”
…fair point.
This was new stuff for me. I didn't expect to be in an alliance in a Killing Game, especially one with Saiki, the person I am most confused about. “Well I appreciate you having the guts to tell me this Saiki”
Saiki glared back at me as he as if he shifted back to his “regular” self “Don't act like this means we are best friends or something, I just needed to talk to someone about this stuff”
Ouch, Saiki probably didn't mean that as a jab but I sure felt it. “Well either way thanks and don't worry I won't tell this to anyone”
“You better” Saiki then left heading towards the apartment I guess since Yagami and the committee are occupying the bunker it's probably the only place for him.
Saiki Kusou, someone who I'm confused about when he told me that I didn't know I should believe him or not or his using me for something else but whatever it is I should do what I promise and keep it to myself, despite that I was relief to know about his life before coming here even if it's just brief. At least I have gotten to know a little more about him

From next to the large skyscraper Taku was finishing talking with Saiki as he left the area. Someone who managed to hear the entire conversation was watching him from a far or rather someone's as one of them didn't know someone else was eavesdropping as well.
“You heard all that didn't ya”
The person jumped back like a frightened animal even dropping a small bag full of syringes as he was now on the ground scared with adrenaline rushing up his spine the fear from his eyes jitter as if he was on something while the other person was looking down on him with her ponytail tied up.
She glared at the boy with his dirty overalls with a mixture of disgust and hatred but she hide it with a fake flirtatious smile, her attention was now on the small pile of syringes field with a strange fluid as she picked up one of them she looked back at the boy to ask him questions.
“Right now that I got your attention, can you tell me what the heck you have here?”
“Levi”
